Opiniones de Oslo Coffee Roasters New York
A little out of my way but worth it. Best espresso on the (far) East Side!
Cute little coffee shop, with friendly staff and delicious coffee. My favorite is their cold brew. The place is tiny, and if you come during the busy time in the morning, there could be a decent-sized line, about 5-8 people deep. At times, the line is out the door, and you’ll have to wait outside before going in.
Coffee and baristas are the BEST in NYC. I go extra lengths to be sure I have time to stop there every time I’m in New York!! It’s cozy, friendly, quick, fun and the coffee is perfect every time! Missed Jill one of our favorite baristas on our last trip but the person working was delightful and a pro. Look forward to my next visit!!
one of the best iced vanilla lattes i've had in the neighborhood. there's nowhere to sit, service can be a bit slow and there will be a fairly large line on any weekday morning, but it's worth it for the quality. take it from someone who has had several bad iced lattes in the neighborhood
You're immediately hit with a rich, robust aroma of cafe when you walk in. Little order counter and cappuccino machine, self help cream/sugar/to go shelf and then a corner booth with a few scattered chairs outside. Idk what look they're going for but I enjoyed their cortado and friendly customer service!
Really liked their macchiato, it was so smooth! And they provided some daily newspapers on the table like nytimes. We ended up spending more time than we expected (I am a heavy newspaper reader lol while my gf was busying with chatting with other customers). If you want to start a refreshing weekend day, I think it will be a good place to visit
There's a reason I walk 10 blocks past a million other coffee shops to OSLO (clarification: upper east side, not Norway). It's because the coffee is outstanding and there's certain tiny coffee shop charm that I love. That said, it is very tiny, but that's usually not a problem. It does sometimes get a little crowded in there, but again, people are there because it's fantastic. They also have baked goods from NYC bakeries available, so if you're feeling a little hungry with that coffee you're in good hands.
A tiny coffee counter with a hipsterish ambiance. Good coffee and kinda "what's up bro" style service which is not bad but not the greatest either.
The atmosphere is welcoming, coffee tasted amazing and the customer service was very good. They had a clipping of the days horoscope
Specialty coffee at its finest. No whistles or flairs just incredibly well-dialed in bran with expertly-steamed milk. I get a skin flat white and the barista, who ever it may be on that given day, knows not to scorch the milk which is a huge deal for a quick drink like a flat white. This place is a cute little hole in the wall with a bit of outdoor seating available. Lots of dog owners in the area walk their dogs and I happened to snag a pic of a friendly one on a morning I was there catching up with a friend!
The coffee is quite good and tasty, the interior is also interesting, but the waiter was very rude and unfriendly.
The barista can be abrupt if you’re not a local. Funny when people pick up what they think is a New York attitude on purpose. Coffee is ok. Vegan carrot muffin was good.
I spent $9.50 on a triple shot iced latte, but it was clear the shots were missing—the drink was basically just milk. When I brought it up, the blonde barista insisted it was correct instead of listening showed me attitude . Thankfully, another barista stepped in and fixed it. Disappointed, though—if you’re making coffee all day, you should be able to tell the difference between one shot and three. Not worth the hassle at that price.
