Opiniones de A&W Niagara Falls
Great service. There was 2 people working and they seemed very slow also like everything in this town around this time of year. Food was good and fresh
We ordered fries and onion rings. They were hot and fresh. Extremely tasty. The staff was too kind. I will always remember your kindness. Thank you. Will surely come again.
My husband and I had a great experience here. The staff was very nice and friendly. We are from out of town and our car broke down near A&W. They let us use their parking lot while we waited for a two. Sean and Bryana were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome during our stressful situation. My husband and I ordered chicken sliders and fries. It taste very fresh and good. I would also like to prop out Sean for going above and beyond and looking under the hood of our car, offering advice and sharing places we could go for help with his mechanic background. It is rare to find such customer service these days. We didn't even feel like customers, they treated us like friends. Thank you A&W staff on Rainbow street. When we come back to NY to see the Niagara Falls, we will be sure to eat there!
Stopped in there about 6 weeks ago. There were two people working and it got a bit busy because they were the only place open around there at 9pm. I ordered the Papa Burger combo and my friend ordered some fries. We waited about 10 minutes for the food, which was fine because it was hot, fresh and very good. One of the employees came over to check and see how we liked the food, as well. All in all, food was good, employees were friendly, restaurant and bathroom were clean and I will definitely be returning here for another meal.
10 stars for service and food. Seriously. Shawn was exceptional. He helped me with the most polite service I could imagine when I came in and ordered unknowingly after 11pm closing time. Shawn still made my food amazing and left a great impression. A&W highly recommended.
Sean, the GM, was friendly, polite and very professional. He was the only employing working and was the cook, cashier and the GM and he did it all with a smile on his face! Our rootbeer floats and ice cream sundaes were amazing! Thank you for your work ethic and smile, Sean! You should definitely get a raise!
First time at an A&W, it was an unexpected delight, the inside was clean and comfortable, service was friendly, food was really good and reasonably priced. Parking lot is relatively small but it looked like construction was being done somewhere as it was windy when we visited and there was construction garbage blowing everywhere and getting inside when customers opened the door but staff really stayed on top of that. We honestly would have never expected to have such a good experience as we did, chilled glasses were an added touch!
I came into the restaurant around 8:30 tonight, there was a group of very nasty customers and i just wanna say i admire the chef, coworkers, those who where able to take the situation accordingly and allow me and my daughter to enjoy our male. Despite being called out of their names, discrimination, all harrasing speech, the workers took the situation so nicely and i just wanna say i appreciate the workers management whoever it may have been, for having this strong supportive comfottable organization! ps the food was great!
They were extremely busy and there weren't that many workers, but they were tirelessly making sure everyone had what they needed. The woman at the counter was helping multiple people and apologized to us for the wait when we got up, and honestly she didn't need to because we could see she was doing her best. Some customers were being a bit rude, but the workers were the nicest people. We ended up having something wrong with our order and they took the time to fix it for us and went above and beyond. This is a busy location for obvious reasons, but the workers here are legit amazing and deserve more than whatever they're paid. They even let me pick the soda for the float I got. 10/10
Food was delicious, service was prompt, and the atmosphere is nice and welcoming
Fun atsmophere and friendly staff. The dining room has different options to place customer orders. Menu kiosks or counter service. They bring the food to your tables and even bring out your milkshakes and other drink orders prior to your food order being ready. Same great taste as always with an updated and consumer efficient ordering options allowing for all ages to now enjoy a almost forgotten part of American Fast Food history... I would recommend this to all rootbeer and burger fans.
The food was amazing. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with just ketchup. It came out very fast and was made exactly how I asked for it. I also ordered a root beer and I was served a nice frosted mug. Which was a really good touch. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I will for sure be back to try some other things!
Was in the area on a vacation on Oct 17-20th, 2004. I came in on two mornings around 10ish. Great food and service. Guy in the back was by himself for a little while but still served with a smile and quiet quickness. Dude obviously works hard. Clean place and convenient location.
A quick stop after the maid of the mist... my kids new favorite restaurant. Food was absolutely amazing, shakes, and hot dog. Sean was absolutely amazing and so nice as soon as we walked in. My kids say he is the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time)
Went here on Easter night bc I was traveling alone and just wanted some quick food. Incredible service from the man working that night in the neon green shirt (didn’t catch his name) but he was super attentive, making sure everything was good. He was also super friendly with others despite working a holiday night. When he wasn’t helping others he was cleaning and making sure everything else was good. Get this man a raise. As for everything else, it’s exactly what you would expect from an A&W
Stopped for a quick dinner 7/21 and was pleasantly surprised. Server was friendly and professional. Food was hot and fresh, neatly prepared. Wish they had one near where I live.
The taste of the food at A&W has declined significantly and is overly salty. However, I want to commend the store's General Manager, Sean, for his exceptional customer service. Despite the busy environment, he efficiently moved between the kitchen and dining area, serving every customer with a cheerful smile. I genuinely feel for him, as he is taking on the roles of cashier, waiter, kitchen staff, and server all at once! The owner should consider addressing the staffing situation, as finding such a dedicated employee is not easy. Sean is a great asset to the team and truly deserves a substantial raise or year-end bonus!
I like the service they provide. The GM Sean is great he make sure if something is wrong to correct it. He is hard working. I also like the Cashier Tieara she is friendly and makes sure she helps with the kiosk if you are confuse. I appreciate them if they were to leave I'm sure this company would lose business they treat people with respect.
Food was great. Movie on the TV with a lot of cursing. Seemed under staffed
There were "fancier" restaurants I ate in while I was in Niagara Falls, but I actually enjoyed A&W the most. The staff was delightful. They seemed happy to be working there and took pride in their work. That alone made me want to come back multiple times. The restaurant was close to my hotel and open late, so I could just pop over conveniently. It had a very friendly, low key atmosphere, which other customers seemed to pick up on as well, adding to the overall comfortable feeling of the place. If I'm ever back in Niagara Falls, I would probably go out of my way to stop by this A&W location.
The staff is super friendly. The Place is clean to dine in. Food foe me was freshly made so it was on point. Best A&W I personally been to!
Very clean, super tasty and fresh, and employees were very kind. We are so glad we stopped here while on the road! Thank you!
This is a new fast food location just two blocks from the falls. The food was exceptional. Be sure to have the famous A&W Root Beer Float. Parking was a little tricky.
If you’re visiting Niagara Falls and craving something fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, A&W is a must-stop spot! The food was absolutely delicious — the burgers were juicy and perfectly grilled, the fries were crispy and golden, and that classic A&W Root Beer in an ice-cold mug was the highlight of the meal. 🍔🥤 The restaurant was clean, bright, and welcoming. What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service — the staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. They greeted us with warm smiles, helped us choose the best combos, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The wait time was minimal, the food came out hot and fresh, and the overall vibe was just fantastic — a mix of great food, great people, and that nostalgic A&W charm. Whether you’re a tourist or a local, this spot captures the best of comfort food with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend A&W Niagara Falls — 10/10 experience! 🌟
As first-time visitors, we were impressed by the staff's helpfulness in addressing our questions. Although prices are high, this is typical in today's market. The food and drinks were excellent. We plan to return when we visit this area again.
This establishment opened just this week and considering that - they're doing very well. The service was great, cashier gave me exactly what I asked for and didn't try to upsell on anything. Place was super busy but everyone seemed to get their food quickly, there was a good mood in the air. Nice atmosphere. Parking might be tough for drivers as it's located in a high traffic tourism area but I'm sure you can use any of the nearby hotel or casino parking lots. As a local I'll keep supporting this place, I'm really hoping that it sticks around.
Fun place for any root beer lover. Excellent hot dogs.
Never knew there was an A&W restaurant until my brother and I spotted it while visiting Niagara falls. We got lunch there before heading home. The root beer was amazing, and the food was pretty good. The fries were s tad overcooked, but still not bad.
It’s been decades since I’ve had A&W and this place didn’t disappoint! The root beer was obviously the best here, but the star was the service. The service that David provided has been top notch! He’s so polite and professional!
The hamburgers were delicious! The fries were okay...the onion rings were better. The root beer was so good! 3 parking spaces in the rear. They do have some outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. Place your order at the kiosk and pick-up at the counter. Fast service!
The food was mid and the service was ok. We began our order at the kiosk. We never ate here before so wanted to try a few items that were new to us. The A & W Root Beer float was very sweet and sadly didn't taste like much else. The Island Cream Freeze was delicious. I believe it was made with Starry soda, a tropical blend of fruits, and vanilla ice cream. I like the deep fried cheese curds (I ordered Papa sauce but it didn't come on my tray so I had to double back to the counter) it was pretty good. The Chili Cheese Fries were ok as well. My son ordered a Swiss Mushroom burger with American cheese instead. He enjoyed his burger. The soda fountain is self service. The place is very small. There was limited outside seating but no umbrellas to escape the hot sun. The employees bring you your tray by first name. Parking is in a very small lot behind the building probably about 6 or 7 spaces.
The young lady who took our order was friendly. She had difficulty understanding English and messed up our order, but after a few minutes, she finally understood. The food was hot and tasted very good. We ordered a double cheeseburger combo and a kids meal that was supposed to come with a prize/toy... which was not received with the order. When I asked about it the employee couldn't speak or understand English and had to ask another employee who then asked the manager who also couldn't understand what I was talking. He promptly said that they don't give toys in their kids' meals. Even though it says right on the menu. Imagine how kids must feel at this particular A&W. My granddaughter was quite disappointed. Talk about false advertising! This A&W is located in Niagara Falls New York.
I’ve been waiting for this chain to come to Buffalo for quite some time. I used to visit the locations in Canada, and I went to several A&W’s across America, wherever I could find them, and usually when I was in an area with one. I enjoy the solo A&W’s more than the locations combined to another restaurant, like Long John Silver’s. The solo A&W’s have food that tastes much better than the combo locations, which share a fryer between restaurants (among other things). Common complaints of the combo locations from other guests include that the fries taste like fish. Eww… I considered A&W Cortland to be my favorite drive-in restaurant experience, but it’s so far away from me, and it’s in an area where there’s nothing else to do (besides an indoor waterpark being nearby there). So when I heard that A&W would be coming 30 minutes away from me, I was ecstatic! And on top of that, it’s a solo A&W, too! I tried it, and the food tastes pretty good. The floats also impressed me here. The floats are on the same level as Cortland’s floats. You NEED to try this root beer float. It’s unlike any float you’ve ever had. Unfortunately, there are three main downsides to this specific location. First being parking. Their parking lot is EXTREMELY small, and can only fit five or so cars. The other cars need to find street parking, which is pretty tough in this area of the Falls. The second is that this location is dine-in only. If you want to-go, you need to pick up a bag of food by walking inside the place. No drive-thru, and NO DRIVE-IN SECTION, like what Sonic has. Let alone like what A&W Cortland has. The third is a biggie. The prices for fast food are simply expensive and overinflated. It costs about 50 cents to make all of the ingredients for a single coney cheese dog. So why are they charging $12-$15 for a combo? Let alone all of the upcharges customers can incur for extra sauces, extra ingredients, upgrade from a normal drink to a float… I’m shocked to say that Red Top Hot Dogs in Hamburg may be cheaper than A&W Niagara Falls. That’s quite an accomplishment. Red Top is well known for wanting to charge you an arm, a leg, and a spare $100 bill to feed your group. I’m also shocked that no other review before me has mentioned this glaring issue with this location. Take a look at the prices in my pictures down below and prepare to have your jaw drop. I understand where they located is mostly a tourist trap, but come on, guys. You’re fast food. You’re near-equivalent to McDonald’s. Heck, you even have a Big Mac ripoff on your own menu, called the Papa Burger. This is especially frustrating, since I know that the same franchise owner also owns the A&W location in Cortland, and the prices are MUCH more reasonable at that location. (I still mourn the loss of the tastilicious fried Chubby Chicken at A&W Cortland, by the way. I went to this location on opening day and the owner himself told me that he needed to take it off the menu for menu simplification. 😔) Everyone should go here for a root beer float. Some people should go here to enjoy the tasty food. NO one should go here for a meal that they think they can reasonably afford.
Great food! We stopped in while on our trip to Niagara Falls state park. Very convenient as it is located very close to the park and nearby Seneca Casino. Lobby was very clean and food was made to order. Service was a little slow for a burger place but at least the food was fresh. Small parking around back but is limited. We would definitely come again in the future
Food was good, reasonably priced for a meal for this area. Less than $15 for a meal, with fries and a refillable drink. Chicken was a little salty, but very crispy. Burgers was nice tasting and the fries well cooked. Would recommend for those on a budget and/or those with lots of mouths to feed. Service was excellent, and fries could be substituted with onion rings, which was also a nice touch.
Wow! Haven’t seen a A&W restaurant in forever, so I had to stop in and have lunch. Love that this restaurant has self ordering stations. Extremely easy to use and order came out perfectly. My lunch was brought to me by the cashier, whose customer service was exceptional. As I ate my lunch, I watched her interact with customers placing their orders and explaining the menu to them. Additionally, she did a great job interacting with the tables waiting for their food, since some appeared to be waiting for some time. She was engaging and just fantastic. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with fries. Came as ordered and hit the spot. Fries were crispy and delicious. Topped it all off with a strawberry sundae. There goes my calorie count for the day! My only issue was I wished the dining area was cleaner, but perhaps I just hit it at the wrong time. Overall, good food with great customer service. Try it out.
It was good even though the place was terribly short staffed, but we got our food and everything was pretty good actually. The woman that cooked in back did a great job trying to keep up with orders but she needed reliable help.
I love the strawberry milkshake. I wanted onion rings and they have me fries. The burger was okay.
Standard chain restaurant. Food was just ok. I did like that they had it cod fish for their fish sandwich. The root beer float was probably the best part
The food, prices, and location are fine. The food was hat and tasted good. The downfall was the staff. We chose to dine in and sat to wait. And we kept waiting, watching as the family behind us got their meal, as door dash came and went. Finally asked, and our meal was bagged up on the counter, cold and marked as carry out. They remade our meal, which did not come all together but separately. When the burger finally came, they didn't bring the fries. We never did get the fries but were given a handwritten coupon for 25% off the next visit.
Hours on Google are wrong. They close at 11pm. The restaurant was not clean. Staff was super nice and even though we came in at 11 (thinking they close at 12), they made our food. We were super thankful because we had just arrived from out of town and we're starving, and there was nothing else decent open. Food was good but overpriced for fast food (everything around here is). The owner needs to change the hours on Google ASAP. These poor guys stayed late because so many people came in around 11-11:15 needing food. Take better care of your employees.
We read previous reviews before visiting here. It was near our motel and the reviews said it was very clean and had only recently opened. Service was reasonable, but not great. The food was good, but not exceptional. The restaurant was not as clean as it should be. Sticky tables and floor. Maybe they are having trouble finding enough help.
With the great experience of A&W Canada in mind, I stopped by an A&W in Niagara, NY for a quick bite. Unfortunately, it took a long time to receive my order, far out of order, and the food quality fell far short of what I’ve come to expect in Canada. The restaurant itself wasn’t well-maintained, with the tables in serious need of a good degreasing. The staff appeared overwhelmed and unhappy, which likely contributed to the overall disappointing experience.
Service was good. No issue there. But this one thing I ordered, the 2 chicken sliders, is the most over salted, inedible chicken anything I’ve ordered at any fast food place. Yea crispy, but there was so much salt in it. It might as well have been a salt lick. 2 small sliders and I couldn’t even finish 1. And honestly, what kind of a sad bun is this? Just don’t even put it in a bun. Considering the price. Totally not worth $5 even as a combo.
20 bucks for a small fry a medium drink and a big daddy... it wasn't thar big. Crazy when better options are available around this location. I suggest SEVA. Don't fall for the 4.0 rating like I did.
We went to A&W because we were familiar with the chain and have always enjoyed it. We had a bad experience. All the menu items were not available on the kiosk. So we ordered at the counter and found several items were unavailable. Cheese curds and mozzaburger. After we completed our order we waited quite awhile. When the order came we were missing two drinks and the specialty sandwich which was not on the kiosk was not the correct one. The food was not the quality we were accustomed to. In addition the servers were on phones and seemed annoyed at us when we asked for our drinks and asked for the correct sandwich. It’s too bad because we were anticipating greatness and ended up with meh.
Service was slow. Fruit punch was flowing from lemonade dispenser. The server told me they must have switched and promised to look at it. Then she went in and started doing something else. That's a lie on face. Food was standard good.
very expensive!! Didn’t have cod fish so I asked for refund because I was pressed for time 3 pieces of cod fish was 9.99 they gave me back 9.99 I asked them about the taxes and they wanted to argue I’m like no that’s not how taxes work didn’t want to make a big deal but I also won’t be back!
Definitely not a "fast" food restaurant. They were like super slooow with my order, even though when I arrived there was basically nobody in there. The burger was ok, but my fries already cold.
Had the french onion burger wasn’t that bad not very appetizing looking but trust me it taste good also had a rootbeer float was good also had the onion rings i ordered with spicy papa sauce but never got it :/ food almost got given to the wrong table and waiting for the food took a good 20 minutes i will admit it is overpriced but i can understand why tbh an overall rating would be a good three and a half.
Go there with my family to try the root beer floats, and they are out of root beer. Checked the fountain drink machine, and the root beer was working. While they did compensate us with shakes with an extra one (only because they made the wrong flavor for us), i went back to try the food. Food is nothing too special, but mostly just very greasy. However, the story does not end there, ordered the curds (along with other items) and did not recieve the curds. Went back for a third time in one day to get my curds, and it took 10+ minutes to recieve the curds that were still in the chute. The person working the front was just around the corner waiting until a second person walked into the store. Not to say I was extremely exasperated, but it was pretty disappointing that no one checks in on the lobby area when the door bell rings. Overall, I think it was just a unlucky day to go, but, I will say that this place could use some work.
Pick somewhere else for lunch.... Meal cost 21 dollars and made me feel sick before even leaving the building. Quality of food didnt even rival mcdonalds. Wish I saw there was a church's chicken close by sooner.
The place was super filthy, when we walked in it was chill but it took about 5 minutes for someone to take our order then it took about 30 minutes to get our food. While we were waiting someone who must have been the manager came in cranked up the music in the restaurant to inappropriate levels talked to all the staff and left. The couple who was eating there left because of the music and a big group who came in after us left because of the wait to even get to order. Not a place I'd go back to.
Ok...we have an A&W near us back home & its completely different than this! The "coney" sauce is disgusting - tastes like the smell of cat food. The only good food was the sandwiches. Took 20 minutes to get our order & we are the only ones in the place. The guy taking our order is also the one cooking. Only 1 person working. They say the A&W is freshly made right here...except it comes out of a fountain machine. The guy taking our order couldn't understand (or speak) English at all.
Closed over 2 hours early on a Friday???? Really disappointed in this place I’m not from the area and drove out of my way to go there only to be turned away at the door by the manager while there were people inside eating and people on the patio. Not cool A&W I will be contacting corporate and telling the about my experience.
Trash on the ground, tables were not wiped, no toilet paper in all bathrooms. Overpriced, $18.88 for two little chicken sliders, small fries, and a float. Come here for a rootbeer float forget the food.
I drove all the way down here from Ohio after my friend told me about the French onion double cheese burger just to try it since I don't have a restaurant like this near me. I have wasted gas and gained mileage as well as wasted my time completely driving down here to just be told it's not being served anymore although it's advertised. This is false advertisement and I am completely unhappy with this outcome. The girl at the counter named Tiara was more than helpful, understanding and apologetic towards us. She is the only reason this trip was enjoyable at this point. Otherwise I am unhappy with the fact that this restaurant is falsley advertising this burger.
Horrible customer service. Didn’t even get to try the food. Turned us away at 10:30pm saying they weren’t taking anymore orders even though their open sign was on and Google Hours show open until 1am. She ignored me when I suggested she should turn her open sign off if she’s not open. Employees just really don’t care. The place was dirty and not well kept. Even the no parking signs are handwritten on paper taped to the building. It’s just a dump. Also, watch out for the homeless in their parking lot if going at night. They should probably do something to help clean that up and get rid of the old clothes and shoes that you have to walk over on the way in.
Me and my family of 4 ordered the #6 all with fries except 1 with onion rings and the total came out to $60. the lady at the register was on the phone and you could barely understand her and was talking very quietly. once we got our food the cheeseburgers tasted like old meat that had been sitting out and the onion rings didn’t even taste like onion at all. Fries were the best part. 10/10 would not recommend not even for a dog.
Terrible counter service. Use kiosk. Girls are rude and need customer service training. I don’t take kindly to condescending attitudes, after purchasing $50 in food. This is not what Niagara Falls is about, I feel for the tourists that come in here. Not helpful at all. Go to Lewiston, NY for quality food and friendly service. And on top of a crappy dinner, I got a $50 parking ticket for parking in front. The pay parking meter is smashed and not in service. Niagara Falls sucks
Thee worst service I’ve ever received the girl that works their is slow couldn’t even make an ice cream right she made it then left it on the counter to take another order so when she finally decided to give me my order it was melted it should NEVER take over 15mins for ice cream when it was nobody in line but me and one other person. The other guy upfront was standing around on the phone absolutely not worth going horrible service not to mention the guy made my order not even wearing glove’s disgusting I threw it out.
I came to this establishment for a chilled mug of my favorite soft drink A&W Root beer… this is not Root Beer it’s a watered down version of something not Root Beer…. This place stinks avoid if you wanted Root Beer…..
We can at 9:20 on a Friday night and they were already closed?! Either google is wrong or they just don’t care.
I placed an order for 3 piece chicken tender combo meal. After 25 minutes I asked how much longer for the food and they stated the fryers were not on and had not made any of the food yet. I asked for my money back because I was headed out of town and the cashier said they had not been trained to give refunds and that the trainers who could help me wouldn't be in for another hour and a half. So I left the store with no food and no refund. For this to take place with 3 staff members not having the proper training they should not have opened the store. I'm out of 15.00 and no food either. This is the worst A&W experience I have ever had.
They can’t get an order right to save themselves. When you call to complain, they say to go to the website and the site says to call them. Just passing the blame. All food in Niagara Falls sucks. Garbage is probably better than this place.
How does it take almost 20 minutes to get food when I’m the only person in the place? Food is mediocre, floors are sticky. Avoid at all costs, especially at Niagara premium pricing. ($16 for a terrible burger combo is robbery)
We tried to stop here last Saturday. The website and Google both said they closed at 11. When we pulled up around 9 and both the doors were locked despite the open sign being on and the employee were just sitting there on their phones.
CHECK PRICES. The menu listed a large shake at 5.99, but it rang up at $7.49 before taxes. The manager said it was due to taxes (the taxes showed $.60 and the total was over $8 after tax) and made no effort to make it right. The girl working the checkout made 2 shakes and stated, "I've never noticed the price on the menu. We can't help that."
The place was dirty! One other customer eating in and all tables were dirty, floors needed to be swept, and don't start me on the gross and disgusting bathrooms! Toilet seats had dried diarrhea stains, paper all over the floor. Forget about trying to order with a person; they ignored us and we had to order from the kiosk. If the dining room and bathrooms are bad, I wonder how clean the kitchen is?
We had breakfast there, soon after that my daughter who had a terrible stomach ache that she went completely pale. She went to the bathroom and was all well. The food was fried so it’s got to be the soda machine. My daughter said there was colored soda coming out from the ice when she got it. Now we think it must have been dirt in the ice machine. Anyway if you don’t want to get acute food poisoning don’t take your chance at this place.
Growing up in the area.. I expect busy. This restaurant was VERY busy. Unfortunately there were some key things I can take from my experience. #1. 13$ for a single patty burger.. the bun literally consumed the patty. It tasted just as crappy as it appeared. The only flavor was the insane amount of mustard put on the bun. #2 16$ for a BACON burger... that came without bacon. Hmm. The restaurant was far too busy to ask for replacements. #3 A&W boasts homemade soda... the fountain machine needed to be changed. The entire drink area was an absolute mess as well. #4 There was not a single clean table to be found. #5 I was lucky enough to meet the local addict as she stood and filled the drank every soda over, and over again while talking to herself and taking up just enough room you couldn't comfortably maneuver around her. It's sad that this "All American" restaurant is the example we're setting for tourists in the area.
Google says open til 1. Walk in to a lobby half full of people at 11:24. Kiosks wouldn’t work and cashier says closed, it’s not an even time stamp. Not 11:30, not 12 it was 11:24. Google says open til one and the lobby was half full. We stay in Niagara often, will never eat here ever now.
Beware.. this place made our family sick. This is not the good, old time restaurant it should be. The food was nasty and the root beer did not even taste like root beer. The cheese on the hot dog tasted similar to vomit. Yikes, wish I had saved my receipt to get a refund. Two adult meals and a kids meal was $40!!
The chicken we received kinda looked like the grilled chicken. I asked to make sure and they said it was the breaded chicken we ordered. It was really dry and just didn't taste like chicken or didn't look like what it did on the menu. Cheese curds were good though. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion but everything around Niagara Falls is marked up.
