I love Chipotle, and this location never disappoints. The service is always friendly, quick, and efficient, and the staff really go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. The food is fresh and delicious every time, and the place is kept clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the better Chipotle locations I’ve been to!

The man helping me who claimed to be a manager, shorted me on the steak portion. I called him on it and he wanted to charge me double for giving me the correct amount!? I challenged him to weigh out the correct amount on a portion scale, but he didn’t want to do it. I worked in food for 15 years (also a general manager) and know you can’t always eye the right amount every time no matter how many hundreds of times you’ve done it.He finally begrudgingly gave me a bit more, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably will follow up with Coporate but this will affect my patronage of this particular location.

Me and my family usually go to this Chipotle because it us around the corner from our home. This time, the rice was old, and the one who served me refused me extra brown rice and extra cheese (though he refilled the brown rice after he met our goal, talk about lying!), and there was no brown rice on my brother Ryan's bowl, he had all white. We go there about 2 to 3 times a week. This server was polite, but wouldn't even get extra cheese. We talked to the manager of the Santa Fe Springs location (who is very nice) before for an unrelated mishap with our food which happened there. He told us anything is free on the bowls and burritos except meat, and we always get bowls, 3 of them. Other employees who served me before are fine to get a little extra cheese. All mom always gets is brown rice, chicken and cheese. Were not taking advantage of anything. You guys aren't inexpensive, but we love your food. We probably won't be frequenting your location for a while. UPDATE (5/19/2025): We have been coming to this Chipotle for the last 6 months. Usually they do a good job on the food, but the last 2 times were horrible. 5/18 and 5/19 were bad days, the rice was very old and very, very hard, my mom had gristle in the chicken in more than 2 bites, and she didn't even eat the rice at all. You DON'T serve rice if it's like this! We have many choices to where we eat. Mom has worked in the restaurant business for 35 years. She has decided that we won't be coming here for a while.

However, my biggest complain is how stingy the employees were with portions, like I asked for double meat and it looks like I only got one serving. Wouldn't reccomend going to this location there are much better locations that are much less stingy and are overall better in quality.

Chipotle is good, but that location tonight was dirty. The tables were not clean and did not seem to have been cleaned for a while today. And the brown rice had parts hard. But it was ok, not great like other locations. But hopefully it gets better.

This is the worst Chipotle I have been to. The service sucks. If there isn't an employee in the front when you're ready to order? It will take at least a minute for someone to come and assist you. Even though they see you standing there. The food was nasty. The rice was rock hard. The cooking station was so dirty, too. I couldn't believe it. I honestly should've just walked out and not ordered anything.

Unfortunately they had no chicken or steak. Employee said 5-10 minutes for the chicken but it was more like 15-20 minutes because there was no sense of urgency from either of the employees. There was at least 5 people waiting. While waiting, I saw not one employee try to clean the food station. I saw the employee grab a used knife and cutting board to cut the meat. After watching all this, I made a decision to walk out. Ugh I wish I had taken photos of the whole ordeal.

I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances because it’s close to my gym, but the experience is consistently disappointing. The food lacks seasoning, the chips are rarely available, and the ice machine has been broken for weeks, leaving only warm fountain drinks. The overall operation feels disorganized, and it’s clear the store needs stronger management. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to this location today around 2:30 pm and dealt with a guy name Erick. He had a bad attitude and was rushing me when i was trying to order different items since i was getting food for multiple people. He kept cutting me off when i was trying to order more and had an unpleasant attitude. There were two other people helping with orders and they seemed way more professional than Erick.

How can you be out of carne asada at 530 pm on a week day. And then have the audacity to say your out and not making any more . It's prime dinner time at 530 and your too lazy to cook more carne asada or make more guacamole. Laziest chipotle I've ever been to never will go to this place everrrr. Straighten your employees out and the buck stops at the manager. The worst . I had to put at least one star so I can put in my review . You deserve a minus -5 . Disgusting lazy ...unacceptable . I know several people who work at other Chipotle's and I told them what happened they were shocked. Chipotle needs to hire better people .

Staff wanted to leave early so they stopped making white rice, pinto beans, barbacoa, guac, mild salsa and who knows what else.s this was more than an hour and half before l closing. Super unprofessional, the person making the burritos asked the cook to make more rice and he said no he’s not making more. So upset that I said you know what no thank you and didn't even get anything. The employees were rude about it and clearly talking about it. 9/28/24 8:15 pm. Worst chipotle ever these guys need to figure out ordering to staffing because it seems like they never have stuff according to other reviews. I don’t know why they try to act and look like they are closed at 8 pm. Seems like nothing is being done about the employee behaviors as all comments and reviews are the same. Go to any other Chipotle, in fact food at the pizza place next store is great go there instead. Shout out to Mountain Mike’s pizza for being nice above all else.
