I go there alot with my daughter so she can play in the play place especially in this heat. Today I had a problem with my order and I called it in. The employee told me to go in and they will help me out. The manager ceasar greeted me and I told him the problen and helped me out no hesitation no fight argument just a smile positivity and helpful. Im really glad theres someone like him in this location too feel comfortable and acknowledge of any situation. Thank you very much

I love this McDonald's location. It gets really busy early in the morning, normally breakfast and when school gets out. It's rare their ever out of frapps. They remember your order. Sometimes there is a wait at the next window but you don't wait long. It's normally fast. The people here are nice and friendly. I drive a little further but this location is way better.

Like every fast food franchise there was an overwhelming amount of customers inside and out. The drive thru was lined up all the way to the side walk and didn't seam to be moving and the customers inside seemed displeased and impatient. Yet we see how busy they are and we still want it. So I ordered a quarter pounder meal and 13 pack cookies to go. The burger and fries were prepared first and then I was told the cookies were being freshly made so by the time I received the cookies the food sitting on the counter was cold. It took nearly 25 minutes to get my food and go. So McDonald's you have to bake the cookies first before you make the burger and fries so everything is hot at the same time !

I find it hard to rate a fast food place. What I mean by that is, what are the expectations. This is a Mcdonald's and in order to get McDonald's food, you pull up to the drive trough, order your food, or go in to the restaurant to order which is something I don't believe I've done outside of road trips, you pull up to the pay window, pay, go to the next window, and receive your food. That, to me now in this day and age, is the McDonalds experience. That and sometimes receiving onions in my burger when I have requested they not be in there. I'm not expected to be blown away by McDonald's food because I've had it many times throughout my lifetime. I know the food that they provide as Mcdonald's food. Not any better or worse than other establishments. That's just McDonald's food. The location is not out of the ordinary, there's plenty of parking and the staff was cheery and happy to serve. I received my food quickly and there was nothing wrong with it. It was just as I expected and that's great because its what I wanted. Great work Mcdonalds! In a league of your own. The line for drive threw was long and they only had one drive threw lane opened. The food was as always cold and they need to seriously change their deep frier oil. I heard from an ex employee that they change their oil once a month and you can see it in their not golden french fries but their brown soggy cold fries. When I was a kid McDonalds had the best hot golden french fries. I feel sorry for kids now who think that McDonlds fries are good cuz they are gross and soggy. Change your deep frier oil please.

Always seems to have a long line. Line moves at a decent rate but if your in a hurry I wouldn't recommend this loc. The breakfast is good but lunch and dinner sometimes fries are over salted or taste like they are old or have been sitting a while. But sometimes they are great so it's a hit or miss. I will say to check your food before driving off if your driving through they tend to get super busy and often forget items in your order especially the big ones. And your straws get left out often too. Any condiments you have to ask for because they often will not include them if it doesn't come with them already. That goes for extra napkins too !

I was extremely disappointed in the bathroom. We done at 7 am. The bathroom uses codes to enter. Used the large disabled stall. There was no toilet paper at all. Told them up front. It's Mcdonalds. Same sauce flavor and burger flavor like elsewhere. This location can be a little busy sometimes in the drive-thru and can be slow service there but it's good. Looks clean. Always check your bag to make sure everything you ordered is in there as they may forget an item especially if you have a big order.

I remember when I was younger and would come to McDonald's and would receive service with a smile. Now you come to McDonald's and get employees that look miserable and give you that annoyed look when you ask them for something. I believe it starts management that has to see if employees don't want to work the drive thru windows, then put them to cook or clean.

I ordered two happy meals, and one was wrong (chicken nuggets instead of a hamburger), luckily my kids both love chicken nuggets. However this level of inattention to service and quality is indicative of the overall quality of the food and service. The price for what is provided is no longer what I consider a value, especially compared with other fast food chains.

This was the better McDonald’s compared to the one on Alondra. However certain hours are just terrible especially since the prices go up and wanting to get paid more. The store inside doesn’t get the upkeep it needs. Tables don’t get wiped down. Floors look dirty at times. The trash cans don’t look like they check on it. And if you’re in the drive thru and they tell you to go to the second window don’t . I waited 8 minutes for a medium mocha frappe. I had to walk in with my receipt and ask for the coffee. Especially when they don’t clean the machine and tell the people it’s not working. The bell on the outside doesn’t seem to work. But the first window you come to normally does move quickly. The play center that’s in there is nice but kids do get aggressive and I’ve seen parents get really upset instead of just asking or talking it out. It is small to move around in. One of the worst Fast Food places in the area. Terribly slow and workers are rude to customers. I'm not a complainer, and I'm not just looking for something for nothing, but they treat customers as a burden instead of a commodity. Bought a large Sprite with no ice. About 10 minutes after drinking my left kidney began to ache and a sore appeared right under my lip. Wanted to get it myself to avoid this, as I don't believe in people preparing my drinks (or food) for me, but their lobby was closed. Not sure what was in it, will never allow a McDonald's employee to serve my food or drink ever again, they serve poison. Better off drinking water from a pond than the drinks they serve you (through the drive-thru). Ridiculous.

There were staff -- seen on break, or in the kitchen, just were missing at the counter. The one female cashier was overwhelmed but shown no courtesy to customers, only an attitude. Would've been better having someone monitor the food put out on the counter, work crowd control ... including people waiting to learn the restroom codes.

I came in through the drive thru and was met with a very rude girl. On early Sunday morning, November 19th, 2023, between 3:50am-3:54am, the girl who was taking my order was very rude and was too lazy to make any drinks and only said they only had soft drinks. This establishment, and that girl specifically, could learn a thing or two from the location off of Alondra blvd and Bloomfield ave.

I went in using my app trying to use a code and the worker kept saying it was invalid and kept rushing me and then told me to go the front and once going to front he was no help instead pressure me to order and looked at me like if I was dumb even when showing him the code . This location is one of the worst. Food tastes the same as any other location but it’s the staff that make this place shine. If you were to pick all the rejected candidates from all the other fast food places and put them under one roof this is where you would find them. Complete failure of a management team to let these people ruin your store. It’s McDonald’s so I’ll go back to lowering my expectations.

The drive thru is a nightmare. It always takes over 45 to take your order. And it is not the amount of orders they have to make but their speed and management. Everything brakes here all the time, from card readers to drive thru screen. Everybody seems mad and not friendly. By the amount of people coming here every day, this should be one of the most profitable stores, but many cars end up leaving instead of waiting to get their order, and there are plenty of other fast food places around with faster and better service. I only come here whenever I forget why I stopped coming to this store. And I love McDonalds. This is a bad management issue. On top of that, most of the time i get my food cold.

The sandwich was ok just that the Baccon was a bit crispy, but I can deal with that it was the macchiato that had me frustrated. Not only did they ask me to move to the last window, and I waited for 5 minutes to get the macchiato without an explanation or approximation of wait time. Once I got the macchiato, it was cold and tasted, disgusting no flavor, just cold water with creamer. I understand that machines break down, so I would rather had them told me that they would give me my money back or choose another item, not just had me wait and give me this nasty macchiato.
