Spent the night in a neighboring hotel so the restaurant location was perfect. While service was slow, the food was delicious! Will go back when we next visit Oakdale.

Had dinner a couple of Saturdays back... Very hot outside... But extremely cool and comfortable inside at the counter. My wait staff was Brittney. She did an excellent job guiding me through the menu and suggestive selling. Had a veggie sandwich.... Very healthy! I'll do the prime rib next trip. Stop by.... Easy on/off highway. The restaurant also has a club room. Clean restrooms. Reminds me of Lyon's Restaurant back in the day. Stop by and say hi to Britt! Ron

First time coming here to this establishment, and it's very cozy rustic atmosphere. If you want to feel the country and the friendly hospitality of the employees. I advise you to come here. Their food is feeling, the restaurant is clean, and it has enough seating. Just make sure to keep an eye on their times there open, and closed. The prices are right, for the amount of food you buy.

ALWAYS a good meal! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and even dessert; they are alllll delicious and plentiful! You will leave full and with a smile in your heart, belly and face! There are some really great staff! From the wait staff; the bus people and the cooks! They all are smiling, friendly and clean! You feel home and welcomed when you sit down and get the delicious cup of coffee and chat with the staff, other diners and guests. Small hometown feel; but still welcoming to those who are passing through or here for events. Come get a great meal and refill not only your belly but your heart. You’ll be back meal after meal. There is plenty of free, safe and well lit parking, as well as ADA compliance parking and seating. They have a nice bar attached to the restaurant that is always lively and seems like a good spot as well.

The old time feel was nice. Staff was friendly from bussers to server. Jasmine was great and nice attitude. The portion to price ratio was one of best I've came across. 28 bucks for chicken friend steak and kids plate.

The food was amazing for my high protein diet. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. The food came fast and hot. Will definitely go back.

Last minute stop at this place and had no expectations really but was pleasantly surprised by the great service we’ve received but even more so by the amazing dishes. We had delish zucchini fries as a starter and salad and grilled salmon filet and a burger and sweet potato fries to follow. Portion sizes were huge. Highly recommendable.

This is a great place to stop for a bite if your passing through Oakdale. Victoria is a wonderful waitress. She made sure we all got exactly what we wanted. Everything is homemade and super yummy. We'll be back again for sure.

Great place! We went in the middle of the week around 830 am. The restaurant was very quiet and not crowded. The waitress was very friendly and got our orders taken quickly. The food came out fast and it was great! The portions are huge! A lot of food and very well priced.

First time, and Wow!, SO delicious!!! Just finished an amazing meal.. I got the Belgian Waffle Special.. the wonderful waitress, Kittie, let me substitute the eggs, sausage and bacon, for their biscuits and gravy.. I rarely get it, I'm always disappointed, but not this time, was perfect! And the waffle, soooo yummy! Great food and great value with BIG portions, SO hard to find these days!.. I'll be back!!!!

Delicious food and great service. Our portions were plentiful. Everything was well seasoned and tasty. The vegetable beef soup was hearty with thick chunks of beef that fell apart in your mouth. The teriyaki chicken Cobb salad was gorgeous and filling. The biscuits fluffy and gravy flavorful.

Tourists please beware! They automatically add gratuity with 5 or more without telling you until it’s time for payment. 15% of your bill!!!! I’m a local and they tried to scam us, and I can only imagine they do this to tourists too. Food is ok, if the older lady with the dark hair, and bling belt buckle is working, just walk out and go elsewhere. The poor owners.
