Main Squeeze

My body loves Main Squeeze! I couldn't understand the hype why the lines were so long for a "juice bar", but the juices & smoothies are super fresh and yummy. I haven't been to Jamba Juice since my 1st visit here! I support local business and especially when it's taste great!

Great options with generous portions. This is a small place so only 1-2 people can wait for their order inside. It can be a long wait when they are busy because each item takes a certain amount of time to make. The food itself is very good, though so it's worth the wait.

I got the aloha bowl, it was absolutely refreshing and filling, the apples were a nice twist on top. If only they had almond slices everything else perfect.

This is without a doubt my favorite lace to get acai bowls (now that Whole Foods stopped making theirs). All of the bowls and smoothies and amazing and I've heard the same about their other house items. My go to are the Alpha Bowl and the Maca Mama smoothie. Apparently, you can get their juices in a 32oz bottle. Employees are almost always kind and polite. And yes, they take card. There's no place inside to enjoy your food but there is a single bench right outside. If you prefer, there's also park across the street and Lake Merritt down the street. I almost always find parking that's no more than a 30 sec walk away. This place is popular but is rarely ever crowded. The surrounding area os nice enough but be sure to hide any valuables in your car just in case.

Literally only smoothies i order are from here, because of the service & great ingredients so i always recommend this great Location👌🏻 . Also its nice that If you want to sip in peace also a nice Patio with lots of plants 🪻🪴🌺

What I love about this place: 1. It open late (most smoothie places close super early) 2. It's organic! 3. They have some really delicious smoothies and juices. It would be nice if they had some milk options as well like dairy milk or almond milk but I guess that's the only downside

Top notch bowls, juices, and smoothies and an even more amazing staff. These guys put in a lot of hard work to make this place great, making the most out of even the smallest conversations. Would highly recommend the location and the Oasis bowl!

I was really surprised reading some of the negative reviews. I had a fantastic experience! The staff was very nice, the smoothie I ordered (Tropikale) was bomb, the price was reasonable, and it was ready in less than 5min. I’ll def be back

Soooo many great toppings for their Açaí Bowls. Cute little hole in the wall feel. Healthy and sweet options. Smoothies, bowls, bars and more. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because the price is really high ($12 for a açaí bowl). If you want to support the small business it’s worth it, otherwise it’s not worth the money in my mind.

I only get one item from this place and the flavor just isnt the same compared from a year or so ago. The Alameda location however remains true and consistent to the flavor and texture of the smoothies.

I wouldn’t recommend Main Squeeze. The man taking my order had an attitude acted like I was asking for the moon and the stars when I asked how many grams of protein was in the extra scoop of protein that I was paying for. If you’re offering protein as an additive on your menu, at the bare minimum you should know how much protein is in the scoop. If you don’t know, you should simply look at the nutrition facts on the container you’re scooping it out of. Clearly that was too difficult, because he refused to do it, then asked me, “so do you want the protein or not.” The sweet girl behind the counter gave me an accurate number, she just looked on the container, and she is the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. If it were just for him I would’ve given it one. Anyways, the smoothie wasn’t great. Tasted kind of bitter, not my jam. I’ll make a smoothie at home next time.

When I went up to the register, she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was waiting for. Paid almost $10 and my drink isn’t even that good. Pretty disappointing experience for my first time here.

Wow, the menu looks amazing! I would have loved to purchase some drinks and snacks from here when I stopped by on Sunday. However, the cashier completely ignored me because he was too busy carrying on a personal conversation with his friend. It's difficult to support small businesses when even the store's own employees don't.

It seemed as though they dropped the banana, picked it up, and placed it into my bowl. It was truly disgusting. I told them my concerns and they did make me another one but I will not be going back here again.

Store is cramped, and service is very slow! Bowls could be good, however I've watched their prices rise so high! Now, a juice shot is three dollars! For a little shot! I had once gotten an acai bowl (for 10 dollars btw) and it wasn't properly blended and had big chunks of frozen acai. I let the server know, and they replaced it, forgetting to add honey, chia seeds, and banana. Although I would love to have a great organic smoothie place here, i gave it a few chances and it was really a let down.
