Didn't get a chance to pick up my because I had a service dog. The kid that was there no matter what no dogs Not even my dog he had his vest ID TAGS. THAT will be the last business they get from me.

I’ve always like the staff but On 08/15/25 Friday evening I ordered pepperoni puffs and was given to me with no pepperoni no cheese pure dry and the staff witch are young were laughing at me because I had to return to question about my food that they weren’t correctly They stated that’s the way there done dry I definitely will not go there anymore food is being done incorrectly

I’m not sure why Little Caesars promotes “Hot-N-Ready” when every time I go to this location, nothing is hot, ready, or even in progress. I waited 45 minutes for a simple order of pizza puffs — and this isn’t just a one-time thing. It happens every time we come here. The workers clearly don’t want to be there, and it shows. No food is prepped ahead of time like it’s supposed to be. It’s like the whole point of fast, convenient pizza has been completely lost on this store. What’s the point of calling it “Hot-N-Ready” if we have to stand around forever while staff move at their own pace and ignore customers? Do better.

There was a rep there who was really rude it was a tall black guy with little dreads. The moment I walked in he had an attitude and I was waiting to make an order unsure of if the guy who was in front of me was going to order and he sat there and rolled his eyes and didn’t say a word knowing I came in to order and he wasn’t helping anyone . Then when I came in to get crazy puffs he rolled his eyes and with an attitude said “we don’t got it we don’t got enough dough for that” I just walked away but this kid was just downright not having a good day maybe

We ordered a stuff crust pizza combo for delivery with a 2 liter soda. When the order arrived we did not get the 2 liter. I can understand that something can get messed up, but when we tried to call the store no one picked up the phone and the voicemail system was full. It just goes to show how much the manger the and employees care are their jobs. All we wanted was a refund for the soda, but now they just stole from me.

I got the thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was like eating cardboard. It took about 25 minutes to get the pizza because the employees that were working this particular night were in slow-motion with very red glassy eyes! I was not the only customer who waited a very long time to get a cardboard pizza! The employees were nice, but the dumbfoundedness got in the way of their customer service

Doordashing 2 orders told me 10 minutes for the orders to be done. Came back, didn't know the status, came back with 1 pizza an told me other was just put in 5 mins. Came back, no pizza or Italian bread or bread sticks. Was told just put in. Didn't leave with all my food until 30 minutes after arrival. Looked like they just came back from a fat smoke session and had their 2 back crew members wiping and cleaning instead of making food. With 12 people behind me and a lady with her hungry daughter that was waiting an hour to be told it was just put in. 4 people walked out cause no hot and ready were put in after being told they were super busy tonight for some reason. I worked at outback recently, and their pace rate was below average. I could've made another 2-3 orders done in the extra time I was waiting for my doordashing food to come out. Lost money due to lack of sense of urgency. And lil Caesar's lost money on the people that walked out. Comfortable enough to say, I could've done more than the 2 people were doing there all on my own. Need to give more for delivery people that come through this location or hire me for 2 wages an I'll make us money.

False advertising prices. Manager said she didn't care and to file a law suit. Worst attitude I have ever seen from a manager in my life. A manager should never yell and curse at customers who were asking for the price listed on the menu in the store. Other customers present were upset for the same reason. Employees screaming F bombs from the kitchen. Also waited 10 mins before anyone appeared at the counter. Will be filing with BBB regarding this location. False advertising is fraud

We called and placed an order and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and was talking to a co worker named “Dee” while on the phone with us. She also hung up on us without saying good bye or even saying that she took the order really. We arrived to pick up 30 minutes later and they told us that they messed up the order and they are currently remaking it. We understand. It happens. They remake the pizza and then tell us that they messed it up again. All we ordered was pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni. That is not difficult. So after wasting another 30 minutes, it turns out OUR ORDER WAS DONE THE ENTIRE TIME. It was behind the counter in the warmer. We told them our name at the very beginning when we arrived to pick up. There was no reason why they wouldn’t know it. The order that was messed up was for another customer. Worse experience we have ever had to get a pizza and 2 orders of crazy bread. We purposely called ahead to keep this from happening. We will not be returning and we advise all of you to not give them your business as well. Stay away.
