What an amazing experience! Was fairly priced. You are able to sample whatever you want before making your purchase. Tea was very good.

This franchise has been needed forever!! I love tea! And almost everyone I know from the south drinks tea in some form or another. This restaurant is a dream come true! They have many craft teas and old favorites. Lemonades and (occasionally) root beer tea! Best part is you can sample before you buy. Like 31flavors without the guilt. LOVE IT!

We come often. The tea is phenomenal. The staff is the best. We love going inside and making our own tea because if it's wrong, it's my own damn fault. Today, we were running late and for the 3rd regretful time, I swung through drive-through. The other 2 times, our drinks were wrong. So I simply asked for a gallon of 1/2 sweet raspberry and 1/2 sweet blueberry. The gal said it was called "something" and I said, "What? No! Half and half, Blueberry and Raspberry." It wasn't complicated. The gallon was marked "Other: BBS" Not sure what that means but it's straight Blueberry. 3/3 times now my SIMPLE order was wrong. Drive through sucks. I waited 25 minutes DURING happy hour once and they checked me out at 4:01 and wouldn't honor the price. Go inside and service yourself if you want your actual tea the right way! We spend over $100/week here.

Maybe I am just poor but I feel the tea is overpriced. It's just tea, like the cheapest thing on the planet. Don't know how this place has expanded like it has.

Yesterday around 6 PM, I visited your store. Due to the busy drive-thru, I went inside and ordered two mini-gallons of watermelon tea. After a lengthy wait that delayed my schedule. I was taking one to AZ on Sunday. I received my teas, grabbed them, and left. That evening, I poured half of one into a glass and realized it was the wrong tea. It was just plain sweet tea. The next day, I returned to the store, expecting a straightforward resolution as a long-time customer who consistently orders watermelon tea. When asked for a receipt, which I did not have, the manager, Lorraine Cobos (GM09), informed me it couldn't be their mistake because everything is labeled. She requested the last four digits of my credit card, and I provided them. She then claimed that my last visit was in March, despite my visit the previous day. I showed her my bank statement to prove otherwise. Which she saw and then scoffed at. Despite all of this, she refused to replace my tea and berated me in front of her staff, using me as a learning opportunity by saying it was my responsibility to check if I received the correct tea and that’s why they label them like they do. I know what I ordered. I only ever order watermelon tea. You have a great product and concept, and I am confident in your success. However, I strongly recommend reviewing the customer service skills of your general managers. As a GM myself, I was appalled by Ms. Cobos' actions and believe her treatment of guests warrants serious consideration and perhaps additional training.

I finally decided to go to another location after today's episode. I brought in 4 gallon jugs to be refilled. After setting them on the counter by the register literally in front of the guy with a mustache and glasses. He looked at the bottles, looked at me and decided to wait on the customer that walked in after me. I let it go, and after he waited on the second customer, I was done! I went to the htea store across from Walmart and they greeted me and filled the water with no issues. Bye bye Eastridge!

This has got to be one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve had. I waited in a long line at this HTeaO, only to find out at the Ordering Sign that they only accept cash inside the store. No signs posted at the entrance, no heads-up while you’re stuck in the drive-thru line with no way to get out. Seriously? In 2025, not taking card at the window is bad enough — but not warning people until it’s too late to do anything about it is just plain ridiculous. Even so asking them to come inside after waiting in a long line. How hard is it to put up a sign before someone commits to a line they can’t escape from? I know you have more than a couple card terminals. Wasted my time for nothing. Do better.

Went in from 2-4 happy hour today and found out that happy hour is only if you buy 1 tea and get the 2nd tea cup for free. It's really weird cause I got 1 large tea and paid half price before. Why would i want 2 cups of large tea?

I tell them light ice every time and they end up giving me more ice than tea . Didn’t get to notice till after i get to work . She also repeated the order twice back to me and i still receive extra ice
