Great service. Tasty food. A much needed break from the world of masks and distancing. We went on a quiet Saturday evening and were able to relax with some dinner and drinks. Service was commendable. We felt very well taken care of. Consistent visits from our waiter as well as others.

Amazing food. All of the salsas taste great. There’s even something special about their tortillas/tostadas. Portions are nice. I had the duck which is a small size, but fills you up and hits the spot. Drinks are refreshing and pretty strong. Service was very pleasant. I took family that doesn’t speak English and they felt respected.

Five stars, but not for the lactose intolerant. This restaurant legitimately has great food, but if you're lactose intolerant you won't find anything on the menu you can eat done over here. Of course, you can have them take off the cheese and the cream and the other dairy in the menu items, but it won't taste the same and in my mind it doesn't taste as good.

The brunch food here was amazing! But the wait was not. Our group of five waited 40 minutes to be seated despite arriving only 15 minutes after opening at 11am, so definitely recommend reservations. Additionally, food took another 50 minutes to come out, probably because there was another large party ahead of us. For a leisurely brunch that's fine, but if you're in a hurry this definitely isn't the place for you. As for the food, every dish looked and tasted excellent. Presentation, flavors, and texture were all spot on with the chilaquiles divorciados that I ordered, with runny eggs and just a little crunch in the chips. House made tortillas were colorful and delicious. Coffee service was generous as we waited. Cochinta pibil, Chile relleno and regular chilaquiles my friends ordered also looked amazing and I'd definitely want to come back here sometime and try more dishes. But next time, I'll make reservations.

I came into town for work and was looking for a solid meal close to my hotel. Anepalco looked solid so I decided to give it a try. I got the mole enchiladas because they seemed pretty unique. They were tasty and very filling but I’m not sure I’d order them again. The service was great and the food came out very quickly. The restaurant was very pretty and well kept.

The last time I was here it was Covid era and we could only sit outside - so glad that's over! This time, we got to sit inside and enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. It is a small but cozy restaurant with a small bar area and outdoor patio. It is connected to the Alo hotel and you can park in the hotel's structure for free. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Service was good overall just a little slow towards the end. We enjoyed the appetizer combo, chips and salsa. The Tacos Dorados were very good. They had a varied and interesting menu, we hope to return soon!

Wendy's has the same menu and quality as always. New drink items are added to the menu every now and then. The chili was good, although I remember it being thicker. I also remember that "finding a finger in the chili" ordeal years ago. Minus one star for removing broccoli 🥦 from the loaded potato🥔

Anepalco is a posh, modern restaurant showered in greenery and with a stylish covered patio outside. Located next to the Ayres' ALO Hotel, the parking is scattered around the venue. The service is friendly and the ambience is fun, but the food holds back on flavor and portion size. When a restaurant serves upscale versions of delicious street food, it's common for dishes to get refined, as Anepalco does with its dinner menu. Perhaps in this case, the French influence overcasts the Mexican roots, and I was left missing the punch in flavors. One of the better dishes was the Tacos Dorados - which isn't really a taco, but more like a fried shell enchilada. While the name was slightly misleading, the dish was pretty good, served with fresh fish and a pleasant chipotle sauce. The trio, which caters to those that love to have a little bit of everything (me), included a refreshing ceviche, guacamole, and corn. The guacamole was quite muted though they indeed use very fresh avocado. The ceviche similarly included decent bits of fresh seafood - it was refreshing and had a nice herbal and citrus-y base. The corn was well roasted but didn't quite pack the elote punch. To be fair, the "punch" probably would have made the dish much heavier, and it seems the trio was going for more elevated, less decadent. I also sampled one of their drinks, El Diablo, which was mixed with Jamaica syrup and tamarind puree. Tasty and, as with everything else, mild. Not quite the flavor of the devil, but definitely aligned in color - the drink had a nice red glow. Anepalco has the vibes and service down, if they bring the spice, they'd be a home run. Regardless, it's a fun place to do happy hour or a light dinner before a concert or night out. And their brunch sounds promising, so another reason to try again next time.

The food here sometimes is hit or miss. This time, my chicken sandwich was soggy unfortunately. My chili was watered down and my burger was a little tough. Some days it's great here, others not so much. Day time Crew definitely has better staffing.

We tried this place for dinner! The appetizer trio was way too small and the guacamole tasted like avocados gone bad! The calamari was decent but over-fried! Chile relleno came out cold! Overall not a pleasant experience! Definitely won’t be back

I’ve been a loyal customer at the Wendy’s in the Pilot plaza off Exit 40 in Milford, stopping in four to five times a week. Today I asked for a little barbecue sauce on my $8.50 sandwich. They said they couldn’t do that because they “don’t have bottles,” so I said they could just put it on the side, since they obviously have side sauces. That’s when they started pressing me for an extra 50 cents. This isn’t about the 50 cents. It’s the unnecessary hassle and the lack of basic customer service. When someone supports your location that often, you don’t make things difficult, you take care of them. Moments like this are exactly how you lose repeat customers.

Food used to be really good.I gotta Dave's double.It was like pre made nothing's fresh like it used to be... all pre-made crap now ..wasnt even hot ..no wonder wendy's stock has dropped over a hundred percent since last year to under ten dollars

I don’t understand how this place is known for its chilaquiles when these were quite literally the worst I’ve ever had. They were a soggy mess, and despite paying an additional $10 for wagyu, there was barely any on the plate. We also ordered the Norteña Omelet, which was equally underwhelming. Service and ambiance were fine, but it doesn’t make up for the poor quality of the food. 0/10 – would not recommend.

Cheese was NOT on the patty correct , food was dry cold and look old and sloppy , I asked for my burger to have mayo ketchup pickles onions and lettuce no tomato and they didn’t do anything but put mayo and lettuce, proceeded to tell me I was all set for my order when things were missing

Absolutely bottom of the barrel location. I ordered a chicken sandwich. When I got home there was no chicken to be found just a top and bottom bun. How the hell do you forget the chicken on a CHICKEN SANDWICH???!!! I ordered a root beer and they gave me a coke. I dont understand how it is that hard it is for them to fulfill orders properly. Rude and absolutely incompetent staff as well. I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere.

We picked up a order on drive thru 03/11/2025 They gave us our order with two Sandwiches with completely Raw chicken When I contacted general Manager She told me it was my 14 years old fault for eating it I only ate a bite of mine but he fully ate it and didn’t realize trusting Wendy’s as any other visit When is complete negligence from that store for not doing their Job and fallowing food safety. My kid been sick since that evening till now And haven’t gotten any answer from Corp or anyone to take liability for my kids health.

Placed an order through the drive-through and when I went to pay, my total seemed a little off, so I asked at the window for a copy of my receipt so I can see what my order was immediately the kid had an attitude after looking at the receipt shows that my order was wrong up wrong. I’m missing Three orders and something else was added that I didn’t even ask for. I reiterated my order which I had to pay more for since he didn’t initially charge me for them, which wasn’t the issue, but as they’re handing me the food there now handing me less food than what I paid for when I asked for the additional food that I ordered that was an issue I’m now back at home. At this point, I’ve spent 10 minutes in the drive-through so I just need to head home at this point and of course as soon as I start to distribute the food, the order is wrong and there’s no receipt in the bag. Tried calling multiple times and the line just stays busy.

My family and I ordered a 2 for 7, a spicy chicken sandwich and used a coupon for free fries. We went home and found out they missed the fries and spicy chicken sandwich. We went back and the employees were rude wasted our time and didn’t even give us our fries

I ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich combo and a second individual spicy chicken sandwich. The large fry container was only half full. I called corporate to resolve the matter but since I don’t have an account on the app the customer service person could not give me a credit. I won’t be going to Wendy’s anymore. They’re losing a frequent customer. The food could have been a mistake but the customer service was atrocious.

Worst experience. They need a better manager because they are a mess. I had to go back to the counter 3 times. Napkins are not given. When you tell them you need something they act like it's the end of the world. Very long lines because of mistakes.

Ordered a sandwich through the drive thru. My sandwich was not cooked. The manager didn’t even apologize. Just refunded me without saying two words to me. Don’t worry though the drive thru employees thought it hilarious. Only redeeming quality of this location is the Hispanic woman who works nights there.

Edit- still no better here, paid cash again, no receipt given and a long black hair in my food today. Horrible service and wait times. Waited in Drive Thru for 10 min and no car moved, went inside and watched 5 employees stand around doing nothing for another 20 min to get my food. I payed with cash and did not get a receipt so I assume they are stealing cash from you as well. Date of serving 9/21/2019 ~9:00pm

Most irresponsible employees are to be found in this location, not going to waste my time bashing it. To be honest just feel like they purposely messed the order I made besides the fact that items where missing from it and my order being wrong. Ordered one of my combos no mayo due to allergies and all orders had mayonnaise oozing from them *hint* and on top of that ordered apparently the new invisible large fries they are now offering nowhere. Save your money and time.

Not going to sit and bash this place, but I will give a public service announcement. P.S.A. Before pulling off check your food and ensure there is nothing in it that shouldn't be. We live too far to go back and waste of gas on a refund or a replacement but no there was the longest strands of hair in a burger which makes no sense. so unless you're okay with Harry food from the workers at this establishment I highly encourage you to check before you pull off Their property.
