SpringTea is a cute spot with delicious and refreshing boba teas and surprisingly good food. Customers rave about the fresh, high-quality ingredients and friendly staff. The rice rolls and popcorn chicken are highly recommended.
Tip: Try the rice rolls and popcorn chicken. Be prepared to wait a little longer for food, as it's made fresh to order.
A wide variety of delicious drinks and food! Every single item on this menu is a hit. I got the oreo mochi drink - the mochi was still warm. Highly recommend! Good seating, cute trinkets to diy or blind boxes to buy, and incredibly nice staff. What more can you want?
It's been a while since I've had some good takoyaki and boba tea and both did not disappoint! Super yummy! The service was friendly and quick. The store is also cute and has some nice merch. Will definitely visit again! 😋😋
Absolutely love this place! The tea is always fresh and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just right. The boba is soft, chewy, and delicious every time. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast and welcoming. You can tell they really care about quality. Definitely my go-to Boba spot — everything here tastes amazing! 💛🧋
I am obsessed with rice rolls, one of my absolute favorite things to order from dim sum Menus, so I saw a TikTok saying they make amazing fresh rice rolls and I came running. They had a kiosk to order at so there wasn't much of "service" it's fairly self serve. We got Takoyaki. Fried tofu. Beef rice rolls and 2 teas. The teas were excellent. Not too sweet. Great flavor. Their milk tea was nice and strong how I like it and the boba was cooked very well. The Takoyaki? Probably our favorite out of everything we ordered. Super hot and fresh and really delicious. 10/10. The rice roll had the best bouncy soft silkyness and great flavor. I shared my 1 order I would have definitely ordered another one. Our least favorite that we ordered was the fried tofu. Tofu was hot and fresh and crispy BUT the "sauce" or not even calling it a sauce. The oil used was extremely bland. It wasn't it. If they changed the sauce for the tofu it would have been much better but the choice of oil they use for it does not suit or complement the tofu at all. I was really full and satisfied by the end of my meal and debated getting a matcha filled croissant, but I will save that for next time. Lots of little things to choose from off this menu. Come check it out and give them some love.
High quality tea and fresh made to order food with a positive homemade quality and flavor. The food takes a little bit to come out but it is made fresh so is well worth the wait. The staff is nice and welcoming. They have tons of cool blind boxes available to purchase.
OMG !! what a relaxing and beautiful place ! is super beautiful inside ! the out side doesn't look that great but inside Is wow ! I asked for he passion Fruit party with 75% of sugar ! suuuuper refreshing and with a lot of fruit I enjoyed a lot ! is not too sweet so I drink it all! 💯 recommend this place !
Wow, I came here by accident, I put the wrong address in but decided to try it out anyways. What a happy accident! The best tea, best food, cutest location, nice and quiet, and the sweetest staff! I usually come in after a walk in the park with my dog, and they are always so welcoming and friendly. I truly enjoy all my visits here. Thank you so much staff at Spring Tea! You make this a great place to visit!
This place was so good! We have been a number of times. Def get a popcorn chicken with dry garlic. The rice dishes with chicken and pork had great flavor. Boba was soft and good texture. Orders a strawberry lime tea, mango smoothie and taro milk tea. I also really love all their collectibles from keychains to puzzles. Strawberry and Oreo croissant were delicious. Try one if you like sweets.
Really spacious adorable spot near downtown Orlando. Totally modern vibes when it comes to their smoothies and drink options... absolutely delicious. I had the Tiramisu coffee smoothie with tapioca boba. The flavor was lovely diverse and rich. Texture was very smooth and cold and creamy. I think the top of the smoothie featured their "cheese foam" which tastes like cloudy cheesecake. Really recommend the place for bringing your laptop and plugging away at work or enjoying time spent with friends. A wall charging spot is accessible at every table.
This place is very cute! I had the chicken rice bowl and a milk tea. The bowl is well balanced with meat, an egg, veggies and rice. It's the perfect portion for a filling lunch. I enjoy the atmosphere inside. It's easy to have a seat and do your own thing with the fun music on the background. I'm usually able to find street parking easily but it may vary with the time. It's at the busy intersection of mills and colonial.
Highly recommend! The atmosphere is great, food is delicious, drinks are aesthetically pleasing and yummy. Great place to hang out while you work on your computer or just to hang with friends and love ones. They also have very cute collectible Asian toys and the employees here are very nice!
Went to Spring Tea for the first time with my friend - we absolutely loved it! The customer service was amazing! All of our questions were answered perfectly by the team , and we were able to pick out the best boba tea, which would suit our preferences! I ordered a Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte with cheese foam , and my friend ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea. 10/10 for taste and presentation. Spring Tea also had lots of cute , fun figurines, key chains, and collectibles which made it fun to look around while we waited for our boba! 🧋
Unassuming from the outside, but boy, the rice roll hit the spot with its flavor, texture, and authenticity. My wife also loved the bubble tea, so all in all, an enjoyable spot for drinks and light eats. The decor and vibes should improve to complement and accentuate the quality of food.
The 2nd location on colonial drive expanded the food offerings and their popcorn chicken is akin of Taiwanese night market. The staff is very friendly and the drinks are refreshing. Lychee smoothie, galaxy and matcha cream. Chicken floss croissant, minced beef over rice was meh 😑
This place is surprisingly good. People would think since they’re specialized in boba milk tea, so their food might not be tasting good, but you guys will be dead wrong. I’ve had Minced beef with white rice and fried tofu. The food is neatly packed and nicely presented. The taste is perfectly seasoned. I love it here even my first time trying out their food. I also had their popcorn chicken (taiwanese style) the flavor is 90% alike with the popcorn chicken I had in Shi-men Ting, Taipei. Definitely will stop by for my Lunch break next time.
It's such a cute spot, and the beverages are not only refreshing but also delicious. The interior decoration is so charming, and you can definitely feel those Hello Kitty vibes. Lol
This is one of the cutest boba shops i’ve seen. I love the range of teas that they offer, if you go to the touch screen you can see pictures of every drink. While waiting for my boba to be made I walked around and saw jewelry and cute plushies. The quality of this tea is amazing, taste so fresh. And surprisingly this place is affordable, easily could’ve been over $10. Love it, will come back again💕

Loved strawberry matcha 🫰🏻
First time visited this place, the drink and the food are amazing!
The taro milk tea is simply amazing!!!
The food is excellent this place is underrated.
Strawberry green tea is 10/10!!
the best in the boba business
Cute and nice place
Nice Place
I ordered the baby spare ribs rice, crispy chicken, takoyaki and garlic flavored popcorn chicken. For the price of my order, I believe it was right! I ordered through their kiosk and waited for a few hours but it was worth it. The ribs were soft and cooked to perfection. The takoyaki was packaged neatly and was very delicious! The garlic flavored popcorn were amazing too (however, it definitely is a snack item here but it was so good too). One thing though, the crispy chicken is a bit misleading, it’s more like chicken teriyaki. However, it was still delicious! The rice meals I ordered had broccoli, rice and sausage shaped like an octopus (which was very refreshing to see!). The atmosphere in this place is very aesthetically pleasing too!
I’m so happy they have a location in mills 50!! I used to love visiting their first location but when we moved, I had to stop going because it was too far. I’m so glad they have a closer location now!! This place doesn’t disappoint; their drinks are fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the honey lemon tea, the galaxy tea, and the mango smoothie! (But there isn’t a bad drink on the menu, tbh) They have the best boba tea I’ve ever had! And their tapioca boba is perfection! They’re always so kind and courteous, as well. Super cute place and everything is yummy! We love Spring Tea!!
- The staff really nice and friendly. - In my opinion, this place has the best fruits tea in Orlando, and When it comes to their food, I highly recommend trying Matcha Croissant & Mochi. One of my favorite places to go, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stopped in when I saw the interesting displays. Decided to try the pink lychee smooth while the wife had the tiramisu coffee. Absolutely fantastic, excellent service, can tell they bout a lot of work into making everything. Highly recommended
Great place for boba drinks. The fruit teas are not bitter, drinks are better tasting than other boba places I’ve been too.
I had a great experience here. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the food and boba were delicious. The staff were very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place for those who enjoy a comfortable and pleasant environment. PS. The server are very cute in my option... :)
Amazing! Tea was great, food was incredible, and service was outstanding. I got the lemon yakult and the crispy chicken with rice, for the price of the meal they really give you alot. Well worth it, best fried chicken i’ve had
The staff are super nice, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the drinks and food are delicious!
Such a cute place!! It's a definite vibe💗 food is so yummy, you can they make as you order. So fresh and give you LOTS of boba☺️
I got the milk tea and the galaxy tea. They were both great. Service was quick and very friendly.
The best boba shop hands down! I’ve been to shops around the state and this one is my favorite. The atmosphere is cute and stylish, the boba and food are delish!
Love the food , I tried the coconut chicken curry work white rice for the first time here and i felt in love with it. Definitely will be one of my favorite spot to eat
Cutest little local spot in the mills area!!! They have amazing boba and absolutely delicious food. Service was amazing and they have the cutest atmosphere! 10/10
I had the matcha tea with cold foam… AMAZING!!!! they have lots of little toys and really good drinks!!
The green tea ice cream is incredible!
Nice staff and great drinks. The tiramisu coffee and galaxy tea are my favorites here. Highly recommend.
Loved!! The best tea I got it so far!! More the perfect and great customer service! Be back for sure💜
Had a great oreo milk tea and it was very affordable.
Super tasty tea and croissants with a cute interior. The galaxy tea was my favorite!
Super cute place, and the tiramisu coffee smoothie was delicious!
Love taro milk tea plus the soft boba best in town
I love this place sooooooooo much!! Trust me best cutest milk tea store in town!
I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and have visited numerous boba shops. While I typically refrain from leaving reviews for such establishments due to their abundance, I feel compelled to express my positive experience at this particular shop. It is an establishment that is deserving of greater recognition. In addition to boba, they also offer a variety of entrees. If this shop were situated in a more prominent location, I believe it would attract a substantial customer base..
Love the pop music playing. Love the cute shop of unique little gifts, toys, trinkets and such in the front of the shop. The seating is plenty and everything is clean and modern but also cozy. The cashier and barista were so nice. The cashier let me know what the new Mochi Taro drink was like trying to explain the mochi part is not mochi balls like you would get on ice cream, but that it’s more of a liquid but still has a slight pull texture. She seemed happy about it like excited that it’s new and I like taro and mochi so I gave it a shot. It is delicious!!! She let me know it will take some time to make fresh, and I said I’m not in a rush. It took 5 minutes and was warm on the bottom of the cup of cold taro milk tea with boba pearls on the bottom, too. Oh my god it’s like marshmallow fluff in every other sip. But not greasy like marshmallow fluff can be. It is sweet, but not overwhelming like syrup. But it’s more on the dessert drink side. And I like that. With the taro sweet flavor and chewy boba it’s a great treat! Ugh I am comforted haha ❤️✨🫶 thanks! Also got the matcha croissant which was warm and toasty when I got it and I wasn’t expecting that so that was nice! The matcha cream is inside and on top and it melts because the croissant is toasted, so best to eat fresh immediately. The cream is great on the matcha flavor not too strong but I hate when I can’t taste the matcha in something and you can definitely taste it. Also appreciate how the cream has zero or very little sugar. It’s not sweet but compliments the buttery flakiness of the croissant. The presentation is beautiful and given to me in a nice clear bag and paper holder covered and taped closed. This place is high quality and nice to hang in with friends so I’ll definitely be back.
The food and drink were both great and you could definitely feel that this was a family place and not some big chain. Everything felt made with love. Everyone there was extremely kind and I will definitely be back when I can. I recommend the strawberry croissant!
In a world where there's boba on every corner, you gotta do something to stand out. Did Spring Tea stand out? In a way. It's right there kind of near the main intersection of Mills 50, so it's easy to find. The shop itself is cute, clean, spacious, has a ton of kawaii stuff to browse and buy. One of the things I look for in a boba place is the ability and willingness for the person at the counter to help me order. I am not a boba expert and often need help to order the perfect drink for me. In a world of popping boba, chewy boba, cheese foams, black oolong, jellies, etc, I'm just lost. I need assistance. The person on the counter kind of helped. They assumed I was a lot more educated on the subject than I really was, but through our fumbling of questions and answers, I was able to find something delicious. Don't remember what it was. Some sort of sweet tea with some sort of boba that popped, my favorite! Overall, this was a nice location with nice product. What else can you ask for? Come, patron this place.
While everyone it's making a fuss about Uni girl, Cowboy Curry and the Mills market overall, I cross the street to Spring Tea. I ordered the crispy chicken with rice and egg on top.I don't even know where to start. The egg cooked to perfection, the chicken flavorful, even the salad that dressing was the bomb. I am a rice lover and this rice captured my heart ❤️. The tea, and those croissants are to die for..This place it's amazing, I love it!
Love the rice noodle and the bubble tea, we had a wonderful quick snacking experience in the shop. Bonus point: the Corgi in the shop was soooo cute.
The milk tea was really good. Had the brown sugar that tasted authentic. Also ordered the mochi drink that was interesting but not to my taste, too much mochi gooey texture. But I really liked the place overall. Outside appearance is very blah but inside and the food is good.
Very nice place :) I got the chicken coconut curry and it was very good. Flavorful and chicken had skin that was crispy. Rice was a little overdone, but I like it like that sometimes. I didn't expect the egg, but I was happy finding it and some veggies :) felt like a full, balanced meal. The owners (I assume) were very kind. Looks like a mom and pop shop, so it's nice to support them. Boba was a good texture, not over or underdone. I got a fresh strawberry matcha latte. 😋 very yummy. I mixed and sipped before I took a photo.
Nice place, cute, clean, organized but not very fast, but that's ok we weren't in a rush. We found authentic coca cola labubus here. The others are out of stock Friendly helpful staff
I came after seeing an Instagram ad. It’s a bit hard to find and the parking is a bit congested. However the interior is very clean with cute toy collectibles in the center of the shop. I appreciated the ordering consoles though the employees were very sweet. The panda bath dessert was adorable and looked exactly like the advertisement and though I ordered the passion fruit te drink for my boyfriend, the few sips that I took were very refreshing and not overly sweet I’ll come back to try the taro ball dessert
One of my favorite boba teas in Orlando! Other places make it with water and a powder mix, including a couple of places nearby, but I could really taste the tea in my drink here, and it seemed more authentic.
I've had NYC China Town dim sum before and these are way better. They're hot and fresh and the veggies and rolled inside with the meat instead of slapped onto as an after thought. The sauce that it comes with is sweet but they have a cart where you can add more spice to your dish if you prefer. I will definitely be back for more!

Wow!!!! Just Went to Spring Tea in Mills 50 today to try the fresh made rice rolls. I got to say Very authentic! The aromas!!! Were amazing. The curry fish ball rice rolls is my favorite was my daughter favorite. My son love the Tea😋. It can get you hooked and great prices!

My husband and I love their drinks and food. Their strawberry croissant is to die for and it's super cute and clean inside. I gave it a 4/5 cause it's hard finding a place to park and when im ordering from the kiosk there isnt an option for milk substitutions but it's by far one of the best places to eat.
Do yourself a favor and get the matcha strawberry latte. Also their prices are pretty good.
Food was delicious😋 and the boba tea strawberry with foam was amazing!!!. Service was excellent too. Definitely coming back again😊👍
Ordered three drinks, and did not enjoy any of them. The flavor was quite bitter and tart, and didn't taste refreshing as I had hoped it would. The Boba Croissant wasn't bad, but not a dish I would order again. Overall, there are plenty of other boba tea shops in the area, and this place wasn't it for me.
Fast service but the milk tea is too milky in a weird way that I didn't like. The boba wasn't good either, in both texture and flavor
Taro ball bowl is tiny for $7 that only has cheese foam, grass jelly, boba and what looked/tasted like purple and orange mochi. No red beans compared to the photo and no trace of taro whatsoever. Waited 10 mins while no one else was in the store. Disappointed and won't be back to try their tea or other food.
Tea was good but worse noodle I’ve ever had my goodness…
I ordered a jasmine green tea, but the staff mistakenly made it as a matcha green tea instead. I understand mistakes happen, so I let them remake it. However, since there was a price difference, they had charged me more, and after remaking the drink, no refund was offered at all until I specifically asked. In the end, I was refunded only $0.75, and I was not given a receipt, so I have no idea whether the correct price difference plus tax was refunded. It felt like I was still overcharged based on the menu pricing. While the amount itself isn’t huge, the way this was handled and the attitude were disappointing and not acceptable! On top of that, the milk tea itself was very watery and lacked flavor. Overall, a poor experience that I wouldn’t recommend!!

$95 blind box
Not my favorite
They had our car towed while we were eating here. The food and tea was alright, but now we have no desire to go back.
I requested taro boba tea without ice, but they mentioned that they cannot make the drink without ice, which didn’t make sense to me. I’ve been to multiple tea or boba tea locations, and they were able to make the tea without ice. In this particular case, I asked for as little ice as possible, but most of the boba tea I received was ice. As I was drinking it, I felt this was very bad service on their part. They should offer the option to have no ice in boba tea.
This place is a health hazard waiting to happen. No sooner than walking in are you hit directly with an intense mold/mildew smell. Either a rotting floor, rotting ceiling, or straight mildew in the vents. Who knows. Definitely did not stick around to find out.
