Today 04/08/25 around 1 PM I stopped by for a pastry since I ordered one with beans and sausage and he gave me one with sausage. The guy insisted that I ordered sausage. When I changed it, he gave me a golden, almost burnt, cookie-like pastry. I realized it too late since I didn't eat it right away. By the way, the salty beans. I don't know if the guy isn't trained in baking the tray of pastries. It could have happened that several pastries were burned. And that's how he's selling them. I don't know the situation, but I felt like he gave me that pastry out of annoyance. :/ hoping you take action on this, I'm scared since I could see several customers who have gone through the same situation. How much for a salty pastry with the consistency of a cookie? I bought two. The other pastry was good but still a little oversalted. I bought the pastries at the branch in front of El Pato at the combi stop.

I went to eat at the restaurant and wanted to eat upstairs. After waiting for about 15 minutes, they told me there was no service upstairs. They say there's no service upstairs because they don't want to go up and deliver the pizzas, and also because they don't want to clean afterward. As a customer, I have every right to eat at any table I want, unless it's being remodeled or they're cleaning (which wasn't the case). It's worth mentioning that the place is very dirty, and from the moment I arrived until I left, the employees just spent their time playing around and laughing.

It doesn't deserve even one star. I ordered some wings, but there was a cockroach stuck to one of them. I asked them to replace them, but of course they gave me the same ones, just with more sauce on top. Honestly, it disgusted me; you could even see where I had bitten into it, and there were still pieces of the cockroach on it. They didn't care and gave them to me again like that. I will never go back there. Besides, their advertising was way too misleading.

Misleading advertising; the pictures look good, but when it arrives at your table it's different and the taste is awful. For the chicken, they serve you one wing and a mini breast. You're better off going to KFC; it costs the same. The pizza was very greasy and undercooked. The international chain makes them better and for the same price. The staff's service was very poor.

I don't recommend it. I found hairs in my pizza order, the fried chicken was tasteless and discolored, and the fries were passable. Plus, my drink got warm quickly because of the stuffiness inside.
