One of my favorite locations. Great food and service. I can always expect quality when it comes to everything at this place. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I come back very often because of the consistency and overall quality. This is tacos done right, with a lot of flavor, and love by the people that make it.

This place was very clean staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome there the rest rooms were clean the dining room was very Nicely decorated for the holidays. also the maneger that was on Duty was Douglas he was very helpful and courteous to me and my family his team made us feel very welcomed last night during the horrible weather our order was worth the small wait. I give this place a 10 out of 10 I definitely will be back.

The food is consistently good. Orders are usually correct but if they have made a mistake, they are kind and courteous about correcting it. Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. They have some of the friendliest drive thru employees of any local fast food drive thru.

I want to thank the people who helped us today. My husband, my 3 year old and I stopped here on a road trip. When we went to leave, we noticed our car keys were gone. We are renting the car and had to call the rental car company (several times). Long story short, after 5.5 hours; we found our keys. An employee brought my daughter some chips and cheese, one out on gloves and dug through the garbage, another one tried helping us unlocking our car (we thought maybe the keys were inside). All the while, my husband was digging in their dumpster, in the grate in the parking lot, in snow piles, etc. In the end, the keys were in my husband’s pant leg. Not in his pocket but down by his ankle. The tow truck driver told my husband to check his pant leg because it happened to him before with his wallet. We are so embarrassed but thankful for the warm place to sit tight and for the hospitality of the employees and other customers who helped us. This has already been a road trip we will never forget!

Used to be good couple years ago now the good looks and taste like dog food that's expired sitting in the sun in July for a week.. can't even wrap a taco without it falling all over in the bag.. i changed my review today because service is 100 times better sense the girl working the window today 4/25/25 at 5:39 pm order 271 was awesome and she always is funny and professional! Never has messed up my order!

This is the closest Taco Ball to my house, and I usually pick up mobile orders through the drive through. My orders are correct 9/10 of the time, and the staff is always very friendly. Today I stopped in to eat. I was immediately taken aback by how clean and organized the place was. There was none of that usual fast food grit, and the staff was cleaning counters, floors, and cabinets when I picked up my food. My tacos were way better than usual, super crispy and cheesey cantina chicken tacos. Usually I rush to eat in a fast food dining room, but I was very comfortable taking my time eating and enjoying my meal. The kitchen seemed to be running smoothly, drive through orders were coming out quickly from how fast cars were rolling through, and none of the employees I saw looked haggard and miserable. Obviously I can't know if that is true without talking to them, but an overworked and miserable employee has a certain look to them. None of this staff had that look. A staff member who I have to assume was the manager, Kallie, came by to check on me while she cleaned and introduced herself. I was just telling a friend through text that I needed to leave a review when she did, so that really sealed the deal. I don't know what is going on at this location, but I hope they keep it up. I would go out of my way for this level of service and cleanliness without question. Their drive through service was already fantastic but this is the best dining room experience I've had at a fast food joint in years.

The friendliest drive-thru I have ever been through. Been through this taco bell a few times and the Young woman that works the window is alway friendly and upbeat. Even when I have questions 👍👍👍

Staff was welcoming, attentive and fast. Everything you want from a fast food restaurant. Kaila, I believe that was her name, was out sweeping in the dining area and collecting trays. She was very nice checking to see how my food was and if I needed anything. Don't see this much on fast food anymore. It was refreshing! Pleasant experience!

Edit: I dont have the heart to 1 star because Kaylee and Neal really are the best. Im hoping this experince was a one off and not the new norm. The New people on the night shift need to lose the attitude, guy and a girl, definitely new hires, incredibly rude plus who serves something like this? Is it too much to ask for a lid?

Super fast. Got a crunch wrap to go. Drive through line was crazy so I went inside there was no one in line and had my food in about 5 minutes. Staff were super friendly and great at making small talk . Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the crunch wrap had a huge hole in the side and leaked cheese everywhere. Other than that, A+

Decent visit. I gave four stars instead of five because the water was a little off-tasting. I got the recently "removed" grilled chicken chipotle ranch burritos. But apparently, they aren't quite gone just yet! The worker said even though they weren't on the menu, they could still be ordered. They didn't taste the same as before. The cheese ratio was a bit off. I'm not sure if it's a different location type thing, but all things considered, I was extremely thankful, happy, and blessed to have gotten my beloved burritos. I'm praying that Taco Bell brings them back soon. They are the 8th great wonder of the ancient world.

I’ve eaten here many times, almost always go through the Drive-Thru. I always get good service, fast food, and friendly workers. But every now and then I have a particularly slow order, nothing big, just slow. Overall good experience but the one time it was slow brought this from a 5 star to a 4 star.

Fast and yummy. My only suggestion is when they pour the frozen drinks I wish they would compact it a little more. When you get one and you do it yourself more than half the drink is gone. A large ends up being a small. 8/10 but legit onky for that. Everything else is FLAWLESS. Staff is friendly

I ordered the Lux box and the chicken nuggets. The main lux box was fine, but I didn't enjoy the nuggets. They were overcooked and dry even with the sauce. Katelyn V was very nice and courteous. Even if the food was half par it was worth the visit for her to check you out.

This taco bell serves its purpose. It is in a good location that's pretty quick and easy access. The staff is pretty friendly and seem to be good about making sure their customers are getting a good deal. This particular store has improved leaps and bounds since it's original opening but still faces some problems that have been present since opening day. Stock. Items are often out of stock in this store, ranging from melted cheddar at certain shells/ ingredients, to often running out of baha blast. I'm not sure if this is an issue with management OR if the owner likes to keep as close as possible to having little to no overhead costs in relation to stock. Some other issues are quality, many times I've had stale taco wraps and shells. Order times have greatly improved since opening day, and my food is often hot which I appreciate! This store gets the job done and meets expectations, but I would not go much beyond that

Slower service, than at what I call a normal taco bell. Twice I waited over twenty minutes for a relatively small order. I believe new management has taken care of that, as my most recent trip, the food was excellent and it didn't take, too long, I suppose. Lol

This taco bell is sometimes disappointing. The drive through is always packed. Management doesn't do anything about it... it's not a new problem or something. I rarely bother with the drive through anymore. Even going in it's just not as good of an experience as other taco bells.

I love the location. I've always had a good experience with the staff. That being said, I don't think I've ever eaten there when they got the order right. They either add things you ask to be left off, or they just flat out don't give you what you ordered. Sometimes they substitute something you didn't order. It's become kind of a joke now as to how we will be disappointed each time we go. But it's Taco Bell and there's nothing like it. So we keep subjecting ourselves to the Mexican Russian roulette.

The few times that we have stopped into this particular Taco Bell location, we haven't been impressed. The dining room wasn't overly clean and the staff weren't particularly friendly. Our orders were incorrect one of the times and it took going back to the counter two times to finally get it correct. They can definitely stand to do a bit better.

This locationis VERY hit or miss when it comes to food quality. They also seem to not have very good employee retention, including management. I can't be too upset for the lack of quality service when they are so understaffed/ improperly staffed. The employees are generally nice. Expect to wait 5-10m for your food at the very least. This is unfortunate as proper staffing could change this. The store is generally clean and tidy.

First impressions was a very clean and neat location. The cashier was very busy and a little unorganized. Switching between customers in line, asking questions about their orders, talking to their drive through and kitchen staff while handling customers. My potato soft tacos and Fiesta potatoes came right out of the fryer, hot and crispy. The rest of our food was disappointing to say the least. The breakfast crunchwrap California's egg was warm at best, modded sauce and protein substitute were not provided as if it was right off thr menu. No napkins or utensils provided in our togo, yet they did give us our sauce packets. Could go again to try the lunch menu, won't go out of my way though.

This locations service has gone down hill. Forgotten food and incorrect food in orders, slow drive thru. Waiting over 15 minutes after being told to pull ahead for fresh hashbrowns. Another customer was also waiting before and I'm pretty sure they took my order as well. Basically they remade my entire order.

Okay TacoBell. But they tend to miss items a lot with mobile orders. I order here and there from the mobile app. In the last year I would say 40% of my orders they tend to miss items. The one I got tonight wasn't a big deal but they have missed a decent amount of items in the past. Overall it's a TacoBell, it's okay. But if you order from here, make sure to check all your items before you get home.

Service is so slow/terrible. Multiple times, I have come in wanting a single item, and it will take up to 10-20 mins. Occasionally, that item will be out and they will just not tell me and ignore me so I wait there for something that's not being made until I flag someone down. Extremely frustrating.

When I first reviewed this two years ago, my expectations had been quite low. But that was before this place taught me how mismanaged franchises can undercut service quality of widely established franchises. I won't say anything negative about the cashiers and staff that take and make my orders, because it's quite apparent the problems are beyond their control based on the exasperated tone in their voice when they are forced to inform me half the menu is unavailable (yet again), the ice machine is STILL broken weeks later, their card readers are on the fritz, and the POS system isn't up to date or sync'ing with the online ordering system. It's more than apparent someone at the management/ownership level is pinching pennies to the point they care little for the customer experience or the stresses on customer-facing staff. Avoid this one.

I ordered my quesadilla with easy creamy jalapeno sauce and they didnt do that.. i let that slide because i work at a taco bell and mistakes happen. But there was also barely any sour cream on my taco, and they forgot my drinks. I had to remind them. Their tables are gross. And there wasnt a lot lf people. So i dont understand. But dont recommend this place lol.

The cheesy roll ups weren't even a little melted. They were cold to the touch. The drive through has an automated greeting which asks for your order. I literally ordered 5 things before a human(?) finally said "um, huh?"

I want to give a better review but just overall subpar. Always out of multiple items at a time, I'd say stick to the basics but they're usually out of the basics. You basically have to shop for the best deals because even a single item is way overpriced and the up charges are ridiculous. Just had to turn around because my food was cold. Unfortunately just overall disappointed anymore. Just got home and found out my chicken supreme tacos only had lettuce, so dissatisfied..

Why bother ordering through the app when they don't prepare the order until you're sitting at the window? Ordered through the app twice, never again. 1st time, they gave me the wrong order and I had to wait for them to prepare mine. No forks for the potatoes, no napkins, no sauces. 2cnd time was now. I sat at the window for a long time watching the staff make their own drinks and eat while I waited. Once again, no sauces , no napkins so honked to get them . Pulled into a parking spot, took a bite out of the beefy burrito and all the shredded cheese fell out all over me. How does it do that you ask? By not being heated at all. Yep, ice cold beefy burrito. This location is truly awful.

I only get take out once and a while and they always mess up my order. Every time. I either get the wrong thing or I’m missing food all together. If it happened once, maybe even twice it wouldn’t be a problem, but it happens every time. They need to take time to re-check that everything that should be in the bag is in there. I’ve also received food that should be hot and taken a bite and it not have any warmth to it. The food is good (when it’s hot), but check your bags and make sure your food is warm before you drive away too far.

Every time I go they never have Baja blast and when I went recently they didnt have Baja midnight. The other problem i always have is that I never get sauces with my order The staff is always nice though.

Do not go here i complained at the drivethru I watched the kid drop my bag and it was supposed to be a box so I looked in the bag it was all upside down and everywhere so I said something and someone in the kitchen yelled I'll spit in there food the girl Katelyn at the windiow laughed I said you think that's funny I wasn't even gruff with you she said if you dont like it you dont have to come back I said can I speak to a manager she said i am the general manager I said oh wonderful so I called taco bell complaint line and the health department and filed a complaint so enjoy that Katelyn by the way I threw the food away

Managers are rude they never make your food right then write it down in a book they lose and then won't hold to their word. Try to claim the age franchise so they don't have to do anything. Worst restaurant and people ever don't eat here

Since they are a franchise their cheapskate owner is free to leave the resultant filthy, refuse to honor coupons or mobile codes, follow corporate pricing (charging on average 30-40% more). Disgusting. Also they don’t offer ANY breakfast boxes anymore even though we just got breakfast boxes from them two days ago through the app. Must be they caught on to people using the app to get the fair pricing because they made it so it doesn’t work anymore. Also I know firsthand they leave their meat out overnight (in a “ice bath” that melts) and use it for breakfast in the morning.

My boyfriend and I stopped by we absolutely love Taco Bell but when we went in and sat down the tables were filthy, and covered in food from the previous people. There was also food all over the floor all the way up to the registers. Normally i don’t leave reviews but I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. The guy who gave me my slushee also over filled it and my hands were covered and sticky and there was no napkins were the drinks were.

The food is okay but the service is terrible. They always end up messing up my order and forgetting items or not making the food right. It takes forever to be helped while inside ordering and the drive thru wait time is at least 20 minutes. Always slow.

Went through the drive-through and the service was unsatisfactory. The person who handed me my bag was very unfriendly. Plus my Strawberry Lemonade was PURE PINK WATER. NO TASTE whatsoever. No ice, no flavor. I will not be returning. My Tacos tasted good on the other hand.

The last three times I've gotten food from here my order has been wrong. I dont like to write reviews but between missing items or my food being made incorrectly (even when I verified ingredients with employees) this has become ridiculous. Dont eat here unless you want a mystery bag of food that's missing half of what you paid for and the rest made incorrectly.

I and traveling through and saw a taco bell near my hotel, I ordered 2 x burrito Supreme and a large Dr.Pepper. I will say the best part was the Dr pepper, The first of the two burritos had hardly any meat in it and tasted horrid. The 2nd burrito wasn't much better even 5 hot sauce packets per burrito didn't even help. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I checked my bad and the receipt wasn't even in there like I asked for it to be. 1 star because I can't review any less

Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service and food quality. Just stepping in there we immediately felt unwelcomed. Employees were so incredibly rude. They clearly did not want to have us in there, even though there was literally no one else there not even in the drive thru! They treated us like we were dirt on the floor. The food was sloppily thrown together. One of our soft tacs had like 2 times the amount it was supposed to have and the other had hardly anything in it. The burrito we ordered, tasted old, same with the Cinnabon treats. The fountain was all watered down. The store was absolutely filthy. Garbage on the floor and tables, trash overflowing, sticky counters and tables. I will never be returning here again. If I want taco bell, I'll gladly drive the 20 minutes to the Big Flats location. Do better.

It seems like every time I go to this location they always forget something in my order. I did not know it was that hard to read and check to make sure you get everything. I pay for my order and I should get everything I pay for. When ever I get to checking it always seems like they are rude about it and treat me like I’m a liar or that I’m an inconvenience to assist. As the employee there you get paid to make sure the order is correct in the bag and that you assist the customer. This location has gone down hill. I’m to the point I will never go back there again and it’s unfortunate because my kids like Taco Bell but I hate the customer service and I dislike I have to do your job and check to make sure my whole order is there so that my family all gets their order. You need to do better with the people you hire.

They do not know what fresco is, I ordered a burrito fresco and it still had cheese and cream sauce. Went in and asked to remake it fresco, came back with cream sauce. I had to explain that fresco is no dairy at all. Finally remade correctly and let manager know to please teach staff what fresco is, this location always gets things wrong

I order the same thing every time I go. No matter what time of day. Even when I make sure and state several times steak challupas they give me chicken. I make sure it states it on the screen before I pull forward. When I ask for 5 to 6 packets of mild sauce...im lucky to get one. How is it they are still in business? I've never had this many issues with my order at any other location.

Received my order 3/1/24 and tacos were cold and not wrapped. Burrito was made improperly according to order and was cold. Soda was flat and tasteless. I threw out entire meal and won’t go back. This isn’t the first time with poor food.

Usually I’m not one to write a review but my god is this place horrible. Went through the drive through didn’t get my full order multiple times and other times I’ve waited on my food for a whole hour!! Save yourselves some time and do not go here I’m tired of it. Never going back to this location. Oh and to add the missing item I got back was half made up.

Order is never right. You pay $20 for your mobile order and are given someone else’s $4 order. Don’t bother going inside to get the correct food. They stand around and stare at you

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with no sour cream and there was a bunch of sour cream all over it. It was a complete mess. This isn’t the first time that this has happened which usually I always check because this place always makes mistakes and I saw no sour cream until I got home. They also did not have the churro things which wasn’t a problem as I understand that sometimes a place runs out of things but almost all the people that work here are just careless. I’m not coming to this Taco Bell again.

First of all I just got my DoorDash delivery from that place 5 minutes ago and I didn’t pay $23.23 for my whole meal just for me not to get my 2 bags of chips that was supposed to be in the bag. I tried calling the store and as soon as they pick up the phone then wanna hang up on me!?!? Yes. I am so livid upset because the workers just don’t care, worst attitude on earth, and don’t care about how customers feel about this situation! Thanks for giving me two cheeses on the side without any chips and I didn’t pay .50 cents for your guys fire ranch sauces! DO BETTER!?!!

This taco bell is supposed to be open until 1am. I get out of work at midnight and arrive at drive thru about 12:20. Several times trying to order Any Kind of Food resulted in them telling me it was too late to order. Very frustrating. What's going on!!! I think they just want to get ready to close and don't want to dirty anything.

Terrible service. Ordered through the app about 10 mins before going over there from Walmart. I got there and waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they hadn't even started it because I didn't "check in". Waited an additional 10-15 minutes while they served multiple people before me that came in after me. But worst of all, once I got my food it was absolutely disgusting and just a complete mess. I couldn't even pick up my quesadilla to eat it. Needless to say I ended up throwing most of my food away and will never go there again.

Took 45 minutes for food to be made. Lobby was full of people. Few walked out and others asked for return of money. Cars turning around in drive thru. Half the food was made wrong. Was a total s show.

Food is missing everytime I come here always cold and the workers never seem like they know what there doing except the tall skinny white guy with glasses at night he must be new he has great customer service. Make the drive to the horseheads Taco Bell save your time and energy

I wish you could write a review without giving then stars. First off the meal came to $9.04 I gave her $10.04 so I would get $1 back. She counts out .99 cents and hands it to me and without me realizing at first. So I’m of course a little annoyed, comes back and says you ordered the quesadilla right? I Said yes and she tells the kitchen yes I do need that quesadilla. Fast forward to getting home I open my food and it’s suppose to be steak and they gave me chicken! Clearly no one there knows what they are doing! I really never eat at Taco Bell and this is literally why. I call because I’m pretty frustrated at this point and whoever answers hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate. Thanks!

I'm genuinely upset with Painted Post Taco Bell and the laziness that went into making our order. To start, I ordered my son a dorito Loco taco. When I opened it up I noticed the wrapping was SOAKED including the shell itself. When I went to grab the taco to give it to him it was ice cold and soggy and as pictured had literally chunks of ice in it. Our sodas were watered down with clearly melted ice in it like it had been made half an hour ago and just sat out on a counter. On top of that we also ordered nacho fries that also came out cold. And let's add the customer service in itself was lacking as the lady was very rude and barely said 2 words to us at the window. I would be more understanding if they were busy but there as seriously one car ahead of us and was pulling away as we pulled up. As much as I love taco bell I won't be returning here again. If you're thinking about getting your family taco bell today - just don't, a complete waste of time & money.

This place sucks. Sometimes there is a long wait in the drive thru. Never anyone inside. I have ordered quite a few times here, and not ONE TIME have I gotten my entire order, or correct order. My wife and I refuse to use this location anymore.

Not even 1 star went there last night with my friend and our kids, went threw the drive threw our Mexican pizza was missing from our order so I went in and let them know they had me bring my whole order in for the missing item the young girl working thought it was funny was rude and disrespectful rummaged threw the bag they waited15 mins before trying to figure anything out at that point the rest the food is cold and soggy from sitting on the counter I was already there 10 mins prior so I asked the remake the hole order it's only right and they refused so I asked for my money back the kid manager and 3 others decided to go outside to a car and smoke inside the car instead of doing the job so then they told me they can't do a refund over 20$ which is bullshit I used to work here. And so I ended up leaving with no food and our money now Taco Bell owes me 30$ and it needs to be made right because at this point taco Bell is at theft . They refused to call a manager cause they knew they were in some deep trouble

There is only one way to summarize painted post’s taco bell. TERRIBLE. Legitimately no one in this location seems to understand how to do their jobs here. After multiple times of visiting, hoping that the couple times my orders have been messed up was just an off chance. I can reassure you, that it is their mission to make you the most miserable excuse for food you can get. Every single time the ingredients are overcooked and dry along with looking like they were just smashed together. How is it that no cook here understands that you’re not suppose to heat a chalupa shell until it’s hard as a rock? And how do you even manage to make a burrito with moist ingredients the driest it can be? And how do you manage to mess up the nacho fries to the point that they have no seasoning and are stale? I can’t trust any of the good reviews to this location after disappointing results each visit. Either someone is paying people to leave the good reviews or they are parents of the employees/ friends of the manager. Because who ever Katelyn, or the current manager if they been replaced is; they don’t understand anything about quality control. How do you manage to hire completely incompetent people to make food, and have no quality control over what is handed over to customers. This is exactly why you have to wait 10 minutes or more in the drive thru, WHEN NO ONE ELSE IS THERE. Literally, i have never seen more unmotivated employees anywhere than here; that’s probably why it’s always new workers creating the same problem every time.

I can honestly say I’ve had my worst experience there tonight after cooking all night on a Friday fish fry the last thing I wanna do is make myself food went through drive through after I placed my order on the app same thing I always get and my food was beyond sub par hardly any rice in my burrito and it was the thinnest thing I’ve ever seen come out and on top of that I ordered extra sauce I even asked if it was in the bag before I pulled away and nope 🙂‍↔️ I paid for the extra chipotle sauce and that wasn’t in the bag either idk what’s so hard to check there was one car behind my that wasn’t even there very long I placed my order on the app so I don’t have to go in only to have to go in the past 5 times I’ve ordered it’s getting very old very fast

Seems like everytime we go here they are either out of something or forget something. We havent gone here in 6 months. What lead up to that was we went there 3 Saturdays in a row each time we went they were either out of Baja blast or large cups... finally yesterday went back after the 6 months everything seemed OK weren't told anything was out of stock. Got home the deluxe meal box was missing 2 of the 4 items..

I would start by giving this place less than 1 star as they don’t even deserve that. Constantly running out of food items, terrible service, and 9 out of 10 times they serve you cold or stale food. This is the 5th time I’ve gone and they gave us cold and stale food. Here’s a picture of my burrito for reference of the fact they didn’t even put enough meat on it to taste and you can see the edges where it’s ripped and stale (I put extra cheese on it to help but it didn’t and is completely unacceptable). This is the last time I’ll be going there I’ll stick to the one in horseheads because at least they know not to give their customers cold/stale food.

Second time in a row that we ordered no lettuce and it was screwed up, they gave a small discount because of the first time it was screwed up but then turned around and despite even the receipt saying "no lettuce" put what looks like extra on. Tried calling but the phone must be off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Waited about 20 minutes for our food in the restaurant. Went up to the counter to ask and was told i was 3rd in line. I asked to cancel. Spent another 10 minutes at the counter as they tried to figure out how to cancel. Ended up just leaving the restaurant, not sure if i will be refunded or not. 30 minutes in a taco bell to get no food. Absolutely terrible service

Literally the worst Taco Bell I have been in. Came to get one order of nacho fries. Took 20 minutes for them to come out and the entire time I saw workers coughing and not covering their mouths, telling stories with swear words and standing around. Very disappointed in this Taco Bell because I used to love coming here. Service was horrible, food was cold and my friends steak poblano rolled quesadilla was full of peppers and had very little steak. Very disappointed no wonder this place is going down. Wish I could give negative stars.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Our order was wrong, missing items, and nothing was labeled. After being told to wait for a manager, we waited 15 minutes only for someone who wasn’t even the manager to come out. They promised to remake the order, yet 40 minutes later, we still had nothing. Unfortunately the order came out wrong and since we were driving we couldn’t return for an exchange. The cleanliness of the staff was questionable with one worker arriving and changing his shirt at the register and the rest in various states of disarray. The men’s room didn’t have a door…….lots of improvement opportunities…

No toilet paper in the bathroom, took awhile to get my food when I did it was cold even to the touch my cheese on my cheesy roll up was not melted at all. My little sister waited about 10 minutes waiting to get her cup for a drink that she already paid for all the employees looked at her but never offered to help. Bad service all around

We ordered cheese, and chicken, quesadillas and they were rancid. The overall service was terrible, the drive through took a long time. The cheese on the quesadillas and tacos were not fully melted, and the chicken was a weird brown color and smelled awful. However, we were mistakenly given Beef Chalupas instead. This error is not just a simple mistake—it goes against our religious and cultural beliefs. My parents, who are extremely strict about not consuming meat or even eggs, unknowingly ate the beef chalupas, trusting the order was correct. They were deeply upset and shaken once we realized the mistake. This has caused emotional distress for our entire family. This is not just about a wrong order—it’s about respecting dietary restrictions and ensuring proper food handling. If a customer clearly orders a vegetarian item, extra care must be taken, especially in a place that serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. We expect better from a national chain like Taco Bell. Please take this matter seriously and ensure better checks are in place to avoid such distressing experiences for other families.

My husband and I get Taco Bell around 2-3 times a month from this location. About 4 months ago we noticed a big decline in quality and typically every visit the order is missing an item or two. Yesterday we ordered to pick up in store and the app said it would be ready at 6:36pm, we got there at 6:46pm and it was not ready. We waiting for about another ten minutes to get the food. Annoying but whatever. When we checked our items, everything was there, yay! But then we opened them up… the Crunchwrap looked atrocious and my nacho fries barely had any of the nacho flavor on them…. So they were just bland regular fries. Not to mention our bag and the food containers were covered in grease and seasoning of some kind… maybe the seasoning that was supposed to be on my fries…? Overall we kind of expect this Taco Bell to be lesser than most other Taco Bell’s… but this experience was the last straw for us and we won’t be giving them another try. Don't expect to get a correct order 9 times out of 10. I continue to have issues, after 2 years (first two photos about the lettuce is from 2 years ago). I've asked for things removed, paid for things to be added, and neither of those happen. It's pretty frustrating to pay extra and not even get what you request. I shouldn't have to open my food while in the drive thru or the parking lot, just to have to take my food back in for it to be corrected. There's also always different people working there, so the turnover rate is very high. I'll also add I was once handed my food (a crunchy taco) and told that she had just dropped the bag so she "didn't know what state it was in." Let's just say, it was broken in many pieces.
