Great environment. Had some coffee, couldn't find my card..given coffee on the house. Met a few nice people and sat and worked on laptop and had a some lunch later! Staff really polite and nice and clean inside.

I was able to use a touch screen to order my meal and my food was delivered to my table. The staff was friendly and I was welcomed as I stepped through the door. My food was hot and the tea was fresh. The tea had a sign showing the time it was made and when a new pot should replace it.

This place is so friendly compared to other McDonald's. For a minute I thought I was in the wrong place!

I gave the food a 3 because, well, it’s McDonald’s. However, the service was truly phenomenal. I went inside to order my food to-go, and right away I noticed Mary G. calling orders out by name and apologizing personally for any inconvenience, especially as it pertained to wait time. Nereida ensured the dine-in was spotless and also made sure to assist customers while staying out of their way, a gift indeed. Mind you, this is the dinner rush. Enjoyed my quick visit and will be back. Lastly if either of those amazing ladies get to see this review, ¡gracias para sus ayuda y sigue siendo maravillosa!

I don't know the name of the young man working the food window this evening at 6:50 pm but wow, he is really courteous, kind and excellent at his job! Good customer service is extremely hard to come by these days and he's got it. I sat at curbside for a while after getting my food and was eating in my car with the window down. Every single car that came through he greeted and then said "have a good one!" like he meant it. Very refreshing 😌

The manager was wonderful! I got there a little before 10:30 on my way to have birthday lunch with my niece. He put nuggets in for me even though lunch hadn't officially started yet. They offer mobile ordering and pickup from your vehicle which is really useful during lunch rush.

The staff is polite, is usually pretty clean, my order is always correct and tastes fresh. With picky eaters this is ALWAYS important. However, my debit card never works at this location leaving me searching for cash or transferring money which is just a minor inconvenience. 99% of the time, no matter how small or simple your order is, you will be asked to pull up or over into a parking spot to wait.

This is our "go to" McDonald's location. The service is fast, food is fresh and staff is friendly. When using the drive through, the line moves quickly and the order is usually correct. They usually give out coupons for a free dessert if they have to park you. I wish they would just throw one in the bag instead.

I like this McDonald's particularly because they have a play ground. I take my granddaughter on Sunday. Food is good but most of the time is cold because they do take a bit getting it together and bring to our table . I order on the kiosk put in a number and wait. Most time I have to get up and get it myself and get them to finish it. But the atmosphere is great for the kids in playground.

I love the place but make sure to see if your order is correct and in your bag. They will sometimes forget to add what I had ordered or don't bother to read my instructions and get my order wrong

This is a different location than I normally go to. Employees are friendly but my order was wrong. No pickle is an easy thing but it was missed. Fries were really good and the fountain drink was good, too.

I eat at this place every day. I really like the food and the employees are cordial. The only thing that I have a problem with is the managers. They don't seem to respect their employees. I actually put in an application here for part time work. The manager that I handed the application to just grunted and probably threw it in the trash. That's okay though. I'm not sure that I could work in food services after being a physical therapist for twenty five years. Oh well what goes around comes around. Like I've always said, " everything is temporary ". Oh and by the way, if you write a review, learn how to spell. I've read some of these and my gut is killing me from laughing! As they say....LOL.

Was the drive through. They were friendly and I was able to get my order and it was correct. The only problem was the person taking my money was more interested in her texts then handing me back my change and she missed my hand with the change. It was just a few cents but it's the point. They shouldn't have there phones when they are supposed to be working if there is an emergency the store has a phone they can be reached on. It worked when I was growing up.

I hate this McDonald’s. It’s always been horrible. I was about to leave a great review because the girl at the back window and young man at the front window were awesome. Until he repeated my order completely correct and I got home and the only thing correct was what he said out loud and the receipt which the cooks clearly paid no mind to. Play area is rather small considering the size of the room. Fries were too salty this visit. -- Who ever decided on / designed these menu board things at corporate should be fired. Half the items are not listed. You have to wait while the thing cycles thru to see what they have, and individual item prices are missing. Not everyone wants meals every time.

Good is always good, service is great and it's always clean. I recommend this spot over any other local McDonald's. Update: This location is inexperienced with the mobile app. I placed an order for curbside. When I arrived the app would load my order; I restarted my app and phone. I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to cancel the order, get refunded in the morning and lose my 20% discount. The crew can force a mobile order from the order hub by using the customer's name alone, I've done it at other locations. Dinner night on the holiday weekend ruined.

No AC in the main dining room. The play area has AC, but it smells horrible l, like mildew. I'm guessing the condenser needs cleaning? The tables in the play area were just horrible. Completely dirty. One had syrup on the seat and it was 3pm. old French fries on the floor. Clean your own tables since the staff won't .

This has become the worst drive thru anywhere. Twice now they don’t check bags and forget to put in straws 😟 which makes a drink difficult in a car !! Definitely not happy with the services today. They have my meal away to another customer. The customer gave it back to them, I decided to go in after seeing this mistake and while I was in there I heard the manager telling the employee to just re-bag it. This is disgusting the other customer looked all through the bag and realized it wasn't there at what point is it ok to give someone food that someone else has played over. So not happy, I am very disappointed and suggest that they have better practices than to re-bag.

Good morning, I went in the drive-thru this morning to place my order as normal, but when I received it I noticed they only gave me the McGriddle instead of the full meal so they instructed me to go all the way back around the drive thru if I want to get the meal, so I drove back around no problem. BUT when I made it in the drive-thru again the lady( I was told her name is Esperanza Gallegos and that she is the manager) I was speaking with got really sassy and obnoxious with me through her mic and tried checking me saying “first you ask for the bacon McGriddle now you ask for the sausage McGriddle but u didn’t ask for meal!!” I’m unsure why she mentioned the bacon McGriddle when that had 0 correlation to the current order at hand. I kindly told her that okay but I meant the sausage egg & cheese McGriddle meal so just add it on and quit trying to blame me, it’s not that serious. Then she told me to pull forward and I heard her curse under her breath at me before she turned her mic off. So I pull forward to get the remainder of my food and she tries peaking at me over the shoulder of an employee handing me my food then she tried to get another attitude telling me the same thing. But she tried to LIE and gaslight me by saying “I asked if u wanted the meal u said no” when that NEVER took place! So I tried correcting her again but instead she quickly rolled her eyes & walked away to go take someone else’s order.

Been coming to this McDonald's for maybe the last 5 years. Came this morning to get my daughter her breakfast and myself. My daughter only eats the eggs bacon and a hashbrown. well ordering them that way was more then just ordering a big breakfast and she could have said so but at the end of my order she said I needed to learn how to order. THE LAST TIME I EVER go to this McDonald. I also work at retail and see the same 150 customers I get a day who have play dates with my daughter with their kids at your location . Today was not a good day for this McDonald's. For some reason they have the door locked on one side and then the drive-thru is taking forever. All the spots where you can wait are full and it's taking way too long to get our food. The lady taking orders sounds like English is a second language for her. A little difficulty with the communication. I usually frequent this place but it's never been like this before. Not sure what the deal is today.

Everytime I come to this location they're always in a rush, which is understandable, they're busy, but my order is ALWAYS WRONG. Ask for fresh will get whatever. Its so frustrating being I either have to drive all the way back. Or just deal with my order n eat or throw it away, calling is never an option it always goes to voice mail. If I ask for fresh fries, they act like that's a big bother. This location is a mile closer to my home so stopping in is convenient. Ordered a Cajun Bacon Ranch McCrispy deluxe and received a standard McCrispy deluxe, even though it was right on the menu. I'm also pretty sure what I ordered was more expensive than what I received, but I'll never know because they didn't give me a receipt, so I have no recourse. Also, the sandwich I did receive looked like it was made in the dark. I've never seen a worse sandwich from McDonalds, most of the lettuce wasn't even on it, just loose in the box. I will not be returning to this McDonalds.

go thru drive thru almost everyday, Saturday had to order 3 times & they still got it wrong. when i called., said " I don't want anything free" , but the 3rd order I ordered 3 items at $1.39 & was charged $5.60. Do the math. I even said on the orders off the dollar menu, and when I called I was hung up on twice. One female one male.

I swear this place is getting worse. The girl at drive thru was rude and cut our order in 2 orders because it was "too long" we waited in the drive thru for over 15 mins. Went here today at 9pm on December 13th and I had an online order. The young lady at the window was ignoring me when I was talking to her about my online order and talked to my husband instead. She didn’t even make eye contact with me. I was respectful to her and her attitude was not the vibe.I was disappointed with the drive thru service. Won’t be coming here again. That’s not the way to acknowledge customers and service.

I’m disappointed that McDonald’s now charges extra for basics like syrup and butter. The quality of the food has gone down while prices continue to rise. They used to cook with beef tallow, a healthier option, but now use seed oils, which can contribute to health issues. If the price increase came with improved ingredients, I’d understand, but raising prices while lowering quality isn’t acceptable.

They make you buy happy meals in order to buy extra toys. Money grabbing greedy management.

What happened to this place. They USED TO have the BEST service and today it was a total mess. In the last five years I have never waited more than 2-3 minutes for an order at this location. Today at 4:12 pm I ordered for curbside and after waiting for 25 minutes I got our it the car and went inside. It was a mess inside. Lots of people waiting. Some of them already upset. Someone had gotten out of the car because they got the order wrong. Drive-thru is asking cars to pull up and park because they don’t have their order ready. I asked for help three times until someone finally helped me. “Sorry about that” is what they said. Didn’t even looked at me in the eye. 35 minutes later I walked out of there with fresh fries and cold stale nuggets. What a disappointment.

I stopped by before my hair appointment ordered a 6 piece mcnugget, large sprite, large sweet tea and 2 McDonald's one ketchup only, and the other the way it came! My total was 13.37 I gave the young kid 20.35 and didn't have no more change or even 2 penny he stated that's fine. During that time, my order was mistakenly given to another customer who was waiting ahead of me in the drive-thru. I then waited an additional 7 minutes while the order was remade. When a team member returned, she apologized and mentioned that an extra sandwich was added for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, when I checked my order, it was still incorrect and no additional sandwich was included. I understand mistakes can happen, and I appreciated the apology, but the overall experience was disappointing, especially after the extended wait and continued issues with my order. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of better accuracy and communication moving forward. Thank you for your time.

They never give me ketchup.... I'm boycotting mcdonalds until they stop being so stingy. I ask for it and everything. I work hard to buy this junk and can't even get sauce... If you can't do better than this you dont deserve our business. Hope the whole chain fails at this point. It's not just this location, but this location is really bad about it. When I was a kid you didnt have to ask. They'd just put it in there or ask you if you want any. Then give you more than you need. Thats how it should be.

They are very annoying here always pulling cars up for simple shit like a double cheese burger and a drink . like ?? very annoying and then had me waiting for over 10 min for it . after a while I didn’t even want the shit anymore . They came out with my order and had it wrong ! I said I want a refund they acted as though they never heard that before . And they take a long time to refund you too . very annoying . NEVER coming back up here

Lately this location has been going downhill. Came yesterday, the lady gave me drinks that weren’t fully in the carrier correctly and my frappe spilled all inside my car. Thank God I have leather seats. I told the lady inside they didn’t even offer to replace the drink. Today I went again and the drinks keep getting filled less and less. I paid for a large pineapple smoothie and I got this. On the McFlurrys they don’t bother to even mix them anymore they just throw a few toppings on top of the soft serve ice cream. The service is poor now and sloppy.

The app says it’s open until midnight, their window sign until 1, yet it’s closed? McDonald’s needs to make sure to stay open until their hours are posted so customers don’t drive up and find out they’re closed.

I use the drive thru. Or should I say I used to use it because I will NOT be going there ever again! 2 different times I ordered a DOUBLE hamburger plain, only to get home with one patty. 2 other times, i ordered 2 hamburger patties. Got home, and there were onions all over them. This past (2nd) time, i explained it to the lady at the window. Got my order and yet again onions all over the 2 patties! Went into the facility to talk to the manager. All she could say was sorry and gave me another set of patties. No, let me reimburse you, nothing. In the past, when I've ordered a regular hamburger with no cheese, they put cheese. When i took it in, they corrected the order by scraping off the cheese. It's like anything to save a buck with these people at your expense!!
