I stopped by CAVA recently, and the food was absolutely on point. Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor — exactly what you hope for when you’re craving something hearty but still healthy. The ingredients were crisp, the proteins were perfectly seasoned, and the portions were generous without feeling heavy. What really made the visit exceptional was Kim. You can tell immediately when someone genuinely cares about the guest experience, and Kim is one of those rare employees who elevates the entire place. Friendly, patient, and incredibly attentive, Kim helped guide my order with great suggestions and made sure everything came out just right. It’s the kind of service that sticks with you and makes you want to come back. CAVA is always good, but with team members like Kim, it becomes a standout spot. Highly recommend stopping in — and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Kim, you’re in for an even better meal.

I came in today and the store atmosphere was great but the staff were going back and forth with each other it seems like the mangers were arguing with the employees. Thankfully Cole and Claude made the experience balance out. Cole was very nice and Claude was super sweet would’ve rated a 3 but Claude made the process less stressful and wholesome. Should come back just to say wassup.

Incredible food, service, and restaurant area. Cava is the future of delicacy of cuisines. Expect to be wowed when entering this store especially if getting their pita chips, yogurt dill or garlic dressing, sweet potatoes (discontinued now unfortanetly :( ), corn, or pickled onions. Each bite is exquisitely flavorful with fireworks of unique tastes. Their mediterranean mixes of tzatziki, red pepper hummus, and crazy feta sauces add beautiful notes to every bowl. Cava you have my heart.

Cava is a spot I go to for my healthy Mediterranean style food & this spot gets it. I just ordered a steak salad with chicken on the side. The feta cheese and corn was a nice touch. Overall I was satisfied for my lunch without feeling overstuffed. Customer service was polite and courteous too. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other items. Parking limited to street or paid garage around the area.

I cannot express in words how wonderfully delicious CAVA is. I am absolutely hooked!! My go to bowl is half super greens and brown rice. Of course the Saffron Basmati rice is incredible, I just figure the brown is a healthier option. You can’t go wrong with any of the dips and spreads. I am into spice, so harissa and crazy feta are a must. Then I switch between eggplant and red pepper hummus, depending on my mood. My main dish is always grilled chicken and roasted veggies. Yum! Next have at it with your favorite toppings. I finish off with pita crisps and the garlic and skhug dressings. Told you I like it spicy. Be sure to download the app and scan your QR code at each visit. The rewards add up quickly, especially for a regular like me. I’m an Epicure for those who understand what that is! ENJOY. I’m sure I’ll bump into you at my next visit. 😋

This place opened up 2 weeks ago, located where Pieology used to be. It's right next door to Corner Bakery. This is one of those build your own bowls, salads, or wrap places, but with Mediterranean inspired meats and flavors. The location is a fairly large open space with plenty of good light. The staff was pretty friendly, and they responded well to the myriad questions that came their way. I got the 1/2 bowl/(super)greens with the chicken. They gave ample meat, and I noticed that some meats have an added cost (which they clearly spell out). They also give you 3 sauces (like hummus and yogurt flavors) and unlimited other toppings, which takes some time to analyze the first time through. My wife got the mini pita. The pita is very fresh and thick, almost like a thicker tortilla, and is unlike the typical pita you buy in the grocery stores. My wife and I thought the food was absolutely delicious. This is a great and perfect addition to the Lake Ave Shops area! I will definitely be back!

Ordered a Greens and Grain bowl with almost all the toppings. This is a great option if you're looking for something heavier than a simple salad, especially after a long workout. I ordered just before closing so apologies and thanks to the staff for helping to get my order through. Location is easy to find, clean, there is some free parking behind this complex in their parking structure but I don't remember if it was time limited. This was the order. Baby Spinach, Saffron Basmati Rice, Tzatziki, Roasted Eggplant Dip, Harissa, Grilled Chicken, Falafel, Fire Roasted Corn, Fiery Broccoli, Pickled Onions, Salt-Brined Pickles, Tomato + Onion, Pita Crisps, Crumbled Feta, Shredded Romaine, Kalamata Olives, Cabbage Slaw, Free Side Pita, Persian Cucumber, Lemon Herb Tahini, Greek Vinaigrette

CAVA feels very similar to Just Salad — a fast-casual, build-your-own healthy bowl concept. I ordered the Spicy Lamb bowl. It came with about four small lamb meatballs. The texture was more like ground meat (similar to a burger patty) rather than a traditional firm meatball. The lamb flavor wasn’t very strong, and despite the name “Spicy,” the seasoning was pretty mild — just a light touch of spice, nothing bold. The toppings were fresh and colorful: black lentils, super greens, red pepper hummus, feta, pickled onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado. The pickled onions added a nice tang, and the red pepper hummus had a subtle sweetness that helped balance the bowl. Overall, it’s clean, healthy, and filling — but not especially memorable.

The food is definitely high-quality and the ingredients are fresh, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the actual taste didn’t fit my palate. The taste of the combination of sauces and ingredients didn’t seem to blend well together…😮‍💨 Besides, it’ll be much more quicker if you order online first.

I know the workers are trying but man the line gets held up by the first person at the first station too long. I wish another person could also help push the line more efficiently. Otherwise the food is great and finding parking may be challenging at times.

I don't really understand all of the hype. Maybe it's me, but the food combos & flavor profiles just don't work. Perhaps I was told too many times how amazing it would be, but I didnt enjoy it (especially the sauce dressings), and neither did my wife. Weird because we both were hungry at the time.

I’m a regular customer at CAVA being as I work nearby and usually have a good experience, but today was very disappointing. The customer service was terrible. The employee assisting me was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t even want to make the food. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Her attitude was disgusting I don’t see how she’s even apart of this team. No smiles no greetings from employees just attitude. She’s even wearing sleepwear on her head on the job just unprofessional and unsanitary ! As someone who comes here often, I expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope management addresses this because it definitely doesn’t reflect well on the business.

Oh how disappointing. I love Cava and used to frequent their west coast locations a lot when I lived there. I even worked at one before so I am aware it can get very busy at times. I’m sure going in person would also give a different result, but ordering from here has been a continuous nightmare. I am not sure what continues to go wrong with this location. There is always an issue. Ordered a pita before, they totally forgot the falafel. Ordering cookies, forget it, you won’t get any. Attempted to order from here last night, it took them an hour to cancel the order and subsequently there were no other vegan options open late night to order because it took so long for them to cancel. Ordered again tonight hoping to finally satiate my cava craving, it took almost 2 hours to get delivered and they completely forgot the dressings I ordered; basically making the meal void because that’s the entire purpose of the flavor profile being what it is. I am so upset I can’t even eat my meal and will have to march to the location in person to get dressings I guess. They always seem to just forget items… every. single. time.

lol! I made the mistake of ordering from this location for my lunch break. I’m 7minutes away and Ubered my food because I cannot leave. It took TWO WHOLE HOURS. For them to ready the food. the delivery guy was patient…The delivery was the short part. He got it to me within 4-5 minutes. The food taste good I had the braised lamb and honey chicken bowl with everything on it but WOW. Never again. This was a horrible experience. I was sick waiting for my food. Overall… after I’ve eaten: CAVA itself is amazing, food is tasty, huge portions, meat and sauce were absolutely delicious! But the service needs improvement. Maybe they are understaffed?! Managment needs to step in somehow.

Consistently a bad experience at this location. There’s always 1 person making the bowls with 20 people in line. It shouldn’t take 45mins to order your bowl when this would take maybe 10 mins at Chipotle max. The food is usually good, however, most times the rice is severely undercooked and hard. There’s been several times when I thought I was going to break a tooth. Also, why are the tables always dirty? Management definitely needs to change at this location because it’s been this way for a few years now. I think it might be time to start making the drive to the new Azusa location.
