Been a big fan of El Super Burrito for over 20 years now. Love the food. Their Chile Verde burrito is one of my favorite things in the world. Highly recommend the mini breakfast burrito with machaca and bacon! The staff is awesome. Place is cash only so come prepared or use their atm and don't complain about the fee. I once ordered 100 tacos from them for my birthday and it was awesome 😎

My husband and I love this place so much that we almost took our engagement pics here (it closed during the beginning of Covid)!! Their mini breakfast burritos and tacos (carne asada and el pastor) are soo delicious!! Chips and salsa comes with the orders too. We usually order to go so when we dined in, we saw there barely were any chips on the plate. However, when we requested more, they gave us a plate full!! Today was perfect weather for dining in the shade but outside with the breeze. I always love the little tiny chickadee birds that are near the bridge garden area. So cute! It adds to the environment and they do a good job decorating as well! Love this place and recommend it for affordable and delicious tacos! Side note: I believe it is cash only

Stumbled upon this Gem while driving home to the Bay Area, where good Mexican food is hard to find. They have a nice sized menu and a nice covered patio dining area to eat at. They only take CASH so be prepared. The Super Combo Burrito was Tasty and portions HUGE - can feed 2-3 people on it.

California soul, California dreamin’…but they’res no songs about California hunger! I tells ya! From either the heat, the smog, or the constant running around (I’m 67) a fella gets hungery in the city of angels!!!!! Luckly enough Super burrito in Pasadena really filled my suntanned tummy! Me and the wifey decided to stay with some family friends and one morning (after tooo many tequila sunrises) we were starving like the folks at ashwitz! Now I’ll tell ya again, I’ve never had carne asada fries in my life, but boy howdy were they DELICIOUS! The portions were just right for an Ohio boyo like me, and the hot sauce was just the right temp! They. Even thoghjt in some extra peppers! Wifey got the Cali burrito! Which had fries in it! Wow! Thbak you super burrito. Big love and big waves from Ohio! 🇺🇸

Just got into Pasadena and needed to grab something to eat. I saw this and gave it a shot. Note, it's cash only. They do have an ATM. I got the two crispy tacos plate. They have special options as well. The service was fast and was overall pretty happy. Different spices than I'm used to but it did the job.

Service here is fast. Cash only so check the price ahead of time. You can place order over the phone but only call ahead if you can get there within 10 minutes. I enjoyed my veggie burrito the only thing I didn't enjoy is the salty beans. This is probably a one off I'll come back again in the future 😁.

Chicken tacos were good. My wife ordered a cabeza burrito and was not impressed. A usual cabeza burrito comes with onions and cilantro, but this one have rice and beans. If your into non authentic Mexican food this is the place for you, if not then look for another place.

The food looks tasty in the pictures, but the house burrito lacked taste. They only give a tiny cup of sauce. The place is okay.

My second time here the first time it was really good but then I don't believe quality is as good I asked for me burrito no rice with sprinkled meat what absolutely no flavor

We asked for a caldo de res (beef soup). I have been coming here for a long time, as I can remember. The last 3 times services haven't been all that great. I asked for no potatoes in my soup. They tell me they can't do that because it's already portioned. I asked they take the out plz. He said I can't do that. Also, I asked for no onions and no cilantro. Guess what half of my container had. 1/2 of it was filled with onion and cilantro

Be careful and ask what you are getting when you come here. Not only is it cash only (ATM on site but high fees), but I just spent $17 on a chile colorado burrito, which I expected chunks of meat in a red sauce, and got a burrito with potatoes and a chile com carne that smelled like chorrizo. I went back to ask and they verified that this is THEIR style. He was nice about it, but not what I wanted. I have NEVER in all my life in LA ever got this as a colorado substitute. I looked at their menu to tell me if this was a certain Mexican style, bc I know certain states do have their different ways at times, but nope. Ask what they mean before you order.
