Opiniones de Ginger Corner Market Pasadena
The soups, sandwiches and salads are to die for. The pricing is great for the Pasadena area since everything there is getting expensive and you are right next to a park. All round, great place!!
Wow. Their baked deserts are phenomenal. Cookies, bread pudding and brownies are over the top
I love this place! Tucked away in the neighborhood in a quaint, secret way. Finding this place made my week. And the raspberry mocha was very good!
Went there once 2 years ago and I can't stop thinking about the roast beef sandwich with the jalapeño jelly.
Love this place! Been coming here for years for myself, family and my company lunch orders. Their food is always so delicious and fresh! Love their sandwiches and dessert options. We always take one of each to try their variety, always a delight! Very nice staff, clean, organized with easy parking in front and across from a cute little park.
Ginger corner market feels like a warm hug! Joyful staff and owners, who love the community. I have yet to stray away from my standby order (which is amazing, the Turkey sandwich!) and it’s the best every time. I have sampled every baked good and truly cannot emphasis how delicious they are (German Chocolate Cake is my favorite).
Ginger Market is the best! Their sandwiches are creative and delicious and I always love trying the daily lemonade flavor. They have some great, quirky stuff inside the store that’s great fun to browse.
Friendly, clean and fresh food and pastries. Every time I take my kids to Pasadena to the park across we stop here
Tasty, strong coffee. Really good lemon bar! Cute shop. There was no music playing when I was there though.
Delicious sandwiches and coffee. I highly recommend the turkey sandwich. The bread pudding is also always fantastic. The flavors are different every time I come in. Fun store to wander in while you wait for your order.
My go-to sandwich shop in Pasadena, and I love their ham and brie sandwich, plus they always serve your sandwich with nice in-house pickles. The interior is a combination of quaint rustic with a slight modern touch, very charming. They do close a little early, though (5-6), so no late dinners.
Love the ham and fig sandwich, and whatever underground drinks they have in the fridge. Always a pleasure to eat there. Great place to work too with outlets, good seating and Wi-Fi. Staff is always very kind.
This place has the most interesting and tasty selection in snacks, drinks, and ingredients. The staff is incredibly friendly and wholesome, the prices were reasonable, and the pastries were very fresh. Coffee is a must at this market, 10/10!
A hidden gem in Pasadena. I had the wedge salad and pastrami sandwich. Delicious and more than enough for two. Quiet, friendly neighborhood store. Bring your laptop for a serene work environment. Pets welcome.
Great coffee and Tea. Their breakfast sandwich amazing and their BLT are ginormous! Service with a smile and their gift store is so cute and nostalgic. Oh and their baked goods fresh daily!
Love this Market" cafe. They also have gift items. And old-fashioned novelties and candy. Great sandwiches...quiche...soups n desserts. Wine selection by glass n bottle. Fun time out from rushing around. Great park across street for kid time afterward.
Quaint corner market with a small selection of groceries, gifts, baked goods, sandwiches, coffee, tea, and lemonade. BLT with egg is a great choice- get the homemade pickles on the side 👌 Lemonade is also tasty. Baked goods are hit or miss. If you need a unique card or small gift, you can find one here. Support small business and drop by Ginger Corner Market!
Cute corner market across from Grant Park. They have coffee ☕️ and indoor and outdoor seating, and WiFi 💻 Can also get something to take to the park. Store carries all kinds of greeting cards, candles and wine 🍷 They also have a homemade kombucha.
This is the cutest little spot for a bite to eat. They have salads, sandwiches, quiche, soups, desserts that are baked right there... and everything is delicious! That's a few tables with umbrella outside, and there's some seating inside a well. The place is like a retro little store with candy, nougat, household tokens, etc. and a counter where you order your food/drinks. Oh, and did I mention they have delish coffee?! I tried the lavender latter and it was great! I also got the hibiscus tea and it did not disappoint. Very nice staff and very fresh food. It's located directly across from a small park, so you can also get your food "to go" and take it over to the park and eat it there. Truly a unique place,I highly recommend it. They do close early, the kitchen closes at 2:30pm and the store at 3pm, so make sure you arrive in time to enjoy your meal and to look around the little store.
I stopped by this corner cafe on a whim and ordered an almond milk latte – it was smooth, rich, and exactly what I needed. While I was enjoying my drink near the window, a squirrel on the exterior ledge caught my eye. This little guy seemed oddly interested in my coffee break and kept peering in like we were old friends catching up. It made for a good laugh and somehow added to the charm of the place. Great coffee, friendly staff, and a surprise squirrel encounter – I’ll definitely be back.
Really cute, tasty, and quaint place!! Family owned and they are very friendly. My second time coming here and this time we biked (there is street parking and some poles around you can chain your bike to. But there isn’t really bike parking like it says). It’s so hard to choose which pastry to eat cause there is a WEALTH of delicious baked goods staring back at you begging you to choose it!! We went with the lemon bar and it was delicious! Had great crust and a lot of custard. I also wandered around their store section and found the funniest and cutest squirrel air freshener! They have some cute cards and unique items there (like army soldier toys doing diff poses). There is plenty of seating inside and even seating outside. The decorations are so cute! We tried the watermelon lemonade and it was kinda bland. My husband tried the orange blossom tea on his last visit and said it was also bland. So their strong suit aren’t the drinks but the food and pastries are amazing!! We got the crispy chicken sandwich and the flavor was SO GOOD!! The bread was soft and buttery leaving your mouth watering!! The chia pudding was kinda dry but had a good texture to it. They give plenty of granola inside so that was nice. Overall, I highly recommend coming here for a visit!! It is right across from a park as well. It’s a very peaceful place.
I. Love. This. Place. As a lover of sandwiches, Ginger hold a special place in my heart. Their pastrami sandwich is the best in Pasadena. There is no fight. The home made pickles are mouth watering. The perfect companion for a sandwich so mighty. Thier selection of craft sodas is perfect. And the baked goods are to die for. My friend even asked me to bring them a birthday cupcake from Ginger. I can not recommend this place enough. And I will make the trip out whenever possible. Pictured is their brisket sandwich!
Delicious sandwiches!! Cute little market/Cafe. Interesting little things to buy besides the yummy sandwiches. They also have coffees, salads and super yummy pastries!! They have updated their menu with breakfast items. Looks so good. Definitely going back for breakfast!!!!
A cute corner breakfast place I just spotted today while walking my dog. I love my latte, and the jalapeño sandwich is beyond my expectations! The egg is cooked perfectly and the red peppers are warm and seasoned just right. Will definitely come back and try different sandwiches!
Ordered the Turkey Mila sandwich with lemonade and a delicious chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich is absolutely out of this world. To boot they have exceptionally friendly staff and great service. This is a wonderful casual lunch spot!
I went for breakfast with my husband. It's a hidden gem with fantastic food, amazing staff and it's a cute little shop, as well. We ended up getting breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious and not overly priced. I highly recommend Ginger's!
Delicious chocolate cheesecake. Thank you for being nice to me. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere.
OMG... I had a delicious Panini sandwich 🥪 here. This place is unique. Customer service is awesome 👍☺️🌹☕️
Grabbed an iced coffee and a BLT, very good. Brian was super hospitable and friendly. It was refreshing to get such good customer service. Will definitely be coming here more often and I definitely recommend people to come try it.

This is my new sandwich spot. Great sandwich that you cannot get else where. The shop looks locally owned and run. They also have breakfast, coffee drinks and good pastries. There is a park right across the street. Noticed it a popular spot for people from CalTech.
OMG!!!! This is truly a hidden gem. I had the turkey sandwich a slice of their cookie dough chocolate cheesecake. DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend this place!
Such a cute little spot! Limited seating. I had a jalapeno jelly breakfast sandwich and it was really good. Their bacon is sweet which was different but it was still good!
Some kind of Wonderful! Such a fun spot. I’m very picky when it comes to food, yet everything I ever order is super yummy! The bake goods are unique and are reasonably priced. A simple tuna sandwich is just that, on great bread with great ingredients. The toys, cards, and huge variety of beverages are just an added bonus. I wish I had one in Hollywood.
Most Amazing BarBQue and Mac and cheese ..just come here you won’t be dissatisfied
Ginger corner market is a STAPLE of Pasadena to me! I would make it part of my weekly routine when my sister lived in town. They have THEEE BEST sandwiches/desserts and definitely give you bang for your buck!!! Love the vintage vibe, and would much rather support a small business! A sandwich shop like this is a rare gem in this day and age! I truly appreciate the owners and everything they do!!! Highly suggest their turkey sandwich or BLT! Can’t go wrong with anything you get there it all looks and smells amazing! :)
This place is cute. I had passed by many times never actually going in, but I am glad I did this time. The horseradish cabbage was not my favorite so I am glad I asked for it on the side. The tuna sandwich was good and the pastrami was thickly cut and had good flavor. They have random things to buy and I picked up some cute strawberry 🍓 earrings.
I have now eaten here 4 times out of the last 10 days. All this time not knowing this place existed has been wasted time. I’ve eaten something different each time and all of them have been amazing. Some of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The homemade pastries are a delight and the coffee they brew is quality. Can’t recommend it enough.

Yummy sandwich (ham and brie) and delicious latte. Customer service was world's better than when I went months ago so keep it up lovely ladies! Will be back again soon and will bring friends!
Ginger is and eclectic little corner store, very close to Caltech and makes a great alternative to the institutional foods and coffees provided there. The sandwiched are hearty, tasty and well made. The iced coffee and teas are delicious. Ginger is really just fun to visit, with interesting toys and gifts beside organic soda and kombucha.
Friendly neighborhood market, all pastries are baked in house , relaxing place to get a quick bite. + Cool little market, many interesting items.

The iced coffee was very good, and there are lots of cute little trinkets you can buy in there. But both times I've been, the woman behind the register had been a little stressed/grumpy.
The food is very good but have noticed they have trouble turning food around fast enough, especially during rush hour. I called by phone because I knew their service was slow. When I arrived the sandwich was waiting but I waited another 10 mins just to get my drink when I ordered. I think they could probably run things more efficiently behind the counter i.e. change locations of their bread, prep sandwich meat/cheese ahead of time, have a monitor/extra receipt available for the food preppers, analyze commonly requested foods at peak time and have things ready, all drinks and are desserts are handled when an order is placed. Others will handle the rest of the order. For as long as they've been around I'm a surprised this hasn't been addressed earlier.
I really love the vibe in here ! Super cute place and the staff is super nice! I just wouldn’t recommend the coffee at all. I think they are more known for the food aspect so I recommend trying that out !
There is no restroom for patrons in the restaurant. You are directed to use the restroom in the park across the street. I doubt this is legal per the Pasadena Public Health regulation. I would not recommend this restaurant for that reason.
Rude and short and demeaning front counter/ cashier-white lady. Didn’t want to answer one question about sandwiches. Brushed me off like I didn’t deserve her time. Latinx lady in back stepped in to help and was courteous. On weekends, wife usually buys three Cubano sandwiches ($36). But front counter lady seemed she did not want to cater to my son and I. She asked the people behind us for their order seemingly not wanting to interact with my son and I, at all.
