Crazy Bread sticks were given to us RAW! Uncooked!! I had to Air Fry the bread sticks which will be the photo with the half piece . A person can get sick from eating raw food.

The staff was completely incompetent. The cashier couldn't give me my order, which was ready, because she didn't check if it was on the shelf in the cabinets. She said the order would be ready in a minute or two. I had to stand and wait for 15 minutes, and then ask her again to check the order. As it turned out, the order had been ready for a long time and was on the shelf in the cabinet. Someone, please teach the employees how to do simple work in a pizzeria competently.

This location used to be decent, but has become steadily worse over the past year. There is rarely enough staff here — often, customers are left for many minutes at a time just standing in the shop waiting for someone to acknowledge them. Employees are never really rude — they’re just zombie-like and unapologetic for the crap experience. Truthfully, they’re probably treated horribly by the franchise owner, who is obviously cheap and NOT at all into customer service. This location almost never has “Hot-N-Ready” pizza on standby, always saying it’ll take about 15 minutes, which is absolutely not what Little Caesars is known for. The unfortunate thing is, if you’re in Pasadena or Altadena, this is what you’re stuck with. The closest location after this is in Alhambra, which is a 40-minute round trip from central Pasadena. I’m not sure anyone is willing to drive that far/long for a quick and easy dinner option like Little Caesars. After multiple really disappointing experiences here, I’m done with this location. The company should take notice of this location and severely reprimand the owner — we won’t be returning, and urge others to pass on this. If not, don’t say you weren’t warned! Final visit on a Thursday night found about 7 people standing and waiting in the shop, no employee behind the counter, no one apologizing for the wait or explaining the back-up. After about 5 minutes of everyone looking at each other, I finally said screw it and left with another customer who said they’d never return, either.

Dismal to say the least. Customer service is terrible, pizza wasn't great. The card machine errored on their side, but came out of my bank. They tried to charge me twice, and make me jump through hoops to get my money back. Poorly managed. Won't be back to this one. Update: They treat Uber delivery drivers terrible! I won't even accept orders from this one in particular. It's awful!! BE WARNED! Update again: The night crew treats uber delivery drivers deplorable! Furthermore, I think there are some thieves working in there. They need a new crew. I would give 0 stars if I could!! WONDER WHAT CORPORATE WOULD HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS?!

Came to pick up my pizzas. They had forgotten to give me the sauces which I paid for. When I got home and double checked the receipt, they had also forgotten to give me one of the pizzas. I called the store and no one picked up for over 10mins. The second time I called someone else picked up and she was not able to resolve anything for me, and we disconnected. All I wanted was to either get the pizza or a refund.

This little caesars takes over an hour to deliver on a simple order. Placing an order through the app is not convenient at all. My app orders are never ready on time. They might be short staff or workers may not have the proper training. This all falls on the owner. I will not be buying pizza from this location and make the extra drive to a different one. Parking is sketchy and there's a lot of homeless in that plaza. Another reason to visit a different location.

Ordered food on the mobile app said my pizza would be done at 8:00pm didn’t receive my pizza until 8:55pm. Any one that came in to order wasn’t greeted but informed they would wait an hour for there pizza, I didn’t see the point of using the app if I still almost waited the hour while I placed the order on the app around 7:20. Everyone working looked lost seemed like there was no structure no management. After getting my pizza and waiting so long I’d assume they would be done to perfection or at least somewhat decent but they didn’t even cut the pizza right and when I pulled one slice the cheese from the whole pizza came with the one slice. Since they probably rushed to cook the pizza they probably undercooked it I wasn’t going to risk getting sick from undercooked pizza so I tossed it. This is the second time I come to this place and it’s hectic first time they didn’t even let no one in cause there system was down only mobile orders but same delay gave them the benefit of the doubt came again but see no improvements.

Zero stars if I could!! Got a meat pizza when we ordered vegetarian. We asked for a replacement pizza or refund, since we don't eat meat.. and when we called the delivery number, they offered us 25% off and told us to order again. The local number won't pick up. What thieves... This CANNOT be okay. I'm paying for something we didn't even order.. And literally offering to give it back.

I was there waiting for 1 hour. Well, I had family over and already bought something warm. So after the hour, the food was cold. And, we ordered thin crust for one pizza but got thick crust. At least the pizza was warm, but that was it.
