Very nice and elegant restaurant inside of the hotel. The menu is limited but diverse and the kitchen is good (everything I tried so far was fresh and tasty). A bit pricey, but no surprise there. I had lunch here a couple of times, and it was always only a few other dinners. There is also a bar with wide selection of liquors, wine (beer selection is the popular brands).

This restaurant is inside the hotel. It has indoor and outdoor seating. It’s got a full menu and it was not too loud. Very comfortable. It has those upholster chairs with wheels on them and armrest so that tells you everything you need to know! For $16 we got guacamole and chips. Now the guacamole was very good and the salsa was warm and also very good but we were served stale chips. We were starving so we ate them, but I knew for sure they were stale because we asked for a fresh bowl of chips and the second round were crispy and tasted great

The salad is supposed to be all bite size pieces of moist greens or assorted herbs without crunchy stalks that’s diced away. If a sprinkle of celery is used that’s ok as a topper. All fresh gourmet dressings on the side with a lid to cover them. Preferential is the baked crisp accordion fries because fried is out dated these days as people eat healthier with less grease in their diet. Hotel room was nice top floor appreciated that view!

The service was lacking. The food looked better than the taste. Disappointing.

Wait Staff is very friendly and attentive. For a hotel restaurant, I would expect a little bit better food quality.

I got the burger…if you can call it that. It looks great on the outside, but was burnt to hell, and the buns and fries were flavorless. I don’t know how you mess a burger up so badly. My friend got the ahi poke and said it was really bad too. Go somewhere else.

I called to ask what accomodations they could make for gluten allergy. The person picking up the phone didn't understand and then the head chef said they could make nothing to the person on the phone to relay for me. I'm surprised a hotel restaurant doesn't cater to simple allergen requests. I expected at least something.

A great terrace with unbelievably poor service and questionable food, specially outside of the breakfast service. One waitress for the whole restaurant at night. Many of the few options offered are not available. Despite that, prices are quite high. Overall, a disappointment 😞

For dinner I had a Caesar salad with wilted lettuce and an absurdly high salt content, and the chicken penne pasta with (cheddar cheese?) and overly cooked chicken bits. For breakfast I had a ham and cheese omelet that actually was ok, but the “home fries” were clearly out of a frozen bag with zero seasoning and the toast was so cold the butter didn’t even melt. And for my viewing pleasure on the tv over the bar was “Supernatural” and I was lucky enough to witness a stabbing and a beheading in this particular episode. Cmon guys you could (should) do so much better …

I am an elite member and ate food in many Westin and Sheraton restaurants. This restaurant in Westin Pasadena was by far the worst, I stopped by for my breakfast and ordered an egg white omelette. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back.

Dine in food was ok. Hotel food. On New Year's morning, they offered a to-go breakfast burrito which was horrible. Undercooked bacon (stringy fat, not edible) and the burrito was room temperature at best. And they charged $30 for that garbage. So pure opportunism. The exorbitant price would have been acceptable if the food was decent.

This was by far the worst breakfast I have ever had. I wasn’t super hungry, and decided to just get a side of sausage links, toast, and an orange juice. My father ordered an omelette. First, they gave my dad the wrong meal. He’s not one to complain, and decided he would just eat the scrambled eggs in front of him. Luckily, the server noticed and ended up giving him his omelette. Which was satisfactory at best. The sausage links I ordered were honestly the worst I have ever had in my life. They were so bad. I’m not sure if they just popped them in the microwave and then served them, or what…no one should ever bite into a sausage and have it taste bland and mushy. Needless to say…I ate one of the six sausage links and decided that was enough. They never gave me the toast that I ordered, and forgot the orange juice until I mentioned something before leaving. The ambiance was beautiful. I would recommend sitting out on the patio area. Very pretty. Unfortunately, our experience here was pretty terrible that I can’t even recommend anyone eat here. Overpriced for the worst meal I’ve had in a LONG time. All I can say is I hope lunch/dinner is a much better experience. Do not go here for breakfast. You’re better off going to Starbucks and getting a breakfast sandwich.

We sat down to have a late dinner at 9:30, the staff was rude and literally ignored us because they were apparently understaffed and didn’t want to serve us. When we asked Service staff to help us, we were told to “wait a second” but they never came back to check on us. We were literally ignored for 20 minutes with no menu, drinks and sitting at a dirty table. Interestingly, the staff proceeded to clean the EMPTY table next to us rather than our table which made no sense. What’s worst is the staff simply didn’t care. They were unprofessional, rude and made us feel disrespected. Worst service I’ve ever encountered at a hotel restaurant. We ended up leaving since we couldn’t get service and went to the nearby CPK, where we were treated like royalty.

My Lady and I walked in to have a nice steak dinner just now Dec. 4th 2019 we got glared at seated and then no one came over to give menus ask us for our drinks or anything. I was prepared to spend $150 on dinner. We walked out and were headed out to spend our money at Smitty's Grill. Just to bad because we've been staying at the Westin Pasadina for 4 days and were treated this way. Very disapointed!!!
