I did meet the owner today and he was a really nice guy.. manager monier and Kathren they always very nice to me.
I had a whopper junior with cheese and fries and the 8pc nuggets for 1 dollar. It was all good and the nuggets were nice and fresh . 🙂

idk who needs to hear this but I had been craving 🥴 a classic chicken tendy sandwich from BK Lounge I don’t think I’ve had one in like 10 years. But damn did BK Lounge put some ❤️ love into that sandwich today one of the best fast food items I’ve had in recent times #1 of 2020. 🔥 Also think they turned the syrup up on the soda cause the Sprite be tasting like it was on crack and the most flavorful I’ve ever had. God Lord love and praise the King 👑 I’m on my knees begging for more of them chicken tendies!! 🤤

Not the biggest fan of burger kings non beef menu which I tend to lean towards at other food establishments, but their burgers are a gold star for drive-thu gluttons like myself. Their bacon is always perfect and onion rings and chicken fries more than make up for their short comings in terms of chicken sandwiches and fries.
I have to say..the owner/manager was delightful..friendly and just a great guy..I'll be back for more Tacos...they are delicious.. Place was clean...and friendly employees.. That's my go to Burger King from now on...

Hi All, Not one to leave a review for fast food places, but this BK deserves a unique shout-out. Presumably due to management, the staff is extremely courteous and pleasant, you do not experience the standard "aura" or a fast food joint. The place is very clean, the food is always fresh and cooked to the fullest (actually hot) and they are always alert, you are served immediately. Props, This BK is King.
Bro the mushroom onion ring burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had. Never ever thought I'd be saying this but the BK stepped his game up.

Honestly, all I can say if this is one of the best Burger King experiences on the island. Manager is always very accommodating, he was working the night shift and he really made my night with the service and food!!!

I'm new to using the app which is easy. But, when I accidentally got into ordering through through app while I was standing at the cash register, I couldn't get out of using my rewards and ordering through it. The manager stepped up to help me.
I have actually been using this location for ice for our parties and boating trips. They are always so helpful when calling to pick up. It’s great because it’s filtered water so we use it for both the cooler and in drinks
I don't eat fast food a lot, but the Burger King on Medford Ave in Patchogue is one of the few places I enjoy. The food is exactly what one would expect from such a franchise; not much to report there that people don't already know. What sets this restaurant apart is the team and the atmosphere. From the counterstaff to the manager, I am greeted with eagerness and a smile. And not one of those fake corporate smiles; they genuinely make me feel welcome. The service is fast and attentive to detail. The facility itself is also clean, and has comfortable seating with wifi and private nooks that make it a great place to sit down with my laptop to get some work done. My business, Vision Martial Arts, is just a few buildings down, and while I love it there, a quick change of scenery and a bite to nosh on is sometimes needed to get the entrepreneurial juices flowing. Glad we're neighbors!
You may get warm and not hot food. Service is good, faster when you use mobile app. Check before you leave.
I have not been here in ages but the breakfast value meal was great. Staff was competent and pleasant even at that morning hour.
Normally how can you complain about fast food, I think I got there at 11:01 and they could not make hash-browns, obviously disappointing. Otherwise, fast food, it’s what you expect to get.
Very nice staff, food gets out quickly but my last trip there, maybe they were too quick. My fries were a little soft and the cheese on my burgers was not melted. Wide variety of items on the menu and inexpensive.
I'm not sure what it is specifically about Burger King burgers but every time I have a junior whopper my blood sugar spikes and drops more so than any other fast food I've eaten anywhere. But this place the service is fine.
Hey...it's Burger King! Well run, clean and efficient service.
This is by far one of the worst Burger Kings. I don't go here expecting a gourmet meal, just something to sate my appetite when I'm on the go. The daytime stuff is terrible. The woman who is generally on the register is incredibly slow and constantly complains that she wants to go home early. The place is always filthy and the the Coke machine is always out of the flavors because the staff is too lazy to refill it. If you have to go to Burger King, just go to the one on North Ocean in Farmingville. It's about the same distance from Sunrise, it's clean, faster friendlier service and remodeled.
Burger king has great offers and mobile ordering....but there burger's can be a bit more hot temperature wise and the staff can be a bit more attentive to the customer they also have an app in which you can get great offers that are less then the price of the coupons they offer in the circular nevertheless it is a clean environment for you to sit and eat with your family and they also celebrate the holidays with decorations
It's great to being kids but ta Les are always filthy and today I asked a worker to wipe it down. He wipes with napkin with an attitude. Like I asked him to do something he wasn't supposed to do. The king should hear about thia and do something!
I agree with the other reviews here. It's almost like they go out of their way not to say thank you. I prefer the mcdonalds up route 112.
The young woman in the Drive-Thru was rude wasn't kind wasn't courteous wasn't personable at all in fact it was the manager and the black shirt that brought me my food that smiled and said thank you have a nice day it's only because of her that I would even return
This burger King is beautiful inside. It looks like a place to come get good food with friends. Its decorated liked a trendy spot. The food is mediocre but it's free refills on soft drinks with a machine that has a huge selection. The service however is where it falls short. I waited on line for about ten mins with no one online in front of me before I was helped. I paid was given a cup and asked for a straw to which the manager replied you'll have to wait for your bag. They were less than a foot away from him. My order took 15 or 20 mins to be prepared which usually means that it's fresh. I get my bag and of course he forgot the straw and the sauces. Chicken fries were old and stale. Everything else was fine. It's a great looking establishment with poor service. I would like to try this establishment again to confirm or maybe just an off day.
I ordered one night from here and food was cold to the touch. It was awful but the last time I did go after I disputed the issue, the food was piping hot. I'm glad that they have gotten better but there are some bitter peeps there. Not all but some.
Food and service was good but the place is newly renovated and already very dirty. We sat at a booth and there were stains on the tables, seats, window sills were filthy! They need a new cleaning service. So minus 2 stars.
The food is okay, but the service, especially for takeout, is not good at all. Something is always missing in your order. They always forget something, even if you ask. The last time I was there, i asked if they put napkins and condiments, and the lady there said yes. When i got home to eat, none of that was there. Previously, the fries were missing from my order. If you're driving thru, you might have to park your car after receiving your order just to check if it's complete
I don’t go here much because you ask for special order on your meal or extra sauce and they can never get the orders correct. And told to move along when you ask them a question to make sure they followed your order instructions. We also were told to go to the drive window and order the the sauce . Seriously!!! This isn’t the first time either . Also asked if my chicken sandwich had no Mayo or sauce and they put sauce on it and even asked her and she goes move along … this is why we don’t go here .
Girl at the counter was snotty, didn't know what a "beverage" was, never asked if I was staying so put my food in a bag and had attitude when I asked for a tray, and my burger was borderline cold. Other than that, had a great lunch.
The staff are friendly but I’ve never been to a Burger King and had my order taken correctly. The cashier got several things wrong, charged me for an extra burger, and despite me catching some of the mistakes, still ended up not with what I wanted.
Everytime i come here i have a bad experience. Staff is rude and whenever i need to use restroom it says out of order manager said it says that because the homeless always come is to use bathroom but its not right in a restaurant where you have people eatting food. Will be calling cooperate also
Bad experience. I believe it was teenagers but need more customer experience. Don’t ever tell customer I don’t understand you, instead tell can you please speak a little clear and loud because I can’t hear you. Or can you pass to the window I can take your order from there. Especially you are Latino and acted like ignorant person with your customer. I wouldn’t forget the name is Alexander same as my son. Please keep practice for your own good. I was on your same shoe and management; I know how it’s.
Their value menu chicken sandwiches are good but it's a toss up if you're going to get a mushy center in your sandwich or not. I'd say out of all the money I've spent tossing out bad sandwiches I could've went to an actual restaurant. It is a fast food joint though for what that's worth,the quality is fast food quality.
The manager at the Patchogue location was very rude. They're keeping all the bathroom doors locked you have to ask the manager for a key, and when he's busy he makes you wait to get into the bathroom. After waiting 15 minutes to use the bathroom as a paying customer, it was absolutely filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 2 days.
I got the sourdough king and it’s not even toasted. It’s like having a burger on white bread! Now I remember why I don’t go to that location, something is wrong every time.
Waited at the drive thru for like 10 mins and no one answered, so I left
they are terrible, I ordered off the app and they changed my order while I was in there and the employee started arguing with me cause I said politely that my order was messed up and she said she didn’t care at all about my order

Fake advertising.... so I left Wendy’s to get a whopper with cheese and bacon only cause it said they closed at 1am ..... 🤦🏾♂️ so I pull up to the drive tru for the mrg to say they closed .... should have known better since they can’t follow instructions to hold the tomatoes and pickles
I'am very unsatisfied with the manager on duty his costumer service is the worst I have experience I simply asked him to help me use the Burger King app and he kept on walking away how do expect your guest that are new using the burger king app to redeem any offers

The staff I have seen quite often in the evenings around 5-8 PM are HORRIBLE!!!!! It's a bunch of women who constantly chat/text on their phones completely ignoring you, or chat among themselves while ignoring you and this is after you have made eye contact with you. They chat and text while taking orders and, to no surprise, make mistakes. They are extremely rude as well. I don't go there anymore and won't.
More expensive than other Burger Kings. Charged me more than the promo price ordered. Nasty when I said I should get the promo 2 for $5 price. No straw in the bag at drive thru. I'll be going to the other Burger Kings from now on
The manager working the drive-thru at night is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. I hardly go here anymore as it is and tonight reminded me why. The guy probably shouldn't be in customer service with that type of an attitude, especially as a manager.
Dude I got a mozzarella stick and they were yellow inside and hard and greasy and prior to that they told me they couldn't accept my cash lol

Waiting 10 minutes before saying something through drive thru and got an attitude when I said “HELLO” to make sure someone was there. Then we came to the window he told us “Wow, everyone desides to come to Bk tonight” when there was only one car in front of us. Forgot one of our 10pc nuggets as well.

I ask for mustard on my online orders all the time and this burger will refuse to put mustard on anything, why have the option online if your not going to do it! Than half the time they don’t even have any mustard packets either so I can’t even put my own mustard on
We asked for $11.99 bundle, a spicy chicken sandwich and a double whopper. These people did not listen whatsoever. I gave the lady the code, CLEARLY. CLEARLY told her $11.99 bundle, she did not listen. We went inside and told them. They didn't to anything. Supervisor was out of it. Didn't listen to a word we said. Employee that placed our order argued with us. Get better employees. Likely will not be buying from this Burger King again. Bye.
HORRIBLE i ordered doordash from here, STILL WAITING and called the store twice, the dasher said my order was taken, both calls i made to the store went to VOICEMAIL. how do you have a fast food restaurant that after 3 rings, the call goes to voicemail? absolutely ridiculous.
The general manager is obnoxious and rude. Not to knock on people with an accent but for someone who is already hard to understand the guy also clearly cant understand proper english. Add on top how rude and unpleasant he was about the whole ordeal i have decided to just avoid this place entirely. I have no problem with burger king but the people at this store make it a place to avoid.
Ordered from the wrong store online called the store manager refused to give me my money back. He was extremely rude. Told me To Sue him. No business being the manager or owner or whatever he may be, I will never go there again nor will I ever go to Burger King again.

9pm on a Saturday night. Dining room closed. Clearly not enough people working. Went through drive through, order was wrong. Went back through the drive through and they still got it wrong. Ordered spicy melt, it came on a hamburger bun instead of toast and no jalapeños...I understand language barriers, but you should know how to do your job properly regardless. You are trained before they put you on the grill
This is the worst Burger King I've been to. The food is always cold, they can't follow simple instructions such as "no mayo", and they've given me the entirely wrong item in the past. I almost never go here bc of the reasons I just listed, but sometimes I think "maybe they've gotten better" and I go bc it's the most convenient location to where I live, but I will not be going here again.
DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!Terrible service this place needs 0 stars. Me and my friend went into this place. Ordered two separate large whopper meals two orders for two separate people.we received our separate receipts didn't get our large cuts mind you.we then sat down to eat in we watched as people would walk in place an order an get there orders in under 10 mins. After the 2ndcustomer I decided to check on our orders.when I asked the cashier Where's my order and my friends they replied you never placed an order. I asked for a management the manager asked the cashier what's wrong they told their side of the story.asked me how how can he help me I showed him the two separate receipts showed him the time the orders where placed.then he gets an attitude and says why didn't you come up and complain. I looked at him and said it's been over 20 mins I'm complaining now and my friend comes over to complain as well. Then the manager tells both of us that he will call the POLICE! If we didn't leave. We both replied call the POLICE! we are on camera walking in burger King and placed two separate orders didn't get our cups from cashier then sat down to wait.never did they call our order number or place the order matter of fact. Manager had no choice but to give us a refund. People listen if there is bad service report it write a review these could save people from going to jail over something they rightfully paid for.
I went threw drive thru 2/4/23 around 230 ,3 the cashier ( manager ) had a nasty attitude. Threw his hands up at me in the air when I got to the window and wanted to use the mobile app cause that's when it opened at the window . then he tell me to tell him next time at the speaker with an attitude. The other worker who was doing drinks also had an attitude cause she got my drink wrong she closed the window and started speaking about me in Spanish . My nuggets was cold mozzarella sticks was also cold . I don't know what was colder my food or my drinks . The manager and staff needs customer service training again cause they training didn't do them any justice.
Waiting in the parking lot for 12 minutes! Don't know if they forgot about me but had to go inside to remind them I was waiting. Won't be doing that again. If I return I will stay at the window until I get my food. No more parking and waiting at this location. You burned that bridge.
This place is going downhill. It used to be good. The night crew always messing up my orders. I always have to check it before I leave. The last time I went there was a girl inside in her pajamas with no mask, taking a video or pictures of herself while facing the camera at the drive-thru and filling up her cup behind the counter over by drive-thru. The girls working messed up my order (whopper no cheese, no tomato, extra onion) so I had to send it back twice and they were laughing about it and saying something when the drive-thru window closed. I'm allergic to cheese or else I would've just taken it off. They were extremely unprofessional.
We ordered through drive thru and asked for 2 fries and only gave us one. We also gave them a 100 dollar bill and they gave us the change but said it didn’t go thru but they already went thru and gave us change. Then we gave them the change back and the gave us a bill back but it looked fake. Would not recommend coming here
We ordered two impossible burgers without mayo and cheese. We were given mayo and cheese and the manager got heated with us and refused to either fix it or refund us. The customer is NOT always right. 😞(This happened late last year...haven't gone back since.)
Went through drive through, got Wong order. Got in argument with manager. Just got refund. After alot of unnessacary, down right rudeness!
Never order from this place through the app. 3 times now they've messed up my order. The 1st an 2nd time it wasn't much of a big deal, a missing drink and a missing small fry. 1st time no one even bothere picking up the phone, the second time they dropped the call. This time was different, they sent me someone elses order, as in nothing I ordered arrived, but stuff I don;t eat/drink did. When I called the restaurtant I was told to come pick up my order myself?!? When I informed whomever was on the phone that I don;t currently have a car they told me to call someone to get it for me. I then asked for a refund, NOPE, we won;t refundd you, call corporate.
Asked for a double cheeseburger meal and a single cheeseburger for two. I get back to the car and find them both to be single, so I go back in and tell them calmly (I am 14) that they only gave me 2 singles and not a double. Then the Assistent manager comes out and starts raising his voice at me and asked me if I’m missing one patty because I got 2/3 burger patties, I said yes and he gives me a small bag used for fries with a greasy patty in it and tells me to leave.
I am disappointed to have to write this review. This is the Burger King closest to me and we will visit there often. I usually order online for my convenience and I would think that it would be easier for the workers to get order correct because it would all be in print. Clearly, I am wrong. My orders have been consistently incorrect. I mean often. Perhaps every other visit. I have gone as far as to have a conversation with the manager who of course apologized for the mistakes but nothing changed. The very next visit we were shorted again. I will not return to this location. If they are unable to properly read and pack an order, how can I believe that everything is being prepared correctly and cleaned correctly. I can't.
Never in my life have I seen such disrespect from a manager to their employees I went to get some breakfast and I walk into the STORE MANAGER SHAHEEN yelling at one on cashiers at the top of his lungs to clock out clock out repeatedly then procedes to yell at one of the other managers that she isn't the boss and she can't make any decisions in that store becuase its his, to the point of making them both cry I will never be going back to that store he deserves to be FIRED!!!!!
Terrible and unsafe driveway. Make no sense, what's the logic behind such a deive way? I'll not take anymore risk of going there for a $10 sandwich at a possible cost of my car breakage.
I can't believe what happened at Burger King. I bought two Whoppers and an order of fries with chicken nuggets, and when I asked for four honey mustard packets, the cashier told me she could only give me three. I told her, "Then sell me the other one, I'll pay for it," and visibly annoyed, she left the other honey mustard packet on the counter with a very bad attitude. This was my last visit to this place.
Please next time put someone competent at the drive thru that doesn’t overcharge and still forget stuff on my order after I repeated it 3 times.

Sign post $7.59 told attendant # 8 NO UPGRADE WAS CHARGED $9.29 PAID IT RECIEVED NO UPGRADED. NOW REIEVED NO PAID SLIP REQUESTED 1 SHE THEN TALKED IN SPANISH UGH OH NOW REGISTERED THIS AMT QUESTIONED HER SIGNS AMOUNT. WITH NO UPGRAGE. SHE MENTIONED IT WAS A UPGRADE COFFEE THOU PICTURE AND ADD SAYS DIFFERENT . IMAGINE HOW MANY CUSTOMERS GET THIS REQUEST A REFUNDON MY CARD. oh no coffee involved. Tried to call you they refused name or phone number then hung up. Will take this down with a response.
This location has one repugnant cashier who willfully continues get the online orders wrong it seems on purpose and then she likes to blame the client and refuse service. I’ve gone to this location for five years since I moved to east Patchogue and will never go there again because of this women who on numerous occasions i have had the unpleasant luck of dealing with at the drive thru. I do not know her name but she is Hispanic with a heavy accent rude and the reason why that location has lost my and my families loyal business.
This is by far the worst location. I do not understand why the Bayport location closed and this dump remains open. The employees are careless and oftentimes (when you can understand what they're saying) they are rude. This review will be followed up with a submission to corporate just as soon as I can determine who the correct contact is. Do better BK, I thought I ruled?
I wanted a whopper with cheese and this is what I get. This is egregious and I am livid. Some might say that I’m being harsh, but they should cater to all of the customers needs perfectly. I asked for all toppings, yet they decide that adding the only things that make it somewhat healthy is too much for them to do their jobs. Would not recommend, very appalling.
