A great pizza & sides prepared as ordered. Order was ready for pickup as promised. The pizzas were evenly spread with toppings. All went great.

10 orders and not a problem with any. I made a mistake when ordering a pasta and they still replaced it for free within minutes! Awesome!!

Always a great experience. Delivery is fast and easy. Drivers are always very nice. Food is still hot. Always delicious. Even when we pick up it's always great service and great food.

I order through the app for the most part, both for delivery and pickup, and it’s always great! I can’t say what times they’re busy, but even when they are busy my pizza doesn’t take super long. It’s always less than an hour if they’re busy and 15-20 minutes when they’re not. I normally order 3 pizzas for myself and my siblings, so when I order a single pizza for myself after work, it no joke often takes about 10 minutes if they’re not busy. When I order pickup, it’s always clean on the inside of the store and never packed with people waiting. The employees are polite and if my pizza is in the pickup thing, they helpfully let me know which pizza is mine. For delivery, the drivers are always polite and are careful with handing me my pizza. They’re also always pretty quick! The pizza is also still really hot when I receive it. I haven’t had a problem with my order being wrong just yet, but I highly recommend this dominos location. They are never stingy with my toppings :)

They were open Christmas Day! We had surprise visitors & not enough leftovers so Domino's saved the day! Service was fast & friendly, as usual. Pizzas were hot & fresh; however, I'm knocking down 1 start because I can't believe they don't have a keto option by now. Even Pizza Factory down the street offers cauliflower crust. Also, bring back the anchovies! Anyway, for a while I stopped believing in Santa until I drove by & saw these elves working on Christmas day.

Delivery is always fast but they do forget smaller things in your order, but if you order online you can make delivery instructions and they almost never mess it up that way 🤫

I was super surprised when I ordered the pasta from here! It's actually very good!!! I love the Alfredo with chicken and mushrooms or the same thing with marinara! I only wish they had other types of pasta besides penne. The pizza is very good too...almost as good as Manny's touchdown pizza in Patterson. I also love that you earn points with them when you order through the app, I earned a free pizza after my first order! Def worth checking out and they're open late which in Patterson doesn't really happen!

Seems they get the order wrong a whole lot maybe the employees dont pay attention or manager dont care but either way it is always replaced with a new 1 and i kept the wrong order also but frustrating wait while another is made

Not too thrilled with service lately. 2 weekends in a row I have ordered dinner to be delivered while I'm working overnight and both times my order was cancelled with more than 45 minutes before the store closed. I can't leave my job site so no food again, and nothing else is open for delivery. Not happy.

Got buffalo Chicken wings today, they need to make sure they cover the wings with sufficient buffalo sauce. Also, they weren’t going to give me the ranch that was paid for on the online order and asking me to pay for it until I showed them the receipt noting it was paid for.

We order from here a lot, and never have issues with the drivers following the delivery instructions. We have contact less delivery and no knocking or ringing the doorbell. It's for medical purposes. This delivery driver read the sign we have posted that says "Please don't know or ring doorbell", mumbled something about "a menace..." and knocked loud. We have this guy on camera doing this. Then starts handing me stuff being smug like he knocked on the door, ignored the contactless delivery and didn't care. Come on, it's way easier to just put the pizza on the doormat than to be rude. Pizza was good though.

If you order pizza from there don't expect to eat the leftovers because it's like cardboard. The staff is pretty slow and just sits there and talks to one another or plays on their phone. The hardest working people are the delivery drivers and they don't stick around too long because the tips are awful in this town just so everyone knows this unions fee for delivery is not given to the driver as a tip.

My order said it was done at 7:42 and when i got there it seemed like they were just putting it in. After saying it would take 5mins. I finally got it at 18mins later. Smh

Girl on phone told me she was going to cancel order at 12:40 order was placed at 12:35 they close at 1am poor team management in that establishment she probably wants to go home and understandable but you have a job to do I just got out of work and wanted some food now I have to wait till tomorrow bad costumer service

Horrible service. Ordered online, waited over an hour for delivery. Took 6 calls into the place to finally cancel the order. Employee who took call was extremely rude! Save your money and go to Round Table! Much better quality and service imho.

I ordered online and went to curbside. My app wasn't working so I called the store and let them know I was outside. 2minutes to come out yea right!They took longer I have emailed customer service days ago and still no response. Never had more garbage food or service in my life. Highly recommend Mountain Mikes or even round table. Started eating the box to get the taste out of my mouth.

Just called to place an order and was told by the Store Manager that they are 'not allowed' to add a topping to the stuffed cheesy bread. Lol allowed by who? I literally placed the same order last week with no issues. What a joke. Get it together over there, guys 🤦‍♂️

It took 51 minutes for someone to pick up the phone And I ask to speak to a supervisor and I let the phone ring for 46 min. And no supervisor Ever pick up the phone, then I got hang up.

Waited over 30 minutes after I got the text that are delivery driver was in are Neighborhood. I call them just for them to say we don’t know what happened, we can’t get ahold of your driver. 🤬 and then only offer me 10 dollars off my next ordering

2 of the 4 large pizzas were soggy. The plain chicken bites ordered had Buffalo sauce on them, no sauce was ever requested. I called and tried to share this experience with the associate who answered the phone who stated her name was Nicole and her reply was well if you don't want a new order then why are you calling?? I explained to Nicole that I want to share my experience with this business so they don't put another person through this. We could not eat 2 of the pizzas. There is no customer service with this rep or maturity to be quite honest. In all it was $130 order with not an ounce of customer service. Never again.

2/25 5:45 PM. Have not been to Domino's since the 80s. Here we are: Ill-trained person. Took our order. No choice of crust, sauce and cheese offered. No mention of large pizza deal. No prices posted anywhere. OK. Your order will be ready in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later we are waiting. Our name isn't even on the tracking board. 40 minutes later, we ask a lady. She went to the back. I asked a asked if our order was misplaced. He gave me the sign "Hold on. Can't you see I'm on the phone? We backed off. The lady came out with food. One last disappointment. Their green salad is made (packaged) in Yuma. I thought it would be like...made onsite.

I was trying to explain that we already waited 1 hour and our pizza was WRONG. She would not budge and insisted we had to wait 2 more hours for a replacement pizza. My opinion, POOR customer service, and managers should be able to make better decisions than this. NOW, a few days later, I tried calling again. I'M STILL GIVING 1 STAR!!!! Tried calling back tonight to redeem my '$20' credit from their previous mess up on the last order. I waited 3 times on hold, but my phone call ended due to how long I was on hold each time (each call timed out). I tried another call and while it was ringing, I also called with my wife's phone, and it went through (while my phone was still ringing). Magic! Think this lady has my phone black-listed!
