Always very helpful. It's a delight coming to this starbucks they make you feel like family and the establishment is always clean and smells good. Not all the homeless hanging out here ethier. It's safe and a generally good spot to sit and have coffee.

Samantha and Lindsey are awesome!! I love the staff there, always so friendly. I feel like I am visiting my friends when I go there. They always take great care of myself and the dogs. They treat me like a friend, not just a customer. Love the food, drinks and atmosphere. We also enjoy sitting on the patio with the dogs.

My food was typically starbucks. But service was awesome! Sweet girl dark hair. Said she use to be at Modesto location and got like 10 parking tickets at work bc there were never spots. I was in a hurry and missed her name. But thank you for being awesome. Keeping my truck wheels rolling on caffeine!

Hands down my favorite Starbucks in Northern California. I'd rate a 5 if they could keep the Danish in stock. The crew is always upbeat and friendly. Service is really fast and no matter how complicated the order is, they just do it. Highly recommend this one.

The guy was really nice but I accidentally ordered my drink and I had no knowledge of the drink I was getting. I am recovering from stomach problems and some textures of food make me extremely sick. I was confused at first because my drink didn’t look how I expected to but I was very confused, the guy offered to make me something else but I didn’t want to be a hassle then this girl with long braids came and started pressuring to try the drink I didn’t want to, I like completely stopped paying attention because I have social anxiety and escalation of conversation like these make me very nervous she was starting to come off as rude and I just felt embarrassed. She was nice enough to give me a refund, the guy helping me has always been very nice. I just wish some Starbucks employees were nicer at that location.

The 3 times that I have been there, it's taken for ever to get my drinks. Not very happy with the long time that it takes to get our beverages.

We have been to this Starbucks 6 times. Two time we have had issues with service time/wrong items. There is another Starbucks in town and I usually choose the one by Interstate 5. On my last visit (12/26/19) we had no issues and the staff was pleasant. 3 stars

They’ll have you waiting to order for a good 5-10 min. If you have a mobile order, I’ve been ignored for a good few minutes before I tell them I’m looking for my order. No attention whatsoever. Drive thru experience, the new person taking orders was not confident in taking my order 6and reading back my order but not having a working display so I can read what was being inputed didnt help me. I get to the window and the look on the face of the person who took the order assured me my order was inputed wrong...and it was. Luckily we go here too much 😊 and the barista making the drink recognized me and made my drink perfect ( good save 👍 ). I will be back again and post the improvement I know this spot is capabile of

It's nice on the inside. The drive up is really inconveniently placed for the ones wanting to park. The wait inside really frustrating. The wait when you mobile order is really frustrating. 20min? And there isnt that many people there. Could be that we came from the city and everything is quick but 20 to 40 min wait for coffee and its most likely wrong... dont go there that much unless I have time.

Took me 20 min to get my coffee was only 5 car in front of me, my food was cold.

Terrible personnel had to make every thing twice because they would not listen to me and wanted to do everything the way they "normally" did them.

First time at this location. Girl by the name “Stephanie” appeared incoherent (Perhaps sleepy) and did not appear to care that she gave me something I did not order! She never apologized or tried to make it right. I believe presence and attitude are part of good customer service, neither of which she had. I would prefer Never to be served by this person again!

Be careful, the staff here is rude and they don’t know how to prepare a simple cappuccino. I’d order a large cappuccino and they charged a venti. After that, what I’d received it was a cup full of stem milk. I asked the “barista” (not a real one) if she can put it more coffee because the cup is full of milk, but she was rude and refuse to do it stated that if I want more coffee I need to pay more. I was like really? I already paid for a cappuccino, not for a cup full of milk!!! Please don’t waste your time on this place, the Starbucks close to the freeway is a way better and with friendly staff.

came here on a wednesday at around 4:30 PM, went through the drive through and the worker named Sonia was extremely rude. My whole order was made incorrectly also. I pulled up to the drive through and heard the worker say something but i couldn’t hear clearly so i politely said ‘i’m ready whenever you are’ simply because I didn’t hear if she said she’s ready or one moment beings it was semi busy during this time. After about 3 minutes is when i said i was ready whenever she is. She then said ‘Well im not ready so wait a minute.’ I said okay, then proceeded with my order when she was ready. After my first drink she said is that it when i still had two more drinks to order. Her attitude was just nasty and my whole order was incorrect. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or can’t handle busy hours but working at a starbucks it’s always busy and im a former employee so I know how it is. Maybe she should reconsider her job if she can’t handle it and keep her attitude under control when being in a customer service job. I’m never the type to write reviews but I couldn’t help it today my whole experience since i pulled up to order was horrible.

This place has the most people I've ever seen behind the counter working, yet it takes a 20 minutes to do a mobile order, 5 minutes after you order it. These are the slowest workers in all of California.

I did a moble order walked in and waited over 20 min for one drink. Asked for it Sadie told me they had to do all the order from the cafe before they do the mobile ones. There was 2 mobile order before mine. Never going back. To top it off my drink was wrong

45 mins on drive for 2 simple drinks and a cake pop. They didn’t make the drinks right and they forgot my cake pop. Why does this place keep messing up such simple orders. I keep coming here and giving them a second chance and they remind me why this store is trash.
