This sandwich place is so awesome. Really carefully crafted sandwiches. Such tasty combinations and a very fun atmosphere. We regularly drive 45min out of our way just to get a Benny's sandwich.

Unassuming place. Some hipster vibes to it. Was there 5 minutes after opening time and it had a few folks waiting already. Impressive variety of drinks. The mac salad is probably the best mac salad i have had, good salt, tangy, with some umami flavor to it. The turkey sandwich is really good, the hot honey really gives it a more complete flavor palate. No seating in the place. Rightfully a hudson valley hidden gem.

Never thought I’d ever be into turkey sandwiches—until I tried Benny’s Brown Bag. We first had them on a tour boat nearby and had to find out who was making them. We’ve been hooked ever since. 10/10, especially for the friendly staff and cozy, cute atmosphere.

Took the ride from the other side up to see what this spot was all about. I wish I lived closer…. The vibe is super chill. The entire operation appears to be run with a real love for what they do. They had some unique snacks and drinks available to buy in addition to what they make onsite. We got 2 sandwiches and a side of Mac Salad. Bear Mountain Hot Roast Beef Sandwich for $15.00 and the Das Hans (Ham)mer Sandiwch for $14.50. Both were very good. The Bear Mountain had a really nice horseradish kick. And the Hammer was a really yummy ham sandwich. Both were Wedge/Hero sized and definitely could feed 2 especially along with the side of Mac Salad. The ONLY thing I don’t love is there’s no place to sit and eat. So we couldn’t take advantage of getting one of their tempting beers. There was a small standing counter area but it was taken so we ate in the car, which is fine…. But less than ideal. I will definitely be back and will absolutely recommend Bennys.

Amazing sandwiches, amazing vibes. If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go to spot for a grab-and-go lunch. Banana pudding was hands down the best I've had. I can't wait to come back soon!

Seriously baller vibes and top notch eats! The beer and snack selections are fun and unique and the sandwiches are hands-down the best - completely drool-worthy! Can't recommend the tuna enough and my husband had the roast beef sandwich and said it was one of the best sandwiches he's ever had. And I could eat multiple containers of the macaroni salad all by myselfffff.

The best sandwiches we’ve tasted in NY so far! Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area. We had a Thai sandwich and a veggie one—both were delicious! The only downside is the lack of dining space, but we found a nice picnic spot nearby!

The sandwiches are BANGIN’. You can’t go wrong…they are so good. I loved the chili crisp turkey, but I was fortunate enough to try a bite of the buffalo chicken…10/10. They’ve got a fun selection of offerings to browse while you wait on your sandwiches, plus you can get lost in the VCR tapes rolling on the old TV. The sandwiches aren’t cheap - I got lunch for 5-6 of us and spent over $120, but you get what you pay for. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into their product. Plus, you can get a punch card to earn a free sammy. 😎

Believe the hype. I'm an always looking for a 'good deli, good lunch sandwich guy'. Tried BBB one day. Ordered The Rachel turkey sandwich. One of the best turkey sandwiches I've ever had. Another day had the Bear Mountain roast beef. Sandwiches are great, delicious! Service is excellent and the vibe is good. Always treated with friendliness and a smile by the deli staff. Highly recommend.

Love the sandwiches here but they do need some quality control on their desserts. They have me a burnt chocolate chip cookie last time. I could have burnt a cookie myself if I wanted the taste of coal chocolate lol. But also, partially my fault for not checking the bag before I left.
