In town for a wedding and came to try the regional wines, but the food stole the show. Wine and cocktails were wonderful, but for our foursome, that included two professional chefs (CIA alumni) we couldn't get enough of the plates. Charcuterie with house-made kielbasa, local summer sausage, smoked blue cheese, pimento cheese, and pickled mustard seeds, omg the mushroom toast (we ordered a second), hummus with pistachios, the best bruschetta I may have ever had, and deviled eggs with pickled beets that we're going to be talking about the whole drive back to New England. Everything was FANTASTIC! Who is cooking here??! You're a star.

Cannot say enough AMAZING things about Ration!! I just adore the atmosphere, and Jaq is such sweetheart!! She has an excellent wine selection, and even BETTER food. The bruschetta is to die for. Love love love this place!! Cannot recommend more!

I stopped here because I needed to use the facilities, but stayed because it is awesome. This is the legit definition of family owned restaurant, and they clearly take their work very seriously. Please support this awesome place- you won't be let down. PS- The deviled eggs are awesome

Love the character, the people and the selection. Many have noted the pleasure of being able to taste fine wine in small quantities. Their curated wine selection is alongside other alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. A few times we've had pour over coffee or tea along with dessert and just sat at the window and played cards. Great addition to the region, and a new favorite place for us to take visitors.

A gem of a wine bar in a beautifully restored historic building! The versatile and thoughtful wine selection was what drew me to Ration and it does not disappoint. I keep coming back, though, because of the service, the ambiance and the delicious menu of light food. You could build a whole meal out of the selections of meats, cheeses, spreads and plates--including vegan options like the dreamy homemade hummus and the hearty grain bowl. I also love that I can still enjoy a night out at Ration when I'm not drinking or if I have friends who don't drink alcohol. They always offer a variety of mocktails, non-alcoholic spirits, craft sodas and other delights for designated drivers. Make a point to stop at Ration next time you're in or near the Letchworth State Park area!

Ration has a great selection of wine, beer and cider from around the corner and across the atlantic. We had a great time. We would have gladly stayed until close if we didn't have a dinner reservation down the road.

It was quite busy the Friday i was in but the server was super personable and made excellent suggestions. Had a wonderful time hanging out with a friend and of course we both LOVED the amazing selection of wine!!!

Plenty to choose from on the wine list, and they have beer too. The food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a patio out back if the weather is nice.

The atmosphere is really chill and the place is very clean. The bartender (Alex) was very personable and patient with us, explaining the different wines to us without making us feel like we were holding her up. They also have draft beers there from local breweries and bottled beers for people like myself that don't get into wine, and also a meat and cheese menu which isn't your typical bar food. Overall a great experience and I will be going back.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Most of the time we were here, we were the only people in the place. The staff were very friendly and were able to have some laughs and conversation between the 4 of us. We had a red and white flight tasting. We really liked the Atom and were able to get a bottle to go. Place was beautiful!

The resources I checked for your hours (and on door) all indicated 9 pm closing, but if I'd had access to my FB account, I certainly would have seen your status reports. I'm only in town for about 24 hours, but look forward to joining the celebration tomorrow.

Had a magical evening in one of Ration's new igloos - the meal and service were fantastic, and the ambiance was perfect in every detail. We had an elaborate, tasty charcuterie board featuring local meats, a delicious vegetarian toast, fresh mussels in a savory broth, and a dessert platter that offered something for everyone. Such a welcome change of pace from take-out and meals at home, and one that felt safe and COVID-appropriate. Stylish, too. Can't wait to book another igloo and come back for more delicious food and drink!
