Zoey was amazing! She greeted us right away with a big smile and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. She was friendly and upbeat throughout our visit. Our order was taken quickly and accurately. Customer service like hers is why we keep coming back!

I went there with my family of four. We had pizza, salad and some breadsticks. The food was great, came out in a timely manner. The service was excellent. Very helpful staff Maddie and Delayna( hope I’m kinda close on the spelling). 100% will go back.

I had the pleasure of being served by Zoe during my recent visit to Mountain Mike's Pizza, and I just have to say—she was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, Zoe greeted us with a warm smile and was so polite and sweet throughout our entire experience. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she was also super attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely kind and goes out of their way to ensure you feel welcomed. Zoe really made our visit special, and it's clear that she takes pride in her work. This is our go-to pizza place, friendly staff, good and consistent food. I also enjoy the lunch buffet that they offer. Definitely will continue to get out pizza cravings from this Mountain Mikes!

Every time I look for pizza I don’t just look for great prices and great taste. I look for a warming environment for myself and my kids. Every time I come here usually a young girl named Zoey is working and she is my go to! She is always super sweet and welcoming from the moment I walk in the door. If I don’t have my kids with me she always remembers to ask how they are doing and what’s new in my life. Zoey is top notch when it comes to customer service. She not only is fast paced and efficient but she always remembers my favorite order. Going above and beyond knowing her customers will keep me coming here. She truly is a wonderful young lady that this place should be thankful for her hard work and dedication to her job and customers .

Came in at 11:30am, well after the lunch buffet started and there were zero pizzas out yet, was told it might be another 20 minutes. Salad bar had minimal selections and very hard to reach the back row with the sneeze guard in the way. Very cold inside 🥶. TV’s on but no sound. Once the pizzas started to come out they were fairly good as usual but overall a very disappointing experience.

The girl who answered the phone seemed obviously annoyed I was placing an order. I ordered my pizza well done. Double confirmed it’d be well done and she confirmed the order. Came home after picking it up. It’s barely cooked. I’ve ordered from mountain Mike’s probably 100 times in my life and have never gotten a pizza like this. It wouldn’t even be considered regularly cooked. They clearly put the pizza in halfway through the oven wanting to turn the oven off and leave an hour early. (I worked at pizza places for many years I know the ovens are on conveyor belts and have an opening halfway for breadsticks). I also know it takes 30 mins for the oven to cool down before they can leave. Spent almost $40 on something that’s uncooked dough in the middle Yal charge top dollar for pizza, no coupons or discounts ever, and can’t deliver Id appreciate a refund because this is bogus.

Ordered the Pinapple Chicken Luau, a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. The Pinapple Chicken Luau came swimming in grease!!! Everything fell off and as soon as I opened the lid a piece was stuck and fell to the floor. Gross and inedible pizza! There are many other pizza places in the area that are MUCH BETTER!! Terrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else! See pictures, judge for yourself, mind you the pepperoni and cheese sticks had 1/4 of the grease.

It was completely dead on a Friday night and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to come out from the back and acknowledge that we were there. The young blonde girl that helped us barely spoke, was rude, and clearly hated her job. If you hate your job that much then get a new one, don’t treat customers with disrespect. We were given zero plates and had to use napkins, and the cups we were given were smaller than my hand. The only tv that was on was blasting baby cartoons. The staff ignored everyone who walked in and didn’t greet a single person. As for the food it was mid at best. Extremely expensive and poor quality for a long wait as well. If the owner is reading this, you should actually do something about this instead of replying to people’s reviews with an automated message.

First I want to say we’ve come to this place several times on different days/times. This review is based on last 2 experiences. Food has always been good. We did “to go” and on that experience after we got home found our food almost too burnt tasting must’ve sat on heat lamps too long. When I called they wanted me to drive back to show them. Sorry not loading kids back up and driving that far to fix overcooked food. Didn’t even want to make it right. Today we decided to come in and menu offers “all you can eat salad” but they tell me that’s no longer an option only single plate. I’m not one that likes to mix my salad with the non salad stuff so now I have to cram everything on some small plate. To add to the frustration there’s never ever anybody out front ready and available.
