Had a small issue that I was more upset about simply because I've had a bad day. Mentioned it in a feedback survey. The GM actually called me within fifteen minutes to apologize and fix the issue. Wasn't expecting that. This store takes quality seriously.

This is my favorite pizza store to go to. My kids love Domino's. No one competes. I've done alot of delivery and I don't complain. Keep up the good work guys!

This Dominoes in Plainview Texas is the best store we've ever ordered from. The food is always hot upon delivery, and fixed just right. We travel from KY, DC, VA , OK and all over TX, and this Dominoes has been the best so far!

I was running late for school lunch.. it was my daughter's birthday and I was freaking out because she wanted pizza and Dominos thankfully was open!! This amazing man got me out with hot pizzas and enough time to make it to my daughter's school. He is my hero!!! Very very GREAT customer service!!! 👍👍 for you!!

Domini's in Plainview Texas is good, I used a coupon and the customer service representative help me pick a better deal. Once I got the the person at the counter was helpful and polite.

Ever since they moved to a different location and they got new hires this pizza place is the da bomb🤤 love the new great prices and taste !!! Yum 😋

I always have a positive experience whether it is delivery or pick up. The pizza is always good and so is the customer service.

Employee answered phone was courteous and took time to give menu items were requested and options. Told estimated time for delivery and charges for delivery. The delivery was all in the time frame and order was correct first time. Bonus for them based on previous experience of order not being correct. Thank you to the employees working that day and shift for a different experience.

I can't believe this Domino's food is just not very good. I know other dominoes in other towns are good. I guess Plainview employees that work here do not care! Very disappointed. Probably won't go here again.

We had a ham bone in our pizza😰😱 the manager said it was due to the grinding all the ingredients together! It's not the topping I ordered or wanted😠

Gave us the wrong salad was supposed to be garden not ceasar salads but all was good dinner other than that.

Paid nearly $20 for a Specialtity pizza that was Norhing more than a Plain Pepperroni pizza then have to pay a $1 / ea. for a packet of cheese. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!

I simply asked for a large hand tossed pepperoni, extra pepperoni and light sauce. When I got home with my order it was just a regular pepperoni and it seemed as if they put extra sauce! The young guy who took my order wasn’t friendly and just rushed through the order and didn’t even repeat it back. Only good thing was that the pizza was hot and fresh.

Decent. They don't give you enough attention when you go there. They close the door earlier when they have too many orders.

Order a large pizza and when i got home 23 Miles away we notice it was a medium sad because we got charged for a large never again

Don't read instructions if ordering online, and if I don't call them to tell them these special instructions after I order online already... Then my order isnt made the way I wanted it, **well done with light sauce!!!!*

Was looking so forward to trying the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. I have to say it's not stuffed. Not much pepperoni in there. Plus, it's a bit on the burnt side. My bbq chicken is really burnt! I'm majorly disappointed 😡 Don't know if I will be going back to Domino's.

We love Dominos but when I tried to place my order it would not allow me too add the coupon. I tried several times. When I called I explained to the girl that answered what was going on and asked if I could still use the coupon. She states..”no ma’am you cannot because it’s an online coupon only”. Well I explained again that the app wasn’t allowing it for some reason….no response. So I said..ok well I’ll just order from little Caesar’s or Pizza Hut. She says…ok and hung up. Once upon a time customer service was soooo different. Now workers just do not care. It’s a shame.

Food was good but cold. Ordered some cheese bread when we got there to pick up our order and instead of bringing it out to us like they aaid they would they put it on the shelf (where it got cold). When we went to check to see what was taking so long they didn't apologize and wanted to charge us more for peppers and cheese. Really bad at customer service!

They must have been having an off night or something. Reviews here seem to be great, but our recent order...not so much. Delivery driver was nice, our order came in about 35 minutes. My pizza had a very greasy crust and it looked like they put a bunch of shredded cheddar cheese on top of my plain old pepperoni pizza. My husband's Hawaiian pizza had red bell peppers on it. Both were edible but not all that great for a $40 meal.

I ordered a thin cheese pizza got home noticed all the ends were burned. I called the restaurant. They were rude. All I wanted was for me to take the pizza back and get a new one. They went ahead and made me another pizza that pizza was not good at all. Never have I had this problem with a thin cheese pizza.

Visiting Plainview from Dallas and wow... is this the standard out here? I guess near the city the standards are higher. The girl who took our order was not intelligent at all. She didn’t ask for our card or location. We had to stop her from hanging up twice. Additionally I thought people were supposed to be friendly from here. We waved at the natives and it was no different than the rudeness you get in Dallas but I guess the world is changing and I can’t blame West, Texas for that.

Poor service. Placed an order for delivery that I was told would be here in 35 minutes. After two phone calls and 2 hours of waiting I eventually find out that my order was delivered to the wrong address. I had already paid for my order. This is not acceptable. Sadly, we liked dominoes but may not ever order from here again. None of the 3 people I talked including the manager acted like they even cared that this happened. Now my refund i am told will not be given back for 3-7 business days. I guess that's on par for the service.

I was told to pull around that my order would be taken to me, 25 min. Later i was still waiting!! I had to call to see what was going on. I’m sure they forgot I was outside!! How do you forget?? Never had issues before!

I live about 30 minutes from Plainview and a couple of weeks I Ordered some subs, pizza and pasta we had my nephew bring it and it was the wrong order. Me and another lady who also has the same first name and who also lives in the same town we're given each other's order. I called them and they told me they couldnt do anything but redo my order and I told them I was not about to drive 30 minutes for that. He said he would have manager call me back and I never got a call back. We had to handle the situations ourselves. Her order was over $60 and mine over $35. They never offered to refund or make it right. I will never do business with dominos ever again!!!

Ordered online and the app showed my order as COMPLETE. Drove to the drive thru window and was told my pizza had just been placed in the oven and I would have to an additional 15 Minutes! I showed the COMPLETE status if my order to the worker. He said" Yeah, sorry, they're really backed up." I'm not sure why their being backed caused my order to read COMPLETE unless they're tried to hide their online stats. Will never get pizza from this Domino's again!

So none of these people here can hand toss a pizza. I have managed 3 domino's pizza stores before in 1990/ 1996 And 99 when I told the kid that I wouldn't even allow any of those people that were making the pizza to make one because of the quality of what they were doing. He didn't even seem concerned. I don't think I would use this Domino's ever again.

This Dominio's doesn't deserve a rating at all plus only let put one star which that still doesn't mean anything. I called and ordered a large pepperoni and mushrooms with light light sauce and 8 Buffalo wings. The guy said that the large pizza comes only in pan I said ok that's what I want he said ok and I'll give you the 20% off coupon and told him that's good. When the delivery came to dropoff the order our pizza didn't have any pepperoni. So I called back to tell them that my pizza didn't have any pepperoni. They asked me all kinds of questions and I told him what was wrong with the pizza . Then he asked me what size was the pizza and what was the toppings. So I told him and he said that Dominio's doesn't sell large pizzas only Pizza Hut and Lil Caesars. I told him that's not what your employee said and he said that can't be true because his employee been there 1 year. I told are you calling me a liar he said we'll make make another pizza but will need the other one back told him that's fine that I want the pizza that I ordered he said ok. They came back again and again they got it wrong with lots of sauce pepperoni and mushrooms. They already lost my business they don't seem to care bout their customer so why should I. Taking business elsewhere.

So I had asked for extra sauce like I normally do and this is what I received. I called the store to express my disappointment and the gentleman on the phone made it out to seem as if It were my fault for letting the pizza sit an extra 10 minutes before I picked up. He then asked me to send pictures of my pizza to a cell phone and then said he would let me know if it was bad enough to remake.ive yet to hear back from anyone a full day later. I will no longer spend any of my hard earned money here and will discourage my friends and family from spending their money here as well. Just simplyt terrible.

Ordered a salad and hot wings with Blue cheese dipping sauce. Order arrived and had ranch dipping sauce and NO silverware to eat the salad with. Driver said he’d bring me some silverware and was never heard from again. So now I sit in my hotel looking at my salad and no way to eat it. Pretty poor customer service.

Went to the drive-thru and ordered hot wings told me to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the wings winning to get them and they were barbecue wings instead of hot wings then he tells me he has to make them again and wants them to make me wait another 15 minutes for them to come out when I complain to him and tell him where they not free says they don't return money back to me that's just plain scamming and I'm going to call corporate about it. Sat by the window for fifteen minutes waiting for the person in front of me to be served. Finally pull up to the window and the guy says he cancelled my order because he thought Stephen King was a prank name. After working a 15 hour shift I expect my food to be made. They will never have my business.

Placed an online order waited a whole hour and nothing, checked the status of the pizza and it said complete. I called and the manager told me that the delivery guy took it to the wrong house. I asked well who signed the receipt and he said he did not now that he would refund the money in 7-10 business days and hung up on me. Worst service ever. Never again.

Long story shory. Called a month ago no answer. About 2 weeks ago called. Manager claimed he knew nothing about repurations made by area manager. Today I called and no one answered. When reported the new manager called me a liar and area manager now wouldnt came through with promised deal. They lost a loyal customer and hopefully the owner will fire his people in charge for costing him customers and income. FOLLOW UP: I waited a little longer than a week for the owner or manager or someone in charge to call me back. Nothing. No one called. Beware. Apparently they lie when they say the customer matters.

Ordered two one topping pizzas...pepperoni and jalapeno. The pepperoni was on, but the jalapeno ended up having little to no sauce. Bought it to go on my way through Plainview so I didn't want to turn around and go back. With the price they charge you would think they could get it right. Will not go there againz and do not recommend at all.

Got burnt cheesy bread and they made me go back instead of them delivering it to me freaking rude too no apology either

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and it only came with 3 pieces of chicken so my mom called the store and the assistant who was scared to say her name was so rude and told her to call corporate. This took place on Sunday March 8th at about 6:30 pm. If assistant doesn’t like her job or doesn’t know customer service she shouldn’t be working there! I will be escalating this for the way the was rude to my mother.

Horrible horrible. I order and recieve my food like this. The apple cinnamon thing spilled over all in the box and go into the pizza box. It was empty and look nasty by the time got this trash.

2/15 7:45pm Absolutely horrible experience! Ordered a pizza for pick up. Picked up the pizza got back to our hotel room. Noticed the pizza was not the pizza we ordered. I called the store and spoke with a female manager. She said she could make another one and we would have to go all the way back and pick it up. I asked if she could deliver it and pick up the other pizza and exchange our pizza for the correct pizza she said no Then she checked with her manager, even though she said she was a manager and came back to the line and said we would have to pay for delivery even though it was not our mistake. I told her I would post a review telling everybody about our negative experience and she said that was great. What kind of manager says it’s great. She never once apologized for their mistake. Worst customer service ever. That person should not be a manager.

Got a coupon for free 16-Piece Parmesan Bread Bites. Placed order at 8:08, got a notification that my ordered was ready for pickup at 8:15. Showed up and they haven’t started making them… they had me sitting in the parking lot waiting till 8:40.

SOOOOO disappointed in Domino's pizza. To drive all the way across town only to have my order canceled due to no bone in wings. Yet cant get my two pizzas for the same price but they are done. Told if I want them it has to be an up charge. What about the customers' inconvenience?

Our last experience was terrible. We ordered two pizzas. They made one of them wrong (forgot most of the toppings) then acted like we were trying to pull a fast one on them. We brought back the UNTOUCHED pizza that they screwed up and the woman at the window was full of attitude. She stared at the pizza for a long time, as if she thought we picked off all the olives, mushrooms, etc., and was pulling some sort of scam for a second pizza. She acted like the messed up pizza was coming out of her paycheck or something. Her sarcastic tone and rude demeanor throughout the whole experience was very off-putting and downright uncalled for. By the time the replacement pizza was done, our other one was cold.

The pizza had two hairs in it and I found part of a mushroom as well, as if they don't keep the surface they make the pizzas on or the containers the keep the toppings in clean. This wasn't the first time something like that has happened either. I noticed these problems after I was under the impression the store has closed that night, so i waited until the next day to call. When I did, I was told there was likely nothing that could be done because it happened the previous night. Most other restaurants would've still fixed it. I was told by an assistant manager to call back in half an hour and ask for someone named Junior who owned the store. I did so, but when I did, I was told they didn't have anyone named Junior. Long story short, I never got a refund and am very unhappy at the money I spent buying a unclean pizza and an overpriced salad that I couldn't eat. I will never eat here again!

I don't know why I continue to try after the first failed time..today I ordered two pizzas, one cheese, one extra pepperoni..same order as I've always gotten- no extra pepperoni (you would think the extra toppings came out of the employees paycheck) picked up my order a few minutes after it stated it was done, and i checked in the parking lot to see if it was correct. (surprise! it wasn't!) it looked as though both pizzas were sitting out and popped back in the oven to be reheated. I should have gone back in to have it fixed, but I had impatient, hungry children in the car with me. I order from Domino's because I have two special needs children who love their pizza. Spent $30 to have nasty lukewarm pizza.

I went into the store and before I could order the assistant manager was on the phone with a customer and she was being extremely rude to the customer and I chose to leave. If you hate your job give it to someone who wants it learn customer service. If you don’t know how to handle the position then step down. Not wanting to give your name to a customer and be disrespectful is definitely not management behavior

I was told by an assistant manager to call back in half an hour and ask for someone named Junior who owned the store. I did so, but when I did, I was told they didn't have anyone named Junior. Long story short, I never got a refund and am very unhappy at the money I spent buying a unclean pizza and an overpriced salad that I couldn't eat. I will never eat here again!

Got a coupon for free 16-Piece Parmesan Bread Bites. Placed order at 8:08, got a notification that my ordered was ready for pickup at 8:15. Showed up and they haven’t started making them… they had me sitting in the parking lot waiting till 8:40.

I don't know why I continue to try after the first failed time..today I ordered two pizzas, one cheese, one extra pepperoni..same order as I've always gotten- no extra pepperoni (you would think the extra toppings came out of the employees paycheck) picked up my order a few minutes after it stated it was done, and i checked in the parking lot to see if it was correct. (surprise! it wasn't!) it looked as though both pizzas were sitting out and popped back in the oven to be reheated. I should have gone back in to have it fixed, but I had impatient, hungry children in the car with me. I order from Domino's because I have two special needs children who love their pizza. Spent $30 to have nasty lukewarm pizza.

2/15 7:45pm Absolutely horrible experience! Ordered a pizza for pick up. Picked up the pizza got back to our hotel room. Noticed the pizza was not the pizza we ordered. I called the store and spoke with a female manager. She said she could make another one and we would have to go all the way back and pick it up. I asked if she could deliver it and pick up the other pizza and exchange our pizza for the correct pizza she said no Then she checked with her manager, even though she said she was a manager and came back to the line and said we would have to pay for delivery even though it was not our mistake. I told her I would post a review telling everybody about our negative experience and she said that was great. What kind of manager says it’s great. She never once apologized for their mistake. Worst customer service ever. That person should not be a manager.

SOOOOO disappointed in Domino's pizza. To drive all the way across town only to have my order canceled due to no bone in wings. Yet cant get my two pizzas for the same price but they are done. Told if I want them it has to be an up charge. What about the customers' inconvenience?

Ordered two one topping pizzas...pepperoni and jalapeno. The pepperoni was on, but the jalapeno ended up having little to no sauce. Bought it to go on my way through Plainview so I didn't want to turn around and go back. With the price they charge you would think they could get it right. Will not go there againz and do not recommend at all.

Our last experience was terrible. We ordered two pizzas. They made one of them wrong (forgot most of the toppings) then acted like we were trying to pull a fast one on them. We brought back the UNTOUCHED pizza that they screwed up and the woman at the window was full of attitude. She stared at the pizza for a long time, as if she thought we picked off all the olives, mushrooms, etc., and was pulling some sort of scam for a second pizza. She acted like the messed up pizza was coming out of her paycheck or something. Her sarcastic tone and rude demeanor throughout the whole experience was very off-putting and downright uncalled for. By the time the replacement pizza was done, our other one was cold.
