Williams Chicken

The nearest place to home for fried chicken livers. They're hard to find. Ask for extra crispy. They also do gizzards if you like them. Not a fan so I can't judge.

I am a big fan of chicken gizzard. Wasn't ask if to go. When ready, they were packaged to go and I wanted to eat them here. Upon removing them from the bag I discovered no gravy had to ask for it. The first one had not been properly cleaned and the others not great.

So I stopped by this Williams because I saw a coworker coming in with it for lunch. Didn't know the area i work in has a Williams chicken. The food was expected HOWEVER the customer service here is horrible!!! I ordered my lunch and told the cashier I'd like a separate 2pc white for a coworker and I'd wait for fresh chicken. Side note: a different coworker was speaking negatively about Williams chicken and i wanted the coworker who was inquiring about it first experience to be awesome! The cashier was rude when i asked for fresh chicken and said it would be a 25min wait to deter me from waiting. I told him i would wait... (and you can see why with my sidenote above) of course it did not take 25min. So got the chicken! Coworker l loved it and all is well. But this Williams will NOT be a regular stop for me... I really dislike poor customer service when spending my money! They also had a tip jar out front and it took everything to Not drop a note inside saying have better customer service!🤷

Just bought gizzards from their location, great people very nice, but i think the cook doesn't know how to prepare gizzards these were tough to eat. I think they were not defrosted before put into the grease. Had they been right they would totally get 5 stars but my appetite for gizzards has not been fulfilled.

Always wanted to try their food. Ordered a chicken sandwich, it was the driest chicken I have ever had. Tasted like it was sat out since the day before and was refried in dirty grease.

We all didn't feel good after eating the food we picked up from there. 4 of us.

The gravy was like jello and as thick as the mash potatoes. The chicken was slightly under cooked. The jalepenos on the counter pre packaged were not sitting on ice or anything cold.. I touched the pan they were on. The rolls ain’t fresh just out of a bag. No fresh sweet tea like other chicken places. But at least the staff was friendly.

As a restauranteur I often visit local spots, especially minority business owners/franchise owners. However I will not return to this particular place because the customer service is lacking. The owner/manger was rude and very short with me as I placed my order. I'm just one Customer and he made me feel like my business was not welcome and/or not needed. Thanks for the bad experience.

The tables are always dirty and there are employees that don't speak English. Is better to ask for fresh chicken.

The worst Williams Chicken I've ever been to. Old dry chicken and my stuffed peppers were not cooked all the way. I was very very disappointed. I love Williams Chicken but this location is just awful.

Tkeiwd to pick up dinner tonight but could not get service. The guy behind the counter was too busy on a personal call and I really heard mote then enough. The building had an odd smell and everything was dirty so we will not be staying this one again.

Will Not Return to THIS Location...well maybe to get gas or lotto! They served Cold Chicken that had been sitting under a heat lamp and the Fried Livers tasted rotten! This is The first time a Williams Chicken didn't cook to order. I initially ordered fried livers and they tasted rotten. I returned them for two chicken strips with gravy. The strips were cold!! This is a newly-opened location inside a Texaco in Plano / nearly Richardson. They don't do Williams justice. Changes are needed or else I predict they'll be closed within 18 months!

I ordered a one piece breast and it was old I saw chicken on one side umder a light it looked freash the cashier oepend a oven cabinet and gave me a chicken breast from there the checken was old from there. And I was unable to report it i was already gone across town

Do not eat at this location . I bought hot wings and they were undercooked with blood. I was very angry that my 12year sold almost ate bloody chicken. I called the store Hispanic guy answered asking me to bring the chicken back ride and he didn’t apologize. They will never get my business again

Absolutely horrible, the chicken was greasy and tasteless. The environment was unsanitary, and That was my first a d last time. They have a whole garden in there, plants on tables, dirty counters

A total waste of time! I made an order which was to be delivered 1 hour later. 40 mins after I made the order I got an emails saying they had "Technical issues" with their delivery driver and they will be unable to continue with the order! Issues like this gives me zero confidence in the quality of their food. Would NOT recommend

Response to owner at the end. Rude and Unclean workers. I wanted to go to a different location, but my mom wanted to stop at this location because it was closer. A younger gentleman waited on my mom. When asked to put on gloves before handling her food, he complied, plus he was nice and respectful. Then the gas/store cashier, walked behind the food counter, touched the cutting board, the counter, and took lettuce from the refrigerator without washing his hands. And then the older guy comes in, grab the seasoning and sprinkle my mom’s food without washing his hands. After I brought it to his attention, it all went downhill from there. Because he only sprinkled it and did not touch the container it was in, my mom was okay with taking it. So, on his own, he replaced it. He had to go into the refrigerator to get a new one. And because he was already frustrated I did not want him to do that because I feared he may or may not contaminate my moms food. He did not want to give me the original item and was determined to give me the item he replaced. He continued to ignore my request and questions about her food. Plus he’d stated, I wanted the food he’d come in contact with replaced. So I just took the original item along with the rest of her food and left because it’s not that serious. I am only asking you to be clean while doing your job, what is so hard about that? I did not order any food from this place and if you do, you have been warned. Response to Owner You may not serve lettuce, but the guy in the black shirt, took 2 packages of romaine lettuce, 3 in each pack, out of the refrigerator. The lettuce was in a clear package with a dark blue top. The lettuce looked molded, he took it out of the package, he pulled the molded leaf off and threw it away. And as he was stripping away the leaves, he ended up throwing the entire thing away. I see out of my entire post, that this is what you responded to. You never mentioned the fact that neither of you or the 2 gentleman I am referring to washed their hands. And the older gentleman did not wash his hands until it was brought to his attention. It’s great to see that no one takes responsibility for the errors that are made at this Williams Chicken location.

Please do not eat here ! The worst food I had In a long time. I was sold extra greasy old chicken. The place was not clean the staff not welcoming. This place needs to be inspected by the board of health

This Place is a "JOKE" they make up their own "specials" they DO NOT honor the specials that are on their website! The manager said after showing him the special on the website "I'm not sure where you got that from" REALLY!! the franchise Model that Williams Chicken Has is no where near Consistent nor Professional! Non of the stores duplicate any kind of customer service!!! Before the owner started William's Chicken he worked for churches chicken, CLEARLY he didn't bring Great Customer Service, Consistency, or Professionalism with him.... the only reason I gave them a star is because it wouldn't let me hit post without at least 1

Poor service. Can’t even review the chicken because twice we have gone to the drive thur and no one ever comes on. Even both times we pulled up to the window and the person inside clearly saw us there and still didn’t come to the window. We even honked the horn to get her attention and still ignored us. I’f you only offer inside service you need to state that instead of acting like we are not there. Very rude and I’m sure not going to waste my time going inside to spend my money when you can’t even offer the basic customer service! Trash location!

I was always told to praise in public and punish in private. But since williamschicken.com doesn't have a way to contact them, I guess I will do it here. I went to Bonham's Williams Chicken today to try it, because I like WC in Dallas area. WOW, I had no idea you could ruin chicken strips! The chicken was pink in the middle, breading (what was left on the chicken) was soggy, and fries were cold, undercooked and greasy. Best part was coke... but that was even wrong initially. I used to work in food service, so I know things go wrong. Because of that, I will "NORMALLY" give a place a second chance. After all, they might have been having a bad day. I will have to pass on this place for now. Maybe in a few years, if they last that long, I'll try again.

1) the person serving the chicken was rude to my dad. 2) the biscuits tasted stale, and were doughy and chewy. i am sure that they weren’t baked long enough. 3) the chicken is painfully under seasoned. 4) this place is not worth the money.

Have you ever been in a hurry and just wanted a bite, I mean a literal bite to eat. That was me during this occasion. The only thing I ordered was the Cajun Rice side dish and what a mistake I made. It came pre-mixed so when I open the container to look at it I thought it was cement mix with a couple of sprinkles of rice. I'm a fan of Williams Chicken. The company serves a good product and serves it's market community well in terms of jobs and economic opportunities. This location is not symbolic of the quality and service of the other Williams Chicken franchises.

Nasty, Nasty and gross! Gizzards were not cooked all the way and okra had too much salt! The guy was rude! My family has a business and I would never treat customers that way or cook their food that way! I threw my food away! Do not go here unless you like uncooked food!

This place should be closed down. This is not Williams Chicken from the South. The service was not good waiting in line for 30 minutes just to get some hot greasy chicken, the boxes broke as soon as I got home which is only 15 minutes away. The fries were all baby fries, the chicken tenders was not tenders at all, the chicken was old and refried, the only thing good was the corn fritters. Their prices are way too high for a 8 piece dark it was $16. I will never go here again and I wish I could give -10 stars and a refund.

They didn’t give out the free 2pc chicken that came with the state fair classic tickets & me 3 other people I knew were told that we were supposed to ask for it. Won’t ever be back for the game tickets again.

I've been eating Williams since a child this was literally the worst meal EVER! My chicken was cooked in burnt grease and my fries wasn't edible (Hard dried burnt crumbs). Normally I have a great experience but this time was so horrible I'll never go back.

First, this Williams is in a gas station, which is fine but unexpected. Second, at least 7pm on a Sunday I ordered 3 piece dark legs only, but they only had 1 leg, despite being open another 3 hours. They would not make more. So I took what they had. It was dry and gross, probably from sitting under the heat light too long. Husband got the chicken sandwich. It was gross, he couldn't even eat, and while he regularly uses habanero hot sauce on just about everything, this sandwich was unbearably spicy. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had a a Williams Chicken. Will not be returning, save your money and eat frozen chicken patties instead for a far better meal.

Ordered a 12pc mix and when preparing a plate for my 4 year old, I noticed little funny smell. I thought that maybe I was trippin but after my wife ate her piece she said that it had a little funny smell as well. I'm feel confident in saying that the chicken has gone bad. All of that stuff needs to be thrown away before you get someone sick. Glad I didn't give it to the child but unfortunately my wife had eaten her piece before the little one's plate was made.
