Pho Saigon City

Great pho place! I got a small bowl and the portion was enough to fill me up good. A good bowl of pho really makes your day, and it sure made mine. I can tell by the soup that it was well made and authentic, will definitely come back again.

Wow, what can I say. This place has great food! It's a hole in the wall that people are starting to find. Price, service, and the food...the food are great. Parking is also easy. Order right, and you will be a fan!

Very clean inside, nice outdoor seating area. Quiet early lunch spot. Multiple vegetarian items on the menu, which is nice. They use bottled water, for some reason no water served in cups.

Owner is so friendly and funny. Been coming here since I was a kid and it’s consistently good pho and rice plates.

I recommend this spot. My goto Vietnamese PHO restaurant. Been working in Livermore for over 20 years and this is my spot. I've been to many other PHO spots too but they are expensive. This place is affordable for both PHO and rice plates. Lots of Asian folks eat here too. Check it out!

I came here with my family to try Pho. Autumn is just the perfect time to eat hot soups and warm yourself with warm tea. The pho was hot, flavorful and delicious. The noodles in it were well cooked. Greens, bean sprouts and lime are served separately. Service was quick, the cafe was clean. There is a large parking lot nearby. Looking forward to visiting and trying other menu items.

On a rare day of rain and cold we thought a soup place would be appropriate. So we choose to go for Pho. I liked the casual atmosphere when entering and the fast service. The menu can be quite overwhelming if you haven't had Pho in a while but once you figure out the possible variations it starts to make much more sense. I have to tell you, I feel like I got very good value for the money I paid. I am not an expert of Asian cuisine but I really like Pho and I loved this particular location, which also happens to be in a very convenient location with plenty of parking space.

Wow! The food was amazing and HUGE PORTIONS. I ordered the well done flank and brisket (small) plus the fresh vegetarian rolls. The soup comes with the standard bean sprouts, cilantro, fresh jalapeno slices. I took mine to go so I did have to pour the contents into the to go box to have a large enough vessel for eating out of, but I won't complain about having so much food that I need to find a bigger bowl! The broth and beef was so delicious. I've had my share of pho and this one is the top of the list. I will definitely return every time I'm in town! Thank you!!

This place was amazing. Greeted and seated as soon as I came in, ordered food quickly and had my food within 10 mins. The flavor and freshness of everything was good quality. Perfect for a cold winter day.

It's always a pleasure from this restaurant.. family owned and ran! I had dinner with my wife, and I believe the owners daughters were working today as beautiful as ever... the daughter wearing the hello kitty top was smiling a lot... which I love to see... this brings so much joy to my day! I love to see the owners daughters as it reminds me of when I would help my grandparents with running their restaurant when I was younger! It brings back so much memories...Happy to see the daughters growing up as we have been eating here going on 10 years... Thank you for another pleasant dinner we had 2- #43s and 1 coke... clean and positive environment, always welcome with open arms and warm smile! Hope to see the family soon! Your table will be sticky, so just ask for more napkins to wipe it down. So, eat anything and everything as cheaper than those other fancy places who serve less for more $. I suggest the beef roll, so good and so much beef. Recommended to me by mechanics working for all of the car dealerships nearby. Huge parking lot of ignored ranch 99 and plaza. Lots of tables fir about 48 people, so a quick, come in, wave, order, wait, eat and burn mouth, pay at cashier, leave = 20 minutes total, and want to come back.

Enjoyed #3 and #10. Food was very good. Service inattentive. We only saw our server once, others had to fill in. Maybe at 3:00 we shouldn’t expect better? I don’t know. I don’t usually have that late in the day. Next time I am in Pleasanton maybe I’ll give them another try.

Fantastic place to get pho and I especially love their bo bun hue. Rice dishes and vermicelli bowls are equally good. Chicken Pho/Fishcake are unfortunate misses. Overall, nice portions, flavors on point, and service is quick.

I ordered the pork rice and their pork was extremely Delicious, juicy and tender. The service is quite fast too! In 1minutes afternoon ordered,my food came.they even provided me with a glass of iced citrus water when I stepped in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

This is our go to for pho. It's simple and to the point. It's the epitome of organized chaos. It seems like no one knows what's going on when in fact it's very structured. You walk in, get sat and handed a menu and within a few minutes they are bringing water and taking your order. The food always comes very quickly and is always exactly what you ordered. They're very efficient. Not friendly at all but very efficient. The most common ingredients are always fresh. They have a table set up for to go orders but have all the utensils and sauces you need there too. First time ordering the fresh lemonade and it was probably the best lemonade I've ever had. The bathroom is really dirty and the floor is always a little slippery but other then that I love this place

Pho noodle is ok and authentic. However, you don't want to order wonton noodle. The wonton is hard and not tasty at all.

Beef Pho broth a little strong and noodles don't taste fresh or under cooked. Just okay. Price reasonable. Better to spend a little more and go elsewhere in my opinion.

*Major food poisoning* My partner and I came here last week to Enjoy some hot pho on a cloudy day. However, we ended up getting very sick the past three days now right after leaving the restaurant. The pho and appetizers weren’t fresh, the appetizers tasted a day old. Which is unfortunate. During the service as I was scanning the room, it was extremely filthy. No cleanliness whatsoever. The curtains had brown splashed stains on them, the corners on the ground had dirt piled up. For a Saturday it was extremely slow, told me all I needed to know about this place. Please, be considerate of your guests and their health and maintain sanitation. Save your time and get pho somewhere else.

Not a very good experience for me. I ordered take away Veggie pho. I tried at home and wasn't edible. Broth was very salty and jar was not even full. I have been to lot of pho places and this experience is the worst for me. When I called up for refund, no refunds; only new jar of broth was offered which I rejected.

Today when I called, they stated that “today they decided they will not serve plain broth anymore.” There’s plenty other pho places in Pleasanton that is much better. I do not recommend. They also serve you old food. I have gotten to go ordered where the meat is a bit gray and the sprouts are brown and the cilantro is old and brown. They are not customer friendly. Queen pho off of Santa Rita is better. If you have someone sick in the house, this is the place to go. They will serve you the plain broth
