As soon you walk in this farmer boys you feel like at home. The employees are super friendly to say the least. The food as always fresh and super delicious. Well worth the wait. My father and I had the farmers omelette and like always nothing but the best! The coffee is to die for and never was my cup empty. Good employees and great food at a reasonable price.

We went all out for a fun dinner for 4 tonight. Ordered 4 specialty burgers,4 fries, 4 hand made shakes, and a side salad. Everything tasted fantastic and the young lady that took our to-go order went above and beyond to help us. Another great visit to Farmer Boys in Pomona on N. Garey .😀💖

I should come here more often. I had breakfast and enjoyed it. 3 egg bacon and wheat toast. Coffee mug cups are small, lol, but it was nice to sip from a real cup. I sat inside, enjoying the music and the drive thru was full!

I'm glad we decided to Dine In. Felt comfortable and chill. The service was quick and very nice. Staff welcomed us as if we were regulars. The food was tasty, nice, and steaming hot. We will become regulars now. Because of their staff and yummy food.

Great place for breakfast. Usually not too packed and there's alway parking. The food is really good and not too expensive. The french toast breakfast is my favorite as well as the pastrami sandwich. Always get the breakfast burritos here, and they are so good! Take just a few minutes to make (could be more during busy times clearly) and they are really good quality burritos! Definitely one of my go to places for breakfast especially since there is a drive through.

Stop in for some brunch. We don't get them very often but we had some coupons 3, and they accepted them all. The whole hog breakfast burritos were GREAT! We also liked the ceasar salad and chicken avocado sandwich! It was all great. The drive thru wait was long though and parking full?

One of the better fast food places with a huge menu and a variety of choices to go to. Their prices are very reasonable, portions are large, and the quality of food is about average. They even have staff that walk around and clean the tables and bring your food after your order so you don't have to wait around to pick up your food. They serve breakfast all day and we saw people at lunch eating breakfast. The grilled chicken with bacon ranch salad came in a large bowl, large enough to fill a lunch appetite. The Farmer Boys Burger has won several Awards with two beef patties and cheese and bacon and lettuce and tomato and avocado. We like their fries but not the onion rings so much. Somebody else had the grilled chicken avocado sandwich and it was very tasty looking. This place offers a great value for a good fast food restaurant.

I am impressed by Farmer Boys at this location. I use the drive through about once a month. Each time has been pleasant. The staff is friendly and on top of their work. I think Farmer Boys recipes are solid and offer something to be desired. Anyone looking for an efficient and good-tasting meal can definitely count on this option.

I personally like the burgers from our Farmer Boys location better than In-n-Out's. I especially love that they let customers have mix of two things out of fries, onion rings, or zucchini in their combo meals. Their French toast combo plate is my favorite. Clean, open, and very airy restaurant. The staffs are very friendly as well. Good place, worth to give it a try even if you have never been to a Farmer Boys.

Stopped here for breakfast on the way out of town after a SoCal visit. Never been before, but was majorly pleasantly surprised. Both got a breakfast burrito that was hearty, flavorful, and very fresh! Will definitely stop here for everything else they have to offer on our next trip!

The BEST hamburger EVER!! Oh and the fries are soooo yummy good! There is a bit of a wait and I ask about the wait time and everything you order is cooked when ordered! The meat is REAL no by products added it's fresh and so is everything served even the lettuce was crisp. You will NOT be disappointed!! Highly recommend Farmer Boys!!!

We came here for lunch. The location is in a corner street so it is easy to see. There is a drive thru available if dining in is not an option. There are plenty of food selections. From burgers, chicken sandwiches and many more. We ordered our favorite 4 piece fish dinner combo. I came with salad and a drink. We also ordered a patty melt combo with fries and drinks. Lastly we got the 4 piece zucchini fries. The total is $42 for four people sharing. There are plenty of seating areas inside. The staff are nice they took out orders patiently and brought it to our table. They are also very observant because she asks if we are going to need extra plates. Totally impressed. The food came out and it was freshly made and very hot. With the drinks they have the fountain drinks outside of the counter, so it is self service. We enjoyed our meal, the portion size is good. I totally recommend coming here if you are in the area.

The Good: Great food. The Farmer’s Burger is good, the fish and fries are also nice, but I always come back for the zucchini. Dine-in is nice and comfy + abundance of table-side condiments. Tip: download and use the Farmer Boys loyalty app. You get some pretty good deals/bonuses. The So-so: I don’t care so much for the Natural Cheeseburger because it tastes like the one I make at home with 1/3” patty from Costo with pickles, diced onions, and homemade sauce.

Dam, the food used to be great.... . But not anymore smaller portions and no quality control. My onion rings were under cooked and my burger was supposed to have grilled onions ( they must have been on the grill for about 5 seconds) and the smashed avocado was about a teaspoon full, I asked for ketchup, mustard and mayo but got none. The girls that work there are friendly and provide great service, but the male manager is an unfriendly a**hole!

Excellent made to order food! May2nd 2025 You have to try their French toast breakfast and get the sausage patties they're absolutely delicious. I asked him to scramble my two eggs and had some onion and bell pepper and they do that for free sometimes I add cheese that's an extra charge! My favorite breakfast place! Their breakfast burritos are delicious and heat up nicely the next day! Try their parmesan crusted sourdough cheese sandwich it's wonderful!!

Great value n tasty food for a fast food restaurant. We went there for lunch and had the Farmers burger. It was juicy fresh with condements n fries. The sliced avocados n bacon was plenty good. The grilled chicken cobb salad was large with plenty of mixed greens grilled chicken breast eggs tomatoes avocados n choice of dressing. The salad was tasty fulfilling n enough for lunch. The service was good. The food was brough to us after we ordered, the waitresses kept checking on all customers, kept cleaning tables, n bringing extra items requested by customers. This fast food restaurant makes customers feel like being in a sit down restaurant. We want to try their breakfast items too as they looked good also.

If you're on ketogenic "Keto" diet, this is perfect place to eat without derailing your progress. You can have either Farmer Chopped Cobb salad, or order burger without the bun which they will wrap your burger with the lettuce. I prefer the "natural" cheeseburger with avocado and bacon. If you want a combo, but avoid anything fried like fries or fried zucchini or onion rings which is a hassle. Guess what? If you ask for grilled zucchini, they'll be more than glad to do it! You can also have side salad. They do fruits but it's not recommended on Keto cuz they're not the berries. A big shout to Tiffane, and awesome workers there! I can't guarantee you that other Farmer Boys will comply with your request. Updated: 8/11/2019 I've been wanting an omelet but not sure how to do it since I cannot do toast, hashbrown, fruit (oranges, apples, grapes are not allowed on keto diet). LORENA is my Farmerboy's BESTIE and makes the experience of simply coming to get a shake and burrito (at the end of a nights hard work shift) TWICE as enjoyable. Visiting this Farmerboy's is like visiting a friend. When I visit the Farmerboys in Irvine I feel as if I am cheating on my BESTIE LORENA because she can't greet me there!! She is a very memorable person, pleasant to talk to, prompt in service, personable, and you can just tell she's "good people." Once, Lorena didn't answer the drive through box and It was noticeably not her voice. I was very sad, then... Low and behold, there's is LORENA handing me my shake at the window. Farmerboys should build Lorena a studio apartment so she never has to leave. Farmerboys would cease to exist(kidding) without the service Lorena contributes. The food I get here is always amazing. I am a creature of habit and love the breakfast burrito with bacon. The burrito is always to perfection with melty cheesiness and endless potatoes and eggs, handed to me with such care by LORENA knowing she's feeding my withering stomach after 12 hours, or maybe for later before my 12 hour shift. I get calories and nutrients to survive all because LORENA takes my order, submits it, and hands it to me with such care. I don't know the names of the others in there but I always have an amazing experience here and I thank everyone here. I'm in the area several times a month to visit medical centers. Farmer Boys is a very good breakfast spot and excellent for burgers sandwiches they serve it it's worth a go. They cook most everything they serve as its ordered. Results in superior fare. Go - try - enjoy.

I ordered the Farmer Boy’s burger. Huge burger. Portion sizes are not skimmed on at this fast food restaurant. Produce, meat and other ingredients are fresher than at a traditional fast food restaurant. Food temperature is pretty decent. Personally I like McDonald’s food temp. Excellent packaging and fast service.

This is a good product served fast in a very clean environment. Had the Farmer Burger $6.99 that comes with two patties, cheese, bacon and guacamole. It was tasty and very large. The meat is cooked well done (not my favorite style) and had crispy edges (somewhat made up for being well done) I would return for this burger 🍔

The burger's and fries were great, as always. But I wish when I ask for double cheese and double bacon, I don't have to return to the counter, as they forgot to add it. Asked for it, paid for it, but had to return to actually get it. Other than that, service was excellent, workers were friendly and FAST.

I thought $10 was very pricey for a salad until I saw the salad! It was big enough to feed 2 or 3 people. My husband had a burger with bacon and avocado which was also slightly less than 10 bucks. But oh the size of the burger. Not to mention their food is delicious.

As you know, I rarely give 5 stars. Always room for improvement. But we REALLY like Farmer Boys and we are glad the Pomona location on Bonita and Garey is open again. It has not disappointed as of yet. You will pay more but I'm willing (every so often) to treat us. We spent less last time due to the Grand re opening special $3 for the cheeseburger. That is no longer offered. Enjoy!

It's a decent fast food option with good fries but pricing has gone up significantly in the last year. Honestly you'll get much better value for money if you go to the In-N-Out on Foothill.

The food is great. The staff are nice. Unfortunately, this location keeps some strange company with the local homeless. Once, I went to fill up my drink and saw a filthy homeless man enter through the back door and walk through the kitchen to fill a random cup he had at the dispenser. It was awkward for a moment, but an employee kind of shoo'd them back through the back door. Another time, this man kept interrupting staff while they were taking customers orders to complain about the corners of the tables were too sharp. Poor staff.

Love that they use fresh local food.. great alternative to fast food when you need something on the go.

The week before I had driven through the drive through and had ordered a tuna melt combo but on sourdough instead of the usual rye bread that they use. I got home and found they had used the rye bread and not the sourdough I had requested. I, immediately, called the store and talked to a counter person. She was friendly and acknowledged that she thought the order was wrong. She told me she would consult the manager and call me back, which she did the next day. She said that the manager had authorized a replacement for the sandwich at my convenience. The next week I went in to pick up my replacement sandwich. Again, the workers were pleasant and polite. I knew I was getting the sandwich but I wanted onion rings to go with it. They have two sizes with only a dollar difference in the price so I ordered the larger size. I had my money out to pay for the onion rings when the manager came over to authorize the sandwich on the cash register. To my surprise and delight, he also authorized the onion rings too! I just say that, in this case, their customer service was excellent!

Update 2 years later: They’re now open again and let’s see how the service is. But wait, I order a breakfast plate and can’t substitute the bacon for sausage??? That’s a first at any restaurant ever 😅😅😅 Honestly the family and I do get Farmer Boys often, BUT! 90% of the time they have forgotten to put some food item in the bag. So one thing I do caution is check your food before you drive off whether it be through the drive thru or take-out. All the people there are nice, and the food is good, but I just hate to have to drive back to Farmers, and let them know they didn’t give me my whole order. I’ve done it at least 10 times 😔 but I’m learning as well to triple check. I hope someone see’s this and makes a change honestly. I just want to have a great experience every time I go there.

20+ dollars for a pretty small hamburger, fries and a drink. If the hamburger was decently sized and had a bunch of stuff on it I would probably add a star. It did have a generous portion of Avocado on it but that was about it.

The lady that taking orders today is very very rude....we pull over to the drive through, no customer was behing us none in front of us....then she said we should hold on , which we did...when she finally wants to take our order there was no apology for keeping us waiting...I didn't have problem with that in anyway; my problem with the staff was that she was on top of her voice as if we are bothering her. She didn't even give my little daughter time explaining what she want. She was literally raising her voice. Sorry to say that she lacks the quality of a good customer service.

Location had a fire months ago, closed for a bit, seems staff are nearly all different. Food was fine, fries were gross, think they are using completely new oil in fryer instead of keeping a portion. (Fries were pale, not golden brown) Past: Was here recently, staff were fine, imagine rude staff have all moved along. Food was very good. Will start coming here again. And to further explain original review before, staff would arbitrarily close dining area early, and were borderline rude telling you to take your food and go. Wasn't a 1 time occurrence, next visit a few weeks later same thing. Stopped going for a few years. Original review: Standard Farmer Boys, so the food, price, bathroom, parking, entrance, and seating are as you would expect. However, this location, I would go elsewhere. It is not that they are rude, but they aren't nice. Which makes no sense to me, because I get that this is Pomona, and some areas aren't so nice, but the Jack in the Box down the street, which looks pretty shabby, has excellent workers there, always friendly and helpful. So Pomona Farmer Boys, please try to be like them, or even the McDonald's or KFC down the street.

Prices are pretty good, quality is not like pictured of course, but good as well. I liked it well enough but had higher hopes. Also not sure from what, but was non-plussed by a lingering after-taste. Generally I avoid giving neutral reviews and don't like giving negative reviews, but this is proactive and negative and perhaps confusing yet still I formative. Perhaps it is a supply chain issue since that is prevalent in food biz... lately.

Was good but cooks need to pay attention before bagging. As a farmer boys shift manager I don't see how this was possible.. haha

The food is badly prep. Staff need to be trained on how to fill up the soda cup. The cup has a built-in line mark for a reason instead of having the soda spill all over the lid and cup. The employees have attitudes written all over her face; all that should have left outside of work.

I would rated it more except they leave items out from the menu. I had a burger combo that was supposed to get a cookie and I didn't receive one. Also, I got a kids meal because it talked about seasonal fruit and it was left off. The food is cooked well but it leaves room for more of something else.

The food is good, but never come between 9 and 11am. In the past month, I have gone at least 3 times during this period of the day. One of them was dine in. The food took forever for me to get each time, when I dined in they didn't give me my coffee, or the condiments which come with the foods I ordered. They have to had my food waiting there for at at least 10 minutes before they brought it to me, at which time it was already cold. The other 2 times were Take out, and the food was also cold when I got home.

Drive thru takes a long time

Went through the drive thru awhile back. My bad for not checking the bag. Order was not right at all. Then I drive all the way back and after talking to the Manager some lady helps me and still has wrong order. After fighting, and them arguing with me they get the order right. However now I've been over charged. WOW!!! Remember when the customer was always right??? Better yet remember back when you didn't have to check the bag??? So sad that a lot of places are this way now.wish I could give you no stars you deserve none.

Hi went there today Sunday August 15th at 9am to get a breakfast plate to go. Noticed drive thru was backed up and lot was average . Went inside ordered noticed several people were waiting. After about 20 minutes I asked the manager lady if the kitchen was running behind? She said yes that they were short staffed but also that they were running out of food due to not getting a shipment from the warehouse, and that they were getting food from other locations. I told her i get it i understand but she should let people know when they order or before they order about the delays and food.

The food was great, the customer service at the counter was horrible. Alexis kept yawning and rubbing her eyes as though she just rolled out of bed. We kept repeating our order to her and she was speaking very softly.

The Pomona location on Bonita and Garey is terrible. First of all the place is dirty. The restroom and tables were disgusting. There were four empty tables and all weren't wiped clean so we had to settle for one of those single tables. Secondly, the server was rude. I ordered to dine in and she served the food in a paper bag. She just dropped the order and did not say anything else, no acknowledgement or a thank you. My last gripe was the food. I ordered a breakfast burrito (ham). The portion was adequate but it tasted bland and it was mostly potato hash is the filling, very little ham. Good thing I used one of their coupon and saved $1.79 on each order. It was a very bad experience for this occasion.

Overcharged when asked for special on banner got charged full price. The worst burger ever tasted. They used to be good. Whole meal was way overpriced!

So my first time in a farmers boys and I got the worst service ever. I place an order and I politely ask the cashier to tell the cook to inform I’ve an allergy can you tell them to wash hands since they don’t use gloves. The cook freak out and got an attitude about it. So I canceled my order because I was scared to eat their because I didn’t trust the cook at that point. It’s sad that they’re willing to kill people with serious allergies I guess I’ll never try this place since I know they don’t respect people allergies and will never wash their hands. FYI: if you’ve a allergy you’re not safe here 😡🤬

We there about 3 weeks ago my coworkers and I ate there . My food took forever almost half my lunch break was gone 😩 and all my coworkers had their food which they had to send bk because the meat wasn't cooked all the way. Needless to say all 6 of us got food poisoning from our lunch that is location. Ugh. That's sucks because 3 of us recommend Farmer Boys to our coworkers. And 3 of us had to call out sick the next day. WTF I only got fresh Cobb salad. That's wasn't fresh at all . And we got sick from our food we order. Plus it's wasn't even that busy either. Your employees needs to wash their hands more often & keep restaurant CLEAN.

Terrible service. I had a order pickup and told me that I had to go inside in which I never had too previously. Order wasn't even ready yet even though I made the order 20 mins prior. Went inside and workers acting nonchalant. If corporate is reading this, the night crew are slackers.

I had a coupon for one cheeseburger and get the second one 50% off I paid $22 for two cheeseburgers and four pieces of onion rings that's all they give you I'm not going there no more do you know of a place that gives you a lunch sack full of Willow onion rings or french fries for that and they've been doing it for years I just didn't feel like driving all the way in the southside of Pomona I don't think you should pay $7 for four pieces of onion rings👎

I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal. I guess they think they are trying to be like Raising Canes. Total fail. The chicken strips are very small and seasoned with some stuff that's no good. Very small amount of fries.

I spent $72 on absolute trash. The food was so bad. I wouldn’t even wish it on my worst enemy. It’s like they never cared about cooking it. It was a slop together, literally slopped. My pastrami sandwich was dripping grease the burger patties tasted like they came out of a microwave And the fries were cold and the zucchini logs were soggy. They did not live up to the expectation this time. The food has definitely gone down the hill, especially paying that much money. I could’ve gone to In-N-Out and spent 20 bucks and got a better burger.

Why Ohwhy

Fish and Chips are one of the worst I've ever tasted in any place. It's thin and gives you so much more fries than the fish its self.
