The workers here are SO amazing! We just finished eating here. We had 8 people and they got our food out fast and they were willing to fix our order and did it fast! Super nice workers and helpful!! Best sonic we have ever been too!!

We sometimes travel for a few days and it's always nice to see a Sonic sign in just about every town. If we frequently pass through a town on our trip, I call ahead and our food is hot and ready. I love the fact that they serve breakfast all day too.

Yummy onion rings! They were perfect and crisp! Tater tots were perfect too. Great drinks; Great service

Best Sonic experience in a while. Ordered and food was brought out not only quickly but hot. Nice to get service like this. Tried the Grilled Cheeseburger, wasn't impressed with the toasted bread but had a good flavor. Also tried the cheddar broccoli tots, they were not bad, nice change from tators. I dont travel thru here a lot but I know I'll have a place next time thru to grab some food.

Great food for fast food and nice staff! They hustle here as well! Oh and they do breakfast all day, which is so much better than Chick-fil-A and Bill Miller which are nearby and stop serving breakfast at 10:30 or 11:00.

I ordered on the App. My food came fast, and was good. I requested " Easy ice", and it was as I asked. Only bummer was that they had NO Expresso Shakes. The car hop was nice.

This was by far the best Sonic Ive ever eaten at. My food was out in a blink of an eye and they were somewhat busy. My food was prepared fresh because I dont like tomatoes cheese or ketchup I know it was fresh and it was hot off the grill. The server was happy and friendly not like some places with young kids working that act like its an inconvenience to have to serve you . I would highly recommend this sonic for a fast bite if you like fast food and in a hurry as I was.

Im parked here at this sonic rn n i finished eating the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. I received it by a smiling, sweet car hop. I didn't get her name. I am mind blown with the taste of the hot, n juicy burger. It was a 10 out of 10. I am amazed at how clean this sonic is as well!! Kudos to this sonic. I'm visiting more often

Good food was disappointed in that our drinks were about 85% crushed ice, friend was disappointed in his popcorn chicken which he had ordered a large but received a medium instead.

Everything is good just more sometimes food can be overcooked.

Typical fast food and standard menu. Liked that the staff came out to our car to take the order due to so much road traffic and noise that neither of us could hear via their intercom.

It's a fast food drive in. But specials are good and so I give it a 4 star for what it is. The food varies with locations because no 2 cooks are ever exactly alike when it comes to using salt and pepper.

I don't know if the girl was new, but we kept repeating our orders over and over and it was still wrong! We had driven for hours and were starving!!! Manager was still very helpful and offered to make it right.

We had a very sweet young lady / carhop named Gemma bring our food. We told her we were traveling back home after a vacation in Colorado. She even warned us to be careful and watch out for deer on the highway. We really appreciated the kindness she showed us. We also had a problem with the payment and she helped us figure out the screen very patiently.

The food is good and hot. The crinkle cut fries are amazing. The options of drinks and ice cream are amazing. Love drink specials and Happy Hour. When I commuted to work I would pick up popcorn chicken and ranch dressing. I've retired and haven't eaten it in a long time. I was disappointed. Very little chicken and batter was VERY salty. Didn't get the sauce. I will still go back, the area is well maintained and clean. Thanks.

I ordered ahead with the app. Service was a little slow. Didn't think to ask for condiments and none was in the bag. Also no napkins or mints was given in the bag. Serve was great and had a wonderful attitude. Food was about average. Onion rings had a old fryer oil taste but was still edible. I would have no issues returning to this location

Fries nd tator tots were cold nd the cherry limeade drink tasted like sugar carbonated water. :-( On the bright side....service delivery was good.

I usually get good service but i went by there the other day 20 minutes before they closed and they turned me away and said they were closed. Im just wondering if the management knows that the young people are closing early so they can go f#$& off.

Service is good, but it's hard to find a place to park because they don't have a way to accommodate the school kids who are ordering. Kids are standing where cars pull in.

Go for 1/2 price shakes. No car hops after roughly 9:30 PM here. Other locations they have up until 11 PM or midnight. Also using app is like 3 foreign languages to even management. They have little clue how it works, which stall number is used for drive. Lastly, paid for Chocolate Syrup in Blast. Received Chocolate Ice cream from machine as if I was receiving a swirl. No Syrup residue, no syrup on inside top of plastic dome cover. Was made by a manager as I sat in drive attempting to pay with app.

Post, Texas Sonic.. coming home from Alan Henry Lake, my grand daughter was hungry, we ordered a chicken sandwich n my Chihuahua 2 hamburger patties. Along with a large mango, unsweet iced tea n a water. No clue why it took over 14 minutes for this to come out. None nada. They weren't packed .. Sonic do you know why last night? We havent had that problem before... infact you have treated us rather good in the past!

Part of our Order was incorrect, the rest was delicious. Driving thru Post to get to and from a doctor's appointment and we usually stop here or McDonald's. 85% of the time pretty reliable and accurate.

My crispy chicken sandwich bun was rubbery and dark brown on top but not a good toasted texture. Would skip that one at least. Service was very polite and professional though.

If you're looking for a quick, hot meal on a long road trip, this place isn't terrible. If you're looking for quality, keep looking. We stopped here only briefly, long enough to eat and walk the dog in the grassy area next to parking lot. The lot was clean. It was daytime so I cannot speculate to lighting/security. Staff seemed friendly tho not overly interested. I ordered a corn dog and a twisted soft pretzel. The pretzel was delicious, tho, beware, purists, Sonic deep fries these. It has a light outer crunch, but pretzel dough is just too absorbent for a deep fryer. It tends to be oily. I chose cheese over mustard and it helped cut the oiliness a bit. Unfortunately, they pawned off an old corn dog on me and I did not appreciate that, one bit and it is the reason for the missing two stars. Old food should be thrown away. My corn dog was dried and overcooked. I tried to pawn it off on my dog and he wouldn't even it. Guess no one appreciates dried out corn dogs. As for the other food ordered, I can only say there were no complaints from anyone else. Their food was cooked well and hot.

Slow as Christmas, after waiting 20 minutes for drinks they apologized (after I Said it was unreasonable), but they still charged me. Unbelievable

I ordered the steak melt with onion rings and my onion rings were burnt all of the order of rings was unbeatable never saw this before The owners are wonderful people staff is excellent but that's twice I have had my onion rings burned

Got a Reese's PB cup blast. There was so little candy in it I had to double check the cup to make sure I hadn't stopped at Dairy Queen by mistake.

Place is okay. Restrooms are disgusting all around: lighting, cleanliness, floor (inside and out). They need to take better care of their facilities... hope their kitchen is better. App was easy to use.

Will not stop by this Sonic again. The shakes weren't stirred up all the way, all the add-ins and syrup were at the bottom, and there wasn't very much. The popcorn chicken was over cooked. And it took forever for our order to come out. Next time we have to stop in Post I'll try one of the local eateries instead!!

Service was good, the food that we had (other than the ice cream our dogs had🐕😀) wasn't very good -- think they were using old oil in the fryer.

Really slow service, the food was all off in some way. The tater tots tasted weird and I'm not even sure how you screw up tater tots. That is one thing that Sonic is usually especially good at, but apparently not this location. They didn't give us any syrup with our french toast strips either. The food we got didn't have everything on it. Overall, disappointed.

Service was very fast, my husband's ultimate burrito and my tots were good but my breakfat toaster sandwich was the most bland sandwich I've ever had. It was like a regular sandwich, not grilled. They did grill it a little, the bread was brown but, with no butter on the bread. BLAH! Also, the Coca-Cola was very flat and watered down. If I had known these things before continuing on our drive I would most definitely have sent them back. We have stopped at this Sonic many times on our drive to and from Ruidoso, as Post is the half-way point and have always been pleased with our food and service. So, this was a surprise and disappointment which is the reason I am submitting this negative review.

Everything tasted hours old, the lettuce was wilting, the fries were so salty we couldn't even eat them, and it was filthy. Go anywhere but here when passing through Post. You might have better luck dumpster diving.

If you're driving thru Post, Texas, and looking for somewhere to eat, recommend you pass on this Sonic! Cheesesteak sandwich barely edible...meat overcooked and very little meat. Large soda was 3/4 ice and 1/4 soda. Restrooms we're filthy! Will probably mean we will pass on other Sonic's as we travel on. I'm don't usually one to give a bad review, btw. Has to be really bad as this WAS!

Ordered a jr burger, cheeseburger, fries, and diet coke. The burgers were tossed out the window to the coyotes after one bite. The fries were made out of bricks, and they were tossed to the birds. However, the manager was very receptive to our disappointment, and refunded us.

I ordered and paid through the app., I understand that rhen manager came out with kinda of a bit of attitude after she sent out one of her employees that didn't know what he was doing.

Don't even bother. They can't even get the SIZE of what you order right. Let alone the actual orders. Only come here if you hate getting what you order and love wasting money.

First of all, the drinks and food are overpriced. Head down the street to McDonalds for a better deal. We ordered EZ ice drinks and they were filled to the brim with ice. When we asked for either a refill of soda or a new drink with less ice, the manager came out and was extremely rude.

Worst sonic ever. I've stopped here twice on the way to Abilene in a year of two trips every week to Abilene. Both times they have messed up my order. The fries they gave me this last time, instead of tots that I ordered!, were old and disgusting. The burger wasn't much better. I feel sorry for the people of post. I will never stop here again and I don't recommend anyone else eating here unless old shitty food is your thing. Oh I wish I could give them zero stars but I can't.

I have eaten here several times. At least 50% of those visits have ended with me getting the wrong order. When I bring this to the attention of the manager, they seem very rude and put off, as it's my fault. Stick with an Allsups burrito! The answer from the owner is about what one should expect here, zero customer service and total lack what it takes to run a thriving business.

Stopped in on our way home. Asked for tator tots got fries. Had them changed out. Ended up with cold tator tots. Checked my burger looked like a total mess. And was missing my jalapenos. Had to send that back as well.

I accidentally placed an order ahead for $61 in the app in a different town. I called the sonic app service people and they refused to refund me. Sonic has forever lost a customer.

No plasticware, no salt and pepper in bag, got parts of orders mixed up, worst of all didn't know what a 'Purple O' is. Legitimately worst Sonic I've ever visited.

Ok so overall this experience was absolute trash. I ordered a chili cheese dog with onions and, when i got it, it had lettuce on it. Umm excuse me sir, that is not appetizing. Also, I ordered chili cheese fries that were $3.59 and recieved about 10 fries in total, which is jank and a complete rip off for that amount of money. When I tried to order diet peach green tea, they were out of green tea. Like hello, that is my favorite drink. Then, when I settled for a strawberry sprite instead, I didn’t even get strawberries in it. Not to mention that i also asked for light ice and got maybe 2oz of the actual drink because there was so much ice. Overall, it was a bad experience and would not recommend! This place has the standards set low.

This was the worst service I've ever recieved from a sonic in Post Texas. Placed order everytime I ordered something he would read it back after each item. He would asked if I wanted to make them a large I said yes. Recieved order of fries & tots were small and wilted pushed button to let them know I would also like fresh fries & tots. Management comes out and says let me see your receipt I showed it and she rudely says they didnt charge you for the large but did charge me for large drinks. Ok I'd still like fresh ones. Brings me all small fries I push button and tell them one was suppose to be tots. They bring me the tot and said give me back the fry so I did. Then I open my burger and took a bite and its filled with onions which I said mustard with cheese and No onions. I push the button to tell them, they bring me another one and take the other one back I open it and it has MAYO WITH ONIONS !!!!!! My husband says omg just eat it!!!! $26.05 worth of food with this kind of service 🤔

Stopped by to get food as we were just driving through the town. We got french fries that were cold and soggy. Asked if we could get new fries and we thought they brought us fresh ones. The top few fries were fresh and the rest were the same soggy old fries.

Bad attitude - poor service. I live in Odessa and go to our place at the lake two times a month. We go to Post at happy hour every day. I decided to do one of their surveys for a route 44. They tore off the store number I needed to do survey. I called to ask for store number and they hung up on me. I think we will be going to Snyder instead.

The chili cheese fries. And tater tots were cold. We're suppose to be large orders but we're small. Would not recommend. Will try Holly's next time😊

Quick stop while on the road. Just drinks and tater tots. Shake had whipped cream and a cherry. Picked up the cherry and their were clear bite marks that ate two thirds of the cherry. Toss. Never ever.

Only four customers there, took 20 min to receive cold tots with hair in them. A chicken sandwich that looked punched. I just threw it away, I don't have time for this failure. Will not return.

We waited over 12min just for them to take our order. Then another 15 for the food (we only ordered two chicken strip sandwiches). Then our order was wrong and we had to wait another 10min for them to fix it. Not to mention the restroom is gross. NEVER GOING BACK.

The order wasn't accurate. We ordered a number one cheeseburger with mustard, no ketchup or mayonnaise. Medium coke and fries plus a kids meal . They only rang up the kids meal . They brought out the kids meal and not the number one . They couldn't take the order right . My husband wanted his money back and then they said we hadn't paid . It was a fiasco. We left still hungry.

Just waited 12 minutes at Post Texas Sonic to order a drink and only accomplished that after asking the lady next to us to report the problem (our screen indicated red button had been activated). Took order and delivered it with no apology for delay or offer of reduced cost on drink which is the main reason I am leaving this review. Stuff happens but acting like 12 minutes is normal and doesn't warrant an apology ..... Bad business!

I made a mistake on call ahead order. I had previously ordered extra vanilla in my Diet Coke and I thought I just removed the extra. When our order was brought out, we told the carhop that one of the drinks should have vanilla. She rudely stated that I didn’t order it. I explained that I meant to and asked they could add it. She said no, but then took it back in. She quickly returned to tell me that it was an APP order so they couldn’t because they couldn’t charge me. Did not even offer for me to be able to give them the 15-20 cents it would have costed. Too bad I can’t correct the tip I left for her horrible service!!! Horrible customer service & rude carhop!

Stopped for a quick bite on way back home. Fries were reheated cold and hard yuck, cheese burger dry and hard I had to put a lot of ketchup on it in order to eat it and I know better to send back food..you get the special sauce treatment.

Grilled cheese was terrible. Please go back to the way you used to make them! Buttered toast was amazing and this new cheese is nasty too. Ordered drinks easy ice. Came full to the brim with ice. Very little coke. Ordered the SS bacon cheeseburger without mayo, lettuce, tomato, plus ketchup and mustard. No bacon on the burger and tons of onions and pickles which the app doesn't even show on the burger. Tator tots were like warm. Get your act together sonic! You used to be amazing. Now, not so much.

Ordered the new grilled cheese double cheeseburger. It boasts about buttery bread and deliciousness. The one I recieved had overcooked meat and no buttered toast bun just plain toasted bread. Don't order this burger its terrible.

Rude team members. Change the price of condiments from free to $0.25 on the app if you are going to have to pay for it in the store. Won’t be back to this location.

Would not recommend based on my experience. After waiting 15 - 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and hot dog, each with tater tots, they had managed to put relish on the hot dog, while leaving the cheese off the cheese burger. The car hop actually handed the hot dog to me saying, "Hot dog with no relish," when the relish was visible through the clear top of the sleeve. To summarize, this establishment had slow service with inaccurate order execution.

Service was good. BUT.... the food was Junk! The meat was terrible, the #10 fried chicken sandwich was thin, small,hard and the Vegis were old. Kids burger was slapped with aN abundance of mustard and the patty was hanging off the bun. JUST PLAIN GROSS. Wanted to smoke a cigarette to get the flavor out of my mouth. The dr. Pepper was... alright. We are from Corpus Christi,TX and although our sonic can be slow the food is always good.

This is the absolute WORST sonic I've ever been too! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered vanilla ice cream with brownie! I stirred my blast and no brownies were in it. We even stirred it infront of the ladies face and she took it back and brought it back and the ice cream was like water, it seemed like they just reused our ice cream, and yet again no brownie! They messed up our dark chocolate creamery shake, the entire shake was vanilla ice cream and then pure dark chocolate at the bottom! Another order was chocolate ice cream with brownie. First it was just vanilla ice cream. Second time it was chocolate ice cream. No brownies!! I would be embarrassed if I worked here! This is absolutely horrible. There was no sympathy for messing up our orders and seemed like we were bothering her for asking for a second one. Even though IT'S HER JOB to fix our order if it's wrong. Our order shouldn't have been wrong in the first place! WASTE OF MONEY! POOR SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

Very stingy with ingredients. Got a blast 2 days in a roll thinking the first one was a fluke. But no, hardly any butterfinger on top and nothing but icecream in med cup. Didn't even try to mix it.....not that it would matter with no toppings. WILL NOT GO BACK.

I love Sonic but I have to be honest. My order was incorrect and my food was either cold, old or maybe both. I still ate it because I was on my way home back to Dallas. Maybe it'll be better next time, hopefully.

Very slow, and still got the order wrong, not sure what they did with the extra time. Tots instead of fries, only 1 chicken strip in the kids meal, unsweet teas instead of(1) 1/2 &1/2 & (1) sweet, no straws, and when asked for ketchup the car hop said "it should be in there" and walked away. No ketchup in the bag.

The lady cut me off while I was placing my order and rudely barked my price so she could be done with me. Then when I finally got to finish the rest of my order, It was brought out and not a single thing was correct. I dont recommend eating at this dump.

So sonic has gotten super greedy with thier cost. Groovy Fries are on the $1.99 menu yet cost the same price ($2.59) at checkout. No more half-off drinks and slushes unless you don't choose another reward. There has never been a point system to get anything free. It cost .69¢ for extra pickles yet you get nothing in return for taking shit off your burger. Why not? Greed. Oh and now they added cheese on both no cheese... Great at following directions.

We placed our two separate orders, when she delivered them she had an attitude because we need ketchup. When returning with the ketchup we told her that the hot dog we ordered was not in the bag. She actually called my friend a liar. I couldn't believe it. She said she put it in the bag her self. All I know is it wasn't there. And we paid for it. Told the manger with no results. The hamburger my husband got was a complete mess. It was like they made it and then tossed it around the kitchen. Stuff was falling off of it. A complete mess. Ordered sauces with various foods and none came so we had to ask them to bring us out some. The sundae they didn't bring out a spoon for so a second call for them to bring out a spoon. The food overall was not fresh. Good thing we were just passing through but I think we should have gone to McDonald's.

The worst service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional and very rude. As I tried to place my order she rushed me, yelled at me and requested that I get my order together and then order. I understand fast food is required to be fast and there time is somewhat important. However, it is there job to ensure the customer is satisfied with service and I was not! There was a problem on her end where she could not hear me and she took out her frustration on me. I did not appreciate being yelled at rushed and flat out just disrespected by the manager there. She really needs better managerial training. I WILL be contacting the district & general manager and notifying them on there managers unprofessional behavior!
