Had a great time here with a large group of friends. This place is off the beaten track but worth the trip. Nice large portions. I had the bacon and chives stuffed burger topped with fried cheddar. It was a nice spin on an old favorite that i highly recommend. Great service and plenty of room for everyone. Nice mid sized pool table and games are just a dollar.

Our first time visiting was last Friday, and it was great! Our server, Logan, was friendly and attentive. We had such a great experience, we brought more of our family back this past weekend and our only complaint would be the limited menu on Sundays. We missed out on the delicious prime rib with the house au jus, and the Mac & Cheese. Will definitely be back again. Beer list was decent and the burgers were really good too!

Logan was our server today. He's friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent, fresh, plentiful and the beer was cold. We were a party of 9 Canadians on an annual visit to Watkins Glen. We will definitely recommend JB's and will return.

We had a Great experience here. Fish fry was AMAZING and had a great flavored beer batter on it that they make in the restaurant. Really friendly staff, Great prices, Clean and comfortable for a delicious meal and beer no matter if you have a tank top and shorts on or a pretty dress!

Local favorite, family friendly plenty of parking. Love the staff!! Good menu lots of options : snacks, burgers, fish, steaks, vegetarian, gluten free & daily specials. Easy ride up from the lake lots of seating. Nice bar crowd in evenings. They also cater and have an event space on site.

We had our office party here a week ago. The food was outstanding and the service was great. It's out in the country a ways but definitely worth the drive.

JB's is a great place! Whether you just want some wings (dry rub are amazing!!) and beer or a really nice steak or other special entree, this is the place! Servers are all awesome, especially Emily and Logan!!! Jessica keeps the place in line behind the bar. Pitchers and glasses are good and cold. Fridays are a dice roll for your drink for free! Even the owner Jim is Ok!!! Great place you have to try it!!

Our office held its Christmas luncheon here. We had stuffed pork chop with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The meal was phenomenal and even with my appetite I took half of it home and had it for dinner the next night. Jessica took great care of us.

Very good food. The Pulled Pork was nice tasty chunky pieces of pork. The steak burger was excellent. The service was great. And the price for 3 adults with drinks was very good.

We stopped here for .50 cent wings and beer wednesday night and it was superb. The wings were delicious and the wing sauce was very flavorful. We had Logan for our server he was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this secluded gem.

My husband and I stopped here last Sunday to eat, we were gonna leave because there was only one waitress and she was busy, I'm glad we stayed, because the food was outstanding. We both got the pulled Pork and fries, plus the onion petals were my favorite.

One of the best places to eat. Prices are a good price. Good relaxing time, delicious food. Took 4 friends with me in a Sunday. They were very pleased. The waiter was very friendly, great attitude. Been here at JB's a few times very happy with Emily the waitress and Logan the waiter. Keep up the great work.

Last evening my boyfriend and I, as always, had a wonderful Friday night fish fry at JBs (highly recommend). When we left the restaurant and returned to my car we were unable to start it as the car couldn't detect my key fob. We went back into the restaurant and searched around the table that we had been sitting at, unable to find my key fob there. That's when our server, Laura came to our rescue and asked several regular patrons (who were playing pool) if they had any recommendations. One fella offered us his truck so we could get back to Penn Yan to get my boyfriends car. Another fella followed us back out to my car with a flashlight to search my car interior (where we ultimately found my key fob under one of the back seats). We want to give a huge shout-out to the caring and helpful people who went out of their way to help us.

We took a beautiful scenic drive down to JBs for dinner. It's a nice bar/grill atmosphere. Very welcoming staff and very clean. Beef is definitely their specialty. Prime rib, stuffed burger and steak burgers were Delicious! We will be back!

I totally expected an average meal. Stayed nearby on the way home (in another state). This was the closest place to us. Wow! It was fantastic. Our server(can't remember name but she has a bachelor's degree and only works Friday-Sunday) was efficient and knowledgeable. The food was really good. We had apps and dessert to go with the main dishes. I would highly recommend going here.

Nice place up in the hills of Prattsburgh. We were surprised when we got here because it wasn't in town or around anything else. Felt more like a bar to us, the bar was full but noone was eating at the tables and it was 6 at night. Definately a retreat for locals. Food was very good though. We both got the burgers and they were juicy and flavorful. Fresh cut fries and fresh green beans. Service was very friendly. We may be back when up in the Keuka area!

We took our daughter & son in law & our 2 grandkids because it's been so good before...super disappointed. 1/2 the menu items weren't available then after deciding on the few choices, waiter came back & was out of sliced beef anything?!? What we ended up with was satisfactory, but NOTHING near as good as past trips. Hope it was just a bad day.

We come here a few times a summer (we have a seasonal camp nearby) my husband always gets the fish fry, he swears it’s the best around!! I try something different each time, haven’t found anything that I “crave” or want to come back for. Chicken cordon bleu has been the best thing I have tried so far. Beer is always cold, that’s important!!

JB’s Bar and Grill was good but not great. It’s a busy place on the weekends but they do well to find you a spot.

Great appetizers on the menu although much of our order was overcooked. The entrées are more expensive and don't seem to fit the rest of the bar vibe. Good beer options.

Had the haddock dinner, lemon pepper. It was average, nothing spectacular. Side dishes were okay. Portion size is just enough for a small meal. Great atmosphere, friendly staff.

I will let you know what to try. The only thing I found good was the prime rib. He does a great job at catering for parties, and the food is outstanding. The bar is nice and clean. Some waitress are great....others I try to avoid.

Not my favorite. Service was average. The food was average. Ordered the nachos, that was a mistake, no bueno. The cheese had a strange flavor and there was no meat. I knew about the no meat going in, but very underwhelming. The part of the visit that really tanked the review was when I ordered a shot of Crown Royal for a night cap and the bartender poured a shot of bottom shelf black velvet and didnt think I would notice. Yes I watched you pour and serve it, and no I didnt say anything. I paid my check and got the hell out of there. Dont charge me for a premium spirit and pour me bottom shelf garbage.

Me and my mother came out for a celebratory meal and instead we got the meal from hell. We got the prime rib and it was overdone and dry and they put on corn that looked like it had been cooking for hours it was just rubbery and gummy. Its sad I was hoping to love this place but it turned out to be the white trailer trash hang out spot for all the rednecks.

Ordered some takeout, none of the food was very good and some of it was terrible. Ordered a burger rare, and it came out like charcoal on the outside (photos are of the “rare” burger). We ordered a pasta with chicken, and there was very little chicken that was hard and dry. The only decent thing was the fries that came with the burger. Would suggest you go here only for drinks as the food was severely lacking for the area.
