One of the best places to eat. Prices are a good price. Good relaxing time, delicious food. Took 4 friends with me in a Sunday. They were very pleased. The waiter was very friendly, great attitude. Been here at JB's a few times very happy with Emily the waitress and Logan the waiter. Keep up the great work.

Last evening my boyfriend and I, as always, had a wonderful Friday night fish fry at JBs (highly recommend). When we left the restaurant and returned to my car we were unable to start it as the car couldn't detect my key fob. We went back into the restaurant and searched around the table that we had been sitting at, unable to find my key fob there. That's when our server, Laura came to our rescue and asked several regular patrons (who were playing pool) if they had any recommendations. One fella offered us his truck so we could get back to Penn Yan to get my boyfriends car. Another fella followed us back out to my car with a flashlight to search my car interior (where we ultimately found my key fob under one of the back seats). We want to give a huge shout-out to the caring and helpful people who went out of their way to help us.

This place is awesome, it will be our new go to place to grab a meal/drink when up to the cottage. Our waitress was fantastic she was a lot of fun. Food was excellent, 4 of us went and not one complaint. The parking lot is a gravel one, but plenty available

Waiter Logan understood we wanted to wait a bit to have a few drinks,however he still checked back w us multiple times.Very Attentive to our requests.Ẁe were not rushed,created w friendly,comfortable conversation. We took a beautiful scenic drive down to JBs for dinner. It's a nice bar/grill atmosphere. Very welcoming staff and very clean. Beef is definitely their specialty. Prime rib, stuffed burger and steak burgers were Delicious! We will be back!

What a surprise of a place, I took a ride on a beautiful March day and found this gem on some back roads. Awesome food, great atmosphere, and the homemade blue cheese is the reason I'll be back. The food was delicious . 5 stars for sure

I totally expected an average meal. Stayed nearby on the way home (in another state). This was the closest place to us. Wow! It was fantastic. Our server(can't remember name but she has a bachelor's degree and only works Friday-Sunday) was efficient and knowledgeable. The food was really good. We had apps and dessert to go with the main dishes. I would highly recommend going here.

Really great place with a fun atmosphere. Service was fast and super friendly. Server Logan did a great job! We had the BBQ nachos and fish fry and really enjoyed both. When we're back in this area we'll definitely eat here again!

We come here a few times a summer (we have a seasonal camp nearby) my husband always gets the fish fry, he swears it’s the best around!! I try something different each time, haven’t found anything that I “crave” or want to come back for. Chicken cordon bleu has been the best thing I have tried so far. Beer is always cold, that’s important!!

A very casual place. Lots of families. The staff was fabulous! Right on top of things and so friendly. This was our first time dining here. The prime rib was recommended to us by a friend. It was great! So glad we came. Will be back most definitely. Thanks!

Ordered some takeout, none of the food was very good and some of it was terrible. Ordered a burger rare, and it came out like charcoal on the outside (photos are of the “rare” burger). We ordered a pasta with chicken, and there was very little chicken that was hard and dry. The only decent thing was the fries that came with the burger. Would suggest you go here only for drinks as the food was severely lacking for the area.
