However i just wanted to mention that i never saw such a smiley and great team like that. There were 2 lady who helped us . They were super friendly and helpful. Came to stop at this dunkin on our way back home from vacation in NY and the barista was super sweet and considerate as well as the drinks at this location were made amazingly! Other dunkin locations have super watered down coffees and drinks but my family’s drinks were creamy and delicious. Thanks!!

Customers losing patients when knowing full well this Dunkin’ is short staffed is beyond ridiculous. You live in the most privileged place in the world and you’re going to harass these hard working folks— who are trying to feed their families— because you’re a full grown adult acting like a child when told to go through the drive-thru??? Hope you feel good writing that letter of complaint, I bet you feel like a real man harassing those coworkers.
The staff here are awesome! I used to work in the area and would be in there every morning. The women there were awesome! Super friendly and outgoing. Great senses of humor too. They always made my morning better when I went there. There was one unpleasant incident when one of the staff got really nasty about tipping, and embarrassed me in front of a bunch of customers, but everyone else working there were very apologetic and told me that he (the staff) had done the before to other customers and it was an issue they had to resolve. But other than that one incident, I have always had a great experience here.

Food was good but I can tell the workers are having a bad day
Coffee with shot of expresso should taste stronger. Bagel was tasty . Wish they would get glazed stick. In person service not as quick as i would have expected. I think because the drive thru was very busy.

It's dunkin doughnuts, most of staff friendly others not so much
What else can I say food exactly as requested, service fast and accurate, atmosphere filled with happiness. Lots of people already go and I'm sure it'll continue.
Yesterday I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and paid for it and received a plain bagel. Today I asked for no whipped cream or drizzle on something and it was printed on the receipt I asked although my order was not correct.
If you have somewhere to be, they will make you late.
I dont like leaving negative reviews unless warranted, but every time I go here I ask for bacon avocado toast and every time without fail it's just subpar. The bread is barely warmed, you can hardly call it toast, and half the time my bacon is forgotten or is put on in a tiny pinch in the upper left corner. This is usually fine if it's one or the other but today I got no bacon and my bread was barely warmed... I get working in fast food sucks but I just feel disappointed each time I try to get a decent Bacon Avocado toast. I don't think any specific person should be reprimanded, this has been different people at different times over the course of a year or so. It's just disappointing :/
Before I get into the good or bad, let me say that if I stop some place to use their public restroom, I also buy something even something small. That said, I also appreciate it when places offer a restroom. Up until recently this Dunkin' Donuts did offer one. So there was a day that I needed to get fuel for my jeep. And ladies, (and some gentlemen, should this apply to you) sometimes you just really need (all the sudden) a restroom!! So, being a good customer, I waited until I had put the fuel in before going into use the restroom..... Then I find out that they no longer offer a public restroom! Yes, I was irritated with Dunkin' Donuts because they are the ones who made the decision to revoke the use of said restroom! 😒
The food is great. Some of the staff not so much watching them steal food and products from there. Seen drug deals out front with an employee and stealing tips and money from the register. Sad the things you know and see.. I hope things get resolved
I ordered 2 Avocado toast and it was 6.87 .way to much money for 2 slices of toast an Avocado. I make my own at home now and it cost about 2.15 to make 2 of them

Workers do not respect lactose intolerant people. I got a matcha latte and specifically asked for almond or oat milk. They said they were going to put almond milk in. I ended up spending the night sick. This is the second time this has happened at this Dunkin.
Used to be the best Dunkin around a couple years ago. Has been terrible as of late. If you want your order right, you’re better off using the app or just going to a different location altogether. They’re often out of things - inventory is not their strong suit. I’ve heard it all… out of ice, out of espresso, out of flavors - early in the mornings! Ordered a latte with pumpkin and whole milk, got a latte with caramel and oat milk. Sure. That’s the same. On the positive, most of the workers are friendly and quick. They are short staffed and I know that adds to the difficulties. It’s just frustrating for the customer when you pay for a product and get something completely different or are told they’re out of something you ordered and paid for on the app.
Stopped by on my way to work, left early specifically so I had enough time to make it to work. Ordered a vanilla coolatta w/ whipped cream, 2 chicken roasted pepper wraps, hash browns, snackin' bacon and a classic doughnut. Pulled around and was handed a coolatta with no whipped cream, politely asked them to put some on which they did. Then was handed the wrong order and when I expressed it was the wrong order, I was then served a attitude (which I also did not order.) I handed them the food back and was told to pull around and come inside, when inside they started asking me if I was going to keep the food I was given and then accused me of having the wrong order still inside my car even though I had just given them it moments ago. Then some other employee rudely told me that they had my correct order the entire time? I left and was now not only late for work but without a doughnut :(

No restroom Place is a dump as well

They always get my order wrong no matter how ridiculously simple it is, they’re rude and have no understanding of what customer service is, they talk to you like you’re an inconvenience to them, they always take an unreasonably long time and when they have to fix their mistake, they treat you like it was your fault. Very unprofessional, I’m more than happy to drive to Albany for coffee instead of waste my time on these morons.

Ordered breakfast sandwich with hash browns and coffee. Noticed that i did not get the hashbrowns in the bag after i was at work. The next morning i told them about it and was told sorry there is nothing we can do. It is ok to miss something like this but to not even offer to make it right is wrong. This is the slowest Dunkin you could possibly go to. They have no customer service, there’s times you’ll be at the speaker for for + mins and there’s no acknowledgment, and you can’t leave because of the way there drive thru is, your trapped and get stuck waiting wether you want to or not. Absolutely worst Dunkin by far that you will ever go to, orders take forever, and Owen is Extreamly rude to people, don’t expect to contact them and hear back from there head hancho Lucy or whatever her name is, she could care about the place as much as the staff. Rude, slow, and zero customer service

Nobody has ANY customer service skills here. They don’t get orders right. They seem to be out of whatever you’re asking for on any particular day. Even if it is mid-morning. When you go through the drive-thru, they ignore you. You might wait 5 minutes before someone takes your money. They don’t greet you, they don’t say “have a nice day”. They don’t address you at all. Will never visit this place again. Absolutely appalling.
Rude, obnoxious and apparently under staffed. Walk in to see what flavor doughnuts they have to be asked if I have a car,I respond with yes it's how I got here,was then told to go back to my car and go through the drive thru because they were under staffed. Not only did I not buy doughnuts this morning,but will never buy doughnuts in this Dunkin again. People seem to forget that a store is only as good as it's employees. Never again!!!
Out of the two years I have been going to this location, only 1 employee has ever been friendly. She is older. No one else will say “thank you” or “have a nice day”. They just open the window, take your money and shut the window on you. If you make a special request, like no cheese, they have mocked and talked about the customer right in front of them. The girls who work here are rude and unprofessional. Where’s management that allows this behavior to happen over and over again?
I would not recommend anyone to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts. The customer service is horrible. There was a point in time where I was ordering large cappuccino’s but my cup was only filled up about half of the way and multiple times I brought it to their attention I was told that I was ordering my drink wrong and that I should’ve been ordering a latte and not a cappuccino. I know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino and regardless of which drink you order if you pay for a large you should receive a large. I later found out that their espresso machine had been broken for months which was the cause of the drinks not coming out correctly. Most recently I was mocked for not wanting cheese on my sandwich the person who did so forgot to turn the drive through speaker off beforehand so I heard her. When I asked her about it I received no response no apology no nothing. Times that I have been inside the store pre-Covid I have stood there being ignored while only drive-through orders were handled and there have been multiple times that I stood inside being ignored while the employees were engaging on personal phone calls and even FaceTime. there is no reason for customers to be treated this way and I have never seen a manager or anyone “ in charge“ in the store it seems that the employees are unhappy and their positions and take it out on the customers.
