This store opened a few weeks ago. It's practically around the corner from my home. It has a drive through making it convenient for drivers to get a coffee on he run. The store is fully stocked, clean and the staff is very friendly. Coffee is fresh and promptly made. I love the store. It could use some new pictures in this site. The storefront is of a past store
Literally there everyday. They know my order before I do. Service is great !
Excellent Customer Service. The person in front of us took a while in the drive through and they gave us our drink for free without hesitation. I was surprised and thanked them for their kindness.
Saturday, 6.26.2021: The girl at the drive through early this morning was super nice and so was the guy in training! They always get my order right and the location is convenient.
Good and quick very friendly and even got the reusable straws that they had today good store I usually go to Island Park which I love but uh this was a nice stop
Had to edit my review ... since my previous review on how drinks were shaken and shouldn't have been it seems like changes have been made! My drink is now perfect and i'm always greeted with a smile.
Excellent and outstanding customer service. Coffees and Fraps always made perfectly. Store is always well stocked and super clean. Drive thru can be busy, but you can order with your app, park on the road just to the side of the drive thru pickup and be on your way fast. One of the best Starbucks anywhere.
Drive thru is packed all the way to the street. Tables inside with plenty of space. Clean and generally good service.

I wish there were healthier options, both food and beverages. Beverages have high sugar content except for the teas. You can get a sugar free Vanilla latte, but that's about it. It would be great if there was a low sugar/no sugar added refresher, lattes and frapacinos that are sugar free, etc. For food, salads and options without bread, potatoes, etc would be great. Low carb, low fat options would be good. This location is always clean, service is fast, and Baristas are friendly.
It's Starbucks. It's a great place to sit and chat but tends to be very cold. It would be nice if there could be more private seating areas, however due to the set up, one long wall bench with about 5 tables and chairs on the opposite side of each table will have to due.
Always lovely service, the drive thru line does get extremely backed up sometimes but they continue to give great customer service throughout the rush.
This is my go to Starbucks in all of Nassau County. It's the best! Why? Raphael makes the atmosphere feel like home, it's very clean, trains his staff very well & greets his customers with a smile that is contagious. Plus he really takes the time to listen and has a very positive vibe- making me want to come back whenever I can. Even thought I want to keep this Starbucks to myself so I always have a seat when I go, I suggest you stop by this location and enjoy the cool vibes. Thanks Raphael & to your staff as well. ✌️🏝️☀️
Very well run location. Drive thru mainly. Have had the egg whites option many times , oatmeal with all the added options. I am a latte chick! With Oat milk, always on point, hot or iced!
These baristas are great! They are quick and efficient and always welcoming. Also, cold foam is always a good choice. The new chocolate cold foam is delicious!

Great Starbucks for the drive-through; inside can be slower, as drive-through customers seem to get priority. However, this location has ample seating and power outlets all along the banquette, so if you like to do work or just hang out in a coffee shop, this is a pretty good choice.
Fast service and good food. Problem comes down to the pricing and parking. Very expensive and the parking lot is very small and can possibly cause you to back up into the people exiting the drive through.
First time staff: very nice; good; friendly. Second time: staff ok; they saw me but took their time to acknowledge me; not like my first visit.
Drive thru is super convenient and busy. Would love a little more seating inside but always seem to get lucky and find a spot. Staff is awesome.
They do not always have what you ask for. The staff makes the coffee regardless. As I am driving away i am baffled. This is not what I asked for. They advertise things they do not have. I really like Starbucks. This one in closest to my house. I have to drive 3 miles out of the way to the " nicer" Starbucks. Please upgrade your manager. What I am complaining about had happened more than once. I am writing on here bc I am tired of the slackness. I should get what I paid and asked for. Not want you guys think I would not notice.

Employees should join Starbucks Workers United. Every time I go here, it looks like there is someone new. They're no longer friendly, and the relationship between the customer and employees is gone,. Corporate gotta be transferring employees around or something in an attempt to squash any kind of unionization effort.

They seem to put priority on drive through instead of walk in. Under staffed and messy. I was surprised as I heard so much about star bucks that it was so messy inside. Tables weren't wiped down, wrappers on floor. After a 15 min wait the drinks were good and the apple fritter was delicious. But not sure if I'd go again.
For ordered was good no complaints there but they have a ledge attached to the drive thru window. It has a tip jar which I have no problem with, everyone in the service industry should be tipped, but the ledge that the tip jar was on is filthy. I shouldn't have to reach over to get my food and have to come so close to this dirty disgusting metal ledge filled with dirt and junk. Not going back to this Starbucks again.
It’s been couple times getting a pink drink and they never have strawberries. I understand once or twice but it keeps happening. Pink drink is not the same without strawberries.
Depending on your barista the coffee is not always consistent. On this day my two orders were ok at best. But Starbucks is too addictive to pass up, although the new prices are giving me reason to invest in a Nespresso.

They dont get your order right and if they had a working monitor you would be able to tell them before they make your beverage. They should check with the other local drive thru and see how they are able to get it done right. Today was the last time I go to Oceanside Starbucks.
Came here in the afternoon on Oct 17th. The drive through line is always longer than just parking and coming inside, which is what I did. Pro Tip: The drive through line will take you literally twice as long as parking and going inside at this location. You can gauge it yourself by seeing which car is at the end of the line when you go inside, and where they are when you come back outside. It also helps that almost no one is inside due to COViD. Barista was friendly and order was accurate but they happened to have Simple Plan playing at maximum volume and nobody could hear the Barista. Combined with all customers and staff having to wear masks and there being plastic barriers everywhere due to COVID precautions, no one could hear anything. The only way to figure out which drink went to which customer was to check the label printed on the side. The barista apologized that there was nothing she could do about the audio level (which I believe), but it's obvious someone else there wanted the music that loud (probably the shift manager, if the barista couldn't turn it down.) No other Starbucks has this problem. I will say that this was the only time I've had this issue here, so maybe just an off day. Ordinarily this has been a great Starbucks and the orders are usually served quickly and accurately.
Unfortunately the standards that Starbucks coined their reputation on in no longer a priority to their business. This was evident at this location where requesting a lid for my cup of coffee, that I've just purchased, came with an attitude rather than an apology for not including one from the time my cup of coffee was handed to me. It's time that consumers demand better for their money.
I usually love Starbucks but was not pleased with the employee at the drive-through. He was hardly paying attention to the customers. He was laughing about something with the other employees when I reached him, he fortot to give me a straw for my drink, and did not give me any napkins. I finally broke him up in his fun and told him to give me a straw and napkin. He gave it to me and continued with their jokes.
I am a Starbucks Gold member myself, and I must say that this is the worst Starbucks I've been to in the entire country. 9 times out of 10 they never have what you want. They even run out of ice coffee. I go in, they have no paninis. I want a refresher they have no strawberries - but when I ask for the manager, they miraculously found a new box. Seems like they didn't want to go in the back to find it. As far as customer service, they get an F. I truly believe the only reason they are still in business is because they have a drive through and folks are to lazy to get out of the car. This store is truly a disgrace to the franchise. Management needs a real overhaul. Go to the new one on Sunrise Hwy instead.
Came here to get Holiday cups that came with drinks. The cashier went to go give them to us but the manager stopped her. Manager didn't want to give us holiday cups. She was rude and condescending. Mind you, I'm an avid Starbucks drinker and shareholder. I will not tolerate that.
The store was clean and I redeemed my birthday strawberry frappuccino at the store. I needed to use the bathroom and the female supervisor said that they let no one use the rest room. They are are very busy store with a small parking lot heavily trafficked with walk in service being brisk as well. I am an elderly gentleman using a cane and was forced to cross Long Beach Road which is essentially a six lane highway to us a BP gas stations restroom. Despite covid 19 concerns this is a practice I have found occurring in NYC too (manhattan midtown sometimes) when employees don't want to have to clean the restrooms except for mandatory checks ordered by corporate or their managers/owners. I have given them a 1(one) star because they made the Frapp well. I informed the manager again I needed to use the restroom and added that sometimes I receive surveys from corporate and would advise corporate of this SITUATION IN EITHER EVENT. She turned and just walked away from me. I had also asked for a spoon to eat the whipped cream with which was ignored and one of the other serververs gave it to me. I gave my wife the frapp and ran across the highway to the BP using their bathroom!
By far the worst Starbucks in long island!! I am not sure where these happy comments coming from? I placed my order through the Mobile App , the reason people utilize the mobile app so they can modify their drink and do not have to wait online they just grab and go. I was told to wait online even though I order it through the mobile? Mind you there were 5 people in front of me. I was late to my work and after I got to my vehicle the green matcha tea tasted nothing like green matcha tea. You should have one person calling names for the mobile order just like every other Starbucks does. DON’T PLAY the COVID virus card either because the store was dirty, you don’t need 4 people working on the drive through, you should clean the store and take care of the people who ordered online.
Used the Drive thru service found funny how my tall vanilla chai latte was $4.39 and the cashier gave me back $20.71 change and no vanilla chai. Of course I waited for him to notice and when I asked where my order was, only then he realized he over paid me, gave me back the correct change and had to ask my order again for me to get it (serious ly?) Then gave me my coffee and didn't even say sorry. Awkward
They jacked my order, not once, but TWICE (in the drivethru no less)!! And didn't seem to care whatsoever. Not typical of Starbucks, which is what's upsetting.
Omg horrible experience. Only one person in the front making drinks and making sandwiches. While all the other workers are watching or standing around. Waited 27 mins for a mocha latte. No customer service skills at all. Thanks to the girl that helped me, I thing her name was laura, or Linda.
We order here every single day and they always messed up our orders! They dont know how to make it right honestly. Caramel macchiato always tastes like milk with no coffee at all. Staff are rude! The menu by the drive thru has no lights. Update: after 9 months, they still messed up my order. A simple caramel macchiato with extra caramel cant make it right. Why i keep coming here? Because it’s close to my office.
It's amazing that every time I go to this Starbucks or a family member or friend goes they mess up the order. Drive through always confirms what you say and still makes it wrong or gives you the wrong size. And some of the staff are extremely snippy. I order pretty basic drinks and most of the time I order them exactly the way they are on the menu but they never come out the same way either.
Been here many many times and coffee is often burnt, they never fill the order correctly when you're in the drive through, you ALWAYS HAVE TO CHECK before you drive away, gone there a couple of times in the morning when they were out of cold brew in addition to some other type of roast. It's a waste of time - go to the other Starbucks in the Sands strip mall 3 minutes down the road, they are immensely better.
I love Starbucks. Been a gold member for as long as it has been a program. And this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Always get your order wrong. Always give your order away to drive thru patrons and when they screw up they never say they're sorry. Never make eye contact or say thank you. It's like you're bothering them by coming in for coffee. They have one good employee. A tall African American guy who pays attention, is personable and stays on top of the orders so when you're standing there too long because they screwed your order up, he gets it done. But the rest of the staff is pretty worthless.
Never in my life have I seen such a dysfunctional and poorly managed establishment. It doesn’t matter if you come during a peak rush or during off hours you will wait 3 to 5 times as long as any other Starbucks the drive-through does not move after placing your order by the time you make it to the window 15 minutes later, the barista has absolutely no clue who you are or what you ordered When they give you the wrong order and then you have to fight your way back through the 2 x 4 parking lot to make it back in and tell the staff the order was wrong instead of an apology you were met with an eye roll and attitude, a Huff and the puff as if. You are dealing with a class of kindergartners. I am currently on my 15th minute of waiting in a line that started out on Long Beach Rd. and I am still not till the order window. I cannot possibly fathom how slow this place operates. My wife has hit most Starbucks along the East Coast many in slower states such as South Carolina, where we still manage to get her order faster. This is absolutely ridiculous. Corporate oversight is definitely needed at this establishment. By this point, I’m sure my wife’s coffee will be cold by the time I get it at the window so here’s to wasting 20-30 minutes of my life and more money than coffee is worth. DO BETTER GUYS! you are currently the laughingstock of Oceanside with people going twice the distance to Starbucks out of town and still managing to get their order faster.

But the last two visits were completely off, to the point where the drinks didn’t match what I ordered at all. For the first drink, I asked to have the cup lined w Mocha sauce, but it was missing. For the second one, I clearly ordered no water, yet water was still added. The drink ended up being extremely diluted and had almost no flavor. Spending over $8 on a drink like this is simply UNACCEPTABLE. If this were my first time ordering these drinks, I might have blamed Starbucks in general. But I’ve ordered the exact same items many times before, so this is 100% on this location. I’ve been a regular customer here, cause my work place is nearby, but I WONT BE COMING BACK AGAIN. If you’re thinking of stopping by, I’d honestly recommend you going the other locations.

As I pulled up to the menu board to place my order I noticed lots of trash had been thrown out the back door. In addition they left bags of soiled linens stored directly beneath the menu board. I pointed my phone at the mess to take a few pictures and the woman taking my order asked "what are you taking a picture of?" I thought to myself none of your business but I told her about the trash and linens I was taking pictures of. She said OH. Not only was the exterior of this store dirty but the order taker decided to take it to the next level and made it awkward. I frequent this area for work and will not be returning to the location. (I often spend $20+ on drinks for coworkers in a single visit)

Ordered a bagel toasted and they just threw it in the oven without cutting it open. So I asked can you cut it open and re-toaste it, and she replied by saying we don't have a knife to cut it open. Horrible answer instead of finding a solution.
I waited 20 minutes for a takeout order, only to be told they didn't have the milk I had ordered. Out of time, I asked for a cancellation due to the wait, which I had to do only through their manager and a new line that would take me another 10 minutes. 40 minutes to leave without the product and without my money!
This place SUCKS these people couldn’t make a coffee right if their life depended on it. Everyone we go we order the simplest stuff and they give it to us not tasting how we asked but instead like water or just a cup of creamer and barely any coffee never again will we come here we’ve given them so many chances and at different times a day and it’s always the same outcome! Not to mention not a single person was in drive through and for the simplest iced coffee with creamer and 4 pumps of cinnamon dulce and a caramel ribbon frappes it took almost 10 min iced coffee was legit ALL CREAMER and my daughter got a COOKIE FRAPP THAT TASTES LIKE WATER. At this point we asked for a refund because it’s always the same nonsense that we go spend 11 to 15$ to throw them away we had enough and requested a refund girl working drive through seemed annoyed and told us if we want to go around and requested order they can make all I said was no thanks refund please why should I have to go around now to a line and wait even longer AGAIN! No thanks and my dumb self was the one apologizing to her not a it’s okay or a no we’re sorry too for not getting the drinks correct. Smh never again!

While at the counter today giving my order, the register went down while my credit card was being processed for payment. The cashier found it amusing, while she was laughing I asked what was so funny, she then said the register is down so we can't process your order you can "redo" the order on the app. Excuse me? Very unprofessional. Starbucks always had superior service and an amazing product, this franchise has changed greatly and is no longer considered high quality with great service. 👎
