I prefer to talk to a live person when placing my pick up order. The young man at Fresh Brothers was wonderful and patient!! Order was correct and food was excellent. This was a fundraiser for Towers Elementary and our family will definitely be back. Thanks for supporting our community!!

Sometime things happen;) We ordered 3 med pizzas from FB as we do 2X month as the food is GREAT however, the delivery service never delivered the pizza for whatever reason. I called and spoke with one of the managers and I was HOT , Sophia WAS AMAAAZING , She took care of the issue fully & made me feel she understood & cared and as a result kept us as happy customers. She is a professional & and asset to FB! I wish more organization had people like her around.. Thank you Sophia!!

Sometime things happen;) We ordered 3 med pizzas from FB as we do 2X month as the food is GREAT however, the delivery service never delivered the pizza for whatever reason. I called and spoke with one of the managers and I was HOT , Sophia WAS AMAAAZING , She took care of the issue fully & made me feel she understood & cared and as a result kept us as happy customers. She is a professional & and asset to FB! I wish more organization had people like her around.. Thank you Sophia!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the quick service we received. The garlic knots are super buttery and delicious and we really liked the unique Char-Cotta pizza. This is a great spot for some above average take out pizza!

The concierge at our hotel recommended this place for pizza and we’re so glad we tried it. The Charcotta pizza was amazing and we’d never had anything like it. The ricotta turns into cheesy bubbles when it’s baked. The garlic knots were super yummy and the cesar salad was fresh. Not really a dine in type place but they do have a little indoor seating. It’s so close to the beach you could get your pizza and eat there. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are close to any of their locations. Sorry I forgot to take photos before it was too late but just trust me. One extra large pizza, Cesar salad, garlic knots and an order of wings fed 4 adults and two kids with leftovers. So good!

The pizza is very good. They have unique toppings like charred pepperoni and green olives which is great. Any place with green olives is awesome. However sometimes the consistency of the pizza quality and the service can be hit and miss not consistent. The Redondo Beach location has a strange smell to it. They claim to have fixed it but who knows what that was. The mobile app also has problems sending the wrong topping orders. Not sure if they ever fix that either. I had two different orders that were messed up because of this. I deal with the negatives because the pizza is very good.

Got the Detroit style pizza. Okay here's the good news It was a really good pizza. The bad news is this is not a Detroit pizza. It's square that's about the only resemblance. But a darn good pizza nonetheless. I would not hesitate to order it again but I would not expect it to taste anything like Detroit. Great staff nice pizza just know what you're getting

We always order take out there and sometimes eat there. Never had any issues until last Sunday. When I get there the lady ask my name and just gave me the food without even charging $74 worth of pizza and wings. I I told I didn’t pay yet so she charged me. We ordered large bbq pizza, wings 6 pieces and large margaritas pizza with pineapple but they didn’t put any pineapple at all. When I came home and saw there was no pineapple Called them Sophia answered and she said when order next time just tell them I talked to Sophia they will take care this issue. I hope they will remember it. Used to was good food and service but day by day it’s getting bad.

Chicken bones on the floor, dirty bathroom, dirty tables. The worst part is their soda machine is broken (rags everywhere containing leaks) and hasn’t been cleaned in ages… it made me sick both times I went there. You should go to the manhattan beach location instead, much cleaner.

It takes him 3 minutes to bag a salad after he said my order would be ready in 3 minutes and I left and came back. Instead of using the counter, he puts the bag on the floor! I ask the front counter girl about the pizza. She checks, comes back, and starts working without following up. I ask again and she says 15 minutes. People still pay $$$ for bad service? Why order pickup if they are constantly 30 minutes later than their estimated time? Multiple DoorDash and GrubHub drivers are standing around the store waiting. It's ridiculous.

The mushroom pizza was delivered with completely raw dough — totally uncooked. The dough is white and stretchy, as if it was fried for only two minutes.

SO SAD! I used to live in Hermosa 5 years ago and Fresh Brothers was THE BEST PIZZA but now it is SO BAD! Probably the worst I have ever had. I got 2 pizzas one was so under cooked it was soggy and the other tasted like a frozen pizza quality.. sorry Fresh Brothers but I won’t be ordering you ever again 😫
