The Burger King in Ribadeo boasts excellent access, located in the industrial park, with its own parking and drive-thru. However, this isn't the best thing about this establishment, as the restaurant itself has a very pleasant atmosphere. It's very clean (you'll constantly see the employees cleaning and organizing the dining area). The restrooms are also spotless. Of course, the food is served perfectly and quickly, and the menu is spectacular. It's not just about a simple burger and fries; you have a wide variety of high-quality dishes to choose from. In short, the Burger King in Ribadeo is a very attractive option when looking for a place to go out to vote or have dinner, thanks to its ambiance, the quality of its food, and the attentive service.

We were alone in the restaurant at 7 pm; after paying almost €30 for two large meals, the fries were reheated (made that morning or the day before, I don't know…); the beef burger, even with double cheese, was drier and tougher than a shoe sole. The chicken in the other burger was way overcooked…!! We frequent this place, but today was the worst day ever!

There is no paper in the order machine, and there is no toilet paper in either stall. Bathrooms dirty. The order screen is not working. It's much dirtier than is typical in a Burger King. Corporate should get on this manager. Not good.

It seems someone thought it was funny to put a long chicken burger in my order instead of a long veggie burger... in the veggie burger wrapper, of course. 👌 I waited for over an hour and fifteen minutes, only to get a chicken burger instead of the veggie one I ordered. I'm not amused at all. It's no wonder there are so many negative reviews about this place... This is the first time this has ever happened to me with a Burger King order, both because of the wait time and the mix-up with the products. I'm definitely not coming back.

Today, November 17, 2025, I placed a delivery order. It took an hour and a half to arrive, and even then, a King Fusion ice cream was missing. Terrible service, truly terrible. I will never order delivery again; there's always some problem. This isn't the first time they've sent my order without the ice cream. Last time, I had to request a refund from the bank, and on other occasions, the ice cream arrived spilled in the bag without a lid. When I complained, they sent me another one, but I'm fed up. I will never order delivery again. The service is awful, the worst.

I ordered a takeaway meal, since I live 20km away. The girl who served me was very friendly, she even apologized for the delay, and I told her it was no problem. I got home, opened the bag—they didn't even give it to me in the takeaway bag I'd already paid for (€0.10)—and took everything out. When I went to open my Double CBK burger, it had no lettuce, no bacon, just a squirt of mayonnaise and four tiny pieces of crispy onion... Awful.

BIG King came with small burger patties. Same as child’s cheese burger. Is not a BIG King!! Manager refused to talk to me. Instead sent member of staff, wearing dirty outdoor trousers. Was cold in eating area as both exterior doors propped open letting cold air in. This place will close soon if they continue to act this way.

It's called fast food... Not slow food!ok, BK makes everything fresh, but 45 minutes waiting for the order of 5 people is too long, even for BK! The chicken sandwich didn't have only one small tiny piece of lettuce and my whopper was cold like a dead person's hand!
