They sell regular & vegan pizza 🍕 😎😎😎 Nice place to eat
I’ve been meaning to try this place after following them on IG for a while, and finally stopped in last night for a couple of vegan slices. I had the vegan Sicilian grandma and my partner had the regular Sicilian. The crust was phenomenal—super crispy on the outside and so light and airy inside! Absolutely delicious, whether you’re vegan or not. The vegan cheese was really good, too, and I’ve tried MANY. It had a nice, neutral flavor, and great consistency (not that stick to your teeth kind). I have thought about this slice no less than 10 times since eating it last night and can’t wait to come in soon to pick up a whole pie!! I also wanted to try the vegan vodka slice they had, but will definitely grab that next time! On a random Wednesday night, they had at least 5 different vegan slices to choose from, as well as vegan pepperoni pinwheels and rolls! Great spot, can’t wait to return!!
I order the family pack #1 i was able to dine it with it tye service was great the staff was very nice attentive. I have found my new weekend place to eat the pizza is 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend
My favorite neighborhood pizza spot! Friendly staff, delicious slices, and love that they even have vegan options for my vegan friends! Their sauce is 🤌 so I especially love their sauce-forward slices like their grandma, vodka, margherita.
Without a doubt one of the best vegan slices I’ve ever had and I used to work at an all vegan pizzeria. The crust was crunchy but not tough, the cheese was cooked to the right consistency. Amazing. The vegan sausage roll was good to but the slice stole the show. I didn’t get his name but the guy working was so kind. I’ll definitely be going back asap.
Queens Vegans rejoice!! Are you tired of driving to Brooklyn for good vegan pizza? Because I know I am. Finally a Pizzeria in Queens that make some delicious pizza. It’s not super oily, can’t stand when you fold a slice and see oil just flooding to the middle of the slice. Vegan cheese is great, the sauce is amazing! It taste like a NY pizza slice. Their pepperoni roll is delicious! There chicken roll is delicious! Both me and my wife love it and we have tried many places. The only negative is that they didn’t give me a marinara on the side with these meals, so don’t forget to ask for marinara sauce to go with you rolls. I’m a return customer for sure. Thank you guys for making the investment to make vegan pizza.
Tried it today for the first time and it was so good!!!! Between my family and I we tried 4 different slices and they were all delicious! The bacon one was definitely my fave followed by the Sicilian, but over all, they’re all great! I highly recommend this place! Also, staff is very friendly :)
I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this places deserves a million and one stars. We had never been to San Remo’s before and were very excited to place an order for their vegan items. The gentlemen who answered the phone had immaculate customer service and happily read all of the vegan options to us one by one. We ordered the vegan family pack, that comes with a large pizza, sub, lasagnas, bread loaf, two salad, and a two liter soda; all for $50, which is a great deal since most vegan pizzas cost $50 alone. After we ordered for delivery, there was a discrepancy with distance, but the owner himself took care of it and actually hand delivered our pizza faster than any Uber eats order we’ve ever placed! Plus the food was delicious. This place is genuinely hidden find, especially for vegans/vegetarians. I’d like to thank San Remo again for their professionalism and dedication to their customers. Would highly recommend!
Came here after confirming with the staff that their gluten-free pizza dough is indeed vegan, because it’s often the case that gluten-free pizza dough isn’t vegan. The gluten-free dough only comes in 10” personal pie size, but it was fine as I took the leftovers home. I got it with vegan cheese, vegan sausage, spinach, and mushrooms. It was pretty enjoyable - the crust was thin but got a little on the tough side once it got slightly cooler, but still very enjoyable. I might add onions next time or maybe just garlic and salt as it was just missing a little something. I like that they have many vegan meats options for their pizzas and pastas so you don’t feel like you’d be stuck with only one or two options. Boyfriend and his brother got regular cheese slices and enjoyed them well enough that they got another slice to split between them. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you might need whether you’re eating there or taking out. Nothing fancy inside - just a handful of tables and chairs and a TV that had some sports on at the time. But it was clean and comfortable enough to eat our pizza there.
I ordered chicken fingers which were 9 dollars. They have me a chopped up soggy frozen nasty cutlet. The photo speaks for itself. Not sure what kind of establishment this is serving up garbage food and having a 4.4/5 on reviews. Their pizza is mediocre and overpriced as well. Far better options for food across the street.
Honestly a shame to put a 1 star review for this place . I grew up eating pizza here as a kid with my dad when I used to live here and recently came over for Halloween and decided to order some pizza . Unfortunately the pizza was oily and barely had any taste , ruined the whole night with the family .. I wish I could get my money back
I feel it’s expensive for vegan pizza. On the window they advertise 2 reg slices and free can of soda for 7 dollars , I ordered just that and was charged 10 dollars because I’m vegan. When the special doesn’t specify vegan or non vegan. I don’t feel that right and I won’t be going back to place anymore
