Short staffed cos of covid, so wait wad more than usual. But the 2 folks where nice and as timely as they could have been.

Today January 7th 2017 I paid this BK a visit at 7:40pm. I walked in and my service was beyond exceptional. The cashier was very pleasant. Both men and women. They showed care and concern. The restaurant was clean and well maintain. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to any visitor. I'm from Manhattan NYC, Chelsea and I will be back with my friends and family. Keep up the great work Burger King @ Nostrand Ave & Fulton Brooklyn NY 11251. Fodd was Excellent. "Tasty."

Surprisingly very good late night service. Fast, friendly, and efficient. The cook, Connie, was so friendly and treated us to some of the freshest food I feel I’ve ever gotten from a Burger King.

Staff is a little slow but they are nice so it compensates for it. Its Burger King so pretty standard for the price.

This Burger King on Fulton Street and Nostrand Ave have Fresh Hot Food. Their is a Line but always move Fast. Check to see if they Have Dipping Sauce for your Chicken Nuggets

Service is good but can be slow when they are busy. Place is kept very clean and the food is consistent with what is expected from Burger King.

As far as BurgerKings go this is a great one. Quick service, convenient location, always let people use the bathroom. Finally, in about 20 orders over the course of a year they have never gotten anything wrong, somethung that cannot be said at most BKs.

Nicely priced special offers, speedy and tasty. 1 star off because although I placed my order via BK app, the store didn't have 1 item in stock that my girlfriend really wanted...was substituted.

Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, and boy were they good! It's a bit small, but the food was prepared well besides how haphazardly they go about lettuce prep.

Customer service was very good, the cashier was nice and greeted me. She took my order and all was in good timing. No complaints here. 👌

They had a security Guard here the day i came. It was pretty full and clean. Wait time to order and receive food was decent though the girl at the register seem to have a attitude . The food was hot and fish sandwich was made neatly :)

Do not stop here if you're in a hurry. Staff is slow and only half of them work at a good pace. Avoid going around early evenings it seems to always be slow, while staff are conversing about personal business.

This burger king is usually not slow but today very slow uber eats are first to be taken care of but that was too long for me to even order my food.3 stars today..should be more then one cashier..

This location is not the cleanest one but it is fast and they do not ruin your order, ask about any specials or discounts because most of the times they forget to mention them.

Staff was polite and took the order as any fast food staff would. The burgers on the other hand fell way short of BK standard.

Service was decent, food seem fresh and the folks got my order done correctly. The bathroom could use some upkeep.

The staff was nice.. Nobody sleeping in the chairs..its just so small and it's a 15 min. Wait..most of the time.

Service is fast, food tastes like the pictures lol. Staff can be friendly, and they keep the place pretty clean. Seriously, I have a Whopper addiction and I only come in once a week to indulge.

It's nicer since it was renovated,moved and changed ownership. .however when I was hit and pregnant in the summer the mananger told me I had to pay $1 for a cup of water. I have never had to pay for a cup of water at any fast food restaurant.

Nothing really bad to say; the food is fine, the service is fine, the place is always tidy. The only thing to complain about is the narrow space and having only two registers. Lots of sales though, check in often.

I've been coming to this location for years. This time, the double whopper was better than I've had at other Burger King locations, and the option to substitute mozzarella fries in place of ordinary fries is nice. But the store is filthy anytime I eat here, the tables are always unclean and the trash cans overflowing with garbage, but I can't really blame the staff because the local patrons are consistently doing this. There's also vagrants always coming in and sitting without ordering anything. Sometimes the sitting booths are chained closed so no one can sit in them.

Not the greatest burger king, part of the dinning area was taped off for what appeared to be two broken tables, the bathroom was not maintained, and the overall place was bit of an eyesore. Get you food and go. Service was fine, and food was ok.

I went there to order the meat free “impossible whopper” The burger tasted good - just like a whopper - but at extra price! The line was not long but there was a backlog (I think they prepare for Uber eats and people can order online so they are seen to first). With just 2 people in front of me it took 20 minutes to order - so I suggest you order online in advance and come in to pick up And I wouldn’t eat inside but take it home

The cashier had lots of attitude and my. Food wasn't prepared correctly when I politely asked for the mistake to be corrected I was spoken to with disgust and disrespect

Please never be that hungry to eat at this Burger King, I waited 20 minutes for 2 orders of chicken nuggets. The employee's are mad and have an attitude always. The entire place is filthy, the service is better in the morning but still do not go there to eat.

This location suffers from always being understaffed. Takes on average 10 minutes to get your food. On occasion you'll get the shift that includes a clown behind the counter with terrible customer service skills but it is what it is.

The service was ok but the food was not, the chicken fries were horrible, that is definitely not chicken! The french fries are good only if they are hot... I'll stay out of Buger King, it's just not worth the added pounds!!!!

If this location was measured by the excellence of the amazing staff, this could've been one of the best Burger King locations. But sadly this place, probably because of it being close to the Nostrand stop and it's poor layout, it for the most part suffers from being overrun with annoyingly loud and rude customers, some who seem to only come here to use the bathroom (bathrooms that are located right beside the order line and counter). That said... I come here on off times for the impossible whopper mostly and I enjoy the impossibly nice staff. They deserve this spot to be a winning location. Hope it will be one day.

So I ordered an Eggnormous burrito meal with French toast sticks and the tiniest orange juice in the universe in a carton (10oz is all they have... No fountain like McDs) Wednesday, April 25th at 7:54am. I didn't recieve my order until 8:15am. 21 minutes later. Not sure who is to blame for that. Just happy I wasn't in a rush like the two customers in front of me. one was able to go to dunkin donuts next door and get a large iced coffee drink and make it back with time to spare. the other claimed he too had been waiting 20 mins for his food or a manager for a refund, who never emerged from the back, stormed out of the place nearly breaking the door... Startling the gang of elderly people sitting near the entrance. There were two employees at the register; female was training the male to take orders and the there were two men preparing food in the back. Still no manager in sight to help expedite the line nor did the two men in the back offer any assistance. Food was good though. This location is very small and narrow with a decent amount of seats. Bathrooms, when operational, are only available to paying customers. And then there's this booth that has been cordoned of with caution tape for quite some time I'm sure. Very unattractive. The place often smells of homeless and dirty bathrooms and the tables are usually in disarray but are fairly clean for the most part as far as I can tell.

I went there to order and one person was taking orders then she used the same gloves to file fries in the package. That’s nasty how you can use a dirty gloves to touch people’s food.

This place reeks of urine it literally smells like a bathroom when you walk in. The food wasn’t ready because everyone behind the counter was so clueless all the tables were dirty & the ones that were clean were occupied by bums that should not have been there; they were sleeping in the booths. The worst Burger King I've ever been to. Not only did they take a long time to service me, but when the young lady finally got around to me she wouldn't take my $5 E-card. I have been to several other BK's & they all took my gift card with no problem. She was on the phone with her general manager & he told her not to take it. Worst BK ever!

The staff and the service was excellent! Unfortunately the quality of the food was horrible... I'm never eating Burger King again.. Their fries are always either overcooked and cold or hard... The burgers are almost never hot.. everything's about their food sucks.. enough with the gimics already, We want quality burgers.. Especially from a joint called "Burger King"! OMG. Granted it was only 3 people working there, but it was the slowest. There was only 2 people in front of me. I was there waiting for about 45 minutes and the food was cold. The worst experience ever. On 12/30/2015, 6:25pm I had the misfortune of visiting the restaurant. Neither of the 2 registers was manned because apparently the clerks are servers as well. I finally got tired of waiting to be acknowledged and summoned one of the clerks over. I suggested to her that maybe the floor manager can assist with dispensing food to the customer who already ordered while the register clerk got back to doing her job of taking orders The clerk claims that "she" was the manager and asked me for my order , with an attitude. I ordered the sandwich and was promptly cut off before I could order anything else. I informed the clerk (manager) I had waited patiently so please to let me finish before interrupting. The clerk /manager left the register in a huff and motioned one of the other workers to finish taking my order. This was most unprofessional so I asked the clerk/manager for her name. She refused to give it to me.The other clerk who had returned to man her register declined to give me the name of the the clerk/manager as well. I took a picture of the general register area with my phone since they were refusing to give any info and I didn't want to escalate the issue on site; at which point the second clerk threatened to break my phone if I didn't delete the picture.I told to feel free to try. Anyway I left w/o my knosh and will not be visiting that store ever again. BTW neither of the workers were wearing name-tags. I used to work at McD as a youth and I don't remember name-tags being optional.

I step out and whent to MC DONALDS, came back and she said "YOUR FOOD BEEN READY" I said ok but i just waht a refund.... Sad part is i made a report to the coporate office and no one has had the desency to reach outvto me to at least give me my $6.00 back. TMC. One of the slowest burger king ever. Those guys were moving like they didnt sleep an entire week, and i was the only custumer waiting for the order, the rest like 10 ppl were waiting by the cashier, who wasnt even there. Also the burger meat wasn't freshly grilled, it was pre-grilled, and tossed in a tray, and reheated when they need it. Saw how the guy took a cold tray of grilled meat, put it in a oven and after i got it in my burger.

Kicked my support animal out. No signs on door. My support animal is cleaner than your dirty restaurant. Rude staff, awful experience. Avoid this BK location. Others won’t discriminate.

Kiosk machine half the time doesn't work. They won't take order at front counter. Homeless is always hanging out there. Staff is rude and lazy. Atmosphere is dry and restaurant itself is unsanitary.

The woman working at this time with the glasses and tied up braids was working so hard and basically kept the buisness going as best as she could. She's great. BUT the dude she was working with was doing nearly nothing ..barely contributing and put out a sandwhich every 5 or so minutes--trully couldn't care less about speed or doing any bit of his job. If a manager sees this...watch the cameras bc he does NOT need to be Paid to spend his whole shift doing less than the minimum. Bc of him BK had a huge line for several simple orders. Terrible.

I bought fries and it was extremely salty. I don't know I'd the young girl was upset what was the situation was the fries was crying help. Some of the staff rude. They need to stop talking unless is something serious . Let's talk about the gloves they using don't know if they protecting their hands but surely not food and common sense will tell you if you touch money you have to change the gloves but they don't do that. Please be mindful of that cause that's how people get sick money have germs touching money and food don't mix. Hope yall change for the better.

The store was empty and still the staff forgot half my order to go. I only realized when I got one drink instead of two so when I checked the bag I was missing food. No apologies or anything either. Oh and when I was halfway home I realized I still missed a thing. Whoever is training them or running quality control needs to be retrained along the whole staff. Damn. Woman tried to tell me he was ahead of me when I had ordered 10 minutes before the man who didn’t pay. Extremely rude. Do people not learn manners in New York?? Get a grip and get rid of this location. When did it become okay to treat a customer poorly I don’t care where you’re from, basic manners are a necessity if you want to be taken seriously 😃

I've lived in this neighborhood for 17 years, and I've been coming to this Burger King when it was down on marcy and fulton when it was a drive-through, where TD Bank is now. Back then, the food and service were good. When they moved to the location to where it is now near the train station is when it got horrible. I've NEVER had a good experience here, and I keep giving them another chance, but after today, I'll never step foot into this location again. First off, the bathroom is ALWAYS out of order. Second, the people that work there hate working there, including the short older black woman with the glasses who's been working there forever. Horrible interactions with customers. Every single order that was placed today was wrong. Third, it takes 20 to 30 mins to get a simple order, and they never do them in order. 6 people got their order before I did, and I placed my order first, then they got an attitude when I inquired about my order. The kiosk situation isn't working there. They can't incorporate it accordingly with online or counter orders. This store needs to close and they should retrain the staff or hire a whole new one. One thing for sure I will never ever go into this location of Burger King again. Skip this spot and head down to McDonald's instead.

Horrible place horrible food horrible customer service, they stole $10 from me and refused to give it back or give me the food I ordered. Used the machine to order a burger, they didn't have the paddies to make it, they said they couldn't give me a refund because I used the machine ... They told me to call my bank and ask my bank to reverse the charges. My bank can't reverse the charges because they're pending. The BK employees refused to give me a cash refund from the cashier, but they offered to make my sandwich in an hour if I wait. Their indifference was palpable. I'm literally never eating at this location again, and I will highly suggest everyone else avoids this place. The employees have no investment in what they're selling or in their customers.

The worst service I have ever had. Ordered what i wanted and got shorted a crispy chicken. The counter person most have been on the rag, because when I asked for a sweet and sour sauce she yelled out " you didn't order nuggets". She said it was 27 cents and my buddy was online so I told him to order it for me and then she got mad a threw a package in to my bag. I should have stuck to WENDYS! better food better environment.

This BK used to be good, but something recently changed. Maybe the new management? I ordered just some medium fries and it took 15 minutes for the lady (no name tags were worn so I'll just describe her as the old black lady- perhaps she is the manager) who was packaging the orders to give them to me. The fries were just sitting there ready, it wasn't like they cooked fresh fries for me or anything. Sort it out! It's supposed to be fast food, the clue's in the name. It wasn't even that busy there, if you can't handle a couple of customers maybe hire some more staff.
