If I could give zero stars I would. They really need to hire better staff and not teenagers. They need to retrain their staff. Avoid this Dunkin. My drink literally tasted like water terrible. My order was a cold brew, 2 toasted almond shots, and almond milk. I will stick with Starbucks.

Nice place. Too bad the people have an attitude like they don’t want to be here. At least today on Sunday morning they did. No one acknowledged me as I came in or as I stood in line. Then when the female cashier approached she just stared at me lol I’ll stick to my regular location on Centerville. This one is horrible.

Dunkin Donuts has long been my favorite coffee but this location is the worse. Three out of four times there the coffee was terrible. Four out of four time the service was terrible!! This last time was it for me. No more. Coffee was so bad we had to dump them. Two medium coffees with cream were $6.90. A ridiculous price for cup hot brown water that was half cream. I only gave them another try because it’s the only location near my house and I really like Dunkin’ Donuts. The management needs to fix the place or shut down. The service is terrible. Unfriendly staff and extremely slow even when they are not busy. This was the case during my last visit. Only one other customer besides me was there. I should of known something was up by the fact that they were not busy at a peak time, 8 AM on a Friday morning. Management needs to take a look at the service and people skills that the staff at Chick-fil-A provides. No matter what, they are always friendly, outgoing, polite and act like they truly care about you and your business!

They never read order notes. Why give me an option to say no cheese if you are going to murder it with cheese every time? And on the chocolate icing donuts, there’s next to no chocolate icing. This is just a plain flavorless doughnut. Worst donut place around

We ordered through drive thru and when we went to eat our sandwiches the egg and bacon were extremely cold to the point where you could tell it just came out the fridge, not that it had been sitting out for a few minutes as the manager tried to argue. The cheese on one of them was not melted and cold as well. We called and told them the issue and politely asked if we could come in and get new ones since we only took 1 bite of each. While talking to the manager they hung up the phone on us mid conversation. Never experienced this kind of service from a restaurant or Dunkin before. I hope they are able to make some changes to the management position if this is the attitude they always have. Will be letting corporate know to check on this location.

Nothing but teenagers working here who hate what they do. Ordered a cookie crumble butter latte a trendy drink I saw on the Internet and Dunkin promoting it once I had already paid for my drink, I look at my coffee and I realize that there’s no crumbles in there just Cold foam so I asked him if he could add the crumbles to it because I know it comes with it. He then tells me that they are all out. I wish they would’ve made me aware when I ordered the drink because I wouldn’t have ordered it. He didn’t ask if I wanted to switch my drink out for a different one He didn’t ask if he can make it Right this is the second time they messed up my drink don’t come to this location. They don’t know what they’re doing. Dunkin’ Donuts off of Centerville in Garland is so much better. They always get the drinks right and customer service is amazing. This location needs a whole new staff. The drinks are not made right and the customer service is terrible. Who is even hiring these people to begin with Because whoever is is also the root of the problem do better.

Horrible service. I ordered the simple $6 meal in drive thru and was told to pull around out front and they’ll have the order out. After waiting 10 minutes, I go inside and the rep asked what would I like to order. I confirmed I was told to go wait out front after placing my drive thru order. They never started the order, they started working on it, I asked for a refund and on the way out, the cashier laughed as I approached the door. After hearing her laugh, I turned around and that laugh and smile quickly disappeared. Never again.

There are times I wonder how this Dunkin’ Donuts is still open. And this morning would be one of those times; the absolute lack of decent basic customer service is aberrant. Less than that, just the matter of no common respect. If I’m spending money at an establishment, maybe that establishment should at bare minimum, give a damn. Whoever is in charge of this store, should really reevaluate their business. Didn’t receive napkins with my food, didn’t receive a receipt and the kid closed the window before I could request one. Do better.

I have been here twice and both times I leave mad. The person that takes the order mumbles through the speaker. Once you get to the window they give you the wrong order. I let them know it was wrong. She gives me an attitude tells me to pull up. Doesn’t make my order until all the cars behind me are gone. Also, it takes 2 people and 15 minutes to make a regular latte. Nothing fancy. NEVER going to a dunkin again. #boycottdunkon

This Dunkin’ gets worse every time, customer service is bad, they are so slow and rude, food is burnt half the time, took 10 mins for a watered down coffee, go elsewhere!

Went this morning to get the loaded hash browns. And when I got to work opened my food all they gave me was some hash browns and a couple of pieces of bacon NO chipotle Aioli sauce. So I paid 4 bucks for some hash browns. Tried to call the store and they won't answer I will find another location that can make the food the way it's supposed to be made!

Was feeling in the mood for a hot chocolate on this chilly weather so decided to stop by Dunkin’s today. I had ordered other items but those are irrelevant. I did not check my drink until i got home which was literally 4 minutes away. I paid about 3 DOLLARS for a small cup of chocolate for it to just be halfway filled of the actual drink and the rest of the half be filled with im guessing foam? I am disappointed. Never again.
