I was not a fan of this place when I first moved to the area, I was not even going to leave a review until I saw Tina, the energy in the restaurant was low and felt like people didn't want to be here. In comes this young lady and you hear everyone get excited and welcomes Tina to work. That type of interaction among employees towards another shows what kind of person Tina is. There was a new person being trained and she walked in and saw it, she acknowledged the employee and instantly became encouraging towards her coworker/employee. They use to beat me down with wrong orders, in drive thru & when going inside. I have learned to just eat inside to guarantee my order is correct lol. Tina you saved this place, I have never seen you before but now I know what time to get here to eat, you made this a pleasant visit and didn't even do anything for me directly. Keep being who you are, you never know who is watching. I hope they give you every raise you ask for, better yet, I hope they give you a raise and didn't have to ask for it!
I commend Justin (hopefully that's his name) for battling the blowing rain storm to open window at drive thru to swipe my card. And the wonderful crew to give me Carmel frappe at pickup window this morning! This is my McDonald's! It was right before 6am when the 70 mps wind and rain came in! I was soaked in my car, but my Frappe and breakfast sandwich made my day!
Line was quick but food was wrong
The greeting here is fabulous. They do not have cell outlets. Then when asking questions they are noy friendly. Then they dont have on tv..their ice creamsare very small. The cookies look good. The store mgr. Was the very nicest of all. According to Alex and Devlin the employees of this Mcdonalds are the best. So there is why i give this mcdonalds 5 stars. Now even here you can get Mc ganged banged. Lol ive serious. Only at Mcdonalds.

I have never seen another McDonald’s like this! As a parent, the play area is to die for! It is so spacious and clean. I took my 2 little ones and it wasn’t crowded at all. There are many options for seating, and even colorful stool options for kiddos. There is a family restroom in the play area that was surprisingly clean. Although I didn’t have coffee, there was an employee there that was walking around refilling cups. We were here for about an hr and a half and really enjoyed it. We will be returning again.

This location has done a Major Facelift and looks like a staff change. Still the same food selections. l am doing more of a review on the staff. Hector the manager or shift leader during lunch time, l don't know what lt is about him but the place is always spotless and with his genuine friendly personality with the customer and staff. The staff seems to be ln a very relax environment and gets the orders out faster. So good job McDonalds Now on the new kiosks, l see a lot of space wasted for customer seating and not enough walk thru traffic to have 2 for this location. As a suggestion install one in the playground area makes more since. That way the parents can just go in order and wait for delivery ln the playground area.
Always fast and the food is still hot when I get it.

I came to order a large double quarter pounder with fries and a coke. I had to say they made it right the 1st time. Think Henry was the manager on duty. Very friendly. Good environment. Alil further then the McDonald's i go to but definitely better.
Grace is the hardest working staff member at this McDonald's location and deserves a promotion and raise. Please McDonald's Rowlett, do right by this beautiful woman. She cleaned the kids play area very thoroughly for my kids to play in and even gave them compliments. She's a wonderful, hardworking woman and my favorite experience at any McDonald's so far. And now because of Grace, I will choose to dine at McDonald's more regularly. God bless you and your family Grace. Thank you for taking care of my kids.

This is my ol reliable of fast food. I go through the drive-thru several times per month. Staff is always friendly and smiling. Food consistently comes to me fresh. Just one missing item from my order over the past year. Always timely. Mobile orders seem to work pretty well. Not 5 stars because the dining room is pretty small and pretty noisy... but I stick to the drive-thru. They have a large play area for your kids. Typically seems pretty clean inside. My expectations of a McDonald's are met here more than others around. Thanks 3505 staff!
This has one of the nicest play areas I've seen in a while. The service was not perfect but very nice and quick to fix the mix up. Everything came out right away and tased great not like it had been sitting a while. The only thing I didn't like and why it didn't get a 5syat is the fact that they didn't have a fountain drink machine in the lobby or eating area.
Called in advance to see if this location had their boo-baskets and was happy to know they did, and the one I wanted too! My only minor complaint was upon calling I had to ask the kid on the line if where I was calling was a McDonald's three times before he finally say yes. As someone who works retail, you answer "Hello thank you for calling (insert company)!" Not hey, not hello, not what do you want. Y'all can do better!
We used the touch screen to order our food which was nice even though the screen was filthy with finger prints. The credit card option didn't work so I had to go to the register to pay. The playgym was very big and tall. My son really enjoyed it over the other McDonald's up the road. The table service was quick and there were not too many patron around 2pm on a Monday.
Basically the only thing I like about this McDonald's is (unfortunately don't know here name)... The younger female manager that's usually there in the evenings, she is extremely nice and kind. And there's one young girl there that's usually working the Drive-Thru and always and I mean always says I can't hear you after you repeat your ordered three times so you speak up louder and she says stop yelling at me... What the hell does she want?

My experience with McDonald's is a bit of a mixed bag. I'll be honest—I tend to steer clear of their main food items, like the burgers and nuggets. I know the old "pink slime" rumor is likely fake, but it's just stuck with me, and I'm generally wary of fast-food burgers unless they're homemade. So, the regular menu isn't for me. However, where McDonald's really shines is in its dessert and drink options. The coffee is surprisingly good and a great value. And their desserts (when the ice cream machine is working, of course) are a fantastic, reliable treat. For a quick coffee or a sweet fix, it's a solid choice.
I'm always going to McDonald's, because it's cheap, however I went to McDonald's one day at 5:19, and order food thru the drive thru, and they told me park in #1, I go to do so. However, there are 3 cars in #1 #2 #3 so I pull around to park in #4 I wait a little while, and finally at 5:43, I go to get my food from inside, and then I go today on my lunch break from work, and my whole lunch break is spent ordering food, then waiting for my food. I love McDonald's food, but their service sucks,
Usually good hot food and service. Accuracy is really good too, but check your fries. They rarely fill the container and this wouldn't be a problem but this was a snack for my kids to share, needless to say, they needed more snack after we got home since they each got 6 fries 🍟 🙁.
This is my neighborhood McD's, food is usually hot or warm and fresh, however they are EXTREMELY slow and my order is correct 50% of the time. They do NOT fill their large fries, only get half full. My last 2 visits I ordered online with app, waited 20 minutes out at curbside before having to go inside and demand my order. Also been here several times only for it to be closed due to managerial walkout or other named manager problem... I only go here once a month now...
The remodel has made it tiny on the inside. The counter where you order is crammed full of people and employees that seem to not know what they are doing. They have you take a number but we still had to inquire as to why our food was taking so long, then as usual at this location it was missing items. The play area is huge though. Plenty of seating and great for the kids
I went through the drive through. Ordered my food (2b). When I got to the window to pay, the gentleman took my card, charged me and then asked me what did I order. I got charged for the car behind me and my order. He called the manager to fix it. She allegedly placed the wrong charge back in my card, however, I never got it. Going to the place to get my change. I should have gone somewhere else to eat. I will not return. Be careful.
I’ve noticed the last couple of times I or anyone in my family have been to this location our orders are NEVER right! Especially when we do curbside pickup, we’re always missing something, the drink is wrong, or the burgers are made wrong. It never fails lately AT LEAST 1 thing is ALWAYS wrong now. And whenever it is brought to their attention they seem annoyed that I’m asking them for the right item. I’m never rude about it but it happened again tonight and it was very frustrating tonight because they basically didn’t want to give me what was missing. They just kept trying to send us back threw the drive thru for the missing items (which was already a 25 minute wait and the line was just as long when we got there, so basically telling us wait another 20+ minutes for 2 items). And when we finally got the 2 items they were BOTH WRONG! It is just very frustrating and disappointing that this location has gotten this way.
They started using a Kiosk that doesn’t tell you all of the products they sell. My wife wanted a Diet Dr Pepper and it wasn’t listed, plus they wanted to charge me a buck for a little cup of water. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough to find a Jack in the Box.
This location is horrible for service and the food seems to get overcooked. It begins at the drive thru, there will be multiple vehicles in each lane and the will neglect one lane while fully servicing the other till people start pulling off from the neglected lane then if you are lucky enough to order in a timely manner the food is overcooked and on 3 separate occasions we received burnt meat but you aren’t allowed to complain because the staff gets irritated that you called them on their poor service skills.
I have been going to this location for a while and when I order for the fries are always room temperature or cold not fresh. I went today and I told the lady who brung my food out to curbside pick up I need to check the fries before she walked away. I took my food out the bag everything good but the fries. I told her the fries were nasty, cold then handed her the bag and she snatched the bag out my hand with an attitude. I know she was a manager cause she had on a strip collar shirt with the yellow neck scarf or tie. Another young lady who smiled brung me some fresh fries. This place needs to get it together cause giving cold food to paying customers is not acceptable.
I love this McDonald’s I really do they use to get everything right but recently they have been giving me the wrong food and I’m not really picky but tonight I waited at the window for 14 minutes for my food and drink and I didn’t wanna hold the line up more than it already was so I didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t even have the right food. Makes me a little annoyed waiting that long and getting the wrong food after a 11 hour shift😕

I go through the drive-through quite a bit and they are so rude and you can’t even try no matter how nice you are to explain that they made a mistake on your order because they are so rude. They won’t even hear you out. I finally just decided to quit going there altogether. I hate it because I like biscuits but they never get it right and it’s the simplest order ever bacon and cheese only and I’m forever getting sausage with no cheese or they overcharge me. They took away the self serve fountain machine and self-serve items like napkins, ketchup, lids, etc. I was handed a drink with no straw and had to ask multiple times before I got a straw. They might as well just be a drive through only location.

They could care less if they could. I bought 2 apple pay on drive theough. once I got to the window this lady said they ran out and I could wait but did not know how long will take. I asked for a refund they did not know how to process a refund to put it back in my card. They made me wait on station number 1... at the end another lady came back returning my card without receipt or proof of refund. I returned back to drive through cashier window. I told them with not move until I get my receipt for my refund. Then they said they got the apple pays. I just took them and give them away, since was not worth to fight for 3 bucks. Was in the drive thru 6/7 around 8:45 and ordered a large #3 combo & 1/4lb burger, drove to the 1st window & the kid repeated that exact order back to me and charged my card then drove to 2nd window & a teenage girl with a nasty attitude hands me a medium combo & drink. I said I ordered a large and she rudely told me to give her the receipt, the charged me for a medium. No communication, was very rude & had no desire to apologize or rectify the situation. What bothers me the most is the fact I was very polite & when I got home 5 mins later to eat the food was cold, the fry’s were soggy and half empty.
They Opening shift is Rude the inside open at 5 and they never know what time it's is .Plus then have a attitude when the dinning room door inside opens at 5am .I've been in front of the store for 40 mins and I the current time is 5:40 . #YouonlyhaveoneJob the employees can't even get in the building to work !
For over two months now, this mcdonald's has not had strawberry shakes. I know this seems like a minor thing to someone who doesn't want one, but to someone who does to be told. No, we have vanilla and chocolate, but not strawberry, right now.It just doesn't make sense, and they can't tell me why they don't have it, or if they're going to have it again.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but part of the reason to go to McDonalds anyways is the consistency. As I live around the corner and have a small child, this is somewhere we frequent more often than I like to admit. Never have I had a prompt order. Often my order is incorrect. Always if I order in person, through the mobile app, or curbside do I wait 20+ minutes, and I am met with a shrug by the employees. I tried to be patient, I tried giving it time in case it was a management change or new employees. I have left encouraging feedback on the surveys they ask. But this McDonalds is just not run well. I will drive fifteen minutes out of my way to avoid from now on. At least I’ll get my food faster that way.
I went through the drive thru today and saw two managers make one of their employees cry and upset. I don’t know what they said or done to make him cry but it was ridiculous that two managers the ones who are in charge and supposed to make the store look good made an employee cry. Not only does it make me upset but it also hurts me to see people make others cry or upset especially when they are the ones helping you out with everything. So maybe they should learn some respect to their employees because what managers are not supposed to make people cry. So I amhappy with this place.

Young Black man that works in drive through is very rude. He needs to be fired. He accidentally messed up my order and approached me aggressively after asking him can I just pay them difference for my order. Instead he called the police for assistance which didn’t resolve anything. I advise that no one should go to this McDonald’s throughout the night. Please choose an alternate fast food option. Manger didn’t know how to assist. She stated she was a new employee and didn’t know how handle situation. After her she stated that she can only give me a refund I gave her my card to do so. I asked the manger to specifically not to give my debit card to the young black man because he was the one who incorrectly charged me in the beginning. When I received the card and receipt for refund the young black money issued it to me after me asking the manger to please not give him my card. I asked young black man can I speak to her instead the police was called. Attached below is an image of the two employees the young black man that works and drive thru and the new manger
I met the owner of this location today. She a very rude person. Now I understand why her employees are very disrespectful and rude all the times. Today, they forgot some items in my order for my kids lunch at school and they didn't accept their mistake at all. This lady ( the owner) yelled at me and she threw my items very rude. Do not go to this location. I was not even upset for 4-5 bucks. I was upset because my daughter didn't have nothing to eat at school and they didn't want to reimburse my money.
Lupe is one of the rudest managers that I have seen in McDonald’s. She cannot give me my rewards because my order was already processed. I told her that the cashier had already asked me for my code. I understand you guys train and everything first she needs to be aware more about her shift and make it up for customers if she has a lot of people training pretty sure she needs to re-train at the Manager Lupe
Every now and then, on a Sunday, I’ll get my kids the big breakfast with hotcakes and a couple chicken biscuits. I usually go to the location on 30 in Garland, but they are usually so busy I thought I’d try the Rowlett location, because they rarely look busy. Turns out…it’s for good reason. I placed my usual order, via the app, for 3 big breakfasts w/hotcakes and 5 chicken biscuits for around $33. I drive to the restaurant and decided to use the curbside service, because it was available and I didn’t feel like getting out of the car. I parked in spot 5. The app prompted me to put the spot number in, so I did. After I had been waiting for about 15 minutes (not complaining about the time…I don’t mind waiting at all) another car pulled into spot 7. After another minute of waiting, a small, bald Hispanic gentleman emerges from the restaurant carrying 2 bags of food. Being that I’ve been there for about 16 minutes now and the other car just showed up, I assume he’s coming to me. Imagine my surprise when he didn’t even look my way and went right to a car, that I now saw contained 2 young girls. I heard him repeat my exact order to them and then hand it to them. They accepted it with no problem. I thought it was weird that they ordered the exact same thing as me. As he began to hurry back inside I stopped him and asked him about the order, loud enough for the girls to hear. I asked him what number he was supposed to go to with the order and then I repeated my order to him. Even with the mask on, I could see he realized the mistake he made. The girls handed the order back to him and he gave it to me. I then asked him a perfectly reasonable question of “why did the app ask for the number if it was going to be ignored.” At this the employee blew up at me and said they aren’t given the number inside (which sounds patently ridiculous) and that he had repeated the order to them and they took it. Thereby passing the blame to them. I said, “I know. That’s how I knew that you gave my order to the wrong car.” I accepted my food, apologized for the audacity of my question, and wished him a very insincere good day. Oh, Mr. Little Angry Man…the receipt in the bag has the spot number on it. You should probably check that before you go out and give people the wrong food. It’s, LITERALLY, the least you can do for your job. But, given your attitude, I think you’re a “bare minimum” kinda guy. As you were dressed like a manager, I wish you continued success in your chosen profession, but might I recommend that you brush up a little on your customer service skills. As for me, I’ll just go back to the Garland store from now on. Have the day you deserve, sir.
Went to this location today, and almost everything was wrong. It is a good thing I checked before I left! The lobby is closed, so I had to go wait back in the drive-thru line. Got the window and let them know 5 or the 7 items were wrong. How do you go from ordering a buger with just meat and cheese to getting a burger that says extra pickles and extra mustard! That was just one thing wrong. They had me pull around, and 10 minutes later, bring my food. It was still wrong! The burgers are still wrong. Went back around, and they also still had the same fries in the bag that were there the 1st time and cold! Got home the plain meat and cheese burgers still had onions! I'm so over this location. I gave them another chance, and every time, they get worse!

Wrong sandwich, wrong burger, fries are completely hard and burnt. Had to ask for the sauces we ordered or they would have been forgotten. Tea tastes like they made coffee and never cleaned the reservoir. This location sucks. And thats putting it lightly. Never going to this location again. Horrible service!!
Placed a mobile order for happy meal, LG fries, 2 mcchicken no mayo, and double cheeseburger with no ketchup no mustard around 1 AM. Picked up the order but recieved no mcchicken. Went back a day and a half later and tried to get my mcchicken full filled and they didnt want to fix my order. They wanted to know who served the food, sorry but when i go to drive throughs i dont get the workers names. Im sorry but im not trying to rip the store off over $2. I have plenty of money and i am not broke I just want my order full filled. You might ask why we didnt call at the time, they dont answer the phone.
Usually I have a great experience here but the last few times I’ve been here have been unacceptable. The behavior and attitude from the employees is disgusting. We asked nicely for sauces only to be given one and then told they would have to charge us for the rest after charging us already. We kindly agreed to paying for the sauces but the attitude from the employees continued and they made a big deal over the situation.
Ordered nuggets and a large diet coke. Order screen said diet coke nuggets. I pay for my food, thought the price was a little high and there was a reason for that. Upon opening my bag I noticed that more order without my consent had been upgraded to a nuggets meal increasing the cost. Also because I ordered a large diet coke they also included a large fry increasing the price again without my consent. If that wasn't enough the Nuggets tasted the way that old stale movie popcorn smells if that makes sense.
Asked what we ordered, gave us the wrong thing (luckily it wasn’t ours one of the burgers wasn’t wrapped), paused, insisted it was corrected, we repeated what was missing 3 times, they remained confused, someone else hurried out the correct order. Fries - horrible, the few ice in the drink - melted. No redeeming qualities, zero stars
After ordering two orders of chicken nuggets i politely asked a very nice lady at the window for honey mustard, she have me only one and closed the window. Fine, no harm done i understand they are busy. I wave at her to ask for one more. She gave it to me with a smile, however i see and over hear another taller AA woman tell her “I don’t know, just give it to her so she can get out the way.” Don’t let the attitude of one rude employee taint the rest. Terrible demeanor, do better lady.
Drive thru pickup order. Ordered a happy meal a vanilla coffee. Got home and only had a burger in a plastic box. Coffee was not vanilla. No fries, toy or apples. No fork to eat the patty which was cold. Tried to call store and it just rang. Not worth the money when 1/2 the items are missing!

Have gone here many times and they leave me disappointed every time. Cold fries, cold food, the wrong order. I have a lactose allergy that’s disregarded every time I go, their phone number to call the store doesn’t ring to let them know about their food quality. Don’t waste your time expecting your food order to be right. Taking time out of my day to come here on my lunch breaks for this and I can’t even eat it. This is pathetic.
Ordered 2 steak mcgriddles, recieved steak bagels with a hair in one. When i called to ask for a manager, i recieved poor customer service, waited on the phone for 7 minutes before having to hang up without ever getting to speak to anyone. I will be calling back to get this order fixed.
Sure! Here’s a negative customer service review for that McDonald’s location: I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I specifically asked for fresh, warm chocolate chip cookies multiple times, yet every single time, they gave me cold, hard cookies. I even politely requested fresh ones, but the staff acted like it was a huge inconvenience. Instead of remaking them, they just gave me the same cold cookies again! If you’re going to advertise warm, gooey cookies, then at least make an effort to serve them that way. The lack of care from the employees was frustrating, and their attitude made it clear they didn’t care about customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Let me know if you want it adjusted!
This morning, I was being rushed to order. The lady that took my order kept saying “is that all”. I gave her my code and she would not let me to speak to complete my order. I then payed. Pulled up to the next window and I was given a hot coffee..mind you I asked for an iced coffee. I told the gentleman that was there, that my drink was iced. The lady that took my order came to the window and told me I ordered hot. I said no I did not. Do you mind changing it to an ice coffee? She then proceeded to say no I have too many cars behind you, you can get back in the line. I said no, you can just give me a cup of ice. She rolled her eyes an m scuffed at me. She came back with maybe 5 pieces of ice. And left. I stayed there and asked the gentleman for a cup of ice. He was sweet. But the Hispanic lady was out of pocket. It was 8am and too early to have an attitude when it took 10 seconds to correct my order. I was not pleased with this McDonald’s AT ALL.
I went through the drive thru last night to grab a quick bite and it took over 10 minutes to get from the speaker to the window to pay, dreadfully slow. And then when I got my food I didn't look in the bag but my sandwich was missing, just got the fries and drink. Went back tonight to get the sandwich I had paid for yesterday, and was in the lobby with two other ladies who had their orders messed up, one was also yesterday but at lunch and the other was from tonight. Will definitely not be returning.
I m from Florida when I go get breakfast from McDonald’s those food be fresh over here not fresh they give me old hash brown ice caramel coffee look like milk make my stomach hurt that will be my last time
Food cold, only one employee giving his all, line superduper long and slow.. Management needs to upgrade immediately.. This is food we're dealing with.. Would not recommend anyone to go to until I see change
I usually avoid this location (because of incompetence), but my little sister wanted breakfast before school. We requested condiments through the app (because that’s literally what it’s there for), yet none were included. We were told to park despite being empty. When a worker brought our drinks, we politely mentioned the missing sauces. She looked at us like we had personally ruined her day, then walked right past our car to the one behind us and went back inside. No explanation. No apology. Just rude. As if that wasn’t enough, we then realized my iced latte was actually hot. At that point, it wasn’t even worth going back to be treated poorly again for their own mistake. This location consistently gets orders wrong and acts annoyed when customers expect the bare minimum. Save your money and your patience.
I never used to have a problem with this location but now all of a sudden every night they just said they'll be open at 4am when it's always been 24hrs but then they pick and choose who to serve because there's literally still people at the window getting there food after I get out of the line. Literally just do better and be fair. Absolutely abusrd.
Horrible service! The guy working the window purposely ignored me! I called back to the store to get his name to leave a proper review and the lady spoke zero english then hung up in my face!
It's open 24 hours but don't even bother coming for food between the hours of 2 am and 5am because the " computers will be down "
Drive thru guy on the night shift is rude as hell, doesn’t even give you time to think or even answer. It’s always “order whenever your ready” over and over again and if you don’t say anything it’s “hello, hello, hello” just rushes you for no reason
This place is ridiculous everytime we order from here something is ALWAYS missing. The food is sloppy and tasteless, for the prices they should try and make a decent meal.
I do uber/door dash. It’s pretty hit or miss. Sometimes I’m waiting 20 mins, sometimes I’m waiting 1 min
I come every morning to use my mobile app for $1.50 breakfast sandwich. One of the eligible items is a chicken Mc griddle. They refused to use my code and the employee was arguing with me that I cannot use the code for that sandwich even though I get it on a weekly basis, I pulled up to the window to show them that it was on their eligible items on the mobile app and the manager came was very rude just like the employee was. They literally argued with me for over five minutes at the window over $1.50 sandwich. I will be calling corporate Monday morning over the manager on duty and Employee. I still had to make the purchase and did not even receive the points on my mobile app.
Greetings, check this out. I put in a mobile order, receive my food, went to the car to leave, open the bag.... WHY DID MY LARGE FRY HAVE ONLY THE AMOUNT OF A SMEDIUM FRY.... YES NOT EVEN FILLED ALL THE WAY...... DO THEY KNOW HOW MUCH PEOPLE APPRECIATE THE FRIES?!?! THEY COULDN'T POSSIBLY. SO PEOPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DEPART, and if you have your food delivered, it's probably not the driver eating your fries, McDonald's just didn't care enough to fill your carton full. Now I would say, I let the store manager, Jose know about my fries and he gave me another one, and he offered me the same OLD COLD fries that I had previous. He said I might as well take them he was just going to throw them away, but once again they were cold anyway. You already know, there is nothing worse than a large COLD OLD McDonald's french fries. 👎🏿
Tried to buy 15 $10 gift cards from this location. The worker had to call and ask her manager for approval, which is understandable (partially). Then after speaking to the manager she told me he said no, I can only purchase 2. What manager would deny a $150 easy sale? Will spend my money elsewhere. Not a suspicious purchase during Xmas time.
They’re terrible at getting orders right. I don’t know why I bother coming here or getting things delivered from them. We had someone else’s order tagged to our delivery. Learn how to read the tickets!
The manager guy in the red shirt who works nights is weird 11/15 , had to stand in line for 8 minutes for a refill and he made eye contact multiple times , he never wants to help unless it’s women and the fries are always soggy , the chicken nuggets taste like they got cold and just got refried
Bad interaction with manager. She tried to over charge me and put something n the system I did not order. If I didn’t know any better I wouldn’t have caught it. She refused to listen and understand my frustration with the situation. I submitted a feedback on the website for this store.
had a reward for a free mcchicken. when i went to order it, the guy at the box said the code wasn’t working and to pull up. then he looks at it at the window and tells me to pull up to the next window to talk to the manager. then when i pull up to the next window the manager , after no greeting, says “they already told you the code wasn’t working, so why’d you come up here?” with a horrible attitude. i proceed to give them my phone and the manager throws it back at me. never going here again.
I've been coming to this drive through for months and after every occasion I tell myself I am going to leave a review, but never get around to it. Today it was taken too far. Usually I am greeted with a rude "what do you want" when I pull up. I understand it must have been a long day in retail so they are annoyed, thus I brush it off each time. Today, when asked what I wanted I said "one second please" as I was waiting for my McDonald's app to load, and I heard over the speaker an annoyed "oh my GOD". I explained that I was waiting for my app to load but it is slow. They remained silent, they must have thought I wouldn't hear their annoyed complaint. Then they did not give any of our orders the sauce to go with it, and it seems not even a straw to drink my beverage. My young child was very sad that she could not enjoy her nuggets with sauce. I understand if a customer is rude, I can validate being rude back to them. I have worked drive-through and in retail for years myself so I can understand the frustration. But I always receive rudeness before I even open my mouth to order at this drive through. Ordering inside at the kiosk with food delivered to our table has always been pleasant.
My wife and I ordered through the drive-thru, only for them to forget our order. We waited 10 minutes outside in parking spot number 1. When I walked in and told them I'd been waiting for 10 minutes, they said, "Oh, I was about to take this out." The food was cold, and the fries were stale. This was our first and last time going to this location.
Customer service here is horrible, come through today in the drive thru- young Hispanic male with glasses was laughing and looked at me like a I was crazy 3 times, when I was trying to order. Never got my order due to horrible customer service, the hispanic ladies at the second window refused to take my order too and was dismissive - after I told them my experience with the male staff. The staff here are have no professionalism and zero customer service skills, this location needs better management to supervise the horrible staff
This place never gives fresh fries, like ever. This last time the fries actually tasted disgustingly old. They’re always stingy as well. Never want to give napkins unless you ask and even then they don’t give enough at all. You order for 4 people? Here is 2 napkins since you asked…. Just so stingy.
Right before I got to work, I went through the drive thru and tried to order a caramel frappe, the drive thru employee told me (rudely may I add) “we don’t have those right now.” without a sorry or anything which I guess is fine, but then I decided to order a caramel frappe through Grubhub from the same McDonald’s and guess what? I got it. So they basically lied to me, and this was directly after leaving the McDonalds, the McDonald’s is down the road from my place of work, so it’s not like it was later in the day once they fixed their machine or made more or whatever they do. I don’t usually write reviews but I really don’t appreciate them lying to me for no reason 🤷🏼♀️
***I called cx service and emailed. Was assured I would be contacted. The owner of this establishment does not care. I was NEVER contacted by a manager or anyone else to correct this or any issues I have had here.**** I just ordered off the app and am now back home.. go to bite into my cheeseburger, NO PATTY! I open my nuggies, 2 NUGGETS!! The fries are half full and soggy. No straw! What is even happening in that restaurant?? I am now 15 minutes away without any food except soggy fries, 2 pieces of bread and 2 chicken nuggets!
