I was passing through the Sacramento airport and I was hoping to find someone that could put some ice in my reusable tumbler. Note: most places I travel do make me pay for it. This gal with the biggest smile greeted me and I asked her if I could pay for a couple scoops of ice, and if so, how much it would be . She said zero dollars and zero cents! I said seriously? (As I am not used to not paying for it) and she came over with a smile and filled my cup and topped my water. As a person with an invisible illness, I always need water and prefer ice water. Inez, your kindness, compassion, smile, and laugh made my day! Thank you!

I read many bad reviews about Urban Crave Express inside Terminal B at Sacramento International Airport. However, I have ordered food and drinks there a few times and never experienced anything wrong with my orders or received lousy customer service. Urban Crave Express was operated by two employees most of the time when I was there. So, they prefer that customers place and pay for the orders themselves. I never had a problem with that. The food is typically ready 5-10 minutes after placing the order. The prices are comparable to those of most airport restaurants, but they’re fresh and delicious. The coffee is self-serve. It is better than the Starbucks inside the airport.
Compared to other burger option inside Security (Terminal B) Urban Crave includes fries for about the cost of just the burger (saves $6.00). Food is made to order, and assembled pretty quickly. Was disappointed in the french fry portion. Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious!

Long wait (15 min ) after ordering from kiosk and it was not busy at all. Burgers were just ok , overcooked and the portion of fries was tiny. For $17 it’s way overpriced and you’re better off eating at In N Out before coming to the airport. If you’re on a connecting flight, try one of the other restaurants in the terminal.
Ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich. It came with tater tots and frankly, the tater tots were the highlight of the meal. The sandwich tasted bland and dry and consisted of a reheated sausage with a poached egg on top.
Ordered at 12:43 a bluecheese burger got my order at 1:07 burger was cold and no blue chees had I not paid almost 20.00 for this I would have walked away and gotten something else. Staff seemed like they were very stressed out and needed more help no seasoning on burger will never make this choice again

After ordering I did not receive a drink I ordered, I went back and this staff that had showed up late gave me a line about how he was going to serve me my drink and he proceeded to do nothing with an Attitude. So much so his coworker had to stop and serve me my drink. He should be let go. See photos

(Attached is my supposed “fresh” breakfast sandwich, half of which isn’t edible because it was cooked hours ago and is now rock hard.)

No one in line and no one at the counter. Went to use the kiosk to order, you're not allowed to modify from the kiosk, nor were any of the salads on display available to order from the kiosk. I went to the counter, one employee walked out, did something on the register and walked away without even acknowledging me. Few minutes later the other employee came out and assisted us when I told her I couldn't order what I wanted from the kiosk, chicken caesar salad. She acknowledged I was right and couldn't get that, and helped me. My son said his chicken burger was good and I had a couple of the fries which were hot and tasty, but my chicken caesar salad had frozen lettuce, not enough dressing and soggy croutons... Overall wouldn't bother here again. Caesar salad, chicken sandwich and two bottled sodas for $48.
Worst experience ever, after waiting 35 I had to walk away to catch my flight. Watched manager argue with a women that she wouldn’t get a refund until he was done with his break.
I travel with a schools and this cashier was very rude! She rolled her eyes at my students and to totally ignored one of my coworkers. All they wanted to purchase was a Gatorade and she told him hurry up let’s get this rolling along! I told her they were only buying drinks and she rolled her eyes at me. Very disrespectful. If she can’t handle customer service she shouldn’t be working here!
Food was expected as most airport food; pretty bland with high prices. But what was a big repulsive turn off was the Indian manager and Asian cashier arguing at the register the entire time. I couldn't even tell within the first two minutes if they were ready to take my order. Made for an awkward wait after paying, so I sat down in the front row 15ft away. They made eye contact with me several times as I patiently waited, occasionally looking at my phone to pass the time. After being fed up with waiting for 15min, I approached to check on my food and it had apparently already been ready for 10min. Not once did they flag me down or call out to let me know my order was ready. I was their only customer and it felt so strange that they had no regard for how unprofessional they were acting.
Would give ZERO stars if possible. Arrived at about 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening on September 29th 2024.. Appeared only one person was working. Only a kiosk to get two beverages. Pure tea did not seem to be an option to pay for.Kiosk thru an error. We could not pay for our drinks. I felt like walking away with the drinks without paying. When the one person finally showed up, she was busy cooking. I had to interrupt her rather loudly to get her attention. She ended up trying to ring up our order at the main cash register. Not sure the amount was right. She charged me like $6 for a green tea when we got a sweet tea. I will most likely never buy from you business again.

After 10 minutes I approached again. The worker who told me I had to wait for his manager asked me if I still wanted my food, I told him no I wanted my refund, he stated ok I have to call my boss. 5 minutes the boss shows up and still tries to sell me the food. I explained I don’t have time to wait because at this point it’s already 30 minutes. He couldn’t refund me all of my money because I tipped through the kiosk and they can’t refund my tip. They are so unorganized and unprofessional.
