Employee with curly hair and blonde tips is very rude, I understand bad days but she was just a very condescending. I saw another customer there and he said thanks and have a good one to the staff and no one answered him. I felt bad for him. If you can tolerate their miserable attitude the drinks are good!

Wow these workers really got me a pre made frozen jamba juicee that a previous customer never picked up? This drink was frozen to its core, that's how I know it was much older. Take customers money then play tricks on the item they ordered.

So I decided to order through our mobile app, to avoid being for long periods of time since i have a compromised immune system. I go in there tonight to pickup my mobile order and there was 3 girl customers in front of me that weren't wearing their masks properly, not covering their nose and the employee at Jamba juice didn't even tell them to fix their masks. Yes the employees were very kind and the girl confirmed my order. But, overall I do think the employees should enforce the mask rule thoroughly because as I was leaving there was another customer entering and I just feel the employees should tell them to wear their masks properly. I just have a concern of not wanting to get sick and possibly die because of having a compromised immune system and the employees not really enforcing the rule.

Wasn't very good, and it wasn't filled to the top of the cup. For what is being paid, they should do a bit better at measuring for accuracy as to how much will fill the cup. Overall, it was very flavorless. That actually surprised me given the location, but I've had better from where I'm from in the Midwest. It was just a simple banana berry smoothie, so I figured that was simple enough that it would have tasted better.

Jamba Juice is Jamba Juice so it's always great.. But the service is pretty bad..someone needs to put on a smile.. I feel like 2 stars was only being nice. Although their is two hard working people I see in there busting their butt but there team slows them down.

Order online gave me a pick up time and still had to wait over 20 minutes for my drink so I left and now I have call the app to get my money back

This Jamba Juice has declined so much in quality since it first opened. The hours have gotten shorter and shorter (seriously what breakfast place opens at 8am?!) , the staff is absolutely terrible with customer service, and it always takes forever to get my drink. Today I watched a cashier continually pay attention to making online orders and making sandwiches while I waited in line for 5+ mins as the only person in line, they never even acknowledged my presence and the person making the actual smoothies is the only one who said they’d be right with me. It would have taken a max of 1 minute to take my order, she could have easily done it while one of the sandwiches were cooking. I don’t know if they were a new employee but regardless, you should not be putting new employees on the register at 9am, and there’s needs to be a dedicated person for taking care of online orders since the regular staff is clearly swamped. I’d rather waste time and drive all the way across town to the one on S. Main because that one is such a more pleasant experience.

The staff here Is horrible, I waited 30 mins for a bowl and I literally had to ask If someone could just make it, according to staff only 1 person knew how to make the bowls! Not only did they keep ignoring my order, but no one wanted to make it either!! Worst experience at a jamba juice.

Stood in line at least a minute or two before we were asked if we had been helped. Another person ordered after we did and somehow received their order before ours. That individual had also ordered food and still managed to be served prior to our two juices.

I had just got off a long day of work and was ready to go have a great smoothie from my local Jamba Juice until....... terrible service. The man with a large beard named Luie basically yelled at me while I was trying to order. I was using my buy one get one free card and I was explaining what I wanted in my transaction and I don't know if he was confused or just didn't like me. I literally felt bullied in a public juice store. I'm not quite sure what further action I will be taking but I do believe you guys should take action before you lose your business.
