The food was dry and rubbery and lacked flavor seemed old. Couldn't eat the cinnamon rolls. Staff was nice but seemed bored.

My family and I chose to go to CiCi's pizza for the buffet this evening after getting a few things at academy. It was so disappointing. It was a busy Friday around 6pm or so however there was a skeleton crew and they were understaffed. Although there were only six people in front of us in line to pay at the entrance of the buffet there was only one member of the staff at the register. Another customer ahead had an issue with a coupon which held up the line for over 18 minutes. The other employees failed to offer any assistance nor did that employee asked for any. The pizza selection was slim. It was cold, and gummy in texture. They were out of soup and there was no ice in the Coke machine or napkins in the dispenser. Overall a major disappointment.I don't recommend.

Dough not cooked all the way thru. Very busy. Staff behind cleaning tables, nowhere to sit. Staff behind putting pizza options out, very limited choices available. Dirty feeling environment.

Dirty floors, empty pizza pans for 20+ minutes. One person just shuffling around the empty pans trying to look busy, wiping off a counter that wasn't dirty every few minutes. Waited an hour and a half drive to eat here when on a road trip, only to be disappointed. This hasn't been the first time. The time before we ate old pizza that was hard and the toppings were jerkyfied. Felt like the employees were paid barely enough to show up and they definitely did the minimum amount of work, barely. Couldn't even greet and didn't respond to my usual "thank you" when I left. Not worth the money.

Today April 8th, the cashier upfront seemed upset by customers walking in, treated an elderly couple behind us horribly, requested for a pizza to be made however it was never made. The sweet tea was unsweetened even after consulting with staff about it, me and my fiancé are regulars at the San Angelo location but today we’re unimpressed by the staff because the majority seem hostile and upset.

Pizza is good went with family on January 3rd and the place was trash. Food all on thr floor some in the chairs. They place looked like someone partied and no-one stayed to clean. Only could get 1 picture management was looking. There are 4 people behind the counter idling noone came out to clean. The plate in the picture had been there our entire meal/time there, over 30 minutes

I saw an employee burn herself and I saw her keep working and the oven was flushed with pizzas. Falling out of the oven. This is unprofessional and unsafe environment no one checked up on the young lady.

Poor staff and service. I had to clean my own tables and pizza was not cook all the way. Talked to store manager on the phone they gave me a fake name and thought it was funny not much of a choice on pizza and very disappointed worst Cici by far. My kids enjoyed the few games that were working but I wouldn’t come recommend eating here until the staff is changed

Today on Thursday September 11, 2025 Lady at front was a little rude when taking order, she was middle-aged with black hair. I had simply asked if she could take 2 payments to which she had said they couldn’t, so I said it was fine and was walking to sit down when friend was taking order and she had raised her voice. Also her presence as she was standing there just felt unwelcoming and a little demeaning, whenever I had come back to take my order she didn’t say anything she just looked waiting for me to say something before paying and after. Customer service was good from the other employee cleaning tables however from the front it was lacking fr.

Food is good but we don't care for their sneaky business practices. I called about an hour before we went and asked if there were any specials and they said it was 5.99 all you can eat buffet. We got there and paid and I looked at my receipt and it said seven seventy five so we asked about it and they said you have to ask for the 5.99 special. What a load of you know what!!!

I was eating there with my boss (we both are servesafe certified) And the big cashier lady had just handled cash. She grabbed the utensils and the she wiped her hands with a paper towel and then proceeded too use the same paper towel too wipe down the salad pans used in the salad bar, after seeing that I lost my appetite

I would give 0!!! Stars if it was an option. Went here to eat with my mom and 2 toddlers today for late lunch/early dinner. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! with how the place is kept up with. There was maybe a total of 12 people eating no excuses why the place was left the way it was. As we walked in we were not greeted! We were paying with card the woman fails to tell us if we didn’t wanna tip then we needed to click something else on the card swiper. She was completely disrespectful when saw we were not going to do the tip option. she ripped the card from the card reader and told my mother that she had to start over and click something else. After receiving our cups we walked to the high chairs, to take with us to our table as I grabbed at several!!! chairs i noticed all of them were slick from not being wiped down or cleaned properly with left over ranch stains and greasy film and god knows what else. So my kids had no choice but to sit in chairs they couldn’t even reach the table. After that we began looking for a CLEAN TABLE TO SIT AND EAT! absolutely nothing was clean floors were absolutely filthy and tables and chairs were greasy!!!!!! The person that should have been cleaning was on his phone and eating while there was so many things that needed to be kept up with! Also, a very big safety hazard. The ice machine pours out way too much ice at a time and it goes all over the floor that was also not picked up anybody can slip and fall and seriously injure themselves all because of the lack of the restaurants cleanliness. I’m so very upset /mad and disappointed with how this place has become. God knows what the bathrooms were like but I’m glad I didn’t have to go. I will not be going back to this restaurant anymore. Y’all really need to get y’all’s s*** together. Nothing is like it used to be there.
