Delicious and fresh! I would recommend everything we've ever gotten from Freddy's. Custard is delightful, but the burgers are to die for. This location specifically had amazing service. The gentleman helped make my burger perfect by suggesting an addition. The fried pickles are great. Fry sauce is delicious.

My first time at Freddy’s was this past weekend, after a long day at work, one coworker of mine, suggested it to my girlfriend and I. So we decided to come and try it out. I’d say the customer service was excellent with a greeting by the whole team as soon as we entered the restaurant. She answered all our menu questions and even let us a sample some ice cream. I got the steak burger with bacon and it was delicious 😋 definitely recommend it and everything is made fresh. There is this French fry sauce that is near the pickup counter that definitely adds some kick to their fries! At the end of our visit we did get a sundae and an ice cream cone. Thanks for your hospitality Freddy’s, will be coming back soon!

I feel like it just depends who's working at the time you visit. Sometimes the service is great and the food is good too, mainly when you eat it there but when is to go my food is less well prepared, my fries or tots look old or over fried like they've been on the oil for to long

Their food is not bad. They apparently didnt have the hawaiin delight. But maybe it was out cause its that good lol? I can only hope. I tried the brownie desert. I liked this a lot. The fried pickles were not bad. Love the cheese curds! Will go back to again someday to try more of the menu

Great steak burgers and options when you feel like taking a cheat day. Custard is top notch and competes against Dairy Queen's blizzards. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for some good high-calorie fast food. Very clean establishment with nice, personable staff.

This was the worst Freddy's I've ever been to!!! (Well my second time but still!) It was my friends first time and I was talking Freddy's up it's going to be sooo good so on and so on!! The drive thru lady was rushing our order and a little snappy BUT she made it better with an ice cream at the window!! The food was terrible awful no good very bad!! So hard EVERYTHING SEEMED DOUBLE FRIED IT WAS SOOOO HARD ! THE PEOPKE WITH TEETH COULDN'T EAT IT!! The good thing was the general manager Nicole fixed the probe right away ..( she didn't even want the food back to make sure ) she gave my friend her money back. My friend did say that he seemed to be bothered by her . But thank you for the refund. I felt HORRIBLE my friend was so ready for the Freddy's goodness I was bragging about!

Ordered a triple cheeseburger combo through DoorDash for pickup. Paid in full, picked it up, drove home… and there was no burger in the bag. Just fries. Called the store and was told I had to drive back to get it fixed. I’m pregnant, nauseous, and exhausted, but fine — I go back. The second visit was complete chaos. I was handed three different bags: one supposedly “my order,” and two others that were just fries, ketchup, and napkins. No explanation. I get home again, open the bag labeled as my order — and it’s not even close to what I ordered. Instead of a triple cheeseburger combo with no onions or pickles, I received a single patty burger absolutely loaded with mustard, pickles, and onions. I even handed them my receipt the second time, so there was no confusion. Now I’m stuck at home with the wrong burger, cold fries, a flat soda, no refund, and I’m not about to go back a third time. This was a complete waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating experience with zero quality control.

This Freddy’s has gone way down hill, staff could care less and was so slow with everything. The food was pitiful and slapped together, but worst of all was how dirty this place was. And this wasn’t the first time. The trash was over flowing, stuff on empty tables, ketchup all over the counter. Very disappointing and will not be returning to this location. I sure wish this was like it was back when they opened.

I only visit this Freddy’s a couple times a year and every time I do I’m reminded of why I don’t go back. The food is always sloppy and tossed together, and the staffs looks and attitude match the product they’re selling. Kinda gross actually, last time today no more for me

Came in at 8pm on a Friday night. Girl working counter could barely talk to us about the food. Husbands hot chicken sandwich came out with no sauce whatsoever and my bunless burger was on the saddest single piece of lettuce I’ve ever seen. We ordered concretes after to take home. She stopped making our concretes half way through and left for about 5 minutes with our ice cream just sitting melting on the counter. Once we got them mine had no brownie and had so much fudge at the bottom you couldn’t eat about half the concrete. Sucks we wasted our money.

MAJOR FOOD SAFETY ISSUE — got food to go and in our shakes/concretes there were a ton of plastic/rubbery pieces everywhere. We both took a couple of bites and noticed them, the pieces in the picture are just from those two bites. These are definitely big enough to choke on, especially for a kid. I tried to call the store to notify the manager so they can address this before someone gets hurt, but the number was disconnected. So now I’m posting this in hopes they see it. Be careful!
