Scusate la precedente valutazione è stato un mio errore di invio prima di finire🙏 Ottimo cibo tradizionale un po' rivisitato, ci sono stata già 2volte e la prima ho mangiato una carpaccio di carne favoloso, si scioglieva in bocca!!! Tutte le portate mi hanno dato grande soddisfazione! Complimenti! La posizione è molto comoda perché è facile da trovare, il posto San Michele è da me poco conosciuto e quindi non mi permetto di valutarlo, così come le camere. Non ne ho avuto bisogno. Chiedo ancora scusa x il mio errore, di cui tra l'altro me ne sono accorta solo ieri🙈

Beh ....devo dire esperienza davvero entusiasmante. Ci sono stato per tre giorni di fila durante una trasferta di lavoro, sia a pranzo che a cena. Si mangia davvero, ma davvero bene. Il personale di sala è gentilissimo. Lo chef è un fuoriclasse. Non si può andare via senza avere assaggiato il carrello della carne e dei bolliti... C'è da dire che anche il conto è giusto. Davvero uno dei posti migliori dove sia mai stato

Great restaurant experience. The bright dining room is pleasantly flooded with sunlight. Tables were well-arranged, well-set, and spaced apart. The staff was friendly and professional, and we felt at ease. We chose recommended dishes: excellent. The wine list was also good. We gave it a family rating of 9/10. Definitely worth a visit.

I had an excellent lunch at this beautiful, newly renovated restaurant. Traditional cuisine with a few reinterpretations that improve it without overturning it. The best risotto I've ever tasted. Everything was excellent. Paired with wines well recommended by the sommelier. Friendly staff. I recommend it without hesitation.

I booked here without knowing the restaurant but on the recommendation of another restaurateur (and I already liked that). The place is very beautiful, recently renovated, and modern with touches of the past. The staff is very welcoming and always helpful, very attentive. The food...I found everything delicious, the portions were well-prepared, and the recommended wine was very good, truly pairing with every dish. What I appreciate most is the chef's visit, who stopped by each table at the end of the service to say hello and gather our feedback. I find this a winning approach because everyone puts their face and passion into it. I hope you go and chat with the chef, who will be happy to tell you a little about the history of Del Peso, a family restaurant. Thank you again for everything, and keep up the good work. P.S. I don't have photos of today's dishes because I was focused on eating, not taking photos.

A beautiful place, excellent service, fast and attentive to the customer. The risotto with apples, licorice, and rosemary is delicious...a delicacy, congratulations, 10 out of 10!!! We'll definitely be back!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and since we have two dogs with us, we were worried they wouldn't let us in. Instead, everyone was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at ease right away! We ate very well, and the service was excellent! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back ☺️

Restaurant review: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated on the outdoor terrace (first photo). It was equipped with an umbrella to protect us from the scorching sun. As for the food, everything was good. The wine list also offers a wide selection. We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — I was there for about 5 days. The staff were very kind and respectful, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. My room was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I do wish the hotel had a gym, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Had dinner at the restaurant with local friends on their recommendation, who had known it for a long time, even before the most modern renovations. The decor is refined, modern, and bright, with well-spaced and well-arranged tables. The staff were attentive from the moment we entered and always very helpful, even with our two-year-old daughter. A good wine list, a varied menu with interesting options, some even unique. Attentive and fast service, all dishes were meticulously prepared. The price was perfectly in line with the quality, service, and quantity of food.

The food is good and not exceptional, in keeping with Piedmontese tradition. I gave the service and waiters three stars, not because they were rude, but rather because I find it inappropriate to change cutlery with bare hands without a tray or napkin to accompany it. After all, it doesn't take much without investment. Often, small touches enhance refinement, and you don't need a Michelin-starred chef in the kitchen.

Sono andato a mangiare con mia figlia, suo marito e il bimbo. Siamo rimasti tutti delusi sia del servizio che dei piatti in generale ma quello che ha più deluso è stato il piatto di bollito scelta da mia figlia. Non sono arrivati col carrello ma portandolo già impiattato con tre pezzetti di carne. Al tavolo vicino invece sono arrivati col carrello, evidentemente ci hanno considerati clienti di seconda scelta. Non ci andremo mai più.

Ci siamo stati in occasione della Prima Comunione di ns. figlio, cibo ottimo e ricercato, ottimo chef e personale di sala gentilissimo. Peccato per la scortesia del titolare che a inizio pranzo, con veramente poco tatto e poca sensibilità, quando tutti gli invitati erano presenti e seduti ai tavoli, ci ha fatto notare con zero eleganza una discordanza fra i prenotati e gli ospiti effettivi (a conti fatti eravamo ben 2 in meno)... Prezzo non dei più economici (i 3 bambini sotto i 5 anni hanno pagato come gli adulti).

The price is decidedly too high for what you get. The restaurant is well-kept and clean, the staff are friendly, but the dishes are meager for the high price, and the main courses are not at all clear. The boiled meat on the menu costs €16-20 (obviously €20 on the receipt, without having ordered all the available portions, a meager dish); it's specified that additions are counted, but not how much (€6 on the receipt for a taste, not a portion, of another main course). The dessert portions are also tiny, and not memorable. The food quality is average. I didn't leave satisfied.

I was there yesterday with friends. We booked for 17, but there were 15 of us. The manager expressed his displeasure for not having asked us to pay a deposit. Great start! The follow-up was absolutely mediocre. The bill went up €10 over the estimate. A completely negative experience.
