What a refreshing Taco Bell experience! Friendly employees plus the order was 100% right and came out quickly. I've loved Taco Bell since I was a teenager. However, I wish when they change their $5 cravings meal, that they'd still.make past ones available at the same price! They're always clean inside and out and they provide friendly service, even remembering orders of regulars!

Love this place for a quick bite to eat when I'm out running errands. Lots of choices, I particularly like the crunchy tostada wrap. Not messy, good on the go car food. Fun selection of iced drinks, but be warned, they do run out of the watermelon flavor almost every day.

I think that the bad reviews of this location reflect the entitlement of a lot of people that most food service workers in SB have to experience on a daily basis. I absolutely love everyone that works here and they’ve never been anything but kind. Sure, they can have a wait sometimes, but honestly pretty rarely, it’s literally the only Taco Bell in SB unless you want to drive 10-15 minutes to the mesa location (which is more expensive anyways). I work in service and if you treat the people here with decency (which I know can be hard for some people) you’ll get it in return. You know exactly what you get when you go here. It was good, I havent had it in a while and I was surprised how good the quality and service was on a Saturday night.

Ok I was looking for a fast food place my gluten intolerant wife could eat at that was about a 45 minute walk from our hotel. I kicked off my Peloton app for a 45 minute power walk and hit the streets. 45 minutes later I met my wife in their parking lot for a light dinner.

The food was ok, the ladies who helped us were very nice.

Quite easily...without competition, the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. As a former Taco Bell employee, the speed at which this crew was moving, would have gotten me fired. There is NO drive-thru and I still waited for 20 minutes to receive 1 burrito. There were 4 orders in front of mine, one of which was a taco and a cinnamon twist, one other of which was 2 Spicy potato soft tacos. AND IT TOOK 20 MINITES TO GET MY ORDER! I will say, once I was given the food, it was made correctly and tasted both good and hot -- but they HAVE to speed it up in there. It was wild to see it take literally a minute to put a lid on a Nacho Supreme container (and it wasn't because they were struggling to get it to fit.) Anyway, go for the food, not the speed of service.

Nacho chips were Stale ordered extra cheese charged me 35 cents I believe it was did not get extra cheese I saw one of the counter workers asking about the extra cheese she realized there was none and the manager on duty did nothing about it also ordered extras on my burrito as well was charged for all the extras but did not receive them..

The worst ever cinnabon delights with no filling inside. When asked, the employee responded rudely saying it wasn't their problem.

I just left Taco Bell on Milpas because the girl at the register could not keep her hands out of her mouth. She was coughing into her hands or into her shirt and obviously had a cold. When she wasn't coughing into her hands or biting her nails (both hands in her mouth at the same time) she was looking at her cell phone. I've never been to a fast food restaurant and seen a worker who couldn't keep her hands out of her mouth. I asked to speak to the manager. When I told the manager I thought it was a health concern that she has a cold and is coughing into her hands and then biting her nails and then touching things she hands to the customers, he and all the staff started laughing. Disgusting!!! That's when we left and went to the Taco Bell on the Mesa. No one had their hands in their mouth there.

Placed a mobile order here and upon arrival the restaurant denied having any order for my name. This wouldn’t have been every frustrating, but they refused to make my order even though I had already paid on their app and they confirmed it was for the right location. The worker brought over another employee, and they verbally fought for 4/5 minutes before turning me away again. Telling me to “call the app” which isn’t possible. When I finally got the manager she did the absolute least amount to help me, and didn’t make the order correctly. Absolutely terrible staff, clearly not able to help customers in a normal fashion. Definitely starts from bad Managment. Bummer.

Came here late in the evening but well before closing, ordered, everything was going well. The ordering screen was convenient and let us take our time in perusing the menu and selecting items. However, difficulties began when our order came out. We picked up our food and went to sit at a table. One of the employees followed us as we sat down and inexplicably pointed towards the door. She told us we needed to leave... it was definitely at least an hour before closing. She said to go, and didn't explain why when asked. We were shocked and confused, so we left with our food. As we left, we realized that they had missed items in our order. Honestly, it was such a rude experience that we didn't feel welcome to go back and correct our order. I still have no idea why we were kicked out. We were quiet, it was before closing... Overall, an incredibly unpleasant experience and extremely unprofessional.

this taco bell is awful solely because of the staff- we’ve gone for years and have had numerous incidents with them. they usually just sit around and sometimes have laughed at us, the atmosphere is super weird. i’ve ordered vegan labeled food for it to have beef, and tonight my regular drink came in a half full small cup and it was the wrong drink??? there was also a literal marker cap in the quesadilla. no idea what’s going on at this place

I can’t even stress how awful the service was here. My friends have waited over 30 minutes for his food, he went up to ask the people at the front where his food was and they had no idea, they told my friend that he needed his receipt in order to get his food so we dug through the trash for 10 minutes and found his receipt, we show the receipt to the people at the front, and they ended up, giving him his food while being all angry at him. All of the people there, so incompetent, especially that manager. I would highly not recommend going to this talk about is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The employees at the milpas location are very rude and are no help. I used kiosk 3 and waited 40 minutes and they refused to give me my food because they claimed they never got the order on their end. Even after showing them the bank statement and emailed receipt I received they were refusing to give me my food. Do not use the kiosk. They refused to put a “not working” sign on kiosk as well.

They discriminate against Homeless people. My daughter is homeless they won't even give her a glass of water and when I went in there with her and asked to use the restroom they said it was out of order yet I saw other people going in there It's the worst establishment I've ever been to in my life. The people working there are biased and rude. I would reccomend termination for all working there and get a new more in tune empathetic crew. Im beyond angry.

To their credit. Meanwhile half of the food was not edible. The chalupa was not fully cooked and the amount of chicken and flavoring in the chicken cantina burrito make the meal a massive disappointmen😜t. Except, the potato soft taco which was very good,however cold because of the delay. We were traveling so it was not possible to return.😆

Avoid Mobil orders at this location. I live close so this is a very convenient location. Food I do receive is always great and the staff is lovely. HOWEVER, I have never received 100% of my purchased items when ordering online. I am always one taco or burrito short. At first I was happy to let it slide since I was ordering at busy times of the day, but after my third missing item in 2 weeks, I'm starting to think that this is intentional.

The braintrust at this location lost my online order and refused to make it despite me showing them the confirmation on the app. Employee was rude and dismissive. Is this how you run a business in 2026? Take people's money and refuse to help them? Disgusting. I expected more from a national chain.
