The customer service was great. The food was typical McDonald's. What we got was good. I do have to say the lady who made my iced coffee did a perfect job!
I love McDonald's the only change I didn't like are the 32 oz cups that their serving now instead of the foam ones. I used to save them now I don't have any cuz you can't reuse the ones their using now.. Bring back the foam cups please....

Two things I like from this McDonald's 1 the food comes out super fast and 2 the restrooms are always clean. The service is great. It's right down the road from where I work and it's next to a gas station which is next to the road to take the freeway. Off of all the times I came here their flurry machine hasnt broken down and neither has the coffee machine so that is two thumbs way up.
Very clean. Staff was very attentive. Draw back is I can't speak the beautiful Spanish they speak yet all were able to understand me. I need to work on my Spanish game so I don't feel left out.
Best McDonalds experience I've ever had. It was like going to a restaurant but I only paid $3 for everything. We dined in and Delores checked on us numerous times and was extremely friendly. She held the door open for us when we got there also. Delores is amazing!

I love that you can go there lately and get a sausage McMuffin for a buck I just come home and throw an egg on it later. It cost $3 to get the egg on the sandwich so why waste the money anyways. Great drink deals and it's always really fast and friendly. I don't go here all the time but when I want a sweet treat this is one of the places I like to go.

McDonald's had the greatest customer service. I've been to a lot of establishments and this one has beat any visit I've made. Service was incredible. I did not have to wait long and my order was the way I wanted it to be. The lounge was clean.

Ordered Sweet Tea, I like mine with lots of ice lol idk y but I do! 😁 Some are cool about it, but the tea always tastes gooooood!! Freshly brewed man. I've had some on the go at other places and the tea does not come close to McDonald's sweet tea all for a buck plus tax, oh and the big Mac with extra onions and pickles is the bomb dot com lol gotta love the Fries!!
Very friendly staff. Never had any issues. Order was missing one cheeseburger and to compensate me they gave me 2 free pies and a large order of fries! 💜
The only issue I have with this place is they put people in drive thru, taking orders, that can't understand English well. It took forever to get our order placed. That being said, staff was nice and food was fresh and hot.

This has got to be one of the most efficient McDonalds I have bred to. I go there at lunch and even if there at 10 cars in line, it seems like they handle it very fast! And in a friendly manor too! Highly recommended!!
Very nice. Good service. My nuggets were freshly cooked just like I asked so that made them taste a lot better in my horses. Was like super condensed for some reason so I had to get some water to water it down. Once I do that it was perfect coffee as always perfect. Mmmm...

What can I say. McDonald's is one of the most consistent products on the planet but WOW I marvel at the efficient and smooth operation of this particular location. They just know how to move people quickly and without error. The only one thing that bugs me is every time you exit there is always at least one person often with a dog at the exit asking for money. Covid-19 has hit us all respect my right to space. I work hard for my money I shouldn't have to feel bad when I occasionally treat myself to a burger or something. Keep up the great work. This location rocks!
The food is fresh and the people are nice. The only thing that sucks is that u have to buy some thing if u want to use there wifi and there isn't a mirror in the restroom so if u got some thing stuck in ur teeth good luck lol. It's clean and even has out door seating which is nice. So all in all not to bad. ☺
Overall, the service is fast and friendly. A word of consumer caution though, the staff isn’t quite up to speed in understanding the McDonald’s app. They will look at you sideways and think you’re trying to cheat them out of paying for your food because they’re not well trained in understanding the McDonald’s app. When they accidentally double bill you via the McDonalds app, they’re sometimes genuinely nice, but can’t help you in correcting any billing errors at the restaurant - I would have to do a long drawn out process with my bank to get back an errant charge of $26. It’s best to never use the McDonald’s app at all due to its consistent bugs. It’s best to order in person via the drive thru, the ordering kiosks or at the counter - this is because the staff knows you paid and they are well suited for in-person ordering instead of ordering via the app. Also, after about midnight at the drive thru, they will not serve shakes or frozen deserts due to needing to clean the equipment that makes them.
Donut stick & chocolate dip are new & good! The order taker talked SO fast, but it worked out. I'm sure glad they have 2 drive-thru lanes.
Interesting place; new, with at least 6 automated order and pay systems (may be more on the other side of the restaurant). I guess this is what you get with a $12/ hour minimum wage! I would give them 5 stars except for the fact that the system menu price was $1 for coffee and for a hash brown, but I was charged $1.39 for each. A $0.78 difference. The service was great and one of the managers a woman was even better than great. New, clean, efficient and the deals are on the automatic system, so you don't need the app. I recommend it (Rare for me and a McDonald's).
Hard working staff at this location. Biggest trouble I ever had was getting honey mustard when I asked for Honey. food is always piping hot and brought with a smile.
Our bus stopped here for food. The self order machines were very convenient for our large group. It was inconvenient that the restrooms are locked which meant we had to constantly ask to be able use them among us all. All the outlets are covered as well, so don't expect a quick charge while you wait or work.
This place is always busy and gets crowded in the drive-through. The staff aren't very friendly and the breakfast items are just thrown together. I will not go here again .
The staff here were really great. 1 star removed because we were forced to use the self serve kiosk when there was a person as the register just standing there. It was kind of odd but I guess they take retraining their customers seriously cause that lady was having none of any questions or orders unless you needed help with the kiosk. She wasn't playin.
Can pretty be good but you have to tell him well done crispy fries in order to get the good fries but sometimes if some people are working there like Mr Hello can I help.you...! He doesn't care about the fries at all. He's like they only come one way the one way you order them
If you are lucky enough to be a human being needing food after dark or in the early morning, you will get the best voice in any drive-thru. The gentleman is concise, polite, and only gets frustrated if you're doing tomfoolery. Honestly, it's the only reason why I left a review for this McDonald's. Two locals. He's known as, drive-thru guy, but if you get him you'll know him. Him. Other than that it's McDonald's.
This location has improved in several aspects. The past three experiences I revieved all of the food I ordered without having to go back. The employees were professional curtious and my food was ready as soon as I pulled up to the second window. Complete turn around from a year ago. I would put 5 stars but my french fries were too salty to consume and fries aren't worth the time it would take to drive back and go threw the motions.
Usually my stop in the morning for coffee. 2 out of 5 days a week my coffee is correct. I here it an extra 2 stars because the nice lady at the pay window is always nice. That's about it. The drive thru line is usually too long, the wait is too long. Today I attempted to say walk in for my coffee. They're only allowing one person in at a time and the young man would not take my coffee order at the door. Kept saying only one person at a time in the building. I left. It's no longer fast-food. It's please wait in line 10-15 minutes.
Service was good, food was on point, and the atmosphere could use a little bit of work. There are always people asking for money, and sometimes, they can be mean. The restroom needs more attention more often. All this depends on which store you are at as well. Some stores have it all, while others don't even try. The one on 528 by Walmart has an employee that is just horrible, mean, rude, and just unprofessional. I believe she goes by Liz, Lizzette, or something like that. I'm just telling the truth like Google asked for. (Please dont be offended. If you are, my apologies) I hope that everyone has a good day!!!

I mean, it's McDonald's. Quick and moderately delicious, but you're not winning any body building championships with this in your diet. Coffe is good, though, and if you have the app you can get a $1 coffee and $2 breakfast sandwich every day, which is a pretty good deal.
As a person who has worked in food service for years, I never really leave negative reviews. I know that they only contribute to the exploitation of the workers by huge and harmful corporations. However, as a Door Dasher, I need to protect myself and my stats. This AM, I accepted a Dash order to pick up at this location. I went in and informed a worker which DD order I was waiting on. They said it needed hashbrowns and would be done shortly. I waited patiently as they were in the middle of a breakfast rush and I know exactly how that is. I started to think it was a long time to wait for one hashbrown. The time came for me to able to drop the order without it affecting my stats, but I kept waiting. At one point, I saw the worker I originally spoke with pick up my DD order (I assumed to hand it to me) but his manager said something to him and he put it down. I finally received the order and the manager (said her tablet showed I'd been waiting 10 minutes and) asked me where I'd been waiting. I said, "Right here at the counter." I thought, no big deal, I just got overlooked from the rush. Well, I deliver the order and get confronted by the customer. Apparently, the manager had called her and told her that I was late to pickup so it might be cold. After politely waiting for the order for 10 minutes instead of cancelling, it was disappointing to me that the manager knew full well she had called the customer when interacting with me and didn't apologize at all. I understand it was just a mistake, but I am in an extremely financially stressful time rn. I need my stats to accurately reflect the care I put into each and every order. I'm not in a good place to get confronted by customers that got told something that wasn't even true. I understand that certain dashers cause harm to those working in restaurants and she was probably just covering herself. I just need her to know that I'm not her enemy and never deserved to be treated like that after so kindly waiting while her store was getting through a rush.

Like any drive thru fast food, check your order. BUT I will say they are always very friendly, even if I need them to fix a mistake. I prefer this location to any other McD in town.
McDonald's,on St Michael's in Santa Fe is FANTASTIC...I come by every day. Good service, everyone is sooo friendly and their Fountain COKE can't be beat! Thank you for being MY 5 STAR DRIVE IN.
Service at this particular McDonald's on St Francis was horrible today he went to the drive-thru and got my order wrong continuously then we went back for dessert when I got a McFlurry it had no flurry it was mostly vanilla ice cream $5 for a McFlurry it was almost a half not even the 3/4 cup weighs when I buy a McFlurry I expect for it to be a full cup with sufficient toppings to mix through the ice cream pay attention to your cheeseburgers come with cheese double means double the attention span in the drive-thru was just terrible

I don't turn to fast food establishments for nourishing anything, but there are times I do for a quick and simple breakfast. The choices are basic and overly expensive. However the coffee is far better than Starbucks. This location employs many Spanish speaking persons. That's okay, but if dealing with the public, they must speak and understand English more fluently and not speak rapidly with such a heavy accent. I only do the drive through and that is the basis of this review. I've had to ask a few employees to kindly repeat what they've said slowly. Often it is but with attitude. I believe in communication and speak some Spanish and also French. When communication breaks down, there's no use. I once again, don't do McDonalds. Money and time better spent doing breakfast at home. Cheaper too!
It was okay. We didn't get our receipt, weren't given our order but told to pull to the side to wait for our chicken nuggets. Well they came out with the nuggets but not the rest of the order. My daughter goes inside for at least 10 minutes and comes back to tell me they had given our order to someone else. "Lucky someone else" right? Took forever.
They forgot to give us any of our fries that went with our order, so we had to drive all the way back to get them. Then our Chicken sandwiches got cold by the time we drove back and went through the line again! They hesitantly replaced our sandwiches along with adding our French Fries to our order. They did make our order correct, but we had to wait a lot of time and gas to get the to!
Service was friendly and fast. Went into the lobby because the drive thru lines were long. Went in for coffee, and was sadly disappointed because it was very weak...unless you like hot colored water with cream. But...the young man that took the order was very courteous.

This McDonald's is very frustrating. I have driven away several times with attitude from the worker for requesting extra ketchup, the line seems to crawl in comparison to other McDonald's. I finally have just made the decision to skip this one and drive a couple miles up the road to avoid it.
There are zero vegetarian options what to do with a salad. Personally for me it was for my meals to be warm if you're filling it's probably a psychological thing. However with that said I would prefer a warm vegetarian meal versus a salad. I know what you're thinking you can eat the fries right? Wrong and make them in animal fat. But my main reason for the low rating is everytime I go by after 10 to get an ice cream the machine seems to always be broken cake and ice cream I can't get one of those like Oreo cookie things though are awesome but I do never get one after 10 such a bummer. Perhaps if they start making ice cream at night they would get a five-star from me every time never fails always allegedly broken
Early 2018: 5 stars. When its not under construction, this place is cozy and comfy. Old retired dudes are here every day at 6am. Edit update, 08/12/2018: 2 stars. So, now that the construction is complete, i have some updates. Flies. The flies in here are pretty bad, especially towards the back of the dining room. And, the service has plummetted. So the owner has now installed the self ordering touch screens, and to pay for it, a cashier has been removed from the labor staff. Before the construction, you could walk up and order from someone willing to take your order. Now, you are being forced to use the touch screens, or wait 5 minutes before a manager or employee can get free to take your order. Dont get me wrong; the updated renovation spent on the construction looks nice. But, the added flies towards the back of the dining area, and the reduction in human interaction, is a bad move. Finally, i realize that the security locked bathrooms is intended to keep certain people away, but keeping the doors locked during normal dining hours is a bit frustrating. Yes, the other McDonalds on St. Francis does the same thing. But realize this; there is no permanent cashier now, so having to wait until an employee/manager is free to then ask if you can use the bathroom, is a bit frustrating. I think i will pass on this place for my morning coffee now.
I keep hoping to taste my memory of McDonald's or to taste something that looks like the photographs on the menu. I shouldn't be surprised that everything has the same tasteless, at best generic, flavor. Nothing looks like the photographs. It's not the fault of anyone who works here. It's endemic to the company these days. The place is spotless clean, has free wifi and is a good place to use the bathroom. I will say with sincerity the best service McDonald's offers is to provide the homeless a place to rest and refresh. Also the coffee is surprisingly decent.
Despite having to wait extra, the chicken nuggets and fried were stale and dry. I'd also asked for honey mustard sauce and they gave me sweet and sour sauce. 9/10 times, McD's is so very consistent and I like them very much. This was that one sad time. Still, it got me down the road.
Went to the drive through… has the whole world just passed me by, or HOW IN THE BLOODY WORLD can a fast food joint stay in business when items that not even 5-10 yrs ago were on their dollar menu and have since inflated to triple or quadruple the price, simultaneously letting portion sizes dwindle into the toilet?!?! At least it was fast. And for the nibble or two I got it tasted halfway decent… but I’ll be taking my money to actually sit down restaurants from now on where I get better bang for my buck
You know, McDonalds is McDonalds wherever you go and its usually pretty good for fast food. Best fries right? Well, I upsize my fries on my medium meal because I LOVE French fries. However, the large fry came filled a little low. [See the picture attached] I asked if they could fill up my fry container but they told me they weigh it out so that is the large size. 😫 I should have just paid for the medium! I don't know if all McDonalds locations do this but the one on St. Michaels in Santa Fe, NM surely does. Their "founder" would be proud! Lol
Half of requested items were left off. By the time we got them, the food was cold. We were literally ignored at counter. A staff member was interviewing for positions. Drive through was not busy. The clerk acted like she was annoyed by our request. Santa Fe's McDonald's prices are higher, give higher level customer service.
All McDonald's serve the same thing, but what wins and keeps loyal customers is customer service. Upon arrival, a young man asked me if he could take my order, I told him what I wanted and he told me to proceed to the window, I told him that I had not finished ordering yet and he replied that if Iwanted to make another order I told him that everything was in the same order. Arriving at the window was a young woman who repeated the order of just one sandwich, I told her that I had ordered something else. At this point her attitude was a little defensive, I asked her who was the guy who took my order and she said she didn't know, I paid and she gave me the change without saying anything else; thank you, good day, nothing! Arriving at the second window, the woman there also had no uniform, name tag, nothing to help me identify her. She gave me part of the order and told me to park further in front. After five minutes, a guy came out and gave me the order and that was all, not another word. Unfortunately, none of them had a name or a uniform to identify that they work there. As you can see in the photo, that's how they gave me my sandwich, I didn't want to go back fearing that they would do something to my food but I ended up throwing it away and I only had the coffee which I ALWAYS order 3 splendas and 7 cream and he understood 3 and 3.🤷🏻♀️ The visit to this McDonald's was my worst one because of the terrible service and attitude they have to help. Customer service should be top of the list even when working under pressure. I try to do surveys and reviews understanding their environment and current work situation to somehow understand their attitude or performance, but this time I couldn't find a justification for their attitude and lack of customer service. And most important, they're dress without a single thing that tells me they work there. No name tag, no logo apparel.

I ordered 40 mcgunnets and I received 4 sauce containers! That's ridiculous. When I asked for 2 more I was asked to pay .27 cents per sauce. You guys are outrageous. I know reviews don't matter to you guys but it is important for me to let my opinion be known. Rest assure you won't have to deal with me again.
If I could give this McDonalds zero stars I would but it’s not an option. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The young woman that worked at the second drive through window talked to my family with complete disrespect to include my two year old daughter who only wanted an Oreo McFlurry however since the lady who was taking orders couldn’t understand English very well she took our order wrong. When we pulled up to the window they told us that if we wanted to get my daughter the McFlurry we originally ordered and waited in line for approximately 30 minutes for we would have to drive around again and wait in line to order again. Never have I experienced customer service like this and never would I EVER eat at this particular McDonalds again or would I recommend for anyone to eat here.

This place is slow food was cold took 15 minutes to get 2 meals and they made us order at the kiosks after I read a study on how dirty and filthy they are I didn't want to but the guy behind the counter did it for us and a lady behind me asked if she can order here at the counter and he told her no. What kind of place does that. I don't know if they are clean or how clean there touch screens are so no thank you. I told my kids we are never gonna come back to this place.
Gave me egg mcmuffin not sausage mcmuffin I ordered. Plus as a diabetic I ordered sugar free vanilla iced coffee. Got the full sugar one. I could have went into diabetic shock. Not good. Check your order before you leave.
Horrible their credit card machine was down and the little boy at window 1 told me I didn't have money. It was his bad had to go inside and pay. Then when I got my order it was cold. Manager is incompetent. Don't go here or they will try and shame you for their mistake. Customers are what makes their money so they should act like we matter. Never going back to this embarrassing place it's sad.
I left my leather, jacket in that location, I try to call to inquire about it, no one will pick up the phone. Restaurant remind me a shabby bus depot rather than place to eat your lunch.
I didn't like the way supposed to order our food. First of all there was no sign to order from quisk and after waiting 5 minutes one of the customer behind me asked for help because the food he wanted wasn't in menu. Then I went to the orders quosk but was new for me,I was doing it for first time. When I called for assistance he couldn't help and didn't know about it. So I left without ordering food and eating.
No one expects great food when getting fast food but this place has really gone down hill with prices going up. I will no longer give my money to this place.

This should be a NO STAR rating. The McRib is one of my favorite sandwiches! I don't know what happened, but the McRib I just had... was NOT the sandwich I know. The meat was dry, flat and wierd tasting. I couldn't even finish it. And that's a first. It was put together so sloppily, barely any onions, and dry pickles. WHAT THE HELL?!!! It's no wonder that you're retiring it. It doesn't even compare to the McRib of yor. Not to mention the higher prices and filthy kiosks. What's happening to America's favorite restaurant?!

The restrooms here are locked and labeled for customers only. On a road trip McDonald's has always been the one reliable restroom stop. I wasn't planning to purchase at this store, but I spend money at other McDonald's all the time. And even as a customer, it's terribly annoying to have to get a key. We just left and went to the Shell across the street, it was very nice.
Total disorganization. My burger not as ordered. Had to wait in line again for bacon that was absent. Ordered unsweetened large ice tea and paid for. Had to request they fill it three times. After ten minutes and going back to register someone filled it there. Store was not overly busy
I ordered 20 piece nugget and asked the person at the drive-thru window if the sauces were in the bag he said I promise you they are, they weren't. I ordered two large unsweetened iced teas, I got two sweetened iced teas. I'm lucky I got the quarter pounder with cheese that I ordered. This store is the worst.
We waited 15 minutes for our order then the person behind us left in 2 minutes with a hamburger order as well. We were not given any napkins in our to-go order and it was sort of thrown at us since we complained. Very poor customer service and would not reveal the district manager's name number.
Doesn’t provide free water to paying customers and has purposefully removed water from their fountain drink section so that any homeless people don’t “waste water.” Great job. I was requesting water for a hike after paying for my meal and was told I had to pay $1 for a fountain drink of water (which I did and they filled it up behind the counter) There are homeless people who come in dehydrated and these minimum wage workers wont sympathize nor provide water to them. Horrendous societal values and attitudes both by the manager and the old woman who takes orders as the counter. Occurred 2-17-20 2:25PM.
I have gotten food poisoning two times from buying food from the night shift staff. it’s as if they don’t throw away food that’s been sitting all day and just feed it to people or as if they are too lazy to cook fresh food. the first time i though it was a fluke and now it’s happened a second time. only go during the day because the night shift has gotten me sick TOO MANY TIMES.
Staff is horrible at this location. Lost our order right after paying and the staff lost their minds and didn't know what to do, so I repeated the order 3 times and then they had the audacity to be rude to me as if I did something wrong. Then they messed up the order and gave me somebody elses order TWICE. Both times they stuck their hands in the bags and rummaged (unsanitary.) Avoid this location.
Definitely choose this McDonald’s if you want food poisoning! 2nd time my kids have gotten horribly sick vomiting for a week and diarrhea from chicken nuggets and burgers. This franchise location either doesn’t swap out their outdated meat products/produce for fresh, uses expired food they charge to customers or….. 🤮🤢💩💯 doesn’t keep a high standard to employee hygiene but honestly it is McDonald’s. Definitely have been to better ones where you can tell the food is fresher and establishment is cleaner. Avoid this location like the plague or Co-vid 😂
Angry drive through people that couldn't be bothered to make a cup of coffee with cream and Splenda. Didn't want my food tampered with so I left with nothing.
The guy that takes orders on the night shift *never* can find the codes generated in the app (mobile orders or coupons) and makes it extremely difficult and nuanced to use the app giving particular names and jargon for a burger app. My guess his the restaurant loses money from the app use so they just pretend it doesn't work. Something $10 in app in $20 ordering regular. Better off going to Taco Bell down the street for late night meals!
A shame I have to write such a horrible review as I usually have great experiences at this store. Mark the night manager needs to be retrained, or fired. He does not know how to operate the P.O.S. and always gives me hassles while using the mobile app. I have gone to countless McDonald’s across the country in multiple states and have never had any issues, however when Mark is there he makes the ordering process very difficult. This “manager” did not even have a uniform or name tag on, what a way to represent the company. The reason for this review is that I ordered food and paid via the McDonald’s app. They charged my card and the order went through on the app and Mark insisted on double charging me and would not release my food. Unfortunately I will have to wait till business hours to contact the store manager, corporate, the franchise operator, and my bank to get my money refunded to me. Absolutely horrible service, will never return to the store as long as he is there. Update: As soon as I left the drive thru, they processed my order. A few minutes later they refunded it, contradicting everything Mark said about getting a refund.
I ordered my breakfast around 10 or 9:50 am and they said they didnt have my order ready and then canceled on me
I went through drive through and ordered for a client. I got to the window and the order was wrong. They continued to charge the card for the wrong order. Then issued a refund and charged for the correct order.......... my client never received his refund. Why was he charged in the first place. I did not hand them the card until I told them that. The charge was unnecessary.
We were on a road trip with kids and bought meals for 8 people. and still the person on duty a couple days ago wasn't keen on letting my use the restroom. very weird.
Idk what the hell possessed me to pay 50 dollars for a McDonald's dinner. But I was going to. Thank CHRIST that between cash app and McDonald's I couldn't muster the strength to waste what little energy and money on a 50 dollar order McDonald's meal. For me and my girlfriend. What a world we live in. Where every origination is only out to take what little you have
Noticed a female employee today handling food in the back with no gloves on! Her bare hands actually touched the chicken nuggets. I told the younger female up front who looked back and saw her also. I told her nicely to tell her to put on gloves as not wearing them is a health hazard when handling food!
Ordered a large coke but got a large diet coke instead. Asked the lady who brought out my order to bring me a LARGE COKE but she brought me another diet coke. Have stayed away for 3 years because of bad service, decided to try again seems nothing has changed. Will just continue to boycott McDonald's indefinitely there are way better fast food restaurants, what a waste of time.
They never make my chicken nuggets fresh. It could be 1AM or 1PM makes no difference. I say please make the nuggets fresh. Than I get to the window and ask "are they fresh?" And no matter who is behind the window, man, woman,child, black, hispanic or white etc. they all look me straight in the eyes and say "yup" LIES!!!!! 😭
Literally had to explain my easy order many times in many ways & in the end after making sure they got it right on the screen, I got home & my plain double CHEESEburger still had no cheese... This location messes up every time, no matter how clear I am! 😤 Never again. ALSO HAD MOLD IN MY SODA! then mcdonalds follows up to all poor reviews by sending a customer feedback survey, but does not provide the NEEDED corresponding case number to even put through your concerns & complaints with them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I got to this location every Saturday and Sunday Morning before work. They have not gotten my order right for months and they just don't put cheese on anything. I double checked with the cashier when I pulled up this morning, still wasn't right. This is at 530 am
HORRIBLE SERVICE. KID AT DRIVE UP WINDOW COULD NOT GET OFF HER PHONE WHILE HANDING MY ORDER TO ME. PHONE IN ONE HAND AND NEARLY TOSSING MY ORDER AT ME. NOT A WORD SAID . NO HELLO NO THANK YOU... AVOID THIS LOCATION
McChrispy deluxe was dry but half edible, the second sandwich i got was a McChrispy original, the chicken was about 1/3 of the regular size. Asked for my money back on the second sandwich only. I got cust at by a little boy with tattoos. Saying I "don't want to mess with him or even go outside". I guess I should have been scared. I left and am still waiting on my money back
I had one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences of my life at this McDonald’s on Pacheco Street. They completely messed up my order, and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a single cheeseburger and a small french fry. For fast food, that’s ridiculous. When I asked for a refund, the manager on duty, Jesus, told me they couldn’t issue one because my order was placed through curbside pickup. That made no sense to me, because I’ve ordered curbside plenty of times before and have gone inside for refunds without any problems or pushback at all. His explanation felt like an excuse rather than actual policy. On top of that, my interaction with him was extremely rude. In my personal experience, he came across as unprofessional, disrespectful, and totally uninterested in helping fix anything. Based on how he handled the situation, I honestly believe he shouldn’t be in a management position at all. I won’t be returning. This location seriously needs better leadership and customer service
That little girl in the 2nd window needs to be fired, I am never going back she slammed the window in my face when I asked for ketchup after she gave me 1 ketchup packet. I called to complain and the managers knew who I was talking about instantly but they all sound like kids on the phone. Make sense..
Every single time we go there in the evening and order $30-$40 dollars worth of food it’s consistently cold. Fries are old and chicken nuggets seem like they have been sitting there all night. When we are paying that much for simple food it’s should be fresh and hot!! Very disappointing when we have supported them for years.
Bad customer service. I ordered a bacon McGriddle with a hash brown. When I received my food, I could tell the hash brown was not freshly made and had been sitting under the warmer for a while. I like my hash browns fresh and I was willing to wait for them to fry me another. When I asked the cashier he asked his manager (a lady with long black hair) and she said, "No we are not making any more hash browns today." This was at 9:30am. If I'm not mistaken breakfast doesn't end until 10:30am so the hash browns they made are going to sit there for another hour? Either way if the paying customer wants a fresh hash brown and is willing to wait then you should make it. Also, they wouldn't give me water. There is no water dispenser on the fountain drinks and when I asked another employee they said that they didn't have any in the back either.
