In-N-Out burger is a place we frequently stop when wanting a quick hamburger. There are many places, as far as fast food goes that are good. Just my opinion that this is the best chain locally. The employees seem to be a cut above the normal fast food worker and take pride in their place of employment. This particular one is no different. There was one worker in particular that seemed even a cut above the rest of them here. His name was David. He seemed very caring about the costumers needs and took great pride in cleaning up the dining area. He took the extra step and is a great representative of the company! Our food was prepared quickly, it was as expected very good! The establishment is in a busy strip mall so plenty of parking is available. The interior, and exterior are both well maintained and very clean. I hate to say just another In-N-Out Burger as that sets the bar high! We have never had a bad experience in this chain and highly recommend it!

Mostly the food was great. Fries were kind of hard on the ends.. More than usual. Service was very friendly. It was very packed with customers as usual.

Expectations exceeded. Had family from out of town, and I let them judge the results. They loved it. A great lasting memory for their kids before they flew out! Simplicity at its best, and the shakes sealed the deal. Thanks 😊

I’ve come a few times to this location after doctors appointments mid day. I just wanted to say that the older gentleman that works here mid day is an absolute gem. I didn’t need any assistance but I watch him every time go around to everyone checking on how their food is, if anything needs fixing, and hands out hats to everyone with a smile on his face. I watched him not just do this inside but went outside on a hot day to check on others outside too.

First time as I am from mo. What a wonderful staff. Everything looks spotless My food was fresh and delicious. Please build one in St.Louis.

Although super busy The Line moved very smoothly ... and it was well worth the wait. Fresh hot fries... 😋 yum And a delicious burger. With a ice cold rootbeer!! Out of this world d3licious. And a good price!! I plan to revisit this oasis very soon!!

My protein burger without sauce and grilled onions was wonderful 😋 Please are always kind, polite, and helpful. The tables were clean, and everything in the dining area was neat and picked up. The ice was out as soon as I told them they filled my cup and replaced the ice carafe with a new one. In_N-Out is always a great great value!

Delicious food as always, but what really sets this In N Out apart is the dine in service. The older gentleman working the floor went above and beyond his duties and responsibilities. He was extremely kind, told jokes, offered our kids activity packs, and talked up the owner as a kind, loving, and giving woman. Will definitely be returning and hope we see him again.

Had double double protein style. Awesome as expected. Also i like the whole peppers where the sauces are. Some locations provide them in small slices.

A typical In-N-Out burger place. Consistent quality on the food, very courteous staff, clean and up-to-date. As with all In-N-Out places there is a drive through line, but as the saying goes; "he who waits for something good, good will have." -Moses 700 BC.

Great burgers and delicious fries. Streamlined menus and a super organized operation means that lines move quickly. There is plenty of seating and lots of room for parking.

In-N-Out is a SoCal staple for me and I always take the time to go when I visit. This double double classic is well worth the wait!

We went on the late night Sunday night. Met my friend there around 12:35:and I was surprised that the inside was open. We ordered food was done in a matter of minutes pipping hot everything was topshelf. I even had my cockapoo with me and they didn't complain about him at all. The place was clean i mean really clean. I can imagine the grill is also.

Only a 10 minute drive-thru wait on a Friday during lunch rush, so for an In-N-Out that great !

This location has a very small parking lot, the service is top notch, and food is always fresh.

Do we need words to describe in n out? They got my order wrong. I ordered 2 protein style and one regular, but they gave me buns. Turns out they were right and I was wrong. Yay carbs.

In-n-out I feel, always has the same vibe. They are almost always busy, but the staff is kind and smiling even while running around.

Wow that drive thru line is buszzzy!! No doubt these guys move through it quickly as their service is outstanding. I was picking up food for 6 people and the cashier Anjolie was so thoughtful and friendly and put each persons food in their own bag... IMMEnsely helpful with our teenagers putting their grubby hands in bags when we get home ...thank you Anjolie! And then when the food came out it was a lot... John, offered to take them to the car with me.. They were so busy I felt bad but John said it was no problem... thank you John!! I love businesses that hire great people and train them well.. wonderful service!! Our burgers were amazing as were the fries... Neapolitan shake is a favorite of mine...

Well In-N-Out lives up to the hype for this out of state guy. Quality ingredients, great service & clean crisp surroundings make the experience stand out from all the rest! Went with a double double animal style, fries well done, & neopolitan shake & it crushed!!

First time at In-N-Out. There are none in my area. The prices are reasonable compare to other burger joints in my area. The burger is delicious and very flavorful. Next time I’m ordering the Double-Double animal style but without lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The fries were mediocre. McDonald fries taste better and are crispier in my opinion. I would still definitely recommend them.

The interesting thing about this location is that it either has a long long line or no line. Double double 10/10:i get my buns extra toasted. Love it. Has a very vintage fast food diner feel. But the burgers are excellent and the sauce is so worth traveling west for! If you haven’t had in and out burger yet what are you doing with your life???

Not at all in and outs are created equally however this one surpasses most for service and the presentation the food consistent with what you would expect from in and out. I will say the double cheeseburger was tastier than the single but I got to watch that figure 🤓

In-N-Out Burger in San Diego is packed drive through cars wrapped around the building, always busy burrimovs are great burger and very. And drink to 11 bucks can't go wrong here.

You have to give it up for the employees at the location. Although one of the busiest and San Diego, every time we go, they get our order which is always extremely custom perfect. Not once have they ever acted like our special orders are a bother, they make the protein style burger for us, which is our go to every time we’re on the road. Service is always top notch and the food always good and it is a great value I usually always eat in-n-out on road trips because you never have to worry about bubble guts haha if you want good food and great service at a great value in-n-out santee is the way to go.

I've been a fan of In-N-Out for a long time, and this location does not disappoint. My go-to order is the #1, which is a double double animal style with no lettuce, no tomato, and added chilis. I also get my fries animal style with chilis. The combination of flavors is unbeatable, especially with the chilis giving it that extra kick. The employees are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there, which makes the experience even better. I usually dine in and have found that the wait time is minimal, which is a huge plus. The drive-thru, however, can get a bit hectic, so I’d recommend dining in if you want to avoid the rush. Overall, this In-N-Out location hits the mark every time. Whether you’re a fan of the classics or like to customize your order like me, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommended!

Absolutely spectacular! My only other experience with In-N-Out was late at night, so I left unimpressed. However, they were much better at lunch time. Even though the line was long, the drive thru was operating quickly & efficiently. My wife & sister-in-law really enjoyed their double doubles. My quad quad animal style was loaded with protein & flavor. I left so full that I didn’t even eat dinner! The strawberry shake was also scrumptious. The only negative was that both the animal style & regular french fries tasted “off”. We initially thought they were stale, but realized they tasted bland because they weren’t salted. Overall, a superb experience. Just remember to ask for salt packets!

Good eats. Always look forward to eating here. The double double with extra lettuce extra tomato and onions is a burger flavor bomb. You can go light and skip the bun and get protien style. They will make your burger in a lettuce wrap. A item not on the menu is grilled cheese. They are known for their animal style fries.

I’m not sure why this is such a staple, and everyone’s favorite spot. The burgers presentation and condiments are fine, and the special sauce makes it; however, the meat is less than spectacular. In my opinion. The meat patty is as thin as a piece of paper! Why does everybody loves this burger if the meat is a thin as a piece of paper?!? And the french fries are the worst in the industry! They’re only good for the 0.2 seconds that they’re out of the fryer. Once the temperature goes down, they go straight to the trash, because that’s what they are … trash. Customer service is always been polite and appreciated. The line is excruciating.

Always fresh and fast even when busy, with friendly people. We had some issues with order accuracy in the drive through in the past but the manager was eager to resolve our concerns. Now they just need to find that sweet spot for fries ordered "light well". (Ideally just a little crispy, but they often end up well done... Still good though.)

Service, as usual, was very good; no complaints. Decided to ask for the fries to be extra cooked in order for them to be crunchy. They were a little overcooked, but I think it was my fault as I asked for extra well instead of light well. Will try that next visit and see how it goes. I was a little disappointed to find only one small piece of lettuce on my cheeseburger, though. Went to the counter and asked for more, which the young man, Morgan, did without hesitation. My strawberry shake was awesome, as always. Overall, it was a good experience, and this has not dissuaded me from going there again.

While I was enjoying my double hamburger, I felt something in my mouth and it was hair. I Stopped eating and reported to the manager. This was unacceptable, and unprofessional especially it's coming from the top food chain. The manager was kindly Apologized for the incident, and returned my money back. One thing I know, I will never eat again in that store.

Straight to the point, I show up dine in Friday night I order Two double doubles and regular fries. I get my order go sit down and notice the bread on both burgers are hard as a rock the meat patties are way over cooked and dry but here's the kicker the fries were buried in salt! 🤢 I couldn't even give any to my kid the sodium level was off the charts!. For the price... now I see IN N Out is getting a little greedy through out the years they are bumping up the prices little by little, for my order it was $15.89. I probably won't be going back my stomach was rumbling all night after that and it was just not a good experience at all. On a scale 1-10 In N Out in Santee 5.4

I received the wrong order today I don't know how that happened.....I ordered 2 protein burgers and ended up with 2 plain cheeseburgers....I ordered it last time with no issue but I never said plain and I never said only cheeseburgers either. Even when I was being wrung up they said it fine......till I got home.

The wait was over 45 minutes at 7pm. Very disappointed. I’ve been to busier In&Outs and it’s never taken more than 20 minutes. This location needs a ton of work.

We absolutely love in and out and have it every week, however this was our first time dining in side this location. I found a long wavy hair inside my burger as I took the last few bites. My son also found what appeared to be an eyelash in his french fries. I didn't complain nor expected anything, but I did bring it to employees attention.

Today is my 82 birthday and after running some errands I tried to get some food at your restaurant and I drove through the parking lots and everything seemed to be chained up. I was never able to find out how to enter the drive through lane and I reapproached it several times. I left hungry, and still am! You need better signs!!

Geez, my entire 45 years here on earth and in-n-out never did me wrong...until the last 2 times ive gone. 2 different locations. El cajon first and now santee. Asked for: well done burger & fries-Rec'd: pink burger & fries arent even cooked to normal standards, some of them are still kinda hard, its gross. Asked for: ketchup & mustand instead of spread-Rec'd: theres ketchup & mustard but instead of puting it on a fresh burger they musta wiped off the spread from one & did a terrible job cuz its all inside the lettuce still. Why let us customize items if youre just gunna do it how you want anyways? So i just sat 45mins in line to pay for something im not going to eat. Woohoo!👎🏻

Don't like the food and it is way to noisy

Very disappointing experience at the In-N-Out Burger – Mission Gorge (San Diego) location. I paid at the first window without any issue. When I pulled up to the second window to receive my order, two employees were chatting and laughing as if they were at a party, clearly distracted. As a result, they forgot to give me my soda. Let me be clear — this is not about the price of the soda. It’s about professionalism and taking the job seriously. I have a limited lunch break, there was traffic, and the drive-thru line was already long. It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to get back in line, find parking, or walk inside to fix a mistake that could have easily been avoided with basic attention. For such a well-known franchise in San Diego, I expect a much higher standard of service. This was disappointing.
