The best of all the fast food restaurants. I mean every in-n-out burger are awesome they always hire all of the nicest people in the town. Service is always top notch and the food always good and it is a great value I usually always eat in-n-out on road trips because you never have to worry about bubble guts haha if you want good food and great service at a great value in-n-out santee is the way to go.

I've been a fan of In-N-Out for a long time, and this location does not disappoint. My go-to order is the #1, which is a double double animal style with no lettuce, no tomato, and added chilis. I also get my fries animal style with chilis. The combination of flavors is unbeatable, especially with the chilis giving it that extra kick. The employees are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there, which makes the experience even better. I usually dine in and have found that the wait time is minimal, which is a huge plus. The drive-thru, however, can get a bit hectic, so I’d recommend dining in if you want to avoid the rush. Overall, this In-N-Out location hits the mark every time. Whether you’re a fan of the classics or like to customize your order like me, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommended!

The quintessential, West Coast, go to for burgers and fries. I would rate the burgers close to number one of any that I've ever had. Coming from a meat Capital in the Midwest, where burgers and fries are a regular staple in pubs, fast food and specific franchises, In and Out Burger must be an essential stop for your burger craving throughout California. The staff has a smile on their faces and is exceptional. Very clean accommodations. The food is not just what you get but exceeds every expectation. Order your burger animal style. It's one of the secret menus. Makes things fun and implies that you are an Insider. Oh, and the price was amazing! Enjoy

Not too busy for an In-N-Out when I went inside but drive thru was poppin. Employees were friendly and handing out activity bags to kids. Burgers were great. Nice location.

Absolutely spectacular! My only other experience with In-N-Out was late at night, so I left unimpressed. However, they were much better at lunch time. Even though the line was long, the drive thru was operating quickly & efficiently. My wife & sister-in-law really enjoyed their double doubles. My quad quad animal style was loaded with protein & flavor. I left so full that I didn’t even eat dinner! The strawberry shake was also scrumptious. The only negative was that both the animal style & regular french fries tasted “off”. We initially thought they were stale, but realized they tasted bland because they weren’t salted. Overall, a superb experience. Just remember to ask for salt packets!

Good eats. Always look forward to eating here. The double double with extra lettuce extra tomato and onions is a burger flavor bomb. You can go light and skip the bun and get protien style. They will make your burger in a lettuce wrap. A item not on the menu is grilled cheese. They are known for their animal style fries.

It's In-N-Out. An iconic place to have a burger. I really like the burgers. Their fry's are okay. Milk shakes are yummy. Their service are the best. Depends on certain hours, the restaurant can be very busy if you are in a hurry.

Burgers are always good, but can’t seem to get hot or even warm fries. When filling orders they probably filling the bag with fries first and wait on the burgers.

Service, as usual, was very good; no complaints. Decided to ask for the fries to be extra cooked in order for them to be crunchy. They were a little overcooked, but I think it was my fault as I asked for extra well instead of light well. Will try that next visit and see how it goes. I was a little disappointed to find only one small piece of lettuce on my cheeseburger, though. Went to the counter and asked for more, which the young man, Morgan, did without hesitation. My strawberry shake was awesome, as always. Overall, it was a good experience, and this has not dissuaded me from going there again.

The fries had a fat hair in the middle. I attached a picture for reference. They also got my order wrong but they corrected it and gave a shake for the inconvenience. I have 2 stars because of the nasty hair.

We absolutely love in and out and have it every week, however this was our first time dining in side this location. I found a long wavy hair inside my burger as I took the last few bites. My son also found what appeared to be an eyelash in his french fries. I didn't complain nor expected anything, but I did bring it to employees attention.

Very disappointing experience at the In-N-Out Burger – Mission Gorge (San Diego) location. I paid at the first window without any issue. When I pulled up to the second window to receive my order, two employees were chatting and laughing as if they were at a party, clearly distracted. As a result, they forgot to give me my soda. Let me be clear — this is not about the price of the soda. It’s about professionalism and taking the job seriously. I have a limited lunch break, there was traffic, and the drive-thru line was already long. It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to get back in line, find parking, or walk inside to fix a mistake that could have easily been avoided with basic attention. For such a well-known franchise in San Diego, I expect a much higher standard of service. This was disappointing.
