Driving through on our way from Disney to NJ and can’t say enough about those location. Tyler, our barista, was so friendly and went out of his way to make two cranky kids very happy. I highly recommend this location!

I love my neighborhood Starbucks! The staff is so incredible and the manager Alex is the driving force!! When I come through the door they greet me by name and they are always friendly and helpful! The store itself is beautiful and I can not wait until Covid is over so that customers are able to experience the full experience!!
Been here before, but not as early in the morning. The service was quick and my coffee was made just the way I like it.

Out of the various Starbucks that I have visited, I would have to say that this is one of the nicest. Ultra clean. Friendly customer service. Plenty of space. My only negative statement is that the order did take a little longer than I expected to arrive. Since the atmosphere was so inviting, the long wait was not a killer. I would go again.

What a lovely Saturday morning experience! Rob made the best Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with our customized request. It was so good we had to circle back and order two more for the road. Thank you for such an amazing experience from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and greeted with enthusiasm. We will definitely make this one of our stops when traveling through this area. Rob is amazing! Quinton was great. I didn't get all of the other names but such great vibes all around.
Welcoming 5 star staff at Santee Starbucks! Beautiful new modern building with outdoor cafe seating and a drive through! The whole cafe gave the vibe that the staff wanted you to feel welcome and comfortable. Clean restrooms. Very accommodating team who were willing to work with our dairy allergies or get clean tongs or equipment. It was my mom’s birthday and they made sure she could get her free treat even with our app difficulties. The team at Santee made a great day for us with their patience and kindness and welcoming smiles! We’ll be back!
Nicely kept Starbucks. Everything was good. The only thing I would add to this if they are reading is - add a garbage can by the front door. There was only one trash bin which was by the rear door. I only realized that when walking out the rectangular shaped lobby and had to walk all the way back.. nothing major.
Great service and good latte's. I tried the pumpkin spice latte (because my wife loves them), I gotta say that I'm not a fan. Definitely worth trying, you'll either love it or it won't be for you, but you won't know until you try it :-) Easy access from I95. If you like Starbucks coffee, this is a good place to get your fix.
I came here at 6am cause I was staying at The Best Western. I didn't think to take pics cause it was raining and dark outside. They made my Fresh Brewed Coffee just right. I'd definitely come again. I didn't have any food here cause my hotel was serving free breakfast.

4 stars because they messed part of my order. Gave me a coffee instead of a Frappuccino on my chestnut praline. Didn’t have time to wait for it to be replaced but otherwise it was good. The coffee was still good. I’ll go back and try ordering it again because I wanted to try it. My mocha cookie Frappuccino was really good. Ordered it with a shot of expresso.

Main store was pretty clean with a decent amount of seating. Service was fast and friendly. Ample parking outside. Bathrooms could use some help.
When you go inside they act like they don’t want your business. Extremely lack luster attitude, nearly makes you want to leave. Not a single ‘good morning’, not a ‘welcome’, not a ‘ hello, how are you doing’, nothing! Treat customers like that, and customers will leave. Management needs to retrain the team to be better at customer relations. It’s not like they’re real busy in the morning. No customers, and they act as though you’re not important. So sad.
I normally enjoy visiting Starbucks, but I was really disappointed with my experience today. When I came in, it was clear that one employee, Tyler, was doing everything he could to keep things running — taking orders, making drinks, and trying to stay on top of the rush. Meanwhile, two other employees were standing around on their phones and not offering any help at all. It was frustrating to watch, because Tyler was clearly working hard and doing his best under pressure, but he was left on his own. The store should make sure all employees are supporting each other, not leaving the workload to one person. I want to acknowledge Tyler’s effort, but also point out that the rest of the team was unprofessional.
It was late, right before closing. Floor were dirty. People smoking right outside the entrance which was terrible, could not breathe. No one asked me if I needed anything, so I left without ordering.
Coffee orders are usually messed up and I have had to have them remade. Not even a complicated order. The staff usually seems rude or uninterested in doing their job unlike many Starbucks I have visited where staff seems upbeat and welcoming! This honestly is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. It doesn't even smell remotely clean. On multiple occasions it has dirty surfaces like floors, tables and counters. The women's restroom is the worst. One toilet was clogged and the other had a broken latch on the door. I had to hold the stall shut with my foot while trying to use the restroom. Just unacceptable!! I only visit if I really want coffee and because I prefer the brand and this Starbucks is the only location in the area. But I often don't go because of the reasons stated here.
It wasn't the best Starbucks experience. Came here on a roadtrip and I was very excited because I needed some refreshments. I was pretty dissappointed that almost everything was not in stock. Out of the three drinks we wanted, they all had atleast something missing. They should preorder the items so they have a backup when something runs out. The drinks took a long time to come. New baristas and the woman next to me got the wrong order. Bathrooms were fine. The atmosphere was pretty clean.

Always out of food items that I try to order in the drive thru at different visits. I always order different things, weeks and months apart. Hit or miss on the food and drinks and what may be available when. Backside of parking lot sometimes has trash laying scattered and lots of potholes to drive through to get in to the shared entrance with the gas station. Workers are friendly and get the orders correct with fast service. Usually hardly ever a line or wait in the drive thru. Inside is nice. Outside seating available. Convenient in that it's located right off the entrance/exit ramp to I-95. If they could just do a better job keeping up with inventory/stocking needs and fix the entrance down by the road and tidy up behind the building where it looks abandoned by the interstate, it would be perfect.
We make an order, and the girls making the food forget to ring in some coffee. Thats fine, we put another order in for the missing drinks. One of them was made, but the other coffee took like 45 minutes and repeated asking for where it was. In the end, we ask for it and it was given to us, but the coffee was literally sitting finished on a machine. They were basically neglecting it.
As I walked in there were two people ahead of me, their orders were taken in a timely manner and when it was my turn to order there was an older gentleman that excused himself for a moment to prepare baked goods for current orders. He was gone from the register for roughly 5-10 minutes and upon his return he apologized for the delay and was pleasant in taking my order. After that we waited 25 minutes for two coffees. Four mobile orders and one person ahead of us only had drinks, there was no urgency to wait on anyone and who appeared to be the manager in the drive-thru was texting on her phone between cars and makin g small talk with the two baristas that were moving extremely slowly and doing a deep clean of their stations each time a drink was made. As I have been to several Starbucks with the same amount of staff and even busier environments, I am appalled that I was standing in that establishment for a total of 40 minutes with very few people ahead of me. Unacceptable!
I think the girl in the drive through window would rather be dead than be working here. I don’t think I have ever seen anyone more disinterested and unhappy in all my life. Pretty terrible - slow service and she is eating her “snack” at the window. Nice! Smh! Also some windex would not go amiss.
This Starbucks used to be really great; friendly employees, drinks were made correctly, food was cooked properly, but it has recently gone down hill. The new staff members are rude and too focused on talking to each other instead of making drinks and food. Then, when the order is wrong they act like it’s a major inconvenience and give attitude when you ask them to correct it. On our last visit, when it wasn’t busy, they completely forgot about one of our drinks and when we asked about it, the girl at the counter tried to say that we’d already gotten it and then still made it wrong. On our most recent visit, today, one of our sandwiches was still ice cold in the middle. We went back to ask them to remake it and were given attitude and the new sandwich looked like it had been stomped on and was burnt. They also made my husband’s drink wrong; he ordered one of the oat milk shaken espressos and it had regular milk in it. Like I said, this location used to be awesome, but it sucks now.

Since we were on a roadtrip, my family and I decided to stop at this Starbucks to order some drinks and pastries. Part of the order was two caramel frappucinos and two regular coffees. Apparently there was some miscommunication because they only made one of each, which forced us to seperately order the other two drinks we were missing. Due to this, the atmosphere was already tense and the baristas seemed pissed off, meaning that my family had to repeatedly ask several times for the order to finally be brought out. When asked about the coffee, the barista brought out the coffee from a side counter as if she'd set it there just waiting for us to ask again instead of simply putting it on the counter. It took 25 whole minutes to make a regular coffee all while the manager did absolutely nothing despite witnessing the situation. My family even specifically asked the manager herself for our order, and upon taking it, she all but disappeared into the back room and neglected to make the order until we had to remind once again, to make it. Nobody apologized, rather giggling and talking amongst themselves with pointed looks in our direction. Overall, this was easily the worst service Ive ever recieved at a Starbucks and the interaction ruined my day.
Drinks are good, but the bathroom is so dirty and old. The price of the coffee should fund a new sink, clean floors and stocked paper goods.
Couldn't order as there was a huge hairy cat in a stroller inside and the employees said nothing. Had to pass on the cat dander latte.
Service was terrible my drink just sat on the counter for 15 minutes melting as it was a frozen drink. They set it aside and helped many others who arrived 20 minutes after I ordered. The ladyboy didnt even offer any level of apology for the inconvenience or thank me for my patience. I would never come back unless the whole staff is changed and they are more customer focused. Worst starbucks ever!
The manager is simply missing or not paying attention. No bathrooms open. Flies in the consession cooler and all over the place. Overflowing trash outside and strewn all around and the dining area. No napkins in the holders. This place is the worst run I've ever seen. Corporate needs to investigate. Health dept is gonna get a call.
We went through the drive through and ordered a couple of drinks. There were no cars in the parking lot or cars behind us, we were the only customers in the moment. We finished ordering but my daughter wanted a drink I forgot to order. Once we pulled to the window, I apologized to the lady and asked if I could add a drink to the order. She replied very rude that there were only 2 of them and that it takes time to make it so if I wanted I would have to go around again and make the order separately. I decided to pay and go around again and make the order for my daughter. I decide to start mixing my drink and the milk was bad. I ordered an espresso with oat milk. The milk was clumping, very disgusting. I told them and they made me another drink. They made another drink but decided to add full cup of ice and only add a little bit of coffee. This is ridiculous. Never going to this Starbucks again.
Very backed up this morning due to staffing. Which i understand. We waited 30 minutes and I saw a member get yelled at by an angry customer but handled it well and explained the situation. No big deal. But after an hour and already having 3/4 of my drinks for 20 minutes, I politely asked Ria the barista where my name was in the queue. She flatly responded it was already called. Although I was watching the drinks the entire time, I looked again. Wasn't there. I went back and told her and asked again if i was no longer in the queue (at this point i just wanted to know if it was worth waiting for or refunding), "Then someone took it." and she went on with what she was doing. I get she was very busy, but how she responded was in an extremely rude tone. No "im sorry, let the front know so we can remake it." You're in customer service, even if you cant help immediately because youre busy at least be polite. Turns out, it was sitting on the counter directly behind her, where she put it as she was doing the hot drinks, the entire time.

Wait was so long, we left without coffee. Maybe drive thru would have been a better option, but we waited 20 minutes for one coffee before giving up. Starbucks service in this instance really sucked. I am incentivized not to go back to Starbucks. We were not the only customers who left. Really awful service.
Do NOT stop here. Terrible service and no organization or systems whatsoever (other than older man making food- he seemed on it) Lots of people waiting when I went in and also lots of drinks on the counter- at least 12 just sitting there. After waiting a while myself and watching multiple people complain to staff; One girl said she waited an hour- I thought she was exaggerating until I waited 20 mins to be told by barista they were 40 mins behind on hot drinks. I asked why no one had communicated that to anyone else and she said they are starting to now and to be patient with them. Another employee with an attitude said come get in this line if you want a refund, which I figured would take another 20 mins so I left. Starbucks needs to take down the billboard off I95 for this location if they cannot handle it or equip the staff better, something. Anything. I'm pretty sure all the drinks that sat there my entire visit were abandon by others before me. Total crap show here.
We were headed to savannah and thought it would be nice to get some starbees. We see a sign for this one. Place the mobile order for drive thru. We were in drive thru for over 30 min. No one is moving. Decide to get out to go inside. Well, my mistake. Should have stayed in the drive thru because a couple of minutes later they started taking those orders again. Waited more than 30 min more inside. The drinks came one by one with others orders completed. No napkins available. Just a mess. We arrived at 10am. Something is not working at this location and if you can go elsewhere ..do. An hour for coffee is absolutely ridiculous.
I feel so bad after a visit at this location on a Sunday night. We usually look forward to the warmth and vibe of Starbucks as a special stop on our long road trips. Unfortunately this one looked like a war zone when we walked in. There was trash on the ground and the few staff members that were there, were running around frantically trying to make drink orders. They were trying their hardest just to get keep up with orders that there was no time to keep up with the cleanliness of the lobby or bathrooms. From the outside looking in, it seems like a staffing issue. The baristas were as kind as they could be in their overwhelmed and under supported state. It took 10 minutes for a vanilla latte to be made. Our family tried to straighten up the furniture and pick up the trash in the lobby to lighten the burden of the staff while we waited. I hope some changes are made for the sake of the employees and customers at this location.
Amazingly slow for just ordering 2 coffees. 20 minutes to get through the drive through since there were 2 cars in front of me. Ordered coffee with cream but received just black coffee. I should have just gone you the Exxon. It's faster and I can make it with cream. Wish I didn't have to tip before receiving the service.
The order taker punched in the wrong items. We ordered caramel Brulé, not caramel macchiato. Two large coffees wasted, time wasted and money wasted. I do not recommend this location.
Ordered ahead via app. Had to wait extra 20 mins for an undermixed chunky matcha with a side of attitude when we asked about the drink. Followed up with an “oops, we overlooked it” with more sass. I get that there are situations where drinks get overlooked in the cue. I don’t get the rudeness and the poor execution of your mistake.
District manager/owner Get it together. Hire more people. Should be more than one person making drinks at a time. Over stress your good people and you’ll end up with worse people. No peach in the peach green tea lemonade after a ten+ minute wait for it because of understaffing.
