Einstein Bros. Bagels

We go here all the time for bagels to have throughout the week. With the rewards app gets you points and some free bagels, which is nice. Using the online order app you can usually get free coffee as well. The bagels are affordable and excellent quality, but I miss the challah rolls!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding food and service I received during my recent visit to Einstein's . From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be recommending Einstein’s to family and friends.

This place always has fresh bagels 🥯 The coffee is great too. Try one of the breakfast sandwiches. My favorite is the Nova Lox minus the capers. It's as close to NYC as I'm going to get. Order ahead if you don't want to wait. They very busy on the weekends. Don't get grumpy, they're doing the best they can. The staff is very nice.

All the workers are so nice, service is always quick even during a rush. Love coming in every morning!

The most delicious and fresh bagles ever! And the cream cheese is so good and tasty comes with bunch of different flavors. Try the Turkey bagle sandwich, it's amazing. Customer service is also incredible. I highly recommend this place for anyone like bagles. They also have seats to grab a bite and coffee and drinks.

My onion bagel was great. Cream cheese was spread pretty thin. Not like I would do it myself. Service was slow. Not particularly busy.

Used them to make breakfast sandwiches at home and they came out so well.

Hits the spot and pretty good for what it is. value imo for the lunch box. I got the nova lox lunch box $10.99 Bagel sandwich: 8/10 they dont skimp on the salmon lox, probably should have asked for a more toasted bagel. Comes with tomatoe, onions, capers smear of cream cheese with choice of bagel. Hasbrown: 7/10 it comes really hot so let it cool down first. It isnt really a hashbrown more like a hashbrown muffin imo Muffin: 8/10 pretty good, plenty of blueberries Atmosphere: 8/10 pretty clean and open Service: 10/10 i went around 11:15am so they werent busy and seemed pretty intentive etc. Price: $$ not bad.

This Einstein Bros. Bagels was a great experience. The bagels were fresh, and my sandwich was hot and tasty. I got the Farmhouse, and it had a nice balance of flavors. Coffee was solid too. The staff are friendly and got my order out pretty quickly, even though they were busy. The place was clean and had a good atmosphere. Overall, a great spot if you’re in the area and craving a good bagel. Will definitely be back!

I am fan of Einstines. They allways have good bagles. This store can be busy on the weekend but they usally always have a good selection of bagles all day. The location sometimes brings in some questionable people but that is not the store's fault. Staff is nice and dose a great job. I never had a problem with the service.

Always great and staff was awesome especially given circumstances and dealing with virus.

This can be a busy location but Kari and the crew work seamlessly to handle the load in a timely fashion. I will give you a hint as to how to get your food a little faster on those busy weekends, order through the app and skip the line! On weekends they have two make lines one for in store and a second for app orders, usually the app line goes quicker.

I didn't especially love the egg on my bagel sandwich thing, but it was ok, and I'm sure it's a very nice environment if it's not on a crowded Sunday morning

Einstein Bagels is pretty consistent in their offerings and prices so far. You can buy five $10 gift cards from Costco for $39 to save a bit of cash.

The store was clean and employees were nice. Got a turkey avocado bacon sandwich and asked for regular mayo and mustard instead of the spicy tomato sauce, got dijan mustard and was too far away to have it fixed. Please teach employees the difference :/

I have been to this Einstein Bagels twice. Both times the cashier was not smiling and was unfriendly. Both just said, "What do you want?". This lasy time we waited over 15 minutes for our food. My husband had to go up and ask why everyone else (those ordering after us) had their food. They just turned around and handed us our food with no comment. We specifically asked if we could have our bagel toasted. It was not. We asked for light shmear, but they gave us extra.

Make sure you check your order! Ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. I ordered a bacon and cheddar with no cheese and only received two eggs on a bagel. Nothing else. Swapped out cream cheese on the other and they gave me the original. This was at 730am and they were not busy at the time.

Sometimes it can get really busy and crowded, but other than that there is great service and the food here is fantastic. *Update* I go to Einstein Bagels often, and the restaurant is often clean and nice. But today while I was sitting and eating my food, I spotted a cockroach crawling around the floor. I never thought that I would see a cockroach at Einstein Bagels, but there I was watching a cockroach. Granted, the employees did remove the cockroach as soon as I informed them about it and they apologized. Definitely will think twice before going again. :(

Today March 2nd, 2019 I tried the twice baked hashbrown, delicious! Customer service from some have definitely improved. January 4, 2019, Two women are working. Customer service is bad. Some customers are greeting workers, instead of the other way around. A customer who is sitting and eating, just asked a worker, "How are you doing this morning?" Many tables are dirty. Woman who cashed me out, did not say thank you. Woman who brought my food, only said maam. She didn't even say, you're welcome when I said thank you. She also brought someone their food to their table without saying anything at all. This is only my second visit ever to any, Einstein Bros Bagels. My first visit, I was given proper customer service from two gentlemen.

Wretched i don't go often but I've had a gift card, when I do go it's usually a bad experience but today was bad enough to complain. When I walked in the line ended at the door there were 14 people in front of me, it took more than 10 minutes and less than 15 minutes to order. There was one girl taking orders, 1 girl and there was one unsmiling face at the other register to the left where they take your money. Did I say 1 girl taking orders? There were two other women behind the counter with the one lady taking orders, they were putting together toasted or cooked orders. while i was standing in line for those 13 minutes I noticed those 2 ladies were just standing there quite often doing nothing but chatting. When I finally got close to the counter to order the lady in front of me ordered 3 dozen bagels the girl taking the order had to get that order (two other ladies just standing there) while the only order taker filling a 3 dozen order. I looked back and the line was out the door. Its not like this sometimes it's like this all the time but today just was over the top. No manager? Manager has no eyes? Manager is willfully ignorant? This was at 9:40am I finally left with my toasted bagel at 10am. I've used up the gift card i won't be back unless I get another gift card.

I like this place, but some grumpy old lady in a gray shirt was inappropriately shoving her employees around. She makes me uncomfortable as a customer, and her behavior towards her employees was literal physcial abuse. You should never maliciously put hands on an employee. She needs to be let go, and put on a do-not-hire list. She would not tell me her name, and is not wearing a name tag, so I asked another employee. He name is Carey, and she is the store manager.

Got our order in only to have 5 people after us get their orders in alone with curbside orders. No communication from staff and manager was bickering with another employee who left a trainee to try and make orders by herself. Normally a fantastic place to be , but by far the worst service I have ever received here. 20 minutes in and still no order or communication.

Worst case of bad customer service was early Saturday morning. I have never seen them this bad. Three kids behind the counter talking bad about the customer who was in front of me. Three spoiled kids with poor work ethic and no customer service had plenty of time to run their mouths and talk about everything else but work. To bad they were to busy to wait on the customer's. I will not come back. I have been coming here for over a year. Now it's Starbucks for the future.

That’s not how you treat people, whether they’re white, black, brown, gay, straight, or even trans. Everyone should be treated the same. I’m going to make sure I never spend my money at this business ever again.

I ordered Cinnamon raisin bagel with honey almond cream cheese but they gave me honey almond with cheddar cheese not so good.. always low on bagels🙃 not so happy with the food here.

I rarely get the chance to eat here so I consider it to be a special treat but wow this specific location has gone downhill. Doesn't seem like anyone takes pride in cleaning the place because I usually have to clean my own table every random time that I come here now. I got my Sante Fe egg white sandwich that I usually love but when they called my name I came & got my food right away. So I was really confused when I sat down & noticed no steam coming off my sandwich, how did it already become cold & the cheese wasn't melted. I hate complaining so I didn't say nothing but now this has been a couple of times this has happened & now I'm not sure I'm gonna keep coming back.

Bob was extremely rude when we ordered two sandwiches when we first ordered, he said “wow”, and rolled his eyes and then he asked “if there was anything else and said not that this isn’t enough” luckily we are confident in our bodies not that should matter but one could only image what he would say to a more full figured woman or a young girl. This was not ok the manager Kari is the only saving grace as she handled the situation very well. Bob should not be working in a food/service industry if this is how he feels. Update: or lack of one I should say I received the attached email and nothing else since October. Haven’t been back to this location since this incident and will not be returning.

Expremely poor customer service. 1st time coming in and the cashier acted so annoyed that I was ordering. Bacon avocado &tomato. I asked to add turkey slices and they made a huge fuss about it. Tried to have me pay for a 2nd sandwich Getting my order, they didnt add turkey. So I paid 20$ for a wrong order, poor customer service. 6years cooking to be treated like this. **update they came out with turkey for the sandwich** but still bad service, wont come again

(UPDATE) the management still doesn't ensure the proper amount of Bagels are made before the baker leaves at 10am. So they run out of bread before 11am. So, their selections is limited. (ORGINAL)These guys are always lacking the required bread to make the sandwiches. Need better management.

I just visited this establishment for the final time. I ordered a Tasty Turkey with no cucumbers. When I got home (because they still do not allow indoor dining), I found lots of cucumbers, no avocado, and one slice of a cherry tomato on my sandwich. The payment system was barely functional after three tries. It’s clearly time for a new establishment at this location.

I really wanted to like this place because the food can be good when it’s right — but ordering online has been consistently frustrating. About 75% of the time, I either receive something completely different from what I ordered or I’m told after the fact that they “don’t have” an item that was clearly available on the online ordering system. If an item isn’t available, it shouldn’t be listed as available. It’s disappointing to place an order, pay for it, and then end up with substitutions I didn’t ask for or missing items altogether. It feels disorganized and makes it hard to rely on this restaurant when planning a meal. Accuracy and communication matter, especially for online orders. Until they fix their ordering system and inventory management, I can’t confidently recommend ordering from here.
